=^_____^= You know what I love better than a Friday? Watching the Spider-Man movie, of course! And do you know what I love even more than watching that movie on a Friday? Well duh, it's watching it from my living room! *sudden thought* oOo! I can even watch it from my computer! ((^-^)) Ha ha, cool. Although, once I slip one of them DVDs into my comp, The Evil Microsoft corp will know I'm watching it. Not that they would really care, but it's still a violation of my privacy. **realizes that you readers don't know what the heck I'm talking about** I had a big debate today in my Economics class about Microsoft. Me and two other students represented the Government, and there were three other groups: Microsoft, the Consumers, and the "other" Software Companies. It went really great, although after I did all that research for this debate I felt somewhat sick. Microsoft is scary, both the people and their shabby products. Even if they pull in billions of billions of dollars every year, I still think they're shabby. Boooo! Well anyway, we the government and the others as the software company totally crushed the poor souls who chose to defend the Evil Empire. The ones who represented the Consumers actually *sided* with Microsoft! 0_0! I don't think they did enough research. But we the government sure did! In fact, we won the debate. We didn't get anything except a really good grade. I'm especially happy with that, since my previous grade wasn't that stellar. But it sure is now! ^_^ |

Okay, so I was wrong. Apparently my fellow Japanese class classmates aren't mad at me. Or at least they don't seem to be. Which is fine by me. Also, to make the Spider-Man DVD even better when I get it ('cause you know I can't get it off my mind), I've decided to deprive myself of everything related to the web-slinger. Yup, for the rest of the week I will not read any stories, visit any sites, or anything else that has Spidey in it. ... But what about my wall? (I have a Spidey poster from the movie theater.) Hmm. Maybe I'll avoid looking at it? lol. I just don't want to burn my self out by having a Spidey overload just before the movie comes out, ya know? |

YEAH!!! The Angels won the World Series! ^___^ Hurray! Take that Barry Bonds! *dances* This has to be their best season EVER. Yay! In other news, I decided to not go to the car wash, which resulted in two things. 1) I feel *much* better, and 2) I'm almost positive that my Nihongo classmates will be mad at me. But I don't really care about that so oh well. Also, I discovered a pretty cool CowBoy Bebop site that had the realplayer version of Wo Qui Non Coin. It's sung by the girl who's the voice of Ed, and I absolutely *love* this song! ^_^ Even though the translation is a bit silly, I still a really cute song. In fact, I'm determined to get that CD. (soundtrack #3, Blue) (ha ha, just thought I'd add that. ^_~) Um.... I guess that's it for now. Oh, and Mel, I hope you had a nice day yesterday! And um.... I'm sorry I... heh-heh... got the number wrong... -_-;;;;; |

**breathes deeply** I can do this. It's only 7 more days. 7 days? Pah, that's nothing. It'll go by quickly enough, right? No, of course it won't. The hours will drag by, making school and the wait even more unbearable. Stupid seven more days. I swear, waiting for the Spider-Man DVD to come out is like torture. Final exams are less agonizing! **growls** I don't like waiting. Although I'm good at being patient, it doesn't work well with favored material possessions. So, to help ease the wait I've decided to read as many Spider-man fics as I can, down at ff.net. It's kind of helping but not really. I keep finding really great stories that have evil cliffhangers and have been abandoned by their authors. Damn cliffhangers! **pauses** Wow, I am incredibly pathetic. Funny, I thought I'd be better than this. I really did. Maybe I need a break, a real one, to just get away and clear my mind. Including school and those annoying dorks who just won't shut up and mind their own business. It's like everyone has to keep tabs on everyone else, know everything that's going on and all that crap. If I have one more pointless small-talk chat with some kid I hardly know, I think I'll scream. But alas, I have yet another car wash for my Japanese Class, this one stealing 4 hours and giving maybe , more or less. Which of course, will result in more stupid conversations and creepy drivers staring at the car-wash students. I really don't want to go, but we're already short of people, and I could use the money to help fund my ticket. D'oh. But what if I didn't go? What if I just dropped everything and snuck out onto the roof to meditate for a few hours? Clear my mind and try figure things out? The important things, that really matter, not this superficial crap. I really need the time out..... but damn that car wash! >_< I don't know what I'll do. But I better decide by 7am; the soapy freak show starts at 9. |

God, I love three-day weekends. Ha ha ha, but the majority of US students didn't get today off! *sighs happily* I love teacher work-days. Although most of the students got LAST monday off because of Columbus Day (i think) so I guess it's even now. Until Christmas break where I get 3 weeks off. heh-heh-heh.
I'm so happy! I actually finished something for my website! And the best part is, it can go on both Musogato and Jade*Island! ^_^ The problem is, (other than the fact that it isn't ready to upload yet) is that it's in Japanese. You see, I made a cute little comic strip called 大切 な 虫 ショオ(Taisetsu na Mushi shou) or the Significant Bug Show!

Hello! Well, here's the new October layout, even if it is 16 days late. Oh well. I didn't have time to make some big fancy-shmancy "look at the detailed HTML & images" layout, so this simple but loveable look will have to do. Quite honestly, I prefer it this way. Besides, when all the layouts everywhere are painfully complicated and detailed and incredibly cool looking, they somewhat lose their... uniqueness. o_O? No, I don't know what I am talking about. So don't bother asking. Anyway, nothing much is new, except that I have been so swamped with school work lately, that I barely ever come on line now. *GASP* You know what's even more shocking? I don't care that I'm not coming online as often! In fact, I LIKE not coming on as often! **gasps are heard throught the web** I know how you feel, I too, am surprised. But I think this electronic fall-out is best for me. Especially since for the longest time I've had the habit of at least coming on every day, even if only for a few minutes. (damn that neopets site...) But this lack of interest is also good since when I eventually move out, I probably won't be able to afford the online service for a while. WHAT? What'd ya mean I won't be keeping my laptop when I move?? .-_-. I don't think I got enough sleep last night. I'm starting to scare myself. I've had giant presentations in almost every major class all week, and I think it's finally getting to me. I need to relax, and maybe drink green tea. (I ♥ waka-matsu Green Tea) I can't wait for the weekend. I don't have school next monday (some teacher work day, ha!) so I'll have 3 whole days to not stress out about evil sweatshop reports and presentations on material I didn't study on. **suddenly feels something dreadful coming** Oh crap. I have a sonnet test in English tomorrow! Nai. Seven more months, and no more homework. Seven more months and no more homework... |
