.... high and low..
Yappari nee, LOMA exam really gave me some invisible burdens for me in spending my leisure time, including in writing entry for blog. Thank God, yesterday's exam is the best LOMA exam I took so far, since it was all about Information System, and for the first time, I was really sure in facing my exam. Well, many things did happen since the last time I wrote my blog entry, including the first time I realized that I have this feeling called 'like'. His presence was not even something for me before, but then I realized that his being started to grow in me. For the first time since high school, I experience this feeling again that is somehow quite stronger than the previous time, perhaps due to my age and maturity.. ^_^ But I am a type that don't like to frontally expressed my feeling since I still cannot be sure about it anyway, whether it is my true feeling or not, but I love to do things for people I love, including my parents, friends, etc. Still, this feeling is outstanding and this time makes me happy, whether he realizes it or not. ^_^v
Vicky~! Gomen ne, it's not that I'm completely forgot about your niichan.. hehehe.. I must say that recently, Janne da Arc really steals my heart and one that attracts me so much to this group is the vocalist, Yasu. Well, Yasu is 1 year older than Inocchi! Whew, I think I'm really into older men! ^_^ Anyway, among the all JDA members, Yasu seems to have the most normal appearance, despite of his style of singing that one of the webmasters out there refers as 'gayish'. He always has his hair straightly rebounded. Meanwhile, I was somehow shocked when Yenie told me that Inocchi's current hair style is CURLY!!!! GAH! I've seen that hair and... well, it makes him somehow looks more mature and elegant (.. and Older!!), but... it's just that.. it feels like it's not so Inocchi! I love Inocchi in his straight hair, makes hime looks adorably cute and lively and energetic. Ken also has this tendency to be curl, and Go cuts his hair really short, while Nagano's remains the same (although his front hair is straighter than usual) and Okada remains all the same. I think, perhaps V6 is somehow changing their images for their new album/single.. since unusually they were inactive in releasing single/album.
Skip this part since it can be very boring.
Somehow, recently my Dad was on his worst mood. Everything I or Mom said were not pleased him. The tension when he picked me home from work is also increasing day by day and makes me afraid to chat with him, since I'm nothing anyway for him. My thoughts were all just passing by his ears. My darn tounge again told Mom something I shouldn't even speak to her about Dad's current feeling, which ended up to make her also feel unpleased with Dad. Again, it was all because of me, so I even thought again when I was crying alone in bathroom this afternoon, that it might be perfect for everyone if I was never be born. I can only ask and can never give. My brother and sisters are all amazing people, I'm really respect them and fully understand that I'm nothing as a child compared to them. In short, I'm not trusted by my own father. I'm also useless as a friend, don't know why they seems to be unpleasant when I'm around, so somehow I thought what I am for them. It sometimes really hurts my heart but I love them so much, so I don't care what they thought about me. I'll keep on living this way, no problem if I'm not loved but I'm really happy just by love those I love. That's why, when my friends call me for help or chat with me, I'm at my happiest moment. Also when I was come back to office and they noticed me 'Ah, you're back!', I'm very happy. Well, I guess I'm currently in state when I'm desperately wanted to be loved.. I'm currently not my usual self. God, please help our family so it will be back to normal again before we depart to Singapore next week. I wish my first time in my life travelling abroad won't be a mess.

Janne da Arc all over! .. and many more
Janne da Arc fever!
Totally Yasu all-over these few days, and partially J-Rock all-over, too. I even
rushed to Kinokuniya Plaza Senayan, hoping to find more complete J-Rock magazines,
but there was only 1 magazine costed Rp 99.000 with only 2 pages of Janne da Arc (
one is concert report and one is a short article with small picture). It had Pierrot
though, but I need at least Yasu pic. Luckily, my old Weekly Oricon has both Yasu
and Kirito's pic. I think I'm going to use them for my next layout before Christmas
since I'm planning to use Izumi's kawaii pic for Christmas.. *wink*
Since I'm drawn to J-Rock a lot, I somehow feel guilty to V6. It's not that I'm
abandoning them, but I just currently hooked on a new experience of J-music. J-Rock
is what I call the real music! All power to the music and the vocal. As for Janne da
Arc, Yasu's voice is
absolutely incredible. He controls all range of his
voice from the lowest to highest very well and can lightly and clearly jump between
range seasily effortless and without distortion. He uses to handle the lower scale
with his real voice and the higher with his falestto, and still he can steer the
transition between the ranges smoothly. Supported by a bassist, guitaris, drummer,
and keyboardist (yes, JDA has a keyboardist!), JDA presents a clearer J-Rock musik
which is a step harder than ordinary pop but not as noisy and hard as the visual kei
J-Rock, even including Laruku. Yasu's strong vocal soars above the music and his
clarity mixes very well with the instruments. JDA is my everything in J-Rock now,
but UNFORTUNATELY their major label is Avex Trax (yess, the commercial label we all
hate but can't help to buy their CDs) and moreover, they don't publish the overseas
version!! Aaaaargh! I wish I can own one of their album, but thankfully there are
lots of J-Rock MP3 Rotation sites that provides JDA's songs. Thank you webmasters
!!!
[Review] Janne da Arc - Gaia
Today I leeched the whole
Gaia album and hooked instantly on the first track,
Gaia. The song opened the whole Gaia CD with a mystical-sound guitar play and the
speed is increasing gradually as Yasu finally enters the song after almost 1,5
minute-long intro in medium-low tone with his real voice and repeat the verse 2
times before finally enters the chorus in sudden rising scale using his falsetto.
Yasu's voice in this chorus is absolutely outstanding, one of the finest vocal I've
ever heard in J-Rock songs. It feels that his voice is lightly dancing around the
low and high range without any burdens. The melody itself brings you to explore the
essence of the Earth (Gaia means the Earth) from the ground, sea, sky, and forest.
Just use your imagination and you'll experience one of the best J-Rock's Earth song

I'll translate Gaia sometime in this week, hopefully I've already translated it! Easy and simple, but beautiful.
Most respected artist/musician
Two days ago, in the middle of my addiction to JDA, I rewatched again V6's
Thunderbird PV, and it brought back the very good memories on how I first fell in
love deeply with V6 by knowing more about each member. On one of my Leadership class
assignment, I even wrote Sakamoto Masayuki as one of my role model of leader. Until
now, he's one of the artists/musician I respect so much. Sakamoto-kun is not the
only. So below is list of musician/artists I put my respect on:
1.
Sakamoto Masayuki (V6)
It's not because I love V6, but Sakamoto-kun is really what I can call 'a leader' of
a group. It's not simply because he's the oldest so the others put their respect on
him. As a group divided by age, V6 can overcome the so-called 'generation gap' among
the members. At first, Kamisen thought Sakamoto-kun was really scary, but in fact he
really want to get along well with those 'brats'. Although he's the leader, he
really wanted the youngers to be also involved in every group meeting, so when at
the first time Okada spoke out his mind, Sakamoto-kun was really happy. Sakamoto-kun
thinks about V6 above everything else. Just because he's the oldest and the leader
doesn't make him talk big or act as he wishes. He can truely admit his minus
compared with the other 5. Although he's a great leader admitted whole-heartedly by
the other 5, he often humbles himself that he's not a good leader and that being a
leader is too much for him. As V6 was going more solid and Kamisen were growing
matured, however they all shared his burden together. He also honestly admits to
media that he tends to easily lose his temper and at that time he really appreciate
the existence of the other Tonisen that can calm him down. I really appreciate a
leader who can truly praise those he leads of something that he can't do, or admit
something silly he did. He knows when to play joke and when to get really serious
when it comes to work. Sakamoto-kun is always my role leader.
2.
Tetsu (L'arc~en~Ciel)
I don't quite understand Tetsu since I'm not into Laruku as much as V6. Tetsu is a
perfectionist and he manages to bring Laruku into a major J-Rock band not only in
Japan but also all over the world. One think I like from him so much is his
consistency not to smoke.. I appreciate artist who doesn't smoke ^_^. Tetsu is one
of the finest bassist in J-Rock world. In Laruku, Tetsu's voice often accompanies
Hyde's in the background and his high-pitched and light voice mingles well with
Hyde's heavy falsetto. Tetsu is always neat, cheerful, and childish at any stages.
Tetsu is definitely a leader for Laruku.
3.
Gackt
Gackt is a prince. Absolutely a prince. He's like a real-life elegant manga
bishonen. Pretty but masculine at the same time. His voice is undoubtedly sexy,
especially when singing love songs, especially
12-gatsu no Love Song which
can make all girls melt away. Gackt is not just an artist that get famous due to his
appearance, but he's definitely a real artist. He writes his songs and sings them
with a wonderful singing skill, he can plays all kind of instruments, and he also
learnes material arts. What I really respect from him is his incredible spirit of
learning. I wish I can have a little of his spirit.
I can only think these guys at this moment. Gah, how I hate my limitation in describing music.. *stress* Anyway, I'll add some later... Now, back to work.. ^_^
