FOUR DAYS TO GO
Sunday, November 21, 2004
And I'm flying back to Australia... Time isn't on my side anymore: all those last minute plans and places I intended to visit are out of the question: I can't fit them in. Im already longing to get over here again. But next time I'm going to have my driving license! Public transport is nice - when it fits ones plans - but a pain in the tailbone when you are reliant on it. And I doubt I'll have a chance to get an under 25s bus card again: those things are worth six times their weight in travel vouchers (Deal to Liverpool for £5 anyone?) I love this side of the world... and I love Australia: oh I am torn between hemispheres. But the South deserves a visit - I haven't seen her for so long. My beloved outback

Well here I am in Deal, near Dover: survived the week with my Grandma's rellies in Belfast but didn't get to the Giants Causeway - I did spend five hours standing in a comic shop reading manga - that has to be a bit of a record. Seven more days and I'm back to Australia. Ive also designed and am in the process of finishing my Xmas card design: some lucky few will actually get to see it too -_^

Just a week and Im leaving the farm!
Its kind of exciting and scary at the same time - I have three weeks between then and my flight back to Australia - I'll be visiting some of my Grandma's family and some family friends - trying to see a couple of places I've not yet seen but want to.
Looking forward to getting back to Alice Springs and settled once more - I don't think I like chaos anywhere as much as I thought I did. Graah
I'm going to have a bloody good VENT because I'm frustrated and angry. Time has zipped past and I'm now trying to organise my travel details. I bought a ticket to a show in Dublin that is on tomorrow but not only do I not know WHERE it is - the ticket has NOT arrived in the mail and the internet won't work so I can't even print off the piece of paper that says I have paid for my ticket >x< Meanwhile, downstairs, the farm kids are whinging and stirring each other up, their parents are irrate and snapping. It makes me want to say 'Stuff it! Im going to stay in my caravan all weekend!' But this show is one I really want to see...
It's Dialing
Its connecting - oh thankyou gods of communication!! Hopefully I'll be able to get this mess sorted!

I'm going to put more effort into updating this musings page.
Its been ages since I've put anything up - this is due to having limited net time when I am on- other stuff has higher priority.

I am heading back to Australia in less than a month now. It is pretty amazing. Over a year and a half has passed now. Soon I'll have access to broad band and hopefully some of the projects I've had in mind will finally be realised.

I believe I am going to miss Ireland and have a strong feeling it won't be too long before I return - even if it is only as temporarily as I have been this time.
I've learned a lot - tried all sorts of new things and it's whetted my appetite for more but I'm going to touch base - re-establish my roots - mulch them well and then start
