G-R-Double-E-N-Leaves!

BEHOLD THE WRONGNESS THAT IS I. <3

Scale of 10

I was in the emergency room last night from about 10pm to 5am...what a night it was. My stomachaches attacked me with one swift blow during animation, and I couldn't keep quiet any longer. So I told my professor I was going to Gehring, and I ran the 20-minute distance in the pouring rain with only my thin green jacket on, whimpering and holding my stomach the entire way. When I got there they gave me tylenol and ordered me to the emergency room...had to wait for my mom to take me there...

After many tests they told me that I was okay...on the outside. But they did find something; I had cysts all over two of my organs...I won't say which ones (you can instant-message me if you want)...so apparently something is wrong, and the stomachaches are the symptoms of it. I'm glad it's over but this is only just the beginning, and now my stomachaches are starting to linger long-term. I'm really worried...I hate being sick...but after hearing what they might have to do to make me feel better...I just wonder if it is worth it.

On a positive note, my professor helped me with making a better painting, apparently my compositions are fine but I paint too small thus ruining the composition. It's good to be painting without hassle now. My current masterwork *cackles* is a rimmed hat, a bottle, a creamer, and a box. ^^; So exciting isn't it? *grin*

On a light note, orange Gatorade is highly addictive.

"So 'wrong' is bad and 'wrongness' is good?" "Yes...in a way...XD"

Riso: What are you doing now?
Me: *chew chew chew*
Riso: The Playstation tastes good?
Me: Yes!
Riso: But you can't eat it! (^^;)
Me: Dang! (^_^;)
Riso: Can you eat the game though?...

And Riso displayed her FIRST EVIL GRIN (well, that I saw XD)! *hugs her* You are catching on so well dear! XD

Wrongness happens here. Sometimes. I love it when it does.

The week in a nutshell: I fainted in animation class, had to glaze over my still life with brown glaze and start it over, and this weekend I went to Hayley's house for dinner and to help her with picking up stuff to bring back to the dorm. Not too eventful ^^;

I still haven't been able to find a cheap keyboard (--;) and I'd really like to find one! A backup singer would rock too but I can't be too picky. Tomorrow Kristine and I are going to work on our animation projects. But right now is the continuing quest for a suitable CG style. *chew chew chew*

Except for Jeff, Adam, and a few chicas, YOU ALL SUCK! No one chats anymore~ *cry* XD No no, I'm joking, I still loves y'all~ But let me know if you're dead or not sometime! XD

Wally World Excursion

Ugh...we were treated to a fire drill at 7:45 in the morning today...not enjoyable at all x_x; We went back in the dorms and I fell asleep again until the early afternoon; I feel like such a bum. ^^; Hayley and I then went to Wally World for a few things, and I got two of my cameras developed; one had the last of the Katsucon and Kat-sno-con crud on it with random college stuff, and the other was one of the Otakon cameras, which had enough photos on it to open the cosplay section with a worthwhile update. You can go take a look at those right now by the way. I also got to try Ben & Jerry's ice cream (I've never had it before), and it's very good. But I'll take the Dairy Queen over anything, ha ha XD I bought randomness basically, but forgot completely about getting another phone card. I'm so ditzy at times ^^;

We returned and watched some more Get Backers~ I have to say that right now at this point in the series (we saw up to fifteen today) I really don't like Makube X... Kazuki was kicking butt though. But now Jubei and some other bums are around...I only mention Jubei because I squealed 'KOYASU' the minute I heard him speak. -_- I think he's the only Japanese voice actor I can recognize, which one, makes me look like a fangirl, and two is just really sad to begin with. The ending of episode fifteen was most excellent, with the determined little chibi Tare-Ginji; I loved it XD More Jubei though. >_> He's unusually intriguing.

Afterwards...well...updated the website. Now I am going to go draw. Tomorrow I'll be painting, then I have to go home and get some more tests scheduled, which will force me to miss Economics on Monday (not that I'll really miss it, but it's more fun than some other things I have to do in the week.) and possibly Animation. Eating sucks. For me at least. Just so I don't become anorexic. x_X; But the chances of that...are slim. *rimshot*

*gets pummeled by tomatoes*

A World Engulfed by Geese, A Mission Fueled by Smoothies

I have decided that I am going to dye my hair black! But for an added twist, the ends are going to be blonde or pink <3 The roots will be black and the ends will be colored. I sat down and drew it today *cackles*, likeI always do. Now I have to schedule an appointment and hope my mother doesn't find it too strange.

I'm finally starting to befriend some of my classmates in animation; more specifically a girl named Christine and just generally fitting in with all the crazy guys. Would you believe my not identifying Stairway to Heaven was the doing? Neither would I. o_o But then they also don't know other things like my never seeing Indiana Jones and the sort, things that when I bring up everyone immediately does a double-take. Next week I can finally start animating.

I can't wait until tomorrow is over. I really hate Tuesday and Thursday's make-up, it's so inconvenient. I'd still hate to waste my five freebie absences in English so early. At least my presentation is over with. Why so bad? I don't know, all I know is that after painting I'm half-dead like I began as.

This weekend...this weekend I'm mailing out the last of the commissions (that means they'll be open again!), and drawing presents. Presents for my special friends. That and I'm gonna make an oil painting. Again. x_x Creative writing is fun. You can turn Kacchan into an insane psychopath, and Bao into...hee hee. >3 *writes more*

Wakarimasen

Ryan wants to do Persona cosplay. Bless his soul. And Randy's too. Now we have three Megatenists on campus. I am happy. He was joking earlier about cosplaying Maya, but I think he's make a great Baofu; he's got the right build for him. He'd be a very 'bishie' Baofu. Ah, Randy is such an angel for lending Persona 2 to him. I'd lend mine out but I'm not letting go of mine until I get the EX Dungeon... If he seriously does though, I'm going to as well. :3 Aside from that, Hayley and I are going to cosplay as Shuichi and Ryuichi from Gravitation, and I want to do a Silent Hill costume as well. Maybe Claudia, she looks evil >3 If I have time I'll do a third costume...what that is, I don't know. I'd like to try doing Misha's angel dress. Or a Get Backers character. So many choices. But for sure, Ryuichi. >3 I just don't know which outift to do; I'm not doing the frilly white blouse unless I can loose my gut in the next five months.

I am afraid to see how my first economics quiz did. I already know I missed two questions. Ashton and I both knew the answers to questions we missed! How ironic! x_x My luck is so weird. But I got full credit for the uber-homework assignment from last week. So that is good. Tomorrow is painting and my English presentation. I have to discuss Bartleby the Scrivener in front of my class. The story was great though, I loved it. So wrong on so many levels. It is by Herman Melville if you decide to read it.

Lindsey's losing her voice, so the meeting tomorrow for ESCA will be quieter than usual. ^^; Or not. I don't know. This year's new members are so much more receptive to the club doings than last year's group. A welcome change. Seems when we don't act weird, they want to be weird, and when we act weird, they hide in their closets. My life is full of irony. I never get what I expect.

I'm drawing a chibi Hiro. I'm calling the SMT3 hero Hiro now. >3 If I were playing, that would be his name. Anyways, chibi Hiro is sickeningly cute...but TOO cute for FS? I don't know. We'll see. *gropes openCanvas*

I feel so burdened...and I've a lighter load...what gives?

Reverting back

I have been visiting many websites lately, most of them with a pairing support. It's weird but the more you see two characters together, the more you contemplate it and think about it. Like Baofu and Ulala, I really never cared for them until a few months ago after reading fics and drawing the haircut picture. Except this time I have never played the game! It is Hikawa and the hero; from Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne. It looks like a cute pairing but I haven't played the game so I have no clue what the connection is. But yet, I sit here drawing them together! o_o I'm learning. I'll speak and write Japanese someday. Speaking of which, I learned some more phrases...should I lose my things I'll be quite alright *laughs*.

Today Nyarlathotep was made guardian of the space cookies. =3 And the Japanese crackers Ryan gave me are pretty good. They taste like a salty corn Pops cookie. ^^;

Too sleepy. I am going to bed now.

Yay for cookie ice cream sandwiches

The week is finally over! ^_^ I had a lot to do, but I got it all done so I'm happy to have those burdens lifted. And all in the second week too! What are they trying to pull? :p

My painting professor doesn't see art the way I do, that is what I have determined. Today, he liked the grey scale study I did, but when we did the two-color study in class today he didn't approve of my composition. I wanted to tell him that all of my professors in the past have complimented me on my composition skills. I know what sucks so I don't do it. It's not that he's a bad professor, I'm just an odd artist. ^^ I mean, I was self-taught for most of my life! I'd like to think I've learned well in such a manner. But anyways I am happy that there is no out-of-class work for now.

All that I have to do this weekend is my presentation for APC; I have to lead the discussion of Bartleby the Scrivener (sp?) on Tuesday. Prof. Cussen thinks I'll be alright, which is nice to know ^^;

Well, on social notes...ESCA got over three dozen new members! I'm excited! ^_^ I hope they will continue to support the club, we need all the help and stuff we can get. I also hung out with my new buddy Tegan, she is a VERY TALENTED artist too. We spent Tuesday night drawing and stuff; it was fun playing with Prismacolors. X3

Today I went to Wal-Mart with Hayley, Ari, and David; we bought hairspray, space cookies, duct tape, Sobe, a 12-pack of Coke, and ice cream sandwiches! XD Wal-Mart has these humongous ice cream sandwiches, and they're made with these really good chocolate chip cookies...they're not too good for you, but after going without goodies all week I rewarded myself. Heeheehee... Unfortunately my stomach reminded me of the importance of taking my medicine while we drove back to Scranton...not fun. I missed one dose and paid dearly for it.

Maya-chan! I am going to miss you ;_; maybe we could write letters or something? Mail is fun, ne? I could doodle on them and such ^^; I have this sudden want to draw Baofu as Inu-Yasha's human form (the one with the black hair). X3

Did you eat breakfast today?

I don't know if I've ever mentioned it before, but Hayley and Ari have this freestyle form of dancing called 'spazz dance', in which you play rapid tempo songs and dance instictly, jumping and swinging your arms; aka, spazzing out to the music. It's quite the sight to see. Anyhoo, it has evolved from a boredom-killer into an independant animation film. Admiringly called 'Spazz Dance Revolution'. I have a feeling it will be -the- film of the year. XD

I'm procrastination my oil painting. -_- It's very dull and I don't have the appropriate materials with which to clean the brushes with when I'm done. Due tomorrow. I'm putting it off and I shouldn't. I have 1/7 done; the greyscaled part.

Firecracker Sweet is back up, and love is appreciated. The rest of the sections will be up very soon.

Dance little bunny dance!

After going to the fair this weekend, I've concluded that, if I had my own way, I would have the following creatures living in my house at one point in time:
2 auburn-haired kittens
1 black lionhead rabbit
1 black and white speckled rooster(for scaring thieves)
1 pigmy goat (for secuirty as well)

The fair wasn't very enjoyable for myself (I'm not one for walking outside with the smell of manure in the air, I get that enough at school); my sotmach was acting up but that was mostly my fault for forgetting my medicine. And I still had a funnel cake. But what was most firghtening is the fact that they sell fried TWINKIES. Twinkies are bad enough as it is...and then they FRY them! And put stuff all over top after doing so! O_O They even fry Snickers bars and Oreo cookies! Geez, no wonder the U.S. is so full of big people! (including myself...to an extent. >_>)

My first week of classes were okay considering some minor annoyances. My painting professor is a gimp, my animation professor is Jim again, my economics professor is reminiscient of high school, and my English professor has the coolest scars and look I've ever seen. The campus is also over-run by freshmen, more than before. Maybe it's always been like that and I'm just getting old. ^^

I have a big painting to do this weekend, along with picking a soundtrack for my animation, reading The Black Cat by Edgar Allen Poe, and added Economics problems to do for Wednesday. Everything else is due Tuesday. But I'm updated Firecracker Sweet right now! You might have noticed the splash page is a little different.

I hope everyone's doing well, a few of my friends have been going through some tough shit this weekend while I was gone! o_O Cyber-glompings for all.

Yes, the word of the moment is Cyber. Damn me looking at a German rave fashion website. ^^

Back to the Grind

Whew, finally back to my school routine. I arrived on campus Sunday afternoon, and was rushed through unpacking just for a stupid floor meeting with the RAs. Tammy's back from last year but the RA closest to us is new, so she will have to adapt to the insanity that is unleashed up third floor Scranton. Poor dear. I hope she is understanding.

Anyways, I'm rooming with Hayley again, same place, same everything just about. The load is lighter and I'm sure I'll be able to handle it. I'm happy, but mostly because I know that I will be going to another school next year. I can't wait.

First class I had yesterday; economics. I think I'll be okay in there; the professor is super-nice and sweet and she explains everything with non-flowery vocabulary. Intelligently but without that 'I'm smarter than you' edge to it. Second is animation with Jim again (I had him last fall); my first project is scratch-on again, but it will have music as well, so now I'm looking for a good 30 second sound clip for my piece. This morning I had American Prose Classics, and my professor just rocks. At first glance he seems a bit nerdy, but his glasses and all these really neat scars make him quite the character, plus he has a lot of interesting things to say and listens back as well. In an hour I have painting, which I haven't been to yet. I have no idea what the professor is like.

I'd have been online sooner but that new worm got into the school network so we had to be cautious before connecting to the network.

randomness

The headlines had I been in charge of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire's programming. "It's Bravo Trainer time! Today we're focusing on a Pokemon who lost the Tough Contest at Verdanturf Normal Rank Stadium...introducing Katsuya's Kyogre!...uh...Kyogre? What is a Kyogre...*looks up* That's a KYOGRE?!...ancient...Pokemon...?!.....GYYAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!! Oh my GAWD! He's using Hydro Pump on the building! People are dying and Pokemon are drowning...OH THE AGONY!...And it's raining and flooding...and....blblblblblbl.....GYAH!....blblbl....*loud crashes*.......Oh dear lord!...*explosions*......AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!.....

And that's all the time we have for...the Pokemon Ne-...."

Kyogre should win automatically. :3

Time for bed. x.x

4 days left!

I had such a lovely conversation with Goody Arashi last night! It is always fun to talk to her. An inspiring artist as well.

It is difficult to figure out what to bring back to college. I have a fear that if I do not bring a certain object that I will need it! And if I do bring it, it will not be needed. At all costs I must bring my costumes, my suits, and decent clothing. They are a must. And all of my little 'decorations' ^_^ Well, I don't think I'll put all of them out, but I will definitely put some out.

Life is so uneventful! But it is kinda nice that I don't have to complain about homework, because everyone does that at one point in time and I don't look forward to it. But it does mke for some hysterical back-to-school commercials. My personal favorite is the Office Max and the Meijer commercials. Ah, it's nice to know there are others out there who appreciate wrongness. <3

5 days left!

Maya! I finally got that art for you done. I'm going to e-mail it to you after I post this. It's so cute too!

I think I'll have all the Otakon commissions done this week, and I'll be able to send them all at once. I'm so proud of me. :3 I think. I think Beta's was the most complicated, but complicated is fun in this case (Nocturne Hero! Yum!). I still haven't heard from one person yet! I hope she got my e-mail, I sent it twice o_O

And to all my college cohorts...don't do what you did last move-in day...I will maim each and every one of you :o

Warp into Ran-Fujimiya-mode! *SHI-NE!*

I'm back from Columbus! Dance!...boy was that a living hell. o_O

My agenda this week:
--finish commissions and mail them out
--pack back up for school (happy but angry at the same time =p)
--chew out UPS man for my comic books
--reserve hotel room for Katsucon

Heather and I want to do the artists alley again...hee hee...it should be more fun the second time through. As for costuming...I think I'm going to cosplay the female android (her number is a blank right now) from Cyborg 009, and make a little plushie of 001 (?) to carry around with me.

Side 7 is back online with their new version. Loads much better. You can go see my old as dirt art there again. =D Fun anthro art/anime art stuffage.

Final note: I need to stop watching X-Men Evolution. And Kyouken DOES NOT look like Nightcrawler. The likenesses are too too too broad. Plus Nightcrawler doesn't have a groovy lion ally with dreads. =3

The quote of the weekend: (Me to my little cousin) 'What's your favorie fruit?' 'Cheeseburgers!'

Evergrande Opening

Livejournal just kept getter more and more mundane as time progressed, and I like playing with my own journal...so I went back and redid Purpur Katt and transformed it into Evergrande, what you see before you. (I'll give you a cookie if you can figure out where the name came from.) A dull layout, but I'm proud of it otherwise. =3 I'll still post in LJ too...just not as often.

Anyhoo, today the place is dead silent aside from the roar of the air conditioners and my tapping the keys at the computer. Also the occassional Pokemon Sapphire bgm in the background. I can't deny that I like Pokemon >D Tomorrow I'm going to Columbus, and I am going to see if maybe I can go to Anime Palace while we're there and look for things I couldn't find at Otakon.

As you can tell, Firecracker Sweet will be up on or before September 1st. I've made a goal. Because I want to get my commissions done first before I worry about it. Five (and maybe six) wonderful commissions. ^_^ Well, two are done, I need to find a picture of Johnny the Homicidal Maniac for one, and Yuki of Fruits Baskets for the other. Meh. Time to make some dinner.
