You are glucose. People feed off of you. You are
sweet, caring, and a source of energy for
everyone around you. You can inspire others
with your creativity and depth, and you can
keep people alive when in times of famine.
People love you...or at least the way you
taste.

Mmmmmmm... Rain... Wow. When I came home from school (I took the bus, curse it), my street was flooded. It NEVER floods in New Territory. But it did. Well, kinda. The bus driver tried to drop me off as close to the side walk as possibe (cuz the water hadn't reached that yet). One problem, the bus door is on the opposite side of my side walk. SO I still had to get into the water. I tried to hold my pants up. Then I lost my shoe when my foot hit the water (cursed flip flops). So I scrambled to get my shoe, letting go of one pant leg as I did so. Then I take a step with my other foot, and lose THAT shoe. T_T
Anyway, I finally retrieve both my shoes (which were floating around pathetically in the middle of the street) and run through the water (well, as best as I could). I had given up on saving my pants, since the water went up to the upper part of my shin anyway. By the time I got home, my pant legs were SOAKED at the bottom. They're still wet now. Yay.
Anyway, so it rained practically ALL day here. There were 6-7 tornados that had touched down in Houston by 4:00 PM (of course, by Houston, I really mean greater Houston area, but whatever). All organizations cancelled their after school meetings except NHS. -_-; Curse them. So, I ended up driving back to school in the rain and then driving back home in the rain. Bah. Then the rain let up for a while, and now it's back, and it wants revenge. @_@
Rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain...

WHO ME?
Yes! YOU!
Couldn't be!
Then who?
YOU stole the cookie from the cookie jar! Ugh. My tummy hurts. We went to A&M yesterday. For the whole day. I almost didn't make it and I held everyone up. SORRY GUYS! :(
We got there, took our tests, and I felt really stupid. So what's new? Afterwards, we went to Chipotle and I had a REALLY big burrito. I didn't finish, and I can eat a lot. Wow. Anyway, then we played a little Egyptian Rat Screw (who comes up with these names?) until the award ceremony. I introduced Will, Stacy, and Angeline to prison rules. Bwahahaha. Much screaming ensued. Angeline's really good at ERS, so she got slapped alot. She finally learned to just swipe the cards away instead of slap and take. Tee hee. Anyway, award ceremony happened. Steph's little brother got a trophy. w00t w00t for Andrew! Then we boarded the bus again and I mostly slept and read Wuthering Heights. Got to parking lot. Took Christine home. Went home and talked to parents for a LONG time. I feel better. Well, kinda. Don't think about it and you'll be fine. Homework calls to me. "Finish meeeeeeee..." After that, I get to freak out over college apps a bit more, yippee. -_-;

That, my friends, is a "Right Hand Ring," contemporary design. A ring meant to symbolize the independence of women. In other words, since your left ring finger is for marriage, this is for YOU. "Your left hand is your heart. Your right hand is your voice. Your left hand knows the answers. Your right hand asks the questions. Women of the world, raise your right hand."
Psh. Right. I just want the ring cuz it's preeeeeeeeeetty. But since it's supposed to symbolize my independence, I guess that means I have to buy it myself. It's ONLY $2,500 - $3,999? -_-; Curse it all... But I WAAAAAAAANT!!! ;_;

Mood: La dee da dee da...
Music: *beep*
I just got back from my non-Homecoming on Homecoming night activities, which included going to the mall for din din and then going to the Matrix Revolutions with Kendra. The movie was alright. More like "meh." I got my FULL $6 worth from the previews. I saw a preview for Troy (Brad Pitt AND Orlando Bloom... oh yeah...), Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (Orli Orli Orli! and sexy, dirty human man...), and SHREK 2!! Did YOU know they were making a Shrek 2?! I didn't. It looks HILARIOUS. I am definitely going to see it. Anyway, so that adds up to two previews with Orli and a Shrek 2 in one sitting. I nearly had a heart attack right then, right there.
As for the actual movie. Well, a bit too much cheeze at certain points in the movie. They were trying too hard to be too dramatic, and it didn't work, only made it comedic. OH! They ALSO decided to add in another "party." This time it was IN the matrix, but it was just as bad as the one in the last movie. They kinda went by the same concept as in the last film. ORGY!!! Just that this time everyone was dressed in some sort of BDSM outfit and there were gay couples there.
Ick. No. Um, let's not do that.
Anyway, the movie wasn't REALLY bad, but it just wasn't as good as the first one. So, yeah.

Did I say I hated allergies in the last entry? Oh, my bad. I meant I HATE BEING SICK. Man, talk about major suckage. I THOUGHT it was just allergies, but nOoOoOo... I'm SICK. I was totally out of it yesterday. I was EXHAUSTED. I came home from Chinese school at 1:00 and then I slept til 5:30ish. After I woke up, I ended up with this INSANE fever, cuz I had been laying in the same position for 4 and a half hours roasting in my own body heat that kept rising. Not a cool feeling. Anyway, after I got out of bed, I went downstairs all dizzy cuz my brain cells were frying. Then mommy got a wet towel and put it on my arms, legs, back, stomach, and finally forehead. It was cold, cold, very cold. Afterwards I started to feel better though. OH OH! IT WAS WEEEEIIIIIRD!! Have you ever had a fever and then suddenly thought that all the lights in your house were dramatically dimmer from what they used to be like? That's what I thought for the whole night, and I couldn't understand why. Anyway, I took some medicine (hehehe... drugs are good...) and began to feel better. I felt a WHOLE lot better by bed time and all is good (well, fairly good) now.
ANYWAY, off of that and onto this:
"I know you think that I shouldn't still love you
I'll tell you that
But if I didn't say it
Well, I'd still have felt it
Where's the sense in that?
I promise I'm not trying to make your life harder
Or return to where we were
Well I will go down with this ship
And I won't put my hands up and surrender
There will be no white flag above my door
I'm in love and always will be
I know I left too much mess
And destruction to come back again
And I caused but nothing but trouble
I understand if you can't talk to me again
And if you live by the rules of 'It's over'
Then I'm sure that that makes sense
Well I will go down with this ship
And I won't put my hands up and surrender
There will be no white flag above my door
I'm in love and always will be
And when we meet
As I'm sure we will
All that was then
Will be there still
I'll let it pass
And hold my tongue
And you will think
That I've moved on
I will go down with this ship
And I won't put my hands up and surrender
There will be no white flag above my door
I'm in love and always will be
I will go down with this ship
And I won't put my hands up and surrender
There will be no white flag above my door
I'm in love and always will be
I will go down with this ship
And I won't put my hands up and surrender
There will be no white flag above my door
I'm in love and always will be"
I've had that stuck in my head for almost A WEEK now... Not that I really mind, it IS a good song, but still...

Mood: Urgh...
Music: Anastasia OST - Jouney to the Past
My nose is dying and therefore causing much suffering upon the rest of me... In other words, my nose hates me. I curse allergies. I really do.
On a different note, last weekend was spent doing supposedly fun things in sucky environments. I went to Ren Fest. It was a very effing COLD and WET Ren Fest. In the very beginning I lost contact with other people in our group, but then I found Cory and wandered around with him for a while. In the rain. Did I say wander? No, no. WADED is a more correct word. We were the only ones stupid enough to keep walking THROUGH the rain in the dirt roads turned MUD RIVERS. And we were soaked to the BONE. Meh well. We then met up with others in our group. Huzzah. Then the rain let up. HUZZAH. Then it came back. Curse it all. None of the theatres have any real roofs there either. They just have this shoddy netting stuff, so we couldn't take shelter there. So we had a bunch of people taking shelter in this little shoppe. It sucked.
BUT the rain finally STOPPED. Like, STOPPED stopped. Not just paused. Then all was well with the world.
OH OH! Can't forget about this... There was a Captain Jack Sparrow impersonator dude there! @_@ He was running around with a basket of roses and trying to sell them to people. He sees me, and he steps infront of me. Like, really close infront of me. And he's like "Well, hellOOOooo..." and I was tickled. Because it was JACK SPARROW flirting with me. Tee hee. But he's still nothing like the original, so bah. This year's Ren Fest was ok. Not GREAT, but alright. There were still a lot of cute guys. Like this over-enthusiastic guy who was selling those neat little hair spiral/wrap thingys. He runs over to me and takes a strand of my hair and puts the wrap thingy in it. It was a cool wrap. I almost considered buying one.
Cute sales guy: "See?! Isn't that neat?"
Me: *examining thingy* "Yeah, it is."
Cute sales guy: "So, are you looking for a gold or a silver one?"
Me: "Um, probably a silver one."
Cute sales guy: "Then those are over here!" *Proceeds to practically drag me to the other side of the shop*
Me: "Hmm, how much?"
Cute sales guy: "$14."
Me: @_@ *Steps out slooooowly...*
Melissa got one that size for $6 last year (Or atleast I THINK it was $6. Either way, it was a LOT cheaper than $14). Psh. $14 my ass. So I didn't buy anything at this year's Ren Fest. ;_;
Anyway, in the end I ended up wandering around Ren Fest with Amelia, this new fish that we have. She LOVES to shop. So we stopped at practically every shoppe and she actually bought lots of stuff. She was determined to find some clothes there, so we went to a lot of clothing shoppes. That kinda sucked because I don't like to go in to those places at Ren Fest anymore. All of the clothes are like super expensive, and it makes me sad.
Anyway, we looked around for more stuff and then they closed down Ren Fest early cuz there was a tornado warning somewhere out there AWAY from Ren Fest. We had blue skies and sun at that point, so I was pretty mad. Oh well. At the gate there were these bag pipe players who were AWESOME. They played their traditional songs and then one started playing that one song that goes "back to life, back to reality." I'm horrible with song names, so yeah. But it was pretty funny. I was amused.
Wow. Long blog. I stop now. *beep*
