I'm already exhausted. I worked for half an hour on my Calculus BC homework and I was ready to take a long nap. Boohoohoo... T_T
Oh well, yeah. School started yesterday and now my parents want me to start working on studying for the SAT's at Excel again. Lucky for me Niralee still goes there to study. She's my SAT friend. ::glomp::
Instead of finishing my Calc homework, I made an ayumi hamasaki layout. XDD See my dedication!! Muwahaha.
I'm tired right now and a little down. I'll post more elated updates later. ^^;

Friday, July 15, 2005 - night
Went to Barnes & Noble with Luffy, Hazelaar, Gundamaniac, and some other people. ^_^ Luffy dressed up as Cho from Ravenclaw. It was so cute. She even had a grey v-neck sweater from Abercrombie. ^^ There was a costume contest. Luffy borrowed Hazelaar's Slytherin tie and Slytherin cloak made by Gundamaniac with Slytherin crest and a wand made also by Gundamaniac. She won best Adult, but this little kid dressed up like Hagrid beat her for best all-around. T_T She got lots of candy though. The little kid won a free Harry Potter book. Lucky. So yeah, once John and I got our books around 12 am, we found a little corner in the bookstore and started reading Chapter 1 outloud as we waited for Luffy and Hazelaar to be allowed to get their books. We got free posters, but we had to drive to another Barnes & Noble to get the free Livestrong-like bracelets. Grr...

I spent the majority of the day rereading Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix because I forgot a lot. XD Then I read up to Chapter 5 in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince before turning in. ZZZZ....
Sunday, July 17, 2005 - midday/afternoon
Went with Luffy to Great America and met up with Hazelaar and brother. We were all kind of tired though and really wanted to go back home and read more Harry Potter. XD We went on a few rides, ate a lot of junk food, and left around 3 pm because Hazelaar and bro had to help their father roof their new barn. ^_^ Yes...they're building a new barn. Afterwards, Luffy's kind mom let us go to Jamba Juice because it was so hot that day. We browsed a little at TJ Max and then went home. At home, I read some more until Chapter 13, which is when I called up Hazelaar and started discussing Chapter 7 with her. XDD;;; My television temporarily fixed itself so I watched my tapes of last seasons Gilmore Girls and One Tree Hill until I couldn't see clearly anymore...
Monday, July 18, 2005 - morning/noon
My parents made me wake up early under the pretense of leaving for Riverside early, but we didn't leave the house until around 3:30 pm because we were waiting for the stupid garbage man to come and pick up the stupid garbage. Aaah!! >.< So while waiting I squeezed in some more chapters of Harry Potter before we left. I decided not to bring Harry Potter with me because I thought that I wouldn't have the time to read. So true! Left off at Chapter 15. Then we drove to Riverside until around 10 pm where we started to look for a hotel to stay at but the majority of them were booked due to a convention and incoming Frosh orientation for colleges. Didn't go to sleep until midnight.
Tuesday, July 19, 2005 - all day
Woke up early because of early appointment at UC Riverside. I love my tram. ::glomps:: ^_^ We got to tour the entire campus while riding a tram. Very minimal walking. We got spoiled silly. I bought a t-shirt. Afterwards we visited CalPoly Pomona. It was so hot. I bought another t-shirt. Then we hopped into the car and drove to L.A. Not much trouble this time looking for an available hotel.
Wednesday, July 20, 2005 - afternoon
Had another appointment at UCLA. I liked our tourguide Andrew. He was cute. XD The tour was really nice and UCLA has a really nice campus. It doesn't even feel like we're in the middle of L.A.. I bought a sweatshirt. Then we drove to Malibu to visit Pepperdine. On the campus they were filming some show called Zoey 101. My dad got in trouble for taking pictures. XD Pepperdine is nice too...it's located at the top of a hill. I bought shorts. Then again we hopped into the car and drove to San Diego. We drove around until 1 in the morning looking for a vacant hotel. Motel 6 is a savior. ::praises::
Thursday, [insert date here]
Toured UC San Diego. Beautiful campus. The whole campus is wireless, and their library is famous. Their admissions meeting was horrible though. The lady didn't have anything new to tell us at all. Such a waste of time. >.< Bought a t-shirt. We piled into the car and went to Holiday Inn Express. Very nice place in Old San Diego. We spent the rest of the day visiting Old San Diego. We at this old Mexican restaurant and were seranaded by Mariachis. My quesadilla was really spicy. T_T
Friday, [insert date here]
Went to University of San Diego which was surprisingly really close to our hotel. Nice campus too. Didn't buy anything. Drove around some more and went to San Diego State University. It was really hot there too. Jeez! Nice campus. Didn't buy anything either. Drove around again and ended up at Irvine and found a nice hotel. We ate at the Souplantation which scarily reminds me of Fresh Choice. ::shivers::
Saturday, [insert date here]
Woke up semi-early and went to Disneyland. YAY!! ::cheers:: First we got fast passes for Space Mountain then went on the Jungle Cruise which is cute as usual. We got fast passes for Indiana Jones. Rode Pirates of the Caribbean. Saw Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and Minnie climb the Matterhorn which was really cute. ^^ Then we went on the Haunted Mansion ride. Ate lunch. Sprinted to Space Mountain, which I rode twice in a row (once alone and again with my dad). We walked quickly to Indiana Jones then went to check in at the hotel. We returned around 7, and my dad and I went on the new ride Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters which is a lot like laser tag accept we sit in a car hitting targets on the wall and stuff. Really fun, but the lines are too long. We went to the Rivers of America and saw Fantasmic which is always great no matter how bad your seats are. There are people who pay 50-60 dollars for preferred seating. They're insane. Sadly the fireworks were cancelled due to "winds at higher elevations". Grr... Then Splash Mountain shut down because of technical difficulties. ::pouts:: Went to hotel and slept.
Sunday
Woke up around 7:30 and went to Disneyland at 8 o'clock. I like it when the park is so empty and quiet. I got to ride Splash Mountain THREE times within 30 minutes without the need for a fastpass. The first time there was no line whatsoever. I got to ride the log in the front. It's freaky because you can't see anything in front of you. After forcing my dad and mom to ride with me two other times we went to California Adventure park before it opened. They let people in the actual park, but then they close off certain sections. So right when it was 10 o'clock everyone sprinted to the desired ride at the certain points. I was standing with everyone who raced towards California Screaming. I felt like I was in the Amazing race when they start running crazily in the first episode. XDD I powerwalked to California Screamin' and ended up riding it 4x straight without a fastpass within 30 minutes. I would have rode it probably two more times, but my mom made me stop. She didn't want me to get sick. But I felt fine. T_T Afterwards, we went on Grizzly River Raftin', needless to say half of me got soaked. ^_^ We went to the Backlot, saw some street musical show where Mickey, Woody, and Cinderella showed up. Very nice. The people could sing really well. Then we headed towards the Tower of Terror. No wait for this ride either even though it was already 11:30. This poor little boy got so freaked out he had an iron grip on one of the gates leading to the actual ride. His parents had to pry him away. The ride was fun. It was like Drop Zone except with three more drops. The people who work on that ride are creepy. They really get into the role, which is fun. ^_^ My dad bought a mug. XD We went on Grizzly River Raftin' again which got my other side wet. ^_^ We ate lunch. Watched Aladin the musical. (Oh...by the way, I saw the Snow White Musical in Disneyland the day before) Saw the Department of Untapped Hilarity aka D.U.H. twice. Each performance is different. It reminds me a lot of Whose line is it anyway?. We got a fudge sundae, watched the block party bash which had cool acrobats and motor scooters. ^.^ Then returned to the hotel shortly and went back to Disneyland to watch a parade. We had good seats right on the curb. Then we lost mom for about an hour. Found her. Found a nice spot to watch the fireworks, but then everybody idiotically stood up when the show started forcing fathers to put kids on their shoulders obstructing everyone else's views. Grr.. But the fireworks were SPECTACULAR. I'd go to Disneyland again just to see the fireworks. ^_^ There was music that went with fireworks and the fireworks came from all around, not just from behind the castle. Some came from the matterhorn. It was awesome. We bought a sweatshirt, t-shirt, and another mug. Couldn't find a place for dinner. Ended up eating at Denny's back at our hotel around midnight.
Monday
Ate a continental breakfast and drove to Universal Studios. First time ever. ^_^ We took the Studio Tour and I got to see parts of the new Pirates of the Caribbean set. We took so many pictures. I really like Universal Studios. We went on almost every single main attraction. Bought a poster and a hat. While walking back to the parking garage, Citywalk (outdoor shopping center a lot like Los Vegas because of all the bright lights) played PuffyAmiYumi in Japanese. ^___^ Went home.
I saw a lot of different license plates. Miho fan-tasista knows because I texted him everytime I saw a different license plate. I was bored. We were stuck in traffic. ^_^
I FINISHED Harry Potter at 12:27 this morning. Read a couple of chapters on Tuesday, watched more Gilmore Girls tapes, then continued reading Harry Potter on Wednesday. I read from chapter 16 to chapter 30 straight. I almost cried. ::sniff:: I made 8 different guesses of those who were going to die and [insert name here] was actually one of the guesses. ^_^ ::proud:: XDDDDDDD
Saw Fantasic Four yesterday too. I thought it was an okay movie. ^_^ Not like the other superhero movies because it was more about the characters than the fighting itself. Still good. ^^
Out of all the boyfriends Rory has had throughout Gilmore Girls I'd have to say my favorite is Logan. ::glomps:: Matt Czuchry is beautiful. >^.^< At first I liked Jess, but then he got all gloomy and mopey. He just left poor Rory without saying anything and then pops up and tells her his feelings. Crazy guy. Yup. I like Logan. ::glomps::
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince spoiler!!! BEWARE!!!
The only complaint I have is that I was getting annoyed at Harry for being so obsessed with Draco despite the fact that he had every right to be. In the end though, Malfoy didn't end up being incredibly evil. I was happy. Snape on the other hand. I'm not used to it. I read Draco Veritas and so I'm used to the good Snape. >.< Speaking of DV I realized so many parallels between Casandra Claire's fics and the sixth book. It was freaky. (i.e. epicyclical charms, Ginny being a chaser, Harry captain of Quidditch...)
P.S. I found out that walking 7 days straight all day is not good for my back. Argh...

Thursday, July 14, 2005My friend is havinga cotillion in January next year so we're having dance practice. We just learned the waltz. I'm so excited.
miho fan-tasista also joined this filipino folk dance thing. He's hyped up. ^_^
I saw Johnny Depp on Jay Leno last night. That guy is awesome!!! I can't wait to see Willy Wonka. In other news, I can't see Fantastic 4 today. T_T I'm hoping I can see it tomorrow or on the weekend. I'm dying to see it.
Turns out I'm not the only one who got badly sunburned. XD
Only 4 more weeks of summer. Gotta read. T_T

Anyways...I lack the time to clean up this site, but expect a new layout. I don't know when. Most likely in August because I get more computer time when school starts.
I got my ACT scores back. Uh...I really horrendously suck at critical reading passages. Yes. I do. >.<;;;; But I kicked butt on my essay. I'm taking it again in September with Misai. We're going to study together. I hope that goes well.
I bombed my SAT II's that I took in June though. And I hear that the AP test scores are being mailed in as I speak. ::dies:: I don't want to know. But please, oh lord my God that I got at least one (1) THREE. Please!!! Onegai!!
Just got back after seen Mr. and Mrs. Smith with Otan and brother and mom. ^_^ It as gorgeous. In my opinion, absolutely awesome. Well... I wouldn't say that it deserves all these awards, but i left the theater with a smile on my face. It was good. I want the DVD.
I'm going to see Fantastic 4 with Misai on Thursday. I hope it's as good as I want it to be. I've been counting down ever since I saw the preview for the movie after STAR WARS came out. XDDDD I'm a Marvel fan. ^_^
For the past few days I've been catching up on my HunterXHunter manga reading. ^__^ Killua has stolen my heart. I want him for a little brother. It'd be awesome. He's so cute too. ::glomps::
I saw Mr. Ikezi on T.V. this morning during a commerical break while I was watching One Piece. 4Kids really messed up the dubbing, but I'll still watch it. I've got nothing better to do with my ELEVEN channels. T_T Shaman King was pretty fun to watch as well. I absolutely love Hao aka Ziek(sp?) [in the english dubbing] right now. He's so cool. He's an ideal villain. Looks gorgeous and okay dubbed voice...not to mention a FIRE spirit. FIRE!!
I got so badly sunburned yesterday. My arms are bright red. I don't think that's good. I swear...I'll have skin cancer by January. T_T My mom's scolding me now. Great... My arms are more badly sunburnt than my face.
Ja ne! I'm going on vacation next week to Southern California!!!

Great America
I'm bored. >.< I can't do my summer reading for English because the books were not at Borders so we had to back order them. I'm not obligated to do anything yet, which translates to: I'm really really bored. Somebody save me please!!
Wait. Hazelaar saved me last Wednesday. ^_^ I finally got my WOW card for Great America so she came and picked me up in her blue bug and drove me with her brother to Great America. It was so much fun. Woohoo!! First we went on Invertigo, which I've only been on once and that was last year. That was awesome. We got so dizzy that we couldn't walk properly as we went to get in line for The Demon. Haha. The line for that ride was fairly short as well. Then her brother got thirsty so we got some water for him. Afterwards we went on the Grizzly. Her brother complained the entire time about his back. We're like old people. XDD We went on the swing ride and left the park for an hour to each lunch in her bug. That was fun. Great conversations and she was kind enough to pack a lunch for us. ::glomps:: Then we went back and rode on Top Gun. The line was really short again. I was tempted to ride it twice. ^_^ We went and rode Delirium, which was my first time. Backtracking, we did bumper cars including head on collisions. Muwahaha! We rode the swings twice in a row without having to wait in line which was totally awesome. Her brother kept kicking us. Haha. I bought everyone soft serve ice cream cones. Yum! Then we ended the day with two rounds on the Carousel while eating said ice cream. Heehee!
Hazelaar also let me borrow her whole collection of Samurai Deeper Kyo manga since I can't remember which volume I read last. That'll keep me busy for a little while. ^_^
My dad's buying so many dvd's on sale too at Fry's. We've watched The Day After Tomorrow, Paycheck, and Phantom of the Opera. Heehee! We're going to kill my DVD-rom drive. XDDD;;
For the past couple of weeks, I went to see Howl's Moving Castle with Hazelaar, Gundamaniac, and friends. ^_^ In my opinion, it was less confuzzling than Spirited Away, and Howl's HOT!! XDD Afterwards we got Chinese food which was deliscious.
Then on Father's Day, I treated my dad to see Batman Begins, which he's been wanting to see for forever (or at least since it came out XD--three days >.<). That's a pretty good movie too. Go see! Then yesterday, we went to see Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy at the cheap theater. ^_^ I liked it. And I have a feeling that my dad doesn't like British movies. I'll keep that in mind. >.<

First few days of freedom...
Ano...It feels different now that tests are officially over for the summer. I still get that annoyed feeling whenever my parents walk by thinking that they're going to nag me about studying. Not anymore! Muwahaha! Well...they still do a little bit, but this time they keep telling me to study for my driving permit test so it's a little different. ^^;;
Is it weird that I'm not in much of a rush to drive right now? Seriously...I kinda don't want to learn how. >.<
Let's see...I've spent the most of this week in my house again. XDD But I've been reading fanfics (mostly Draco Veritas), writing my stories, reading manga (Paradise Kiss, Naruto, and Alice 19th), and watching anime (Furuba, Samurai Champloo, Naruto, Futakoi, Grenadier, and Tenjou Tenge). I have a hypothesis that my eyes will be most likely dead by the end of summer. X.X;;;
I've completely forgotten how freaking hilariously funny Furuba is. ^__^ My stomach hurts from all the laughing. XDDD ::rubs tummy::
I finished three different fansub series over the last five days as well. >.< Maybe I should stop and take a break. But then what will I do? My television is dead...all I have is my computer. T_T ::cries in a corner...with her computer::
Most of my friends are leaving for different countries and summer camps too....::sniff::

First week of summer...
Guess what I did all week...really guess...
STUDY!!! Yes...I studied the first whole week of summer. I was locked in the house for seven--well almost seven--straight days, away from direct sunlight, fresh air, the real world. T_T Wanna know why I was subjected to such torture?
Well...I'll tell you...
My mummy and duddy (XD) made me study for the #$%&ing ACT that was administered this morning. I swear...these tests should all die!! DIE!
And afterwards...mis padres want me to go to EXCEL (this SAT prep thingy) to...you know...study for more SAT's ::said in a dramatic, exhausted, dying voice:: WAAH! T_T
Kill me now! Stab me through the heart with a #2 pencil, spilling my blood upon an answer sheet and test booklet. Let's end this suffering. ::big teary anime eyes:: ONEGAI! ::sobs dramatically and uncontrollably::
::blink:: This is probably why Lawrence thinks I resemble an anime character...perhaps I'm little...um...weird? XDDDD Haha... ^^;
I just spent three straight hours working on the new layout. ^_^ Go me! I started it a little yesterday and finished it ::checks clock:: just about right now. I like it. It's perdy. I think this layout represents the new sort of freedom I have. Junior year was so hard. I look back at my old entries from Frosh year...XD. And I thought Frosh year was hard. HAH! Junior year is crazy hard. 6.6 I said that already... BUT I'm not exaggerating (I think...)! It's one of the most important years, supposedly, and college board and my twisted school decide to dump upon us tons of essays, projects, and tests--all of which are supposed to count towards our future college plans. >.< [::interupts thought:: AAH! Scary song...::quickly switches from WONDERLAND by ayumi hamasaki to Samurai Drive by Hitomi. ^^;;] Ahem... Oh whatever...I'm too tired and stressed out to continue with this depressing topic. I'll save all of you the misery. ^^;;;
However, several of the girls in my class are now involved in this heated argument over the oh-so-coveted senior ladies shirts. Apparently we cannot decide what type because we're having money problems and style disagreements...hmm... It's our last year, can't we AGREE on a STUPID SHIRT?! ARGH! This is stupid. Ack.
But lately, Michelle has been allowing me to get sidetracked. Now I'm all excited. We've been dress shopping lately. I cannot wait until we get this whole cotillion started! W00T. ^.^ It'll be expensive, but Michelle's worth it. Heehee...
Sometimes I wonder if my observation skills will lead me towards a new found "dream" career. Lately I've been thinking about a career having to do with fiction writing or perhaps analytical writing (despite the fact that I despise essays...). Before that, I believe I wanted to be an engineer or something to do with math (boy, isn't that specific XDD;). Maybe I wanna minor in physics....>.< Too many choices...too much pressure. I'm only one person who wants to succeed and not end up having to worry to the cusp of insanity over budget and money problems. ::whimpers::
I saw The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants on Friday, June 10th. ^_^ That's the only time my parents actually let me out of the house. To watch a movie...I was even late and my friends had already went into the theater (although that also was a bit of a misunderstanding...my phone's stupid ::bangs it against a wall::). I missed all the previews, those are sometimes the best parts. They're like five little mini movies before the big one. XDD The movie was good though. I have to admit, my vision fogged up a little (from tears). ^^; Yes, I'm one of those weirdos that gets so involved with the movie that I start crying. I don't have actually sobbing and weeping of the sort, but I have experienced puffy red eyes and some tissue usage. >.< I'm emotional and empathetic. What? XD

I should be sleeping right now...::shrugs:: Oh well. Haha!
I'm going to Stephany's house tomorrow. I should sleep...but lately I've had a mild case of insomnia (or at least inconsistent sleeping). I keep waking up and rolling upon the mattress, trying to get comfortable. It doesn't work. T_T I'm tired.

Anyways, I finished a whole season of Mai HiME over the span of three days. That's 26 episodes!! O_O;;; I'm obsessed. I know...

I also finished this one anime called Kannaduki no Miko. It's weird. And I mean weird. It was only 12 episodes though. And...at the same time I'm watching the Taiwanese drama that Edmund gave me a couple months ago. ::dizzy:: Too much monitor time...perhaps I need to go outside and spend time with real live people? Nah...
Brian's like my anime santa claus. XDD I don't know if that's really a compliment though...>.< He is though. My summer might be saved because of him. Did I mention that my TV does not work? I cannot play video games. Do you know how much I want to finish Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy X and X-2, and VII right now? I'm dying...I'm suffering...::pout::
I'm planning out actually working out this summer, nevertheless. ^_^ Aren't you happy for me? I just hope I follow through with my plans. I really want to get those flat abs. >.< I'll check back on this entry in five months, and we'll see if I actually followed through. XDDD 'Cuz you know, I also said last year that I was definitely going to do Varsity swimming this semester. Haha. What'd I do? I did gymnastics. XD See what I mean? ^.^;;

Anyways....FINALS ARE FINALLY OVER!!!!! YAYA!! No more finals. But the last final...today...was crap. It sucked so much. Even Natasha didn't know what the hell she was doing and she knows everything. Tuesday, May 31, 2005I'm back! It's the last day of May! And I have finals! T_T Boohoohoohoo... The history final wasn't that bad, but my Spanish 4 final was horrible. >.< Someone was trying to cheat off me. BAD YOU! ::slap:: XD

Thursday, May 19, 2005Star Wars last night. My physics teacher and a bunch of guys from my school went to see it at midnight this morning/last night. XD Such geeks. I love 'em. ^_^ My friend wore his cloak today and brought his two lightsabers. He was glad it was raining. It gave him a reason to wear the hood. ^^ McSweeney even mentioned Star Wars during the end of the year Liturgy. XD He brought the lightsaber on stage with him. XDDD Heehee
I'm sad though. All the seniors are leaving after tomorrow. They still have finals next week but most of them have final exemptions. T_T I should have brought a camera today. ::sniff:: TOMORROW!!
I'm such a coward. The person was in my class all year. A real coward. No courage at all. Always distant. I hope the person doesn't suspect anything....>.< Yes...I'm weird.
Almost done with my surrealist container. XD I've been working on this thing for two weeks. I've actually caught up with Otan and she was way ahead of me. I might even finish before her. That is, if I stop updating my blog and continue working on my container. XDDD

Wednesday, May 11, 2005Woohoo!!! I haven't been around lately because I have been up to my chin in art homework and reading assignments. >.<
This layout didn't take me too long. But I did have several different versions of the same pic. One had these brushes, the other had different backgrounds...blah blah blah. You get the point. XD I was listening to Eurobeat while making the layout therefore the words and title. ^^;
Rob and Amber all the way!! ^_^ I'm sad they didn't win Amazing Race but I'm also happy that Uchena and Joyce won because they really deserved it. They went through so much. I didn't like Ron and Kelly. They were too pissed at each other to get anything really done.
Alias and American Idol all at one time tonight. Hmm....
