[Tuesday, February 17, 2004 ] Mood: Peachy KEEN! (although I SHOULD be stressing)
Music: Mozart's "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik" from Symphony No. 29 in A (I hear listening to Mozart is supposed to help you retain info...)
I have a krud load of bio to study for... but am I? No, not really. I think I'll blog first, then get to it, and try to finish before 9 tonight, cuz there's a new episode of Queereye on. ^_^ Queereye makes me happy.
ANYWAY... I started off the last post with "Last night was fun." Well, take that and replace "Last" with "Sunday" and you get the beginning to my little story... SUNDAY night was fun too! After the award show meeting, me, the Paigester, Johnny Johnny John John, and the Jared to the Norby met at the Aerodrome. We drove there separately cuz I had to take Ashley home from the meeting. We all got there, but waited around for each other for a looooooong time. I called Paige's cell phone a number of times. When she finally picked up, it turns out they were waiting in the parking lot for me while I was waiting at the entrance. Doh... Anyway, public skating ends at 6:30 on Sunday nights, and it was 6:00 when we found each other. Soooooo, we piled into my car and drove to AMC. During that five minute drive, my driving was consistently criticized by John while Paige and Jared played with my Mashimaro toys. Anyway, we got there, parked, and went in to watch Miracle. It was actually pretty good. One of those Disney inspirational sports films that just can't really go wrong, ya know? Right. So yeah, we saw Erica while we were there. Poor thing's working there. After the movie, we went to Beck's for dinner. They gave us pagers for our food, so we tried to mix them up and play a "Guess who got who's?" game. But our food all came at once, so it didn't really work. Bah. Then we moved outside and sat by the lake, but not really. Talked, talked, talked, and eventually started throwing fries at each other. Paige informed me today that she found a fry in her purse (which is this AWESOME brand spankin' new Monopoly bag). Anyway, after learning that Beck's didn't serve dessert *GASP* we moved the party to Starbucks. More criticizing of the driving ensued. Curse you John, curse you. Once there, we got our drinks and then went and sat outside again. Yay. Talk, talk, talk about names, sleep walking/talking/other activities... (you don't want to know, believe me), and other stuff? I dunno. Then time for home. Drove back to Aerodrome to people's cars (MORE criticizing of Katie's driving...) and said bye bye. Fun, fun, FIN.
Back to work now. Bah.

Last night was fun. Dinner with Trish, Ben, Melissa, Ashley and Katrina at TGIFriday's. There were supposed to be more people... We saved a table for ten people and only six of us showed up. Christian and Jared were "maybe"s and Jessica and Jennifer we couldn't get a hold of to tell them that it was gonna be on Thursday night instead of Friday. Oh well. We had fun, food was good, a waiter was flirting with Trish, and the bartender asked her to a BDSM ball (she was wearing her spikes/collar). We were all amused. Katrina had to leave early, so her dad came and got her. Then the rest of us drove to the mall, blasting the Cell Block Tango and singing along to it. When we got there, we looked around at make-up, clothes, prom/initiatiions dresses. Most of us found something we liked (well, by most I mean only 3 of us), but only Trish actually bought something. Anyway, she bought this neato pinstripe skirt thingy, but since we were the last people there, the girl at the cash register forgot to take off the electronic tag thing. We're not sure how we got out of the store without setting off the alarm... oh well. After the mall, we drove to starbucks and then discovered the electonic tag when Trish changed into the skirt in the car. We were all afraid to go into Barnes and Noble in case it would have set the alram off. But it didn't. Yay. While at Starbucks, we played "I've Never" and saw Sara, Cat, and Stephen Adams. Trish's dad came and picked her and Ben up, and I gave Ashley a ride home. The End.
Fiddler on the Roof closed. We struck the set. It's over and it makes me sad... I seriously think that that was probaly the best show that Austin High School has ever seen. We sold out the auditorium for the first time in AHS HISTORY! It only seats 685ish people, we squeezed in 710.
We win.
Whether we get a Tommy Tune Award or not doesn't really matter to me. Sure, it'd be nice to get, but I'm already REALLY happy with what we have. Huzzah for Fiddler! It will be remembered, and good luck topping THAT next year... Heh heh.
Oh yeah, and I just rewatched the Fiddler on the Roof movie. I think our Motel, Chava, Yente, and Fyedka were better, and I think our Tevye was up there with Topol (Topol's pretty hard to beat, mind you). So HA!
'M sleepy... so if this entry doesn't make any sense, sorry...
Oh yeah, and Valentine's Day is in about an hour...
Hmph.
Bah, humbug.
