Aaaaah!

Two weeks until finals!! Need I say more? This semester seriously just flew by. I kind of wish it was Orientation all over again. =/

Yesterday was ASA's Cafe Asia. Techinically I was supposed to be waitressing, but I showed up as a customer. XD Melissa is such a good waitress. We got food waaaay before everyone else. Although, looking at all of the food served, it should have been called Cafe Korea. XD I'm not really complaining, but where are all the other countries? Haha. It was really cute. This one on-campus band performed Justin Timberlake's Sexy Back. Very cute. =3

Before that, Janice and I decided to work out for about an hour or so. It ended up to be more like 15 minutes of power walking, where we got tired and didn't know how to use the other machines. >< So we left and decided to play a sport instead. Except all the racquetball courts were taken, so we decided to tackle tennis. OMG! I'm sooooo bad a tennis, AND if you hit the ball to my right, I won't be able to return it properly. I almost hit a lady walking by too because the ball went over the fence and bounced off of a light post. XDDDDDD

I rearranged my room last night because the set up was really bothering me. I didn't have enough desk space in my opinion. Even though, I suffer clutter-itis no matter what I do. =P So my room looks pretty now. Well, sort of. I still need posters.

ASA Semi-Formal this weekend. ♥ I hope I still fit into my dress. Haha.

I'm thankful for all of my friends, family, and even college. Love you guys. ♥

Video game fun with the family today. I love my cousins. They're so funny. We beat the crap out of each other with Street Fighter, Need for Speed, and Tekken 4. ^___^

Shopping tomorrow. Whee~

Flying Solo

Flew back home this morning all by myself for the first time in my life. It's quite an interesting experience to go through. Of course, my greatest fear was having to wait at the bus stop all by my lonesome so early in the morning. Luckily my mom called me around 4am to clarify that my flight was at 7am instead of 9am. Oops. So I ran over to the bus stop to try and make the 5am bus and there was this huge line. O.O So me and four other people flagged down a taxi and split the fare because the bus they sent was waaaaaay too small.

I seriously passed out on the plane though so it's nice to have a window seat. My first flight: I fell asleep at the gate and woke up when the plane arrived at the next gate. XDDDD

The airport at Detroit is so frickin' long. I got off at gate 58 and had to walk all the way to gate 8. They even have a shuttle (like the one at Disneyland) to get from one side of the room to the other. I took my sweet time though since it was a three hour lay over.

Home sweet home. ♥

My dad thought I lost weight or something. ::scoffs::

I watched One Tree Hill for the first time since the last season ended. It feels like that show is running in circles though...and I really don't like Lucas' hair. It's weird. XDD

Miss you guys. Hang out with me before Saturday, please. ♥

Culture Night 2006

We did it, you guys~! We actually did it. We choreographed, learned, and performed a dance involving fourteen people all in a sum of probably two weeks. I'm so unbelievably happy that we did it. Not only that, we did it well and left amazed, happy, and surprised looks on people's faces because they thought that we couldn't do it. It may not have been what people were expecting, but I know YANG did a wonderful job. =D I love the dance. ♥ I only wish we could perform it more, but it's already over. =(

Culture Night itself was very cool. It's the biggest event of Asian Heritage Awareness Month and makes me really really look forward to Lunar Gala next semester, because I think it's like a small preview of the awesomeness that LG is. ::shrugs::

My girl Margaret took so many pictures with my camera. Haha. ::hugs:: ♥ And...I've got video. Not only of our dance, but of the KSA & iFS dance too (mainly the guys part though), which was sooooo hot. Seriously. Both the guys and the girls. ::fans self::

I'm uploading the video for the ASA dance right now. I'll put it on YouTube later since I'm afraid to go over my bandwidth limit, although I think I already have. >< (It's an average of five days right?) My only qualm about the ASA video is that you can't see in me in the second of the dance...if I'm not off the camera, then Jason and Melissa are in the way. =T Sorry Jae. But you know we were the best. =P

I'm going to finish my tea, upload the video, and then go to bed. Muah~! ♥

ASA Culture Night Dance 2006

Love you guys. And...good night.

Return of the Blogger

Okay, so that wasn't corny at all. XD Anyways, I'm back and hopefully at full force, or close to.

I'm so behind on posting pictures that it isn't even funny. ><;;; Although I want Photoshop first. And by the way, false alarm, the Toshiba is STILL broken. =.= It comes back in spurts and then decides to die again. The next time it decides to work, I'm taking Photoshop off of it and putting it on this one.

Culture Night is only a week away~! I'm so excited because I'm going to be dancing in it. Makes me think back on the International Showcase days...::sigh:: My friend's even choreographing it too. And it's Asian music....sound familiar? Haha. Although the style is very different so I unfortunately didn't find anayufan's twin while I'm over here. =P

The weather here is SOOOO weird. It's only snowed once and it didn't even stick. It was more like just white stuff falling from the sky for one day and then disappearing. It's been really sunny and warm and now I think it's about 40 degrees which in my opinion I'm already crazy used to. Technically it's supposed to be snowing right now but the weather this year's already been crazy weird in general.

Going back home in a week or two. Guess who's excited about that? ^.~

Oh! Before I forget, I saw a license plate a few weeks ago that said, "bobbafett" or something like that. It made me think of Star Wars. =P

The prodigal...lappy?

So, I was taking out my old laptop from my bag so I could put the new one in so I could carry it over to the library to study. And the thought just happened to cross my mind..."Let's see if it's still broken." ::pushes ON button and watches the Toshiba successfully boot up::

. . . =.=;;;

I still don't really trust my old laptop in case it dies again, but I'm afraid to turn it off. So it's sitting on a lovely tabletop, plugged in, and on standby. Stupid computer. If it had worked in the first place I wouldn't be in this situation...using a DELL. Psh. Although, it's starting to grow on me. It's a working and dependable computer so far and it has the most wonderful speakers compared to my old laptop.

Although, I think do wonder what life would be like to own two laptops. Leave one at home...carry the other around. Don't have to plug and unplug...unpack and pack. Oh the life...the luxury. ::sigh:: But if my Toshiba is working now...YAY! I have photoshop. ^.^

+++

On another note, my friends and I, for fun, were wondering what it would be like to start our own sorority, just for the heck of it. We would name ourselves Kappa Omicron Omicron Lambda (aka KOOL). Hahahahahaha. ^^;; And then our nicknames would be like Ade and Ness...so KOOLade/KOOLness. XDD Okay, we were a little bored. Yes, I know.

Major **PYP UPDATE** by msmoocow. Lots and lots of icons and they are "oh so" pretty. I dare you to take a look. =D

And on a final note:

But it was nice thirty seconds ago...

The weather seriously changes here. It was sunny and warm and then with one gust of wind everyone's freezing and it's practically raining cats and dogs. I was wearing my good flipflops too...so now they're upstairs drying. ::sigh::

People here text like crazy. I was worried that is going to go over my limit, but it wasn't too much. And my dad even increased out texting plan. So yay!!

Good news!! I now have a working laptop. Haha. I got a shady phonecall on Sunday telling me that my DELL would be delivered on Tuesday. I was like...WTH?! A Dell? I didn't order a Dell. oO So yeah. I have a Dell now. Not a huge fan of Dells but it's a pretty nice one, I think. But yay!! A working computer of my very own!! ::glomps::

I need to clean my room. =.= I surprised that my roommate hasn't complained yet. XD

Well, better go. I have work to do. TTFN. Hope to get Photoshop soon and update update update!!

But it was so nice yesterday...

It's been a while, hasn't it? Sorry you guys. I've been so busy. Also the fact that I don't have a computer doesn't really help either. But don't defriend me. I'm still here. >.< And I wish I could update my layout too...but no photoshop. I want my photoshop most of all. I think I'm having a photoediting withdrawal.

It's starting to get cold over here. =T Luckily Janice and Helen bought me my first winter coat for my birthday. XD It's so warm. Although I need to get more shirts/sweaters to wear under it and good gloves. Maybe even ear muffs too...

SOMEONE TAKE ME SHOPPING!!!! Please?

It's going to be a loooooooong weekend. I can't wait until mid-semester break. Yeehaw! Next week, baby!

Lately, it seems that everything reminds me of Russell Peters. The newly painted fence this morning said, "Be a fan" and I automatically thought of Russell Peters speaking in his Chinese accent, "Be a man!... Do the right thing." And then shortly after that, a guy walking behind me quoted that part of his routine. =.= Everyone's seen Yellow Fever over here, too. Still waiting for them to watch Dance Dance Revelation though...=T

Back to studying...

BTW...it's Homecoming Weekend. Haha. Check out our school spirit. Whee...::waves flag unenthusiastically...

I'm alive...

This is an unofficial update because I wrote this long entry on my laptop, but my laptop won't turn on and no one can fix it right now. >.< I'm so mad...at my laptop. Grr. So I'll have an even longer absence from updates. Please don't forget me. I'll hopefully be back soon. I'll never abandon this site. ♥

Which means...pictures won't be posted for a long long long time. Sorry, Stephy.

College is fun though. Crazy busy. I'm meeting so many new people and they're all incredibly awesome. There are a whole ton of Koreans here. O.O I mean KOREANS...from South Korea...the travel in packs swarming the campus. Haha. Koreans are awesome though. Now I have people that I can share my love for K-Variety with. =P

Lots of parties on the weekend since it's rush for the Fraternities and Sororities. I'm so sore from dancing right now...it hurts to walk. Haha.

I miss you guys so much. Send me mail. I like letters. If you don't have my mailing address and would like it, please email me, or call me. My cell phone is on 24/7 unless the battery dies. >.< I always try to check my email since all this school does is email you. XD A lengthy reply isn't guaranteed though. Haha.

Gotta go eat lunch and drag my broken laptop back to my apartment before my next class. T.T So far...

Love,
MidoriChi

Checking in...

Short entry. I just wanted to let you guys know that I've been safe and sound in Pittsburgh over the past three days (but more like two). Time is moving really slow here because they're really keeping the Freshman busy. Even when we do have free time, there's so much other stuff to do. >.< It feels like a Wednesday, but it's only Tuesday.

Orientation is going pretty well. I'm taking pictures. Last night, though, was the BIGGEST ICE BREAKER EVER!!! (aka Playfair) It was insane. Just picture 1500 students wearing obnoxiously orange t-shirts filling up a quarter of the football field running around and asking the most invasive questions ever. That's it. =P Pretty fun though.

I'll update later.

Love you guys and I miss you guys so much. Actual classes don't start until next Monday, by the way.

Cheesin' it Up

Dance practice today again. Well, since lots of people were missing in action, it was really singing practice, which we desperately need anyway. So it's a win win situation anyway. =P

Maniac: I'm a good boy. (said sarcastically)
Msmoocow: Serra's a lucky girl...
Maniac: (not paying attention and watching anime) When does she die?
Me: Serra? oO

Hahahahaha. I love the Fauxtillion crew. Even though, there are moments when I just want more friends to hang out with. Why don't we just save the gas, rent out an apartment and live together. We'll add a camera, and it'll be a reality show! XD I can't think of the title right now...

Mmm...today was a good day. ♥

Right after my dad picked me up, I met up with Hanye and Evy at Q Photos. Evy and I are so crazy indecisive. XD Hanye just gave up on us and made decisions for us...the Q Photos veteran that she is. ^^ I like that place. It's pretty cheap and very fast. Plus, I really like the results of the pictures. We all looked so pretty! Although, once again, I stick out of the picture because I'm wearing pink. ::sigh:: The last studio portraits we took together, I wore pink, too. It's kind of cool though. I was all "punked out" today because anayufan let me borrow his wristband that Stephy got him for his birthday. I wore it today thinking that I could give it to him during practice, but he was at home, sick. So I wore it in the pictures, today. I had accessories. =D Thanks anayufan!

After pictures, we went to Q Cup and literally filled up on the best food ever! Q-Chicken, yam fries, Q-Calamari, and onion rings. ♥ So good. I'm going to miss you guys. T.T Until winter break! Tonight was awesome.

My Last Weekend = Two Birthday Parties

Of course, the parties weren't for me. =P They were for Serra's brother, Wiggles, and Kris. haha.

Saturday: Let's see..what did I do on Saturday? Oh yeah...my mom took me to go get my haircut since it's getting quite long and if I do want to get it cut, better now than running around looking for a good place to get it cut in Pittsburgh. Haha. Then, after that we went to Long's to look for birthday cards. Making Luffy's on Paintshop Pro took way too long and our color printer sucks! =P

Then we headed over to Wiggles' birthday party, which really seemed like one of Serra's parties since all of the friends that he has of his age group were off on vacation. Still fun since we all love Wiggles. =D Lots of videogames and it's usually the girls trying to switch off with the hardcore guys so that a massacre wouldn't occur as much. I still suck at Super Smash Brothers Melee though. ::sigh:: I need more practice, and I really want to own the original Super Smash Brothers for the N64. Anyone know where I can buy it?

Anyway, after the guys commandeered the videogame room, Serra, Luffy, Katie, anayufan, Maniac, and I went to the only other working television to watch season five of Red vs. Blue. I've never heard of this before, but apparently this group(?) called Chicken Teeth took stuff from Halo and Halo 2 and dubbed them to create their own storyline. Hilarious stuff. And apparently, it's now available on YouTube. ::runs off to watch::

The good thing about the guys wrapped up in the videogames is that the girls get the food first, since we're around when the food is ready to eat. We grab what we can before the guys come around finish off the rest. Hungry boys are scary things. >.< Serra's mom and dad had a cook off to see whose ribs were going to be the most popular. It was the BBQ against the Pressure Cooker. Serra's dad overcooked the ribs in the BBQ just a bit much, so the pressure cooker won. Haha.

Anayufan and I did duets on the piano. I would play the bass clef and he would play the treble clef. Maniac would get annoyed because we'd be playing easy pieces and making it harder for ourselves. =P It's much more fun, that's why. By the way, Peetee, their dog, is the cutest little thing in the world!!! ♥

I didn't get home until around 11pm. Anayufan ditched me for Maniac because he wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately, Maniac's dad showed up only a few minutes after I "supposedly" left. Muwahahaha! ::mocks::

Today: I was supposed to go to church at 6:30am, but I slept in. Oh well. Instead, I ate breakfast really fast and headed off with my dad to take my grandma to lunch, since she kept telling us how she wouldn't let me leave until I had lunch with her. We ended up meeting up with my Uncle and my two cousins, Brian and Brennen at Applebee's. I love my cousins. It's so much fun with them and I've been with them ever since I was little, but it seems after we hit high school, we don't connect as well anymore. ::sigh::

Then, Kris' 18th Birthday/Garden Party at the Courtyard Marriott. This lovely event took forever to figure out what to wear. Is it a pool party? Is it dressy? Is it casual? Who knows? But through many phone calls...I just threw on my graduation dress. It's not too formal, yet dressy. =) Lots of yummy food at Kris' party. Haha. And lots of wonderful photo opportunities with people I'm going to miss. ::sniff:: Melo as the DJ and Kris in a really pretty gold dress...good party, good party. I didn't bring my swimsuit since it's a biotch taking off and putting on my dress. Haha. Kris' cake was really pretty, too, with all of the cupcakes. Mmm... I'll post pictures soon. It was interesting though, so many people left and then came back. It was really confusing since the party was small and then big and then small and then big again. oO Kris had these really good party favors. The candy was so addicting. Before you knew it, there would be candy wrappers everywhere.

It was funny though. We couldn't find Lawrence and Malav for the longest time. So we thought they ran off to go make-out or something. (John P gives out a loud, "NO!") Haha. Then we think they might have got a hotel room or are hiding in the bathrooms. We eventually find them after they went out for food, since Malav doesn't eat meat. Duh. XD And I found out what "scooping" is. Strange habits that guys/girls create...strange...

+++

On a different note, next Saturday, August 19th, is when i depart for college. T.T I'm nervous, anxious, sad, and excited all at once. And I really want to write a farewell entry to everyone before I leave or while I'm on the plane. XD I'm going to miss everyone so much! Even the people I don't really hang out with but still have lots of fun with when we do hang out. ^^;

My schedule for the last week of summer vacation:
Monday: Dance practice at Jaymee's; kicking it with Hanye and Evy(?)
Tuesday: Dance practice at Jaymee's
Wednesday: Dress Rehearsal
Thursday: Jaymee's Fauxtillion; afterparty
Friday: Scary movie with Angela and Celine(?)

What should I bring to college? What are you bringing? Comments?

The Fragrance of Cooked Meat

Today, KP treated ollau and me to lunch at Benihanas. ♥ Neither of us had eaten there before and KP was a returning veteran. Haha.

We ordered a lot of food. According to KP, the last time she ate there, five people had to pay a bill of $60+. The three of us ate enough food for a bill of $50+ haha. As I've been told, we have healthy appetites. =D

What we ate: miso soup, shrimp lovers sushi rolls, fried rice (KP and I), steamed rice (ollau), salad, green tea, and I ordered chicken yakisoba, KP ordered beef yakisoba, and ollau had the shrimp luncheon.

Our chef/cook was really funny and nice. It was fun watching him juggle and spin the utensils around his fingers, toss shrimp tails into his hat, pocket, and into KP's green tea. He made a volcano out of onion rings and tequila, and offered me a big fork when I was having trouble using chopsticks and then went off to get me the trainer's chopsticks (that are tied at the end with a rubber band). >.< I need more practice. But I really liked it. A wonderful experience and KP's the best for treating us. ♥

We left the restaurant with boxes full of leftovers and smelling like food. Mmm... (which apparently is very attractive to boys oO)

Later, my dad takes me to my optometrist to pick up my new glasses and contacts. My eyes suck. I have this type of nearsightedness that sometimes you get 20/20 and sometimes you just can't prescribe it. ::sigh:: So my eyes are a little off....

Then, I spent four hours making a One Tree Hill wallpaper for KP. XDD Although, some of those minutes were spent chatting and burning/decorating Serra's brother's birthday present. ^_^ KP's a picky customer, but the customer's always right. Haha. It actually looks better pink anyway...

Going to Benihanas reminded me when Stephy took anayufan and I to a Korean BBQ restaurant before where they had grills in the middle of every table and you grill your own meat and vegetables. Either way, you leave the restaurant with your hair, clothes, and skin giving off the lovely fragrance of meat. ^^;

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SERRA'S BRO!!

Circle, circle, dot, dot...

Now you have the cootie shot. Haha. Remember those? So much fun. Anayufan gave Paolo one before they waltzed together. We have been having a shortage of girls at dance practice lately, and I was taking a break, so anayufan subbed in. Good fun.

I was supposed to wake up around 6:45am to get ready to go to Jaymee's house and get there around 8am. Guess what? I wake up to hear the phone ringing around 10am from Jaymee asking where I am. XDDDD My dad never came home. O.O So we call in the Special Forces a.k.a. Paolo in his lovely Corolla to pick me up. Yay! Apparently, I'm not the only one who slept in anyway. GundaManiac and Lawrence called us up telling us that they'd be late since they slept in, too. ^^; It's sleep-in Thursday. Woot!

The reason why I slept in this morning was because I was on the phone with KP and ollau until 2-3am. Haha. Awesome fun. I definitely missed our late night phonecalls. I haven't initiated a three way in a long long time.

Since some people were missing, anayufan passes around his GameCube controllers and we play Super Smash Brothers Melee. Yay! I love that game. Poor guy...deleted all of his game data by accident. Hopefully he finds a way to get the game data back so we fight with Marth and the others.

Afterward, my dad stopped by and took Lawrence and me to the mall for our date. =) While there, I ran into an old friend from elementary school and LIFE camp. I actually recognized him and called out, "Michael?". So random and yet so cool. Lawrence and I walked around SR for a while. We stopped by Borders. I haven't been there in forever!! >.< And I bought MegaTokyo 4. I wanted to buy more since I could buy three and a fourth for free...but I didn't have enough money. ::sniff:: I haven't bought manga in a while. Makes me feel sad.

We ate dinner at Chili's. Mmm...quesadillas. I stole a bunch of fries from Lawrence, but he didn't go "Joey" on me, so it was cool. Our waiter was nice. It's the first time that I notice a waiter check on us so many times.

That's about it for today. Life's good. I'm at a point though where I don't want to dance anymore and if you say fauxtillion one more time...I'm going to lie down in exhaustion. T.T Oh well, can't be helped. I'm kind of indifferent right now. Although, I'm meeting people through Facebook, who are making my anxiety for college a little less.

So, who hates terrorists right now? I have no idea what I'm bringing on the plane with me. XD Since I can't bring drinks or any electronics at the moment. Ugh. Soon they'll ban paper and I won't be able to read!! O.O Can't they find different ways of attack the United States?! Why do they have to jeopardize the already uncomfortable experience that is flying. ::sigh::

"Excellent Boiled Potatoes..."

I went over to ollau's house today. In a way I was skipping dance practice, but we had already made plans...so HAH! =D

Since my dad had to go to work, he dropped me off at her house around 8am. I settled in, gave her back Funny in Farsi and we started watching Pride & Prejudice (the Keira Knightley version), since I kept complaining how I still wanted to see that movie. Such a good movie. After watching it, I felt all warm and fuzzy and wanted to delve into another good love story. Mr. Darcy is just bloody fantastic!! ♥ If you remember, he gave me an origami flower on Valentine's Day. ::swoons:: XD

When the movie was over, we ran upstairs. I looked at ollau's brand new (and shiny) laptop. ^^ Then we ordered pizza from Papa Murphy's and when it was ready, we went to pick it up. Ollau was having trouble opening the doors. XD And since there were no persons who had jaw problems present, we decided to bake the pizza long enough so that the crust was really really really crunchy!! The best! While eating the pizza, we watched reruns of Project Runway on BRAVO!. It's still addicting even though I've only seen select episodes from season 1. Haha. We had plans to go see Superman Returns at 2, but then I couldn't decide whether I wanted to stay and watch more episodes of Project Runway, or go see Superman. ^^; So we flipped a nickel. Hahahaha. And....Superman it was!

Ollau, ollau's sister, and I head to the movie theater. I buy a medium popcorn and a large cherry icee. I suddenly realize that I've already eaten too much and that I probably won't finish the popcorn since ollau and sister don't really eat popcorn. ::sigh:: Although, ollau kept sipping from my icee. XD

Superman Returns was really good. I wasn't expecting much from it since it didn't seem like a movie that I would like, but it was pretty good, with its fair share of laughs, scary moments, and heroism. ^_^ I really like his beautiful blue eyes too. James Marsden does a swell job. The movie is a bit predictable at times...but it's Superman, you can't expect anything else. My favorite part was when Lex Luther appears in a bathrobe with a toothbrush shoved in his mouth as he mumbles, "Lois?!". So funny.

KP calls and decides to visit with her two BFFs to drop stuff off. Yay! Presents! ♥ Sylvia and Belinda are crazy. But I like them. It'd be fun to hang out with them again. Even when Belinda drives the "bubble" and imitates the way that Sylvia brakes while driving. Haha.

Ollau received the cutest photo album with pigs on it. Kawai! And I got a really pretty red Asian bag with a pink rubber case for my (free) iPod Nano. Heehee. THANKS KP! ♥ I actually opened my iPod a few minutes ago. I'm going to figure out how to use now since it's got a pretty case on it. =)

And the best news of the day: I FINALLY HAVE HOUSING!! I'M LIVING IN AN APPARTMENT! ^_^

The One with Three Movies and Miniature Burgers

So, Luffy's birthday party was yesterday from 2-10pm at her house. It's never an awesome summer until Luffy throws one of her birthday parties. They're so much fun and yet simple and extremely organized. =)

It always starts with Luffy's signature invitations, which always happen to be a work of art. ♥ I love them. I'm even planning on putting them on my wall when I get my permanent for the year at CMU.

I had trouble thinking up a gift for her. Since I actually had time to think of a gift, I didn't want to resort to money in an envelope. Unfortunately, that's what happened. >.< However, I had help with some of it using the idea of adding creativity to the giving money thing, such as folding the 20 dollar bill into an elephant. ::cough:: Thanks ollau! ::cough:: I made the card all by myself, using Potterpuff pictures. So cute. I had fun making it even if our color printer is mental.

Even though I was afraid of arriving late, I got there a little after 2pm and I was the first one there! O.O Jeez. We watched Sin City, first, while playing Ghettopoly (www.ghettopoly.com), which if you're wondering, is pretty much like Monopoly except the names of everything have changed. You can buy The Bronx or a Crack house. It's quite amusing. I was the Marijuana Leaf (yes, it's a game piece). And even though I was sent to the Emergency Room (aka Jail) about twice, I landed on "Free Parking" three times. Muwahahahaha. Poor Katie. Because there were seven of us, and she kept landing on other people's property or in jail, she never got purchase property. ^^;

We eat. Mmm...food. Hang around inside a bit more. We jumped into the pool around 5pm. Got out after an hour or so to start watching Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, paused it for cake (really good strawberry marble cake), and then continued watching, while some people played the Game of Life, and Luffy, ollau, Wendy, and I played "The Worse Case Scenario" Game. I actually kind of liked Harold and Kumar, lots of vulgar humor but still kind of amusing. Haha.

And then, before we started really watching Jersey Girl (we paused it right after J.Lo dies XD), Luffy opened presents. Yay! She made us sliders (the tiny burgers that White Castle sells) to eat while watching Jersey Girl. It was all good.

I unfortunately had to leave on time, while the party was still rolling since my mom had to wake up early the next day for work. T.T I was a little sad for a while since I live so close to her, but then I felt better after calling back Jaymee (who called 5 times) and Lawrence.

And I must say, that even after a month, Luffy's recovering from her surgery quite well. She looks great, too, despite the swelling. Hope it goes away soon.

The guest list: Luffy, me, Caitlin, Katie, Sera, Sera's brother, BLam, ollau, Joanne, and Wendy. Anayufan couldn't make it. T.T No ride. Grr...

Today: Dance practice again. Jaymee slept in. So when she was returning my missed call, I was already sitting in her family room watching TV. =.= haha. We found a replacement dancer. Yay! Thank you so much Ana. We taught her everything in one day. O.O It was amazing. Afterward, Ana realized that most of us had never watched High School Musical, so she went home and came back with it, so we could watch it. XD Interesting movie. The guy who plays Ryan, Lucas Grabeel, is really adorable. Haha. I kind of like his voice, too. Don't know about the movie. I don't believe I'll be investing in that movie any time soon, though. It's cute...but I don't know. I had to leave early, too, since my dad had to go back to work. XD So I finished the rest on YouTube. ^^; It was hard finding the last few minutes. I just wanted to know how it ended. Jeez. =P

It kind of sucks today though. Lawrence and I were supposed to go out, but at the last minute, my dad bailed on us. Ugh. I hope we can find another time before this weekend. T.T It's so hard though. My dad's becoming a workaholic.

Welcome home, KP. ♥ Your wallpaper is on it's way...hopefully. ::distracts with shiny objects::

Picture updates! Password is the same as always: the name of my high school mascot (plural and lowercase).

The Worst Wet T-Shirt Contest Ever

Dance practice again today. Since Monday, we were very malnutritioned. Jaymee and I went out for breakfast at Posh Bagels, which complete filled me up. That eggwich was really good. Although, as we're walking back to her house, a guy starts following us. It was kind of creepy. We cross the street so we're not right behind him, and then he crosses right after we do. We might be paranoid, but Jaymee says that we should start singing show tunes. So I break out into song, singing "I say a little prayer for you". Jaymee chimes in and suddnenly the guy behind us starts singing, "I'm all by myself..." We reach Jaymee's street and run towards Paolo's car. I look back, and the guy just stops at the corner of the street. >.< He better not be following us thinking crazy thoughts.

Paolo's already bought Carl's Jr. for himself and it's strapped in the front seat. Haha. We drive over to Wendy's (the restaurant) and Jaymee gets NINE ORDERS OF CHICKEN NUGGETS to feed everyone at dance practice. Haha.

Then, while practicing outside in anayufan's backyard, we somehow ended up playing with his hose sprinkler, which resulted in a water fight. XD Gundamaniac gets a hold of the actual hose and puts it on full blast. Lawrence and Paolo grab the umbrella and charge at Maniac, and the war ensues. Jaymee, anayufan, and I take cover inside, and even attack Maniac from behind through the kitchen window with the sink hose. Haha. And I finally leave the strong hold and sneak behind Maniac to turn off his power supply.

However, apparently, anayufan, Jaymee, and I aren't wet enough. Lawrence, Maniac, and Paolo chase after anayufan and Jaymee...getting them soak...and I run for Canada, so to speak. Haha. In the end, I'm the only person who didn't get soaked. I was wearing a white tank top, but with a black tank underneath it. Oh well. Apparently, I'm the next target for the next water fight. ::hides:: Hecka fun though. I haven't been in a water fight like that where I'm not limping around in pain and actually participating, a little. ♥

And then when I came home, I was completely knocked out. I took a two hour nap. The irony, Lawrence took one too, at the exact same time. Haha. We were both crazily drained.

I borrowed, Friends season 4 from Jaymee and have been watching it non-stop. And then when I get dropped off early at Jaymee's house, I watch more Friends. So lately the only reference I've been making have been from Friends. I'm obsessed. Chandler and Monica are the cutest couple ever. I want friends like from the show when I'm almost thirty. It'd be awesome. Haha. And I want my Buffy back, Jaymee. Haha. =D

I can't believe it's already August. It makes me kind of sad since I only have about 2-3 weeks left before I fly off to college. ::sniff:: I have to go get ready! Ack! ::scrambles:

HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY, KRIS!!!
