Sun 6/10 - AM just under 30 minutes of easy running on the MHS track, interspersed with walking breaks every 400-500 meters or so. Gingerly testing out the leg, starting with less running this time. Soreness stabilized, not hobbling like last attempt at running. As ever, how it feels tomorrow and beyond will tell the tale.
