Doesn't Kotone look so sad?

And the world over, English and Grammar teachers died of internal hemorrhaging...
Ah, I went to a cool play tonight. I may go again tomorrow night, it's funny. Wapiko's computer is thoroughly dead, which is sad. I think I'll call her tomorrow, maybe invite her to the play. The play was put on at the local high school, and was frickin' hilarious. It was an adaption of a play called "The Rivals". It was almost, but not quite, but not completely unlike Romeo and Juliet. Did I mention I'm also reading Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy? That's a really good book, hahaha. I'm in a pretty good mood, despite only getting about four and a half hours of sleep last night. I am actually far more awake then I have been in a long while, I wasn't really tired all day, which is odd. It's strange, I'm awake like this when I wake up at five in the morning, too. I don't quite get it. I'm not thinking very linearly tonight, am I? Ah well, no bother. Linear thinking can be boring at times. Gen blacked out, so she couldn't help with the play. It's really too bad. Eh, Bored. I think I'll go to bed and read some more Hitch-hiker's guide in a little bit. So long, and thanks for all the fish.

Paintballing is the bomb!
Ah, I went paintballing for the first time today. I've had an overall great weekend, lot's to tell, I think, haha. But now I am back home, and have an Eckhart project to work on, bah. Oh well, time for that later. Anyways, on to my weekend.
Alright, yesterday I slept in late enough to feel rested, which is always nice. Headed over to the church around eleven in the morning. Once everyone was there we headed a little ways to a Habitat house (Habitat for Humanity or whatever). That was actually quite fun. We put in tile around the foundation, and then I headed up onto the roof and helped tar-paper it. While I was doing that, some other guys buried the tile and put that plastic wrap stuff around the house. They also put up the frame for the last part of the roof. By the time they were done with that, we were done papering the rest of the roof, so I helped put plywood on the frame. The guy cutting messed up on a couple pieces and cut them upside down, but it's all good. Then we papered that section to. Overall, it was really productive, and now the house is weather-proofed enough that they don't have to worry about huge delays. Eh, the one bad thing is that I took a good sized chunk out of my thumb. Ah well, it'll grow back, eventually. Kept right on working, only found some water cause I wasn't using my hammer and didn't want to get blood on a borrowed hammer.
After we got done with that, we headed up to this bed & breakfast. We got the whole lower floor, it was nice. Had a little kitchen area, a hottub, nice couches, one of those massage chairs, ping-pong table, it was great. And we brought plenty of soda. We had pizza for dinner, that was good. I spent most of the night playing Catch Phrase, gotta love that game. Went in the hot tub some, some of the other guys watched the football game. Pretty much just chilled. Of course, as this was a church retreat, we did some bible study/lesson things. Those were actually really quite good. I heard Chris Merkle talk more then I think many people in my town have. He's a quiet guy, his voice is a lot like his brother's. Went to bed around, oh, one perhaps. Went to sleep much later, haha.
Woke up entirely too early this morning, probably around 7:30 I suppose. Had breakfast, which was alright, and then we packed up. We decided to have a game of football, which was alright. I'm not a huge fan of football, but it was kinda fun. Afterwards we headed to Action Jack's to go paintballing. That was fun as heck. I had never been paintballing before, and I had a blast. Saw a friend of mine there (Mike Freeman, in case you wanted to know). He's got an electric hopper, it's pretty slick. I walked away with no real wounds, just one small bruise that doesn't hurt. I lucked out so many times, countless balls wizzed past my head, or hit a corner and simply splattered. Ah, I've gotta do that again, haha. First or second game I got a mouthful of paint, I think the ball hit under my mask. That stuff doesn't taste the greatest, haha. Ah, mind draws blank, I believe it's time to shut up before I hurt myself. Ciao!

Once, there was this kid who, took a trip to Singapore and brought along his spray paint.
Haha! Sorry, dunno what that was about. Anywho, it's getting cold, bbrrr... I'm gonna have to get my darn gloves cleaned, they're filthy. Went caving yesterday, that is really fun. We got up in this little cave about 12 feet off the ground, that was cool. There was a little bat in there, haha. Then we found this sign that said Park Office on one side with an arrow. We set it up so that the arrow pointed into this little hole that we had gone through to get into that cave. We thought it was rather fun. We also spent half an hour just resting inside another cave, air started getting stuffy though, hahaa. So, we left that cave and went around some more. It was quite fun, and I managed to not get too wet, haha. Man, I'm tired though. Dan hopes to get it on tonight with some chicks at a friend's house. I wish him luck, sort of. Eh, I got nothing else to say, 'cept that the stupid .txt trick doesn't seem to be working quite right on the forums. Ah well. Ciao.

Lead holders, 2H lead, and kneaded erasers...
Yes, I finally went to the art store. In fact, this art store is actually called The Art Store, and I rather like it. I got a three set of Sakura Microns, all black, sizes 1, 3, and 5. I also got a lead holder with a stick of 2H lead, and I accidentily got a refill of 2B instead of 2H lead, darn it. Ah well. If I can I'm gonna get some 3 or 4H lead for it. I draw too hard. I got a .3 mechanical pencil with some HB lead in it for fine lines. I also got some 3H lead for it. Got a new kneaded eraser, as my old one was getting hard and small. They had little chibi kneaded erasers too, they were uber kawaii, haha ^^. Got a new eraser also, and a small sketch pad to carry around. I might well ask for some colored pencils for Christmas or something. We'll see. Afterwards I went and got a new winter coat, and then when I got back I went to a hayride. Haha, you can tell I live in the Mid West, huh? Ah well, it's all good. Had fun. There was a game of sardines after the hayride itself, but a group of us just walked around and talked. Shared some Darwin Awards, you gotta love those. Like the lady who decided to play Russian Roulette with a Colt .45 auto-loader. Anyways, Ping chan hasn't been on lately, at least not when I have. Ah well. Fox almost has his ftp up, I can't wait till he finishes it. Yawn, tired. I think I'll go sleep pretty soon. Sleep is good. Ciao, take care everyone.

My poor, neglected blog...
Ah, my poor, neglected blog. It's been a while, dang. Well, life is rather boring without Wapiko chan around, but she'll be back soon, haha. Ah, yes, my birthday was yesterday. I got a subscription to Pop Sci and a new Sony cd player. With ESP Max, of course. I wouldn't accept less. You just gotta love Sony, I rarely even turn on the ESP, no point in it, the stuff doesn't skip even without it on usually. Um, pretty boring lately I guess. Damb homework, I got like 4 1/2 hours of sleep Wednesday night, and yet still didn't get done with my stupid project. Oh, the CG's long done, sorry I haven't posted a link yet. Here's one. I like how it turned out. I showed some of my friends some of Shonen's art, and they were impressed, lol. Bah, I'm still kinda tired... Ah well. Hmm, I don't really have much to say. Eh, I'll try and think of something more later, ciao.

Congrats!
Ahh, just got back from Ottumwa. I haven't been down there in years. It felt good, though a little weird. The river is low as all heck, it's barely there. A lot has changed, like the color of my old house. It's beige now, if I remember right. It used to be red. I heard my old friend Kris Kneen moved out to the country, and I already knew my friend Eric moved. The reason I was down there instead of at homecoming? Simple, I had better things to do. I was wearing my sport coat, just as I would have been had I have gone to homecoming. I was down there for a wedding. The daughter of some family friends was getting married. It was a rather nice wedding, in a Presbyterian church. The organ sounded good, and this dude played piano and sang, and he was quite good. I need more sleep, I almost fell asleep like 20 times in that half hour. The reception was nice, too. They had a DJ, and even a small disco ball, haha. The cake was quite good. Ah, I need to go down there with Wapiko chan sometime or something. It would be good to just go down there again, haha. Everything is vaguely familar, it's like deja vu, but yet it isn't, cause I actually am remembering it. It's a pretty weird feeling. Ah, I added a linky to Ping chan's bloggy. I should add a link to Shonen's site soon. That'll have to happen tomorrow, as I don't have time tonight. For that matter, I'm not even online while I'm typing this, I'm just gonna update it Sunday and put the date as right now. Hahaha, I gave myself a blister yesterday playing guitar. I was just shredding away on my acoustic, trying to simulate over-drive, hahaha. Without a pick, haha. If you wanna know, I was playing "Southtown" by P.O.D. I'm not a huge POD fan, but I think that Southtown is a good song. Ah, on a completely unrelated subject, this one dude named Matt is rather a jerk. He took Ping chan's banner idea, changed the font of the text on it, and took all the credit. That's like coloring Rockman red and calling it entirely your own, completely original thought. And my phrases on the forum catch on with Ping, haha. So far she's used two of my little phrases. That Rockman comparison, and "the squeaky hammer of correction". If you don't know what the hammer is, you probably won't. Basically, it's a figurative hammer that Ping and I *bap* Shonen san with if he starts being way too hard on himself. I haven't really gotten to use it quite yet, but no worries. I'll be online tomorrow, perhaps. I might be heading to Iowa City or something, so we'll see. I've been feeling kinda weird lately, I dunno why, and I can't explain it. Oh well, no worries. Ah, tired, and I've gotta get up at eight tomorrow. I also need to get this little paper catapult built, hmmm. Well, anywho, perhaps I'll write more tomorrow. Be ware the squeaky hammer of correction! Seeya 'round.

I open my mouth, and something stupid comes out...
Bah, I've got nothing to say. So why am I blogging, you ask? That's quite a good question. I'm just hoping that if I start writing something intelligent will come out. I realize that doesn't happen often, but what can I say, my blog is looking lonely. I've been on the forums lately, of course. Met some people. Ping chan is pretty cool, so is Shonen san. Shonen can draw really well, haha. I've been granted a squeaky hammer of correction from Ping, to bop Shonen with if he's too hard on himself. Since I got on the forums, he really hasn't been as hard on himself, though. Ping and I are kinda his support team, I guess, haha. A couple really good artists have joined since I did, and I hope to see some more really good art coming up from them. Wapiko seems to think that she's dragging me to the anime club Tuesday, haha. I was going anyways, Sandholm told me about it. Sounds kinda fun, don't quite know what it's gonna be all about. Shoot, Tuesday... hmm. I'm gonna have to make sure it's clear, it probably won't be. Damb, me and my stupid Tuesday schedule. Ah well, Driving will be over with soon. Haha, I had kind of a funny dream last night, which Wapiko chan wouldn't want to hear, seeing as it involved her. I can never remember dreams very well, except old dreams from when I was like 7. This dream doesn't have anything bad, just a little interesting, and Wapiko wouldn't want to know, haha. Course she'd ask anyways, she always does, haha. No worries. I think I might head off to the football game in a bit. I've got nothing better to do, eh? The CG is coming along alright. Speaking of which, I've got my first CG up already. It's not the best, but it's alright. Let's see, it should be right here. If the link doesn't work, open that window and erase the '?'. That should fix it up. Anyways, I'm gonna jet. Any C&C (compliments and critiques, or some other set of two 'c' words)on the pic should be directed to my email. If it's real short C&C go ahead and put it on the tag board. Time to jet, take care.

/me has a new cd, yay! Hahaha.
Yay! I got a new cd, and a Wal Mart no less. The band is from Sweden, interestingly enough. Quite good. I'd say what the band is, but I've got a small wager going on with Wapiko for now, so I'm not going to. They are quite good. Perhaps I'll post more about them tomorrow, we'll see. Man, I'm tired. And bored. Hmm. I've been CGing. Started on Midori's hair, this is gonna take a while, hahaha. Perhaps I'll jump offline in a bit and work on it some more.

There is no pipeweed to compare with that of the Shire...
Bah, I finally got my stupid braces. Dang my mouth hurts. My teeth are all sore, and my cheeks are getting sore too. Ah, I'm gonna be trying my hand at CGing a pic of Midori from Fistful of Benevolence. It's for a contest on the MT forums. Check the art section if you are interested. Yeshman is the artist of F of B. Hmm, I have nothing else to say, really. Well, hopefully I'll get back in a posting mood soon.

...?
I know, I need to blog. No time tonight, I will tomorrow. After I get back from the art store, that is.

51 - 0, a horrible loss...
For OTTUMWA!!! Hahaha, take that. That's what you get for beating us in the JV game yesterday, so ha! Lol. Ah, just had to say that. Well, I'm off. BTW, no hard feelings Ottumwa, I used to live there, too. I still think that growing up in Ottumwa is a better thing than growing up here. Just cause everyone that is local here is related to all the other locals, it scares me. I don't have relatives inside of this state, and never have. So long.

Nothing much to say...
Yeah, I don't have much to say right now, just wanted to archive. Pretty average day of classes, nothing really interesting. Been reading the forum, as usual. I'm a "citizen" at the forums now, which I'm happy about. It gives me a small bit more credibility. Sometimes n00bs get on my nerves, even though technically I am one. This one guy is wanting to use his own computer as a webserver, and doesn't even know HTML! He knows Unix, though, which is a step above me. He doesn't know much about ftp's, either. Eh, I'm bored. Perhaps there'll be more news later, we'll see. Skate on!

Welcome to Master sama's Lair.
           News Box
I do believe it's time for some new news! I'm still on the MT forums. I'm getting a bit better at drawing, and it's getting cold. 10-23-02, first snow of the season, scary. Eh, more news later perhaps, ciao.
