Sun 2/25 - off. Got about 5 minutes down the road, thought better of it and walked back home. Feeling tired in an odd way, pulse not especially elevated but some kind of lingering exhaustion has taken hold. Getting to bed reasonably early but could be sleeping better.
Sat 2/24 - AM 30 minutes around BC res. Planned workout went by the boards. Feeling far too flat to even attempt it, and the merciless breeze wasn't helping matters either. To top things off I turned my left ankle again, on a ridge of ice left on the road. Extremely frustrating, this shit is going nowhere.
Fri 2/23 - AM 80 minutes, Muddy River to Arnold Arborteum and back via SW corridor. Between the NW wind hammering away and the slippery footing everywhere, an enervating experience. Never really moving either. Right hip/hammie feeling sore from all the slippage.
Thu 2/22 - AM 30 minutes, Levittown. Had some difficulty getting going this morning. Took it easy. PM 30 minutes, Levittown. Getting just a bit stale, cut the length of the run in half due to overweening fatigue.
Wed 2/21 - PM 40 minutes easy, Levittown to Summerhill. Fought off an acute case of the blahs to get out the door, very tired after the last three days and a lot of time on my feet at work. Ran out of gas after 20 minutes or so and really crawled it in from there.
Tue 2/20 - AM 45 minutes easy, Levittown to Summerhill. Joints a bit sore, as expected after yesterday's run. Roads in much better shape than a few days ago, sidewalks still have a ways to go. PM 55 minutes, Longfellow loop incl. Ruddock. Right knee feeling stiff and sore during the day, but loosened up during the run. Not going especially quick but moving better than anticipated. Still too sore for strides.

Mon 2/19 - PM ca. 100 minutes, on the river and in Area 51. As one would expect, footing was not ideal in places with packed snow deep enough to create some bogging down and tired legs. Wind blasting out of the NW all day, went during the warmest part of the day which wasn't saying much. Ankle not a problem.
