What should I do? =(

First off...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ANAYUFAN & HELEN!

Now, on to business. I don't know what to do with my pita anymore. I've been using livejournal a lot more lately because I feel more comfortable with their friends locking feature. I don't want to completely kill this though since it's been such a dear friend since my freshman year of high school. Heck! I don't even know how many people read this anymore.

So what do you think I should do with this pita?

Back to high school

Sorry about the lack of updates. I've been lazy. XP Anyways...

What did I do Sunday? ::thinks:: Oh! I woke up late and after realizing that Stephy's break was ending fast, I called her up for a last minute hang out. She ended up picking me up and going back to her house to watch four non-stop hours of her favorite Korean Variety Youtube clips. =D It was awesome. Seriously. Since Sunday, I've been listening to Korean music (i.e. Super Junior, Kim Jong Kook, Brian Joo, and TVXQ) whenever possible. She's got me hooked on Youtube all over again, searching for Korean variety shows involving my favorite artists. I'm a fangirl all over again, too. Ollau told me that it seems like I'm more Japanese/Korean than Chinese/Filipino. Haha.

Monday, I visited my high school, since it was also their first day back from vacation. Lukas picked me up, showing me his awesome stick-shift skillz. (Jaymee's going to go crazy over that 'z' haha) We met up with ollau and Wendy at Safeway and walked over as if we were back in high school walking back to campus during collaboration. Ah...the good old days. Within the first few minutes while on campus I ended up running into so many of the teachers whom I wanted to see anyway. In the end, I ended up seeing Moorhouse, Coach Lynn, O.D., Speckman, IKZ, Blanc, Chavez, Quinn, Mr. C., Bradford, Oden, Reedaboo, and Whytoshek. (Note to self: I spelled some of their names wrong on purpose XD) It was so much fun. I especially liked mocking everyone with our jeans. =D And I was so happy to see all of my friends that still go there. I miss them so much. =( It was kind of cute though, when some of the teachers would make us introduce ourselves to the current senior class and tell them which colleges we're attending because they would all go, "Oooooh". Haha. Made me feel good. ♥ Linda, Nadine and the gang, Natasha, KP, and a couple others ended up visiting SF too. Boy do I miss high school. ::sigh::

Tuesday, my mom made me stay home to actually accomplish the things I need to do so I don't procrastinate before I go back to college. I ended up doing nothing anyway. XD Oh! I got a haircut, though.

Wednesday, today, was extremely busy. And it didn't help when eighty gazillion people called me up wanting to chill on this specific day too. ><;; Haha. I kid and exaggerate, but still. =( Sometimes I wish I could either clone myself or manipulate time. I ended up shopping 'til we dropped with ollau and Evy. Even with my low amount of cash, I still somehow managed to buy a lot. And it's true, malls suck up your money no matter what. If it's not the actual items you purchase, it's the food. ¬.¬ Although, I bought these really cute pajama shorts from Aeropostale with little cows on them. So cute! =3 Evy had to head home early, which made me sad, but I'm super happy that I was able to chill with her one more time before break ended. Ollau and I headed back to her house to watch Little Miss Sunshine which I really liked. It is such a cute movie and I really like Steve Carell(sp?) and Paul Dano. They are awesome in that movie. Afterwards, I headed home to start packing and doing all the last minute laundry. ::sigh:: I honestly don't want to leave yet. Wah! T.T

And as I'm packing I realize that even though I brought home a large amount of clothes and items that I didn't plan on bringing back to college, I'm still bringing back ten times more things. How in the world did that happen?! I didn't really shop that much, did I? I barely went out as it is....weird how the world works out. Doesn't help that packing lightly doesn't exist in my vocabulary. I almost always over pack. So if it's a trip for three days and two nights, I pack enough clothes and items to last for a week at least. I really got to stop doing that. It'll be the death of me someday.

So I have almost one entire day left of break before I fly. I didn't think that it was going to be this hard to leave, but I'm starting to feel just as reluctant as I was when I left during the summer. Hanging out with KP and ollau tomorrow. Don't know if I'll have time to blog before I fly, so the next time you hear from me, I might be back at my apartment. =/ ! I never got to be graced by your presence!! T.T No Friends marathon or PYP session either. ::sniff::

Coats! Shoes! And Icons!

Went shopping with my mom today. I finally bought the majority of the things I'd been complaining about not having. So today was the first day I'd ever bought myself a long wool coat (like a trench coat). It was the first day I bought myself tall black leather boots. It was also the first time I had ever bought lip gloss at Sephora. The first time I ran into a teacher from my middle school after four years. The first time eating at The Cheesecake Factory. Today was a good day. =)

I ran into my two-time science teacher from middle school at Macy*s today. oO It was a little awkward, but really cool. I'm amazed that she still recognized me and that I recognized her. I miss her. Haha. And when she used to "pop" her eyes out of her head whenever she was annoyed at Kyle and Yutaro. =P

My mom also bought me two pairs of sneakers since I basically am only using one pair. Finally! New shoes! I'm always paranoid that my feet are going to smell. XD Also the lip gloss I bought at Sephora tastes really good. It's Philosophy and I'm using the mint one right now. Mmm... Speaking of "Mmm..." we also stopped by Harry and David and bought a bunch of snacks to take back to college with me. They look really yummy, especially the honey mustard pretzels.

Today was very fun. Although, the day ended very strangely with my dad wanting to watch the movie Dances with Wolves. ¬.¬ I remember watching a short clip of it in World Religions class, but I never predicted that I would have to watch the entire movie while I was minding my own business making livejournal icons. It's a very bloody, sexual, and realistic movie. It's also a very long movie. XD I felt sorry for the horses and the buffalo in this movie.

And last but not least before I sleep tonight, I finally have a new batch of icons posted on Paint You Pretty. So please check them out and friend us. =) Although, I have one question. Where does one go to pimp Star Wars icons?

Beat by half a strawberry

Went to get my teeth cleaned today. I don't necessarily like going every time because afterwards, my teeth always hurt a lot. Oh well. Also today I realized how much my dentist office has upgraded their x-ray machine. What happened to throwing that heavy lead vest on the kid, pointing a machine that looks a lot like a projector with a black tube against the cheek and then running out of the room? Now you just stand there and the machine revolves around your head while you bite a stick. I'll say that it does feel a lot safer. Even when I was small, I was questionable about those x-rays. I mean, there's got to be a reason why the dentist stands outside while your trapped in your seat under a heavy lead vest, right? oO

When I get home, I immediately get a text from Hanye for a last minute hang out. She picks me up and while on our way to pick up Evy, we got lost. And poor Evy doesn't even know her own street names. XDD We found our way again though, so yay us!! Our dinner resulted in our pigging out on fried calamari and yam fries. Yum calories. =) Hanye mocked us with her strawberry sundae since she beat us health-wise by half a strawberry. It was fun, as Hanye says, kicking it with them even if it does make me fatter. ( ^_^ );;

Earlier today I watched House of Flying Daggers, as I said I would. I haven't seen it in such a long time, since it was in theaters, actually. I've forgotten how good a movie it is. Takeshi Kaneshiro is so hot, too! ♥ ::swoons:: Zhang Yimou directs it wonderfully as well. I want to watch it again...but ollau's coming by tomorrow to pick up movies before she gets her wisdom teeth removed. There's no time. Oh well. I need to work anyway...::sigh::

On good quesadillas and insane Chinese empresses...

Today was a good day, especially after being cooped up in a house for the past three to four days. x.x I have ollau and Mr. C to thank for today of course.

Mr. C picked both of us up at our respective houses around 1pm and we headed for the theater to go see Curse of the Golden Flower. When we arrived at the parking lot, we exchange gifts. Ollau got poems from...oh crap, I forgot the poet's name again. Sherman something. It was the guy Mr. C talked a lot about while we were reading Ceremony (if that means anything ^^;;). I got a poems by Li-Young Lee. We're both happy. Ollau and I pulled together and bought Mr. C Gilead and How to Breathe Under Water which he's excited about because he doesn't have either of those books yet. So yay!

We head into the theater with a bottle of wine. =D He was giving it to a friend, mind you. Ollau and I get seats for the three of us right in the middle of the theater. We talk for a while about school and the like. I like chit-chatting with Mr. C even though he really does more of the chit-chatting and I just sit there and nod/smile. =T

The movie itself is a BIG movie. The imagery is just stunning. Sooooo pretty. ^_^ And pretty violent, of course. And for some reason in this movie, there's a lot of emphasis on the breasts. XDDD They're just right there, nearly popping out of Gong Li's dresses. ><;;; I also decided not to tell ollau that Jay Chou was acting in this movie until the end lest she wouldn't take the third son seriously. Haha. I love Gong Li. I think she's a great actress. She was wonderful in Memoirs of a Geisha, so I knew she'd be awesome in this movie. I was on her side for the whole movie. You go girl! =P I thought it was a good movie though and I liked it. It put me in the mood to watch House of Flying Daggers, but that'll wait until later...

After such a serious movie, we decide to go eat quesadillas at this really yummy taqueria. Mmm... and take it from someone who doesn't really like spicy food, it was delicious. I'd burn my tongue there anytime. =D

And that was my day pretty much. It's kind of funny. Whenever I tell people that I spent the day hanging out with my senior year English teacher, they give me a funny expression. This one's cool. He's on the dl, okay? Okay.

On another note, Kris visited me yesterday and brought me Cheesy Garlic bread. Thanks dear. ♥ Sorry for being sick. ::cough::

I'm trying to get on top of things again for the new year. We'll see how well that goes... ¬.¬

P.S. Thanks for the title, ollau. =) Nighty night, everyone.
