Mommy Screams! - ARCHIVES
There were a couple of things that went on since my last entry. I went christmas shopping and the mall was mad packed with people and lines stretched on for miles! I hate being such a procrastinator! This is what I get for being a procrastinator. This year christmas just sneaked up behind me and now tomorrow is christmas! Oh man I can't hardly wait! This is a little off topic but the other day my hubby got a phone call from one of his friends. His friend told him to meet him at a gas station. My hubby met up with him and told him that he found a credit card and would fill his car up with gas. My hubby wasn't the only one that was told to meet up at the gas station. There was so many of his friends that showed up that they spent over $80 on gas on one gas pump. I don't know about the people working there, but I think that it was a little obvious that something weird was going on. I mean there's a whole bunch of cars filling up on one pump, wouldn't you suspect something? Good thing they didn't get caught!! - Mommy Lala screamed

I had an awesome weekend so far. Friday night I went on a triple-date. It was my hubby Michael & I, my cousin Melissa & her boyfriend Rodrigo, and our friends Jomyrine & Jeffrey. I'm not too sure who planned it out, but the plans were to meet up in Bakersfield where we would have dinner then go watch a movie. Jomyrine & Jeffrey were already in Bakersfield doing their christmas shopping, so Michael & I met up with them for dinner at our favorite Chinese restaurant. Melissa & Rodrigo were still at home and said that they would meet up with us later. So the 4 of us went ahead and had dinner together. While we were there a couple of people we knew came and we all chit-chatted, ate, and had our laughs. It was almost 9 and we still had to buy our tickets for the movie "Maid in Manhattan" so we left for the theater. While waiting in line for our tickets we saw a couple more people that we knew. It was so weird because there were so many people that we knew there and they were all there to see "Drumline" and they all were in band. Michael & I wanted to see "Drumline" too but the other 4 wanted to see "Maid in Manhattan". I guess "Drumline" is a band thing because both of us were in band and none of them were, oh well... it's was cool. Anyways, by this time Melissa & Rodrigo showed up and then we went to find some seats. The movie was really nice. It was sort of like Cinderella. After the movie we were planning to do bowling or play mini-golf but someone had to be home early because they had to get up early the next morning. We gased up at the nearest station and ending up chillin' there for a while. From there we all went home. We followed eachother the whole way home. First Jomyrine & Jeffrey were leading the way, but they were driving too slow so Melissa & Rodrigo passed them up and Michael & I followed. From that point on we all were racing eachother reaching up to 110+ mph. It was crazy! Luckily there weren't many cars and that there were no cops. The next day we planned on going to a friends party. We met up at Jeffrey's house and went to the party together. The party was at a Chinese restaurant. Once again we chit-chatted, ate, and had our laughs. We were all making plans for what we were going to do that night but cancelled them because Michael and Jeffrey had work early the next morning. So instead... we made plans for Friday/Saturday of next week. Thanks to my loving parents my hubby and I were able to hand out with our friends. I love you mommy and daddy!!! - Mommy Lala screamed
