I feel old now....XD

I'm SEVENTEEN!! ACK! >.< I can see R rated movies now by myself, although I don't have an I.D., I have the right. XDDD

It doesn't have that smooth ring to it that sixteen does. ::cries:: Oh well. Now I can make the claim that I am no longer a child. Let me do stuff. Haha! I dont' know what kind of stuff, just stuff. ^_^

My parents took me out to dinner this weekend at Todai's. I love that place. Great buffet, great sushi. I ate soba. ^^ We got free lobster. Yay! I ate my annual crepe (they make it right in front of you). My dad really wanted the lobster. He was bothering the waiter. XD

The waiter was nice. He's name was Wing. How cool is that. ^_^

Crazy week!

I'm about to tear my hair out guys! Too much work. I don't have an essay yet, but I have reading assignments pouring out of my ears. T_T ::cries in a corner::

Well, I enjoyed the three day weekend though. ::sighs:: We should have more of those. Haha. While the students stay at home and sleep, the teachers have an in-service day. Muwahaha. They have to work! XD

I made userpics for livejournal. ^_^ Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Cloud Strife themed just to warn you. XD I'm a little obsessed. I love his blue eyes. They're beautiful. ::glomps Cloud::

Sick and tired...

On Saturday I got out of my dad's dinner party thing for work. I was so happy. I was able to go to the Back to School dance instead. ::dances:: ^_^ There would have been tons of engineers and people I don't know at that dinner party. >.< Those are usually no fun because all the adults talk all night and the teens and other kids end up sitting in their chairs extremely bored.

So the dance was great. So many people because there are 450 frosh this year. Ack! I bet you most of them went. It was funny though because the teachers who were chaperoning (sp?) got into a conga line and went through the mob of hormoning teenagers. XDD This includes Mr. Bradford, Mr. Carder, and Mr. Dozier. O_O They're all old people!! XDDD

The only problem is that they were selling drinks instead of giving them away for free so there was a huge mob at the drinking fountains. For once the school tap water actually tasted good.

The next day, Sunday, I went to Sunday Friends and did community service. I spent a little over three hours translating letters from Spanish to English. I was getting sick of Spanish. >.< It was fun though. There were a lot of little kids doing arts and craft decorating their bulletin board for the month. ^_^

Natasha didn't go to school yesterday though. She was really sick. We also had counselors in English to lecture us about college applications. Bleh! I really don't want to apply now. Too much work. ::falls down::

KP didn't go to school today, but Natasha did. Hmm...I'm a little sad. I woke up this morning and my throat was scratchy. I think I'm sick too. Oh wait! KP's here now! XD She's stopping by to know what homework is. XDD But yea. The Fed Project presentation went well. I think it was a little long, but I think people liked the song. I hope Walsh didn't dock us too many points for content.

We had a Spanish quiz on Tratado II today. It was alright. I think it was because I understood it a little more, but I think I still got some wrong. I didn't know what the words were. Ollau and I did horribly wrong on the Tratado I quiz. Ack! I got a C. T_T I'm disliking Colby right now. He got a 100%. Grr...

Brian got Advent Children YESTERDAY!! There was a leak. So now it's out somewhere with fan subs or speed subs or whatever the lingo is nowadays. >.< So I was watching it in Physics today. The art is AMAZING! O_O Much love. ::glomps Square Enix::

I'm a little sad though. I heard the American release got moved to November. Wah! I hope that's wrong.

Gilmore Girls season premier tonight on the WB! Go watch. Will Luke and Lorelai get married? Or will the producers and writers find a way to break 'em off? Logan is HOT! ::glomps Logan:: RoryXLogan forever <3<3<3

Halfway there....>.<

The week's about halfway over. Yippee!! And for the first time since school started I don't have any Spanish homework. ::does a little dance:: XDD

After doing my corrections last night I realize what a grammatical idiot I am. >.< Oh well, I guess I'll let Speckman's little speech make me feel better. People must fail in order to succeed in the future. I can't believe I'm actually sort of learning in Christian Vocations. Haha...

I work for four hours on my Spanish oral and I don't even go today. Grr...but then again the quiz got pushed back. I'm happy again. XDD

I'm still feeling a bit weary but oh well. Apparently I've been making a lot of mean comments today. There were rickshaws and love life comments. >.<;;;;

Kingdom Hearts was on my PS2 magazine in the mail. ::glomps:: I love SORA!! ::glomps again:: Pirates of the Caribbean is going to be a world in that game. They look almost exactly like the real people too.

Labor Day

Again, working at Imuya's house on the Federalism Project. Die project! Die! Grr...

I'm tired all over again. ::cries::

Oh! Check out this site! It's so adorable. iloveegg.co.uk. ^_^ It's a site about animated eggs. XDD I actually had no idea there were a lot of sites like homestarrunner and potterpuppetpals. Now I want to create a site like that too. But I guess I have to know how to create and use stuff on Flash probably. Darn. That's a whole new class. >.<

Imuya and I were thinking about making a documentary-like movie or film of all our "adventures". XDD It'd be fun I think. I picture like cut and pasted video clips put to music and sound effects. Cool right?

Apparently the AC at home is broken now. T_T I woke up this morning and all the windows upstairs were open. Now our house smells funny. I'm not use to the windows being open so I accidently slam all the doors shut because of the extra pressure. I don't know. It's weird. >.<

Federalism Project

Here I am at Imuya's house working on the Federalism Project. We procrastinate a lot, but we it's all fun. Actually, most the day we were waiting for an email from our teacher because she hadn't posted a chestlist and we didn't know where the page numbers for everything were. So now we have it. ^_^ I think she wrote it really fast because there were a lot of grammar and spelling mistakes. XD I get confused when there are a lot of those. >.<

So yeah. We're doing our Federalism Metaphor Project on composing sheet music. ^_^ It'll be fun since Imuya's really good at making music off random.

We had our first rally yesterday. ^_^ It was fun because as seniors we have a tradition to do a procession in the morning making underclassmen late for class. It involves lots of honking and water balloons. Kimmie and I decided at the last minute to join the procession. We hopped into the back of Cynthia's truck. It was really fun. I'm glad we decided to do it. Even though the school said no water balloons or trucks, people did it anyway. XDD They didn't say anything about water guns so people brought lots of super soakers too. ^_^ Someone owned two flatbed Isuzu trucks. One of them they put a turntable on it and blasted music. It was awesome to see a huge crowd of frosh, soph, and juniors crowded to stare to watch us drive by. I felt the power. XDD

The rally was alright too until the end when they had teachers dress up in wrestling uniforms and pretend to be cheezy acrobats. Papa Zucchini. It was cute, but then it just got really boring and stupid. I felt bad. >.<

I've had to work a lot this week on an essay for my AP English class. >.< I was so exhausted because I didn't have a thesis until a day before the paper was due. I don't think the essay is very good, but I'm so glad it's finally done and over with. I completely laid around the house yesterday. I watched Mary Poppins, One Tree Hill, Buffy, and Full Moon wo Sagashite. XDDD

I'm praying for all the people who were affected by Katrina.

No school tomorrow! Yay!

New Layout. ^_^

I made this about four months ago. XDD I've been too lazy/busy to post it. Haha... ^^;;

I've been really stressed lately. I have an English essay due this Thursday and I don't even have a thesis. >.< I'm really freaking out. I'm getting a lot of homework as well. I don't know how I'll be able to write a well written essay without writing it all before the day it's due. It's my own fault though because I didn't work on my essay this weekend.

On August 18th and 19th I made two Ayu...um....thingies. I don't know what you would call them. I was going to make a layout and then it ended up being nothing. They can't be wallpapers or graphics....>.< You name 'em... The credits go to Ayu websites because I can't remember where I got the pics...Sorry.

First 7 days of school...

I really needed to archive. I had like 4 months worth of entries...XDDD

Here's my schedule...
1. No first period
2. US Gov (Walsh) / Senior Economics (Ferriera)
3. AP Calc BC (O.D.)
4. AP Physics (Ikezi)
5. AP English Literature (Christensen [he's back from England!])
6. AP Spanish Literature (Whytoshek)
7. Christian Vocations (Speckman) / World Religions (Curley)

My world religions teacher I've been trying to avoid my whole high school life, but to no avail, I have him next semester. Boohoo! T_T

Oh well, my schedule is alright. I get two AP classes everyday. It's divided quite nicely. I feel empty when I don't have a first period because some of my friends have classes and I'm used to rushing into class at 7:45 in the morning. Now I don't have to rush though. I take my sweet time and make my father late to work. Muwahahaha...

I got a haircut last Saturday. ^_^ I have bangs now. Freaky.... I've never had bangs in my life. XD I also got layers. I've had layers before, but apparently there are different types. >.< I didn't like it at first, but due to all the compliments, I'll guess I'll live with it. My hair was getting long anyway.

I took my senior portraits yesterday. The lady was really nice, made me feel really pretty. I don't agree...XD;; The place was cool because on the outside it looks like a diner from the 1950's. I felt like I should be wearing a poodle skirt and a scarf around my neck. ^_^;;

Afterwards, we visited the Winchester Mystery house on random. Very strange. Hmm... I like the mansion though. It's literally a maze. I think Kimmie would like to live in it. Her favorite number is 13. ^^;; Then we ate lunch acrosse the street at Santana Row. I like Pasta Pomodoro. Their ravioli di zucca is really yummy. ::rubs tummy:: We also stopped my Barnes & Noble to return a text book. With the store credit I got to buy three mangas. ::big smile:: The only thing is that they stick these security stickers in there that are really hard to take off. I ruined some of the pages. T_T The one thing I don't like about Barnes & Noble is that they only have one crappy copy of a manga on the shelf or none at all. It's depressing. I didn't get to buy all the ones I wanted because they were in such a terrible condition. I haven't bought manga in months. I also bought Pride and Prejudice for 5 bucks. ^_^

I bought Fushigi Yuugi vol 15, Ceres vol. 12 (I need to get vol 11), and Wolf's Rain vol 1. ^_^ I'm liking Wolf's Rain. I wish I could see the anime, but I don't have cable. T_T

I have a new found obsession with Shinhwa right now. I really like their video/song Brand New. ^_^ Without the freaking though. That's a little disturbing. Most of the guys looks absolutely gorgeous though. ::glomps Hyesung::

I promise to put up a new layout this week or I shall commit internet seppuku.
