it's definitely been awhile.
monday, woke up at 7:30 to go to Chels's house. left for california!
well, at least to medford
went to dinner at outback steakhouse, then to a cinderella story. yes, it is a movie for pre-teens.. BUT IT WAS GOOD! so there.

tuesday goin out on the gorgeous boat of theirs, with a wakeboard tower and everything
wakeboarding and tubing is oh-so much fun!!!! got so much air on the tube

wednesday morning, finally left for sacramento
hung out in the pool, stayed up late, doing each other's make up and listenint to music
thursday swam in the pool again, went out to dinner at red robin, and looked at kohl's.
came back home and watched dirty dancing: havana nights.
i have to say, it is one of my new favorite movies.. it was so good!!!! the music, the dancing, the acting... EVERYTHING!!

friday swam again and then went shopping. bought a pink sweater, the coolest pink dangly earrings EVER, and an AWESOME black roxy visor beanie. SO PIMP
played 10,000 that night and watched spiderman on tv.
saturday started on home at 8:50, stopped in medford at 2. instead of staying overnight, we decided to just make the rest of the trip home. let's just say it's a really long drive all the way home from sacramento, and we were all super tired beyond belief
now i'm about to leave again tomorrow for life conference.... and i'm kinda not wanting to, but i know it's all gonna be awesome :)

good morning sun....
it's finally gettin hotter!!! and sunnier!!!
though i did wish it could have rained :) yeah i know i'm weird.... it's summertime and i want it to rain
but i just love the rain!! makes me happy. it's so calming
i guess i'm just a winter kinda gal. though having no school is the best thing in the world :)
nothing fun has happened once again
i finished season 7. so now i have no more friends episodes to watch. it is so sad!!! :(
i leave in 5 days for sunny california
really excited!! but the only thing that sucks is that once i get back, i have one day to recuperate and i have to get up SUPER early to get on a plane leaving for Phoenix, AZ. but it'll be great cuz a bunch of kids from my youth group will be taking over.
i'm goin to Life!!! WOO WOO!!! so excited
once i get back it'll be august, and one more month til school comes back.
right now it seems like summer is too short, but i'll probably (hopefully) be ready to go back to school soon after that.
here's something to look forward to, though: football games!! awww yeah!
k i think i'm done rambling now. i'm getting my permit tomorrow!! well, assuming that i pass. if i don't well, that sucks for me

not much goin on this past week
definitely haven't been updating, that's for sure
friday in pain. ribs hurt whenever i breathed in. it sucked
saturday exercised, felt really tired, took a nap, went to hidalgo with my dad. SUCH A GOOD MOVIE!! mmmm viggo just keeps getting tastier...
late night grocery shopping with the mom and sis
come home and find that i have had a fever all day. eh, i just don't stop
eyeballs hurting. spent the day of our independence watching 4 movies in a row. and i only remember what 2 of them were: balto and dr. dolittle
that is gonna bug me for quite awhile
monday went to costco. bought (well, my sister bought) seasons 4-7 of friends. WE HAVE SEASONS 1-7 ON DVD!! WOO WOO!!!
have been watching lots of friends lately. oh! and lassie!! that's one i watched on sunday night!!! oh yeah and hercules monday morning. what a stud ;)
so now i am on season 6, disc 4 of friends and i have done just about nothing else this whole week
yeah i really like being lazy. and that bath last night was reallllllllllllly nice :D

took so much effort to get my butt outta bed at 8:00 and get to the courthouse at 9:30
ran and did that stepper thing for a total of about 4 1/2 miles. and burned about 575 calories. WOO WOO!

but he is a good actor. and the movie was great!!! beautiful music (prelude, fantasia on a theme, and others), lots of action, and a cute lil boy!! tee hee! he made me smile... OH YEAH! and billy boyd!!! YEAH!

yesterday was a very long day, full of horses and little kids.
i woke up at 5:45 am so i could get to michelle's house by 7 so we could get levi (her horse) trailered up and head off to roddy ranch in albany for her show.
sat between calynn (who is about 3 months) and haley who is almost 2. she was just chattin it up, lemme tell ya! haha
helped michelle a lot, levi is so cute!! hauled kids around. wasn't bad!! they're fun lil kids :)
michelle did so well! she won two 1sts, one 2nd, one 3rd, and one 4th!! AND SHE GOT HIGHPOINT!!! woo woo!!!! i'm so proud. tee hee
rode levi. it has been so freakin long. i'm feelin it today in my inner thighs and butt. i have always been angry at those who think riding is easy and doesn't take anything. HA! yeah right! it takes EVERYTHING!! and you wouldn't know unless you actually took a horseback riding lesson, not some easy trail ride where the horse just follows the one in front. psh
fun hangin out at the lanhams that evening for awhile! haley one huge source of entertainment. mom and dad came in and visited and we had an ice cream party!! i love the lanhams. they're like my 2nd family. i've known them forever and a day
tired. slept longer than i usually do: went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 9:30. and i probly coulda slept longer.

this past week has been pretty good. wednesday i spent my day at the beach with friends. so great!
roasting hot dogs over the fire, running around in the sand, burying people in the sand and making them look like mermaids... weird mermaids... :)
running away from the water. so much fun, but it makes your legs burn!
writing names with burnt sticks on the concrete wall. some people having a little trouble. hahahahaha
thursday (yesterday) i headed off to camp harlow with michelle and deanna so we could visit.
right off the bat i saw some of my favorite people :) they always make me smile!!! ahhh!
saw more of my favorite kids i've made friends with while working out there
it's so good to see them again! talk to them! it's been 6 months for most, and some over a year!!!
just being around them all makes me feel so great. it's sad though, because it isn't always the same for me. i haven't worked since last summer. and i don't know if i'll be working this summer :( and i'm not going to be working next spring break because i'll be in germany. *sigh* just gotta see what God wants me to do i guess
eating yummy food from the harlow lodge kitchen. renting movies
deanna's boyfriend convincing us to rent "the party" because "he's a comic genius" and "peter seller is classic". i think those were some of his words hahaha
yeah so it turned out there were 2 funny parts in that movie: "poo!" and "birdy num-nums"
yeah you'd have to see that movie to understand hahah
awaking at 10:30, back to harlow lodge for some breakfast. fruit and some "fruit rings" took care of that! lol. leaving at like, 1:00. back on home to salem. i miss my friends :(

so, it's a new month and i'm startin fresh on a new page. i'm tired of my other one cuz i dunno i just am. you can personalize the pitas page ones a lot easier. ANYWAYS...
day was uneventful. actually for the majority of the past 24 hours i have been watching the two towers extended edition.
it all started with the 3rd disc (full of special features) yesterday afternoon and i think i watched it all. then this morning i started on the the appendices (disc 4) and finished that. then i started watching the movie with cast commentary! WOO WOO! oh man it makes me laugh those kids are hilarious. mostly meaning dom and billy, tee hee. they make me feel all giddy and i just have to listen to their voices. that's all it takes. no, the fact that i don't even know them does not matter one bit here.
so now i'm listening to the soundtracks in order (i'm on to the two towers soundtrack) but i don't have the 3rd one! *tear* lauren still has to burn it for me *wink wink, nudge nudge* hehehe.
my brain is now fried by lord of the rings. everything from this one movie is just in my mind right now and it's just on a lord of the rings mode. no worries though cuz it's ok to have your brain fried by lotr cuz well... duh.
