because my parents decided to have thanksgiving in vacaville with other relatives that my brothers and i don't even really know, i went to johnny's and had my thanksgiving with him and his family. it was great, and they had yummy food! man, his family always feeds me! seriously - i hardly get food at home. so sad. anyway, we dropped off his cousin chuckie at the train station later on in the evening. after johnny's relatives left, the two of us went to watch treasure planet. it was awesome! much more entertaining than i thought it would be. in fact, we both really liked it. the graphics are pretty off the hook too. good stuff, indeed.
as soon as i got home, i chatted with my buddy linda. man, she is so great! i think she's the master at html! a genius, i tell you! linda, thank you so much for helping me out with html codes and such. stupid crap that's so freakin frustrating! i swear i was about ready to throw my keyboard and computer out the window. aiyah. thanks for always being there to keep me company in the wee hours of the night... or morning. haha.
~babe, what can i say? i had a wonderful time with you today. thanks for having me over. it really meant a lot to me, especially since i got my hopes up for spending time with my family, and it never happened. i know things got a bit confusing later in the evening, and i'm really sorry about all that. it happens, though. i'm just glad that we talked about the situation, and things are back to normal - if not better. anyway, i'm really looking forward to sharing a bowl of cap'n crunch with you. it's been a while since we last had some. who knows? maybe we'll get to the berries soon. *wink wink* been trying to edit the way my page looks, but i haven't had the time to make it exactly how i want it. it started getting me frustrated so i had to leave it the way it is before i killed the keyboard. grr... i hate being a perfectionist. ohh yeah, and i've been a busy body lately. it's times like this that i hate the holiday season. there's just too much to get done.
yesterday, i had band practice, but ryan just told us to leave, so the pit took an outing to alexa's house. jackie needed to borrow a bass drum for her recording class, so we hauled a bass that looked like #2 or #3 bass to her car. it was hilarious because we tried to stick it in the trunk, but it didn't fit. then we tried to cram it into the backseat, but it wasn't working either. there was a car waiting for her space, and he looked all mad that we were taking hella days. ohhh well. his fault. he wants the parking, his ass has gotta wait! shiet. we ended up saying 'screw it' and just loaded it in the passenger seat, and i settled down in the back. we arrived at alexa's in time for some yummy pop corn with melted butter. ahhh... i could just taste the cholesterol. mmm! i met her two other roomies, matt and jeanne. alexa made me a very yummy drink (don't worry, i wasn't drunk *ahem JOHNNY*), and the pitlets had some good girl time. ohh yeah, andy was there, but he left as soon as we whipped out alexa's prom pictures. heheh. it was hella funny too cause we whipped out porn from under the couch. hmm... what's that doing under there?? no clue. jackie and alexa were teaching me how to tell the difference between fake boobs and real ones. ahhh yes. truly girl time, right? hahaha. jeanne, matt, and chris went to petco to get a new hamster for jeanne. awww, it was so cute! we put it in one of those little balls and it was just rolling around the carpet. hahaha. kind of makes me want a hamster now. anyway, jackie dropped me off at johnny's on her way home. adrian, johnny, and i headed off to best buy to take a look around. hehe, we got caught up with almost everything - the televisions, washer and dryers, those mini televisions, car stereos, digital cameras, the baby that was laying on the floor with a bottle in his mouth (aww, so cute!), and the refridgerators. ohh yeah, then adrian wanted to look for a kama sutra book, so we went to borders. hahaha. alright, to se the records straight, just because i know where the books about sex and stuff are doesn't mean i always go to them when i'm at the store. *snicker snicker*
today was fun. didn't go to my math class. eh. not really much motivation to go when there are only two other people in class, and one of them is the teacher. after school, johnny and i went to valley fair so i could turn in some job applications. yes, that's right. the anhela is getting a job. eeeep! i'm scared! i've been so spoiled for eighteen years that i've never had to get one. you know, i still don't need to, but this time my parents aren't doing anything to telll me otherwise. i really hope i get a job. i could definetly use the extra money. and i should be saving up money too. we'll see what happens with my adventure of finding a job.
~babe, thanks for driving me to the mall! i would've driven us, but i know how much you love the way i stall! haha... wouldn't that be sad if i started driving an automatic and it still stalled?!?! hahaha. hmm... well, about that stuff in the car today, i.. uhh... get shy when i talk about that kinda stuff. you know, it's just freaky deaky people stuff. that's like... after getting three wonderful hours of sleep, i started my day at six this morning. ahh... marching band rehearsal for the last show. it's too bad that the season went by so fast. it's also kind of sad that not all the same faces are returning next year. sigh. anyway, i had a good time today at the game that never seemed to end. while we were tailgating, virginia and i ended up being interviewed by some tv anchor from nbc. i didn't really want to be on tv, but it was better than me going around collecting donations from people in a shaygo for the band. it was funny because i don't go to state, but the anchor obviously thought so since i was in my spartan uniform. nonetheless, he kept asking me questions about the students at school and if we really care about the football team. i used my incredible skills of bullshitting and stuttering to answer any and all questions. whoo.. go ang! our half-time show kicked major ass! i know that the pit section radiated good vibes after we finished. whooo hoo! i think the entire band was actually very excited about this show since it's the only half-time show we do NOT in the traditional uniform. since the theme for this show was a Western theme, every section dressed up as something different, all relating back to the days of the Wild West. my section dressed as bartenders...and damn! we looked hot!!! kevin somehow got me all worked up and i did some loud ass 'rock-n-roll' screams before and after the show. hahahaha. you know, for three hours of sleep, i had quite a lot of energy.
after the defeat against fresno state, i headed to my man's house. we ate yummy sandwiches, then went to pick up sammy from work. poor sammy has no car. i guess he didn't have the new sticker for registration on his car, and the san hoe po-po took it away. eep! when we got back to johnny's, i ended up falling asleep on his bed. aiyah. too tired. in fact, i still am. good night, charile brown. went to marching band practice. i'm pretty excited about this show since i have rather difficult parts. i love the challenge. it just makes me want to be that much more of a better musician. in fact, i miss orchestra. i really miss playing my violin with an orchestra. sigh. i'll probably audition this coming semester since band is only during the fall season.
met up with reisa and chris today at starbucks. it was fun. i realized that reisa is one of those friends that i don't really see too much, or even talk to much, but we're still as close as we were. it's like each time we talk, we catch up on where we last left off. but yeah... it was nice to meet up with people that i haven't really seen in a while.
went to see firme at a house party today with johnny, sammy, nga, van, jason, and jason's lady friend (christine?). it was fun. firme put on a good show, as always, but it was cut by the wonderful police department of san hoe. i chatted for a while with morgan, amanda, richard, and holly. once again, cool to meet new people and stuff. hehe. ohh yes, angela is miss social queen.
had an emotional breakdown at the end of my day. just too much on my mind. mostly unhappiness with my life. i don't know why, but everything just kind of hit me all at once. i broke down into tears in johnny's arms, and i just couldn't stop. too much to handle for a late night. especially since i have to wake up early tomorrow morning. good night.
~babe. i'm so sorry about tonight. about the misunderstanding we had earlier in the evening, for the way i was acting, and for crying in front of you. there was just too much on my mind for me to handle. but thank you for being there just to hold me. i really needed that. and i'm just happy you were the one to kiss all my tears away. <3 my babe rocks - HARDCORE! i wasn't able to make it to the starting line show in frisco last night, but my sweetie pie brought me back something that made me feel mucho better. he tracked down each of the guys and had them sign a poster for me. ooOOh... it was even personalized by kenny! heck yeah!
school was fine. learned some new stuff. yay, go school. spent time with my johnny today. hehe, benny made an unexpected visit to johnny's house. hmmm... we were supposed to go with adrian to wal-mart, but he flaked out, so johnny and i ended up heading to valley fair. we grabbed some good chowder at sammy's work. yummy yummy in my tummy! the two of us ended up going to lovely milpitas that smells like wonderful alviso. *takes a breath of alviso air* mmmm... you can just smell the freshness! *snicker snicker* we went back to his house, and i was able to meet some of his relatives from out of town. hehe, his cousin jake was a really cute little boy! awww, so cute!!!

:: mad props to miss karen for helping me out with the wonderful codes of html :: what a fun night. olivett and i had a nice time learning the hawaiian language. ahh... so kuuipo.hehehe. on a random aspect of things, the two of us have been inspired by this guy in europe to venture off to abandoned places and take pictures to share with all of you. check out the guy's site here.if anyone has good suggestions of where us girlies could go, other than journeying off to the ghetto, let one of us know. for your information, we actually have two options: it's either (1)we take pictures of abandoned buildings, or (2)one of us infects ourself with athlete's feet! muwahaha.
school is going pretty well. i'm doing surprisingly well in my classes. and lately, i've been writing up some good essays. heck yeah! marching band is still taking up my evenings every other night. our last game is this saturday against fresno state. ack! i still can't believe the season is almost over. this semester went by really fast. geezus, i don't even know what classes i'm taking next semester!!! ahhh yes, the joys of being a college student. he's a poo-poo face. he's a ca-ca head.
ooOh! marilyn monroe! hot stuff! according to this quiz, i'm a BOMBSHELL. :) hahaha, now that's just crazy talk! went to an awesome show tonight in pacifica! this guy, e.k., was having a house party, and he had lots of bands play. it was tight because at first we were outside in his backyard. the fog started rolling in, so it had a cool visual effect with the bands that were on. we had to move it into his garage after ten o'clock because the cops kept coming by. the other left played, along with sputter doll, tragedy andy, hybrid soul, and a few other bands. i had fun. all the bands put on a good show. haha, oh yeah... and the dude from tragedy andy was totally hitting on me, nga, and gina... right, johnny??? *snicker snicker* ~damn. we rocked it steady at the afterparty tonight!!! thanks for a great night, babe. i'd ask you for more, but you know how shy i get! *snicker snicker* geezus.. two incredibly fantastic nights in a row. that is definetly 'nuff said. i saw no doubt in concert tonight, along with garbage and the distillers. the concert was so incredibly awesome!!! leilani bought me tickets as a birthday present, and abel ended up buying me some merch as his part of my birthday present. wowie. i didn't realize how much of a hardcore no doubt fan i am. haha. but yeah... i had way too much fun, which isn't a bad thing. surprisingly, i haven't lost my voice yet. we'll see how i sound tomorrow.
my day actually started off pretty wretched. i woke up pretty early to finish up my history homework, and to study for a very difficult math test. being the studious little girl that i am, i lost track of time. this then pushed me to rush through the shower and getting ready, scarf down my breakfast, then jet off to school. but i am also quite forgetful, and as i was halfway to the freeway entrance, i realized i needed to get some gas. i'm also a poor college student with no job, meaning i had to go home and pester my mother for money. by this time, i had about ten minutes before my first class started, and it's a twenty to thirty minute drive from my house to school... depending on how many asshole drivers are out on the freeway at that time. so i head to the gas station, and with my luck, all the gas pumps that aren't being used are all out of service. i had to then head to another gas station so i could make it to school LATE.
i finally reach my destination of math class. ohh the joy - i walk in late for my test. not only did i not know any of the crap that was on it, but i didn't have enough time to bullshit some answers. grr... i hate math with a burning passion. my history class was cake, so there's nothing to tell about that.

good news number two: my car is fixed. yup yup. so you'll be seeing me stall on the streets in the acura. hahaha. go anhela! i tried out my car when alain and i went to best buy and the clutch was totally stiff. man, it feels to drive my car again. i was so used to abel's car... the clutch.... the steering...shifting gears... and of course, the janky old radio. hehe. but my car runs so smooth. and shifting seems so.... gentle. i don't really know if that makes sense, but if you drive a manual, i think you have somewhat of an idea of what i'm trying to explain.
i spent some time with my parents today. we went to the cell phone place, then headed to eastridge. wowie. i haven't been inside that mall in a long time. haha, it's still pretty janky. sigh. i remember when eastridge had a pretty happenin' arcade. oh how the times have changed.
i met up with jared this evening to pick up my roll of film in negative form. heck yeah! we grabbed some jamba juice, then headed off in our separate directions. i dropped by johnny's because he wanted to go to target. hehe, we had a good time roaming around as i annoyed him and all the other consumers in target by making my shoes squeak and slurping my jamba juice. muwahahaha.
i had a good time online tonight chatting with the girlies. shana and i have some fun detective work to deal with. hehe, ohh the excitement! Ü had the chance to really talk to olivett, which was kool. i'm glad me and her are still buddies. olivett, we gotta go scoping around for some abandoned places - seriously. whoa! we could do that in hawaii... as for where we're gonna stay, we could stay with my relatives on the islands. if not, our other option is to stay in the places we explore. after all, they ARE abandoned! hehehe. ohh, but we need to get our hands on a digital camera first. i'm telling you - you're more hardcore than me... pin her down, and i'll take the camera and run! :)nini! good lord. it was an incredibly long day. woke up at seven in the am, which is way too early for me. abel needed his car for the weekend since him and lei had plans to go to lemoore and hanford. i wanted to go because i know they're going to see this masseuse that just works miracles on your body! i could really use a hearty full body massage right now. ahhh..
few hours pass, then jackie picked me up and we headed for band. it was so nasty because the fields were all mushy and muddy from the rain. hahaha. to solve our problems, scott gave us bales of hay to spread around the pit area. there was so much hay around us, instead of worrying abut slipping on the mud, we had to make sure we wouldn't trip over the layers of hay. i seriously felt like some type of barnyard animal. baaaa! moving on, both the pre-game show and the half-time show weren't too bad. the game itself was good. sjsu actually won!!! go spartans!
after the game, johnny and i headed to his house. i took a nice warm shower after roaming around so much in the sprinkles and sunshine of the football game. ahhh... so refreshing. johnny and i ate some bomb ass dinners at applebee's. mmm, scrumptious! haha, we both stuffed ourselves fat. *snicker snicker* we hit up some stores since we were in the area, then went back to johnny's. his cousin frank was there, so we all just chilled for the rest of the night. the two bukaki twins (who look so goddamn the same like mario twins) came by after the high school dance they went to. hehe. i fell asleep for a little on my man's shoulder as he was playing vice city. ohhh.. so tired.

johnny and i went to independence to watch the heidi chronicles. i must say, a good show indeed. we both enjoyed it. we said hi to all the kiddos backstage, which was kool. i saw adam there! that was kool since i haven't seen him since he was passed out on mio's couch in the summertime. hehe. good times. some of his other buddies were there too, including one that i don't even think is worth mentioning in my lovely pitas page. urk. let it be known that i despise him with all the passion in the world. it's amazing how people can be so deceiving. i honestly tried my best to settle things on good terms, but he took it way too far and showed me that he is capable of being a pretty big asshole. anyway, i'm not going to let this nuisance cause me any more grief. i know that it is NOT worth it.
after the play, we were going to meet mekenna and sarah at iguana's. but plans changed and we ended up picking up adrian and meeting the girls and most of the cast at pizza my heart. fun fun fun. let the good times roll!
rain. i amazingly survived my first day of driving in the wet weather. whew! i skipped my first class this morning. in replace of my wonderful math class, i set a date with mister fredrick douglass and his slavery narrative. i ended up being late for my history class because i got too caught up in the book. eh. on the walk to my car, i ran into trac. talk about random. i don't think i've seen that kid in like a year or two. no worries, he's still the same ol' trac-star.
i donned the spartan uniform and headed over to the tech museum to be a flag-bearer for some awards ceremony. if i knew that standing still and holding a flag for about three hours straight would inflict so much pain in my arms, i would have thought twice about participating in this event. oh well. i saw steve young, two guys from nbc, was fed decent food, and given ONE free ticket to see a movie in the IMAX theater. not bad, i guess... just janky that we all only got ONE ticket. i had fun with all the other band geeks. hahaha, too much fun, in fact.
i would just like to say thank you very much to reisa and rosie for letting me vent to them tonight. for some reason, i just had so much i needed to get out. i reckon that the cycles of menstruation also trigger repressed anger. sigh. even so, i had a fun conversation with reisa.

a lovely day indeed. school wasn't as wretched as it usually is. i had johnny drop me off at band so he could see where the stadium for saturday's game is located. band was okay. talked to benny for a little, received some new music, listened to ryan bitch about the drumline and how they fuck around too much, and got a very kool FREE spongebob squarepants poster. my babe picked me up and we headed to the mall. after a full round of roaming around, and running into familiar faces, we went to the japanese place by the movie theaters. awww, it was awesome because it was just me and johnny time. what more could i ask for??
whoa...is that johnny in a new matrix??! oh heck yeah! this hot stud is now an owner of a new toyota matrix. lemme tell you - it's very tight. but careful ladies, he's already taken.
came home from school, helped mom make dinner with both filipino and vietnamese dishes, then crashed out on my bed. for some reason i was so tired today! about two hours or so later, johnny called to let me know about his new car. i was able to fall back into a deep slumber, but was rudely awakened by some sergeant from the army recruitment center. grr... i'm too nice to hang up on the guy, so i endure through five dreadful minutes of bullshit about what i want to do with my life.
later in the evening, mister johnny dropped by to show me his new car. after a drive around the block, he gave me the tour of the car. very VERY awesome stuff. monday.november.04.2002
a long day. i woke up an hour late for school, but somehow made it one minute after my first class started. yay. go speeding on the freeway!
johnny brought me to band since we had practice at the university. the asian girls minus monica made our traditional tapioca express run. mmm, scrumptious, indeed.
later in the evening, i met up with jared at starbucks. it was kool since i haven't seen that boy in forever... in fact, we haven't talked in a long time too. weird, especially because we're both always online late at night.

last night was awesome. i played a high school exhibition in pacific grove. good show. i was totally psyched since i nailed my kick ass timpani part in "paint it black." i had an enjoyable drive with my babe to the high school... not to mention, it was stall-free! haha. on the way home, we stopped by in-n-out in gilroy, grabbed some grub, met up with some familiar faces.
quality family time today. my entire family went to eat dinner in celebration of my mom's birthday yesterday. i thought it was nice that we all went out since it's been a long time since we last spent time together.
