10:38 am VelvetMoth So since I really happen to want to archive everything, I am just going to have to do some writing and make this page get just a touch longer, now aren't I? I think that I may go about making some updates to things tonight, I might even do some re-designing of some of the pages, it seems like this place is evolving quickly because of how nice and calming and happy-making I find the whole process of writing this html. To that end, the changes around here are frequent, and the pages that have been archived are on the short side. I also want to start writing in the Velveteen area more, the area that's for my personal whateveryouwanttocallthems. Thoughts. I know that no one is actually looking at this, but oh well, it's fun for me to just make it, and maybe Aileen and Bethany will get off their lazy asses and give me some input. ... bitches, love ya both. anyhow, that's all for now folks. But I did design this which you should look at soon if you're going to look at it, because it won't be there for long. (That's the pitas I use for experimentation now.) But it doens't look the same on all computers. =( One thing that I did that should be good for here is that I've signed up for a html class at CU for while I'm here. That should help me figure out the things that I'm missing and tie together the things that I already know. VelvetMoth Thursday, August 1, 2002 9:30 pm VelvetMoth So, I'm slowly mastering this html stuff bit by bit. It's difficult when you figure something new out and suddenly realize that everything you've done prior to that was absolute crap. Such is now. This previously fantastic layout is now pretty much garbage when compared to the new layout that I've made. That said ... it's not so bad, and I want to wait longer before archiving this time, so there will be a bit of a wait before there is a new layout here. That, however doesn't mean that I can't make some great changes to some of the other parts of this site. And the page that I really like, velveteen, still looks good to me: the colors just went together so beautifully. Anyhow, the new layout uses a picture of Setsuna from Angel Sanctuary, ... not that that matters, but it's a streach away from the previously Satsuki only layouts I've had. I also have plans to make a new Satsuki layout as well, so I'll see how that one goes when I get to it. Perhaps the new layout will be for velveteen and the satsuki layout will be for this page ... and points of interest needs something .... *sigh* it's never done, I guess it would be a huge drag if I didn't like doing this eh? VelvetMoth Friday, July 26, 2002 7:04 pm VelvetMoth I have just discovered that the new archive page changes to look like the last page archived, so I have now archived these pages twice very recently, ... it's a bit obnoxious, but in the end, it makes it much better I believe. This way, that archive page looks like the new, cool home page, instead of like the old, not as good layout, and that layout is perserved only in its archive page, which is all well and fine so that we can see how far i have come. ^_^ VelvetMoth
