Love me some Chinese...
Man, I seriously need to stop being attracted to random Chinese guys. I swear. Today, I set out to get me some fast food--Mickey D's--but Yuri was like "you should get Chinese food," so I decided to see if she was right about this restaurant nearby having the take-out option. They're practically across from Rite-Aid, which I go to all the time, so it was very convenient that I went there to drop off my film (costs more to leave it there overnight than to do the 1-hour photo which is supremely guitar) and then went over to the Chinese restaurant. On the way, a police office whose car was blocking the road tried to stop me as I was trying to cross the street (when the sign said "walk") because he was directing traffic. So on the way back, I walked on the other side of the street so his ass wouldn't have anything to say to me. I thought the Chinese guy who took my order was cute. Can't help it. It's crazy, but I just love 'em.

The food wasn't that great. Especially the egg roll. However, it was sweet to get that food and not walk like two miles (I did it once before--good Lord). I may go there more often, even though my total was like over 6 dollars. Then again, Yuri told me I should have gotten the lunch special. She was right again. For once. Usually she lies. Haha, no not really. I just like to say that to her. Feels like we're getting to a good place as friends. I ate that food like all day. I stopped after a while round...five? I dunno. Some weird time. And then finished it up after 1 o'clock.

There's this funny commercial for cold medicine I keep seeing. This lady is trying to give her child some of it, but it spills. Then the voice-over is something like, "Now what am I going to do?" Um, lady. It f-ing spilled. It's not like it was the last drop in the bottle. Just get some more and being f-ing careful next time, damn. Are people this stupid?? And yes, the new medicine would eliminate this dreadful problem by being spill resistant. Now Timmy can get all of his medicine. Thank the Lord. Didn't know what we were going to do if it kept spilling. My God. Those people should have advertised that better than making people look like morons. It makes me think there's another commercial like that... Well, I'm sure there's many. Seriously, today's new products are for the stupid and lazy. It's almost never something I'm like, "oh, man. Finally. It's been so hard without it."

I spent the day burning and watching anime. I forget which ones... Hmm... Oh, I watched some Tactics. I'm liking Sugino a little more. He's got that Gokuu-sounding voice opposed to the Kazuki, but I think his bishie features make up for it a little bit. I just love that Kantarou and Sugino fight against each other. I still can't fathom how stupid Sugino is for having Muu-chan as his wife. I mean...what? Oh! I watched Kyou Kara Maou 31-32. See, now it's getting to be significant things. Like Konrad's missing...Murata's true identity...and those forbidden boxes that can destroy everything. Murata's become a really significant character now and with that Kantarou/Nataku (from Houshin Engi), he's a pretty great character. I like that he's similar to Yuuri in that he's a person with a reincarnated soul. Plus, there's this great moment when Gwendal said that if both the Maou and the Great Sage (Murata's true form) command it, then they cannot refuse. Awesome! So as long as Murata and Yuuri are on the same page, people won't oppose them. But ya, know what I really want to see? I want to see Wolfram be jealous of Yuuri and Murata. That stupid Wolfram gets jealous of all kinds of people, but never of those two who are close friends. And I'm glad Gunter's back. And not floating around in a doll or whatnot. Only bad thing about those episodes is that the seriousness/significance appears to be over only to be replaced with an episode about a tournament for the strongest fighter. Hmmm... can we say Dragonball? Haha. I'm only kinda kidding. Still the next episode looks dumb...

Intended to watch some Suki na mono etc, etc show (I've downloaded three epiosdes and still haven't gotten around to it yet), but I haven't. Oh, my gosh. I haven't commented on one of the latest anime I have started. Okay, I saw that my favorite seiyuu (he and Midorikawa-sama are basically equal) Nakao Ryuusei was in an anime that had been fansubbed recently! I was like, no way! So I downloaded eight of the episodes, not caring what it was about. He's in it! Who cares?? And Beet the Vandel Buster does not show enough of him as the evil bunny. Okay, but get this, we see Nakao-sama's character as this horric monster/demon/ghost--whatever the hell it is--chasing these kids. It's f-ing awesome. I was like, yes, this is how it should be. However, like when I first started watching it and I saw these two kids with a cat, I was reminded of that anime I've never seen where a possessed cat is voiced by Nakao-sama. For a second, I thought it'd be the same thing, but then I saw him as the ghost-thing and I was like, oh. Okay. However, they exorcise or something Nakao-sama's character, Amanji--something like that-- and send him to the mountains. I was pissed until they revealed, he was now possessing the kids' cat! I couldn't stop laughing. He sounded like Freeza promising to kill Gokuu, but coming out of this cute cat. So hilarious. I've only watched one episode. And when I browse through an episode (to make sure it's downloaded properly), I crack up. Now Freeza (sometimes I refer Nakao-sama as "Freeza") is an evil bunny and an evil cat. So f-ing great.

But I d/l-ed Sukisyo because it almost has all the greats in it. Midorikawa-sama, Hoshi-sama, and Ishida-sama! If Nakao-sama was in there, it'd be the greatest voiced show ever. I can't think of an anime where Ishida and Nakao appeared together... Well, okay, yes. Saiyuki. Nakao-sama made a cameo in there. I often forget. But Midorikawa-sama wasn't in there. And Midorikawa-sama as Pikuuhan (dunno how it's spelled) opposed Freeza in an episode of Dragonball Z, so they've been together before... You can find Hoshi-sama and Ishida-sama together all the time. Saiyuki...Samurai Deeper Kyo...Meine Liebe... Naruto...Harukanaru no Toki no Naka de... Lots of 'em. Which brings me to my point. A long time ago I started watching Gundam Seed for sorta this reason. I don't think I did so for Hoshi-sama, but more for Ishida-sama and Toshihiko Seki (Sanzou's seiyuu). But I hate mecha and I was determined to let Gundam Wing be the only good Gundam series I had seen (I'm not a big Gundam fan, nor do I think that I ought to watch them all like some people--but all otakus should watch at least one or two Gundam series), so I stopped. This was maybe over a year ago. Plus, I kept seeing some much about Gundam Seed, it discouraged me. Sometimes too much hype makes me run away from an anime. Regardless, as I was looking on the internet for the names of the Harukanaru Toki, etc, etc character songs (to hear Hoshi-sama whom I love to hear sing), I stumbled upon the name of a song he sang in the search results of WinMx. I found that song was a Gundam Seed song and was reminded that I had once watched one episode of it. So I was like, why not try it again? So I've downloaded three and trying to get a fourth. Hard as hell.

Too many animes! Okay, but some are not coming out as fast anymore. Like Meine Liebe. Where the hell is it?? And where the hell is Harukanaru Toki no Naka de?? I want more Yasuaki! Gankutsuou is steady, as is Tactics, and Naruto, but Beet the Vandel Buster is irregular and sometimes Kyou Kara Maou is. But I think KKM is going to end soon. Still, it's getting crazy. Because of that I'm definitely going to need more CDs. And cut back on the manga d/l-ing. I never burn off manga or at least I don't as much as anime. Cuz they're so small...and I prefer to put whole mangas on CDs opposed to parts of them like anime. Gotta take care of that. If I have this many animes under my belt, I'll need to have more room, so the manga's gotta go.

Only thing I'll say now is that I watched the movie the Rundown with the Rock in it. The Rock reminds me of my brother because they talk so similarily. Well, only because my brother imitates him a lot. I liked the movie. It was funny! Especially with Christopher Walken. I didn't know or had forgotten he was in that. Cuz I had forgotten I had wanted to see that movie. Walken was hilarious. He usually always is. And when he's playing the crazy guy or evil guy, he's always great. Of course, when is he not the crazy or evil guy? The Rock is hot, I think. He's got such a wonderful smile. And there's something about the way he kept saying "Travis." It just sounded so funny. "Travis!" Must be something connected with my brother. Maybe because my brother used to say funny stuff about a guy named "Dennis." Might be it. Dunno.

Quote from The Rundown: I feel like a little boy who's lost his first tooth, put it under his pillow, waiting for the tooth-fairy to come. Only two evil burglars have crept in my window, and snatched it, before she could get here... Wait a second, do you understand the CONCEPT of the tooth-fairy? Explain it to them... Wait. She takes the god damned thing, and gives you a quarter. They've got my tooth. I want it back!

‚â‚Á‚½!
I did it! I totally did it! I finished this morning as I woke up at 8:30. It was great that last night I did finish it, having like 700-ish words over the 3,000 word limit. So around 2am or so, I started to proof read it and eliminate unnecessary words. I was pleased to find I did this quite well, despite finding that 700-ish words was more than a page in reduction. I nearly got finished compressing my story before going to bed. Then as I woke up and completed my first re-reading of my story, I found that I only needed to get rid of three excess words in my second re-reading. However, just to be safe (don't wanna get disqualified) I tried to compress it as much as possible. In the end, it was 2978 words? I think. Something like that. Regardless could do a dance of joy as I completed my task by 11:30.

I showered and went out to the campus center to print out three copies (why they need three, I don't know--they even wanted a disk with my story on it) and finally to buy a large enough envelope from the bookstore. After Wellness I addressed it and went to the Alliance post office for the first time. The guy there was pretty friendly. Postage was not much, but stupidly I both bought stamps (7 bucks? What??) and didn't take the offer for some cash back. Then again, I'm not sure if we're going to OSU. I'm only going to accompany Yuri. She's going to be f-ing tired tomorrow. She left the room earlier saying she wouldn't sleep tonight and would study for 12 straight hours! She's insane. Well... mabye I studied around that for Management. Ah... not really. Anyway, I spent over 8 dollars at the post office, but I'm sure I'll be back when I start selling some more doujinshi... If can sell some at all. Don't really have much I want to get rid of. I need some money though. Thought I was getting my Veterans benefits and I haven't. Sucks a lot...

I napped today after class and when I woke did my stupid Econ homework. Just in time to get set to go to the BSU Fashion show. It was nice. Had a group called the Underground Soliders rapping for interludes, pretty nice outfits, and some people I knew were modeling. Double T was wearing a great evening gown! I was like, wow! Caroline (whom is from the Ivory Coast, not Greece, sorry--thought that was weird from the beginning) was styling too. The Asian Caroline, also in the show, was in a pretty nice Vietnamese (okay, I can't spell) gown. Oh, and Megu and some other non-Japanese girls were in kiminos (this was part of the culture part of the fashion show--most was urban and althetic wear). I enjoyed it and talked to a few people after the show before I returned.

I read the Death Note chapters. I'm more convinced than ever that Raito must go on my list for the greats. Now, if he's ever animated I'll be dismayed I'm sure by his voice but absolutely am sure by the design of his hair. I'll cry... His hair is so great! Plus, Raito has calculated stuff down to a wickedly crazy T! If only he wasn't killing criminals in a naive attempt to purify the world, he'd be more considered a villain. I love how he uses Misa's love for him to his advantage. He said to her in the 55th chapter that he would love her forever if she gave him the true name of L. Because it's not true, I love it. He'll do anything to get what he wants. And now he and Ryuuk are reunited! Yay! It also reminds me I want to hurry up and get a DN doujinshi. If I like it, I may have as many as Hikago. Nah. I'm sure a couple with a fugly person like L cannot compare to a beautiful couple like Akihika. Or Kuroro x Kurapika (whom are featured in an Ice Age circle picture as my desktop in celebration of Valentine's day this month). Still, I wanna give a try. I saw this one where it looked like L was trapped in some hell of Raito's creation. Raito was holding a scythe and the background looked like Hades and he was saying something that looked like he was welcoming him to his death. I want a dj where they fight or Raito gets the best of L. It would be the best.

Maybe I'll watch some anime or something. Would study for a Japanese quiz, but whatever. So easy. That class, too, I'm going to skip one day. Oh! We watched a really f-ing funny movie on Wednesday. It was some children's anime about this old couple and a magic dog. Cracked me up. Badly drawn, the people sounded funny, and I swear the "king" of the land was voiced by this woman who didn't do a great job of sounding like a man. My favorite part was when this king got mad at the evil old man (not of the forementioned couple, but their evil neighbors). Actually, maybe my favorite part was when the dog got killed. Hehe. Just kidding. I wanna read some more yaoi manga. Hmm. Think I'll wear my yaoi T-shirt tomorrow. Glad this week's over... It's been kinda hell for a while...

Quote from that funny cartoon from class: Kono usotsuki na jiji me!!
(You damn lying old man!)

--said to the evil old man by the king; my favorite line of the movie. ^_^

Excess of Fish?
I dunno why, but why are all the fast food places bringing out fish sandwiches? First, there's McDonald's with their like two fish sandwiches for 3 bucks. Then there's Arby's with their new fish sandwich. Don't want no damn fish sandwich from them. Actually, is theirs a deal for two dollars too? I forget. And finally, Burger King's got their big ol' fish sandwich--like their Tender Crisp Chicken Sandwich (so good--I love it). I don't like fish so much. Why is it everywhere?? It's driving me crazy...

Okay, like I made an 88 on my Econ test... So guitar. It was the second best grade in our class, so that should tell you a lot. Nine people failed and only five people made an A (1) or a B (4). Our class was worse than the other session he teaches at 9. I think it's his f-ing fault! He keeps going off on tangents. See, it's like what Lauren said once about Robin Williams being ADD--I think my Econ prof (who looks like him) is ADD. Okay, take today. It was a continuation of this peanut butter thing he had been rambling about the week before. According to his craziness, most "peanut butter" as we know it is actually "peanut spread" and not "peanut butter." He then challenged us to actually read the label and see what the brands call it. He had said that he had never seen actual "peanut butter" in a store (except some unknown generic brand). Most argued he wasn't telling the truth. So what does he bring in today? "Peanut spread" by Jiffy and Peter Pan. However, one was sugar-free and the other was reduced fat! So it wasn't like regular peanut butter. Two girls argued because of that he was cheating--it was peanut spread because it a basterization of peanut butter (less fat, less sugar), so it didn't count. And we wasted time on this! This is why our class fails so much! Someone mentions something and then he tries to tell us his opinion or thoughts or useless facts about something totally unrelated to what we need to know for the course. Drives me crazy...

Had my Management test on Monday. I dreaded it. Okay, and I still have to refine my Social Responsibility paper for that class as well. I studied so much. The best thing about studying (it certainly wasn't that I went to bed at 3-ish) was that I got an idea for my story! Yes, for the contest. Err... maybe I didn't mention it. Anyway, the deadline is on the 11th, so I have to hussle. Monday I started it after I got back to class, instead of trying to start studying for my next test in Theater. Now, back to the Management test, though. I thought it'd be mad-crazy. It was f-ing easy! I took that bitch and was like, "I got a hundred." Plus, he gave so much time! I finished in like 20 minutes and then I had like an hour and a half to leave the class and do whatever. So I traveled to Campus Grounds and got me a hot chocolate. Said hey to Iku and then briefly watched someone do a really, really bad Dance, Dance Revolution game. There was a tournament going on at the Cam Grou.

Then I decided to go back to the library and check my email and just fool around a bit. I thought of going to my room for a quick nap, but I didn't think I'd ever come back, so I didn't (plus I hadn't been to my room since I had left it at 8am). I returned to class (still there was a lot of time before our class would resume) and continued to write upon this outline of the main character for my story. Basically, this woman loves writing, but she gave it up as a career to get into business because a writing career is so financially insecure. However, her husband is pursuing this dream and because of it, they're becoming estranged. I suppose you could call it autobiographical...in a future-sense of a way. Feels that it will be quite significant to me, regardless if it's successful in the contest. Oh, anyways, I didn't get a 100 on the test--I missed two points for not putting something in this definition. Kinda guitar, but get this. Our grade is point-related. The test was based on a 100-point thing, but it only counted 15 points toward our grade. I forgot how you figure out how many of those points you score for, but even though I didn't get a 100 on the test, I got all the 15 points as if I did. That f-ing rocks. Cuz I think my paper will suck, as will my Case Closed thing... I hate that so much. I was estatic, especially after that horrible Econ test.

Tuesday I studied Theater until like 1 (believing it would be an relatively easy test) and then worked on my story. I stayed up until four, even though I had to get up early the next day. God... That feeling of staying up late and writing. I tell you, if it was studying or homework, I couldn't do it, but with writing, I could just write all night long if I'm inspired. I kinda wanted to keep going when four rolled around, but I was sure I needed my sleep. Luck on my side, I think the Theater test went well today. Accounting was boring as hell as usual. I swear, I gotta skip that class at least once. It sucks so bad. I just want to get up and leave, I'm so bored. Upon returning to my room, I was happy I could spend the night writing again because I don't have classes until 1 tomorrow. It's great... I love writing this story. However, Yuri messed up my schedule just a little by asking for my help to proofread her paper. But, of course, I can't be that selfish.

I'm eager to see how my paper turns out. Oh! New Death note is out!! Gotta read later. Raito--yes! My man! Oh, yeah. I'm supposed to go to OSU (state university) on Friday with Yuri. She basically volunteered me. Doesn't matter to me if we go or not. Might be fun. We'll see if we go or not. Anyway, back to the story. Think I'll stay up late and if I'm not finished with my story, sleep for a little while and then wake up by 8:30. I hope I can finish by tomorrow and mail it after my Wellness class. That would be great. Otherwise, I'll have to try on Friday... Too close to the deadline. Gonna work my ass off (like I haven't already this week)! ^_^

Quote: Me: Kankei nai.
(It's none of your business)
Yuri (a little later): Mukatsuku! (Pisses me off)
--My answer to Yuri's question of what I was doing. She taught me the word, so I thought I'd please her by using it. We had a good laugh over that.^_^
