I haven't been keeping this updated have I? Oops XD I just really need to make that new layout, yet I'm too lazy to start. And I have to archive this thing myself. *is lazy* I got an Livejournal too, which contributes to the reason I never update anymore since i update that one. However, I DO intend to keep two blogs. I am strange, am I?

Today was Diversity Day and Club Day all in one. The assembly was awesome, especially all the dance groups. Way to go Tiffany and Suling for their stunningly stellar performance in the assembly. *__* *is starry eyed* The martial arts performance (especially Tiff and Suling's) was awesome. The dance clubs were also real good. The Impressions pop group singing the Taiwanese pop song was okay too. (though their bg vocals blended in too much with their main vocals, making it a bit weird) Then for lunch, I went and bought pearl milk tea and In N' Out from the Club Day exhibits. Is it just me, or is Starbucks becoming insanely popular? We've already got three in the city already. Star testing next week... Ugh. I get to stay in one of those cool new rooms in the new D building overlooking the C building. I've always wanted to go into that room... with all the glass windows it looks so fresh an airy. The teacher is a bit freaky though... He didn't read to me the sheet. (I found out later that the teachers were supposed to do that) He just said, "Read this. Any Questions?" and then started asking me questions on it like it was a test or something... Freaky Alg. 2/Trig teacher.

I ought to be studying for the Bio pig oral exam tomorrow... eep. My group got a 7/15 on our unrecorded one today. O___O *peals of doom* However, it seemed that everyone else got around that too, so we aren't too badly off compared to everyone right now... Just can't get an F on the real thing now. There's also this thing for orchestra which requires me to go for first period tomorrow. 7:30 AM + Violin + Simple Symphony = Getting tangled up in my bowstrings. I should have told Fey that we were having a test in PE second period, but Vincent only announced it today. So we get to go during tutorial, but I heard from Tiffany that it might go into tutorial... Not good. Perhaps Vincent will be considerate if we show up late.

I was just working on the Romeo and Juliet picture, Neeru, if you are reading this. Will show you when it's all nice and colored. I realize that I need to color more of my art. And I'm thinking of buying a scanner, as I am tired of begging and scraping to people who have scanners. That will be another thing I need to buy. Lessee, besides a scanner, I need: a computer, new headphones (My second pair broke, pissing me off. At least it lasted longer than a week, like the last ones which broke.), a digital camera, lots of CDs, (especially Artificial Hallucination - before it becomes scarce), movies (especially Moonchild - can't wait for the US release), an electric guitar (this has to come with and amp and everything though, so there goes more money), new clothes (if you notice that I wear the same thing every day), new pencils (to replace those lost in the stupid orchestra room), new watch (to replace the one lost in the stupid orchestra room, once again), new blank cd's (because I'm running out), and perhaps a new mattress since the one I have used since I was 2 now has a dent in it. Not to mention lots of money is needed for the trip to Japan with Tiff and Neeru before we go off to college. *sigh* And there are lots of summer birthdays coming up...

Shall go study now. And this song has been repeating for like an hour now... :| It's the song that inspired my Romeo and Juliet drawing.

The day actually started off on a nice note today... In PE, we were supposed to run 7 laps and only had to run the equilvalent of 4. Then we talk for the rest of the period. Self Defense is so amusing. The whole brass knuckles concept was cool. Moohahaha.

Then in Bio, we started the pig dissection. (is reminded of LoTF) Technically, I'm a surgeon, but our non-surgeon, being the infamous *#!&-ing idot he is, instantly demanded that he wanted to cut up the pig. Everyone was like, "I thought you were a non-surgeon?" Naturally, he lied and said, "I was a surgeon all along! What are you talking about?" It ended up that the teacher had to get involved. Pretty sad... She guaranteed us that he wouldn't be a surgeon after all, since she didn't trust him with the scalple. I was still a non-surgeon today though, but Margarita was one with me. We spent the period looking up words in the most unhelpful physio books. BUT! Sayoni is now in our group and I am to be a surgeon Monday, along with Margarita. I seriously can't believe I have such uncareful (to put it kindly) people in my group. The surgeon cut the liver. Gee, don't stab the pig, just cut the skin! At least I think there was another group which cut theirs worse than us. McElwee also ended up screaming a lot at our surgeons. Overall though, I think I kinda liked the day in Bio. ^_^

After lunch, went to orchestra. The people who sit around me annoy the hell out of me. The guys who sit on the right of me played cell phone games all day. They used to watch TV, but I guess they have decided that is too risky. I wonder if someone has confiscated their graphing calculators? They haven't been playing them lately. It's freaking annoying, like when the guy dropped his violin resulting in a huge CRACKSHSHSHSS which I heard all too clearly. Apparently no one else did... Then he screamed when he lost the game. Sheesh. The guy on the left of me's stand partner forgot his music again. Like the 7th time since last week. I thought the kid would be more responsible though, as he's a fairly good student in the same French class with me. The kid who sits on my left happens to be a really good player, unlike me, and he was playing the Plink Plank Plunk first part he memorized from last year. It makes me mad though, when he and this other first from last year always talk about how they ought to move up. Sure, I suck, but he doesn't need to rub it in my face indirectly.

After class, I went to the art room with Neeru and she showed me her 2 point perspective city. Very pretty. :D The art teacher seems pretty cool... I want to take art, but I already opted for orchestra. Too many classes and too little time. Then, I realized right after I left the art room that I forgot my pencil pouch in the instrumental music hall. I went back and all these percussion people were getting ready to practice outside. I went to get my pouch by my seat, and LO BEHOLD! it's GONE. I was just out of the room for FIVE minutes (3:05-#3:10 - I looked at the clock) and my pencil pouch is gone. I cannot believe it. There is nothing I cannot leave anything alone for 5 minutes in that room... same thing happened to my watch. I am supremely pissed. HOW am I supposed to write in school now? Fey tried to help all he could (He must think I'm super clumsy by now, but in reality, I've only lost 2 items this year and BOTH in the music room.) but he had to get to the percussion, so I checked all round the room and came up with nothing. I shall now ask everyone who sat around me and stalk down the janitor just in case he was the one who found it. RAR. My day ended up on a supremely pissed note.

Wow. Supremely ranty entry. And loooooooong too.

My brains are scattered today. I knew it was a bad thing to cram for the bio final on the day before the test... XD Perhaps it's a post-exam feeling meaning that I don't do anything all day except eat and be weird. My mind will spontaneously combust if it keeps up any longer, like Tiffa said. How nifty. The internet connection on the laptop is also dying today. It seriously dies like every five minutes at least. And it was worse before I turned the box thing over. I mean, someone turned it upside down, thinking it worked better that way. WTF?? No wonder the connection died every 2 minutes... At least it's quite a bit better now. I don't think I have much more to say since my brain can't take typing anymore. Eyes go all ga-ga. And I need to get off my ass once my brain fixes itself and make a new layout. Meanwhile, my brain is worrying over how to do our mock trial next week on the big flood in West Virginia in 1972. Oh the glory. I'm the guy who checked the water level. I wonder what our point is though? We have not come up with a point to prove yet either... *sighs*

Happy Birthday Jason!

Happy birthday, mon cousin. I will get the b-day pic I made scanned as soon as I can find someone with a working scanner who knows how to use it, which I have been trying to do for two years now. I ought to start making those birthday announcements again like I did last year... Yup. I remember Nandini's is coming up in April... *reminds self* At least my mind works a little...

I must be high on something, since I have a strong urge to talk. (Must be waking up at 6:30 AM to go to that ethics thing today...) Anyway, the whole morning was useless. I could have (or rather, should have slept in and just came to school at 1:20. They didn’t even take role! Summary of the morning’s four hour lecture: Don’t commit crimes, do the right things and be honest (though no one cares to be), take the right courses, and get involved in school so that you’re literally breathing school. ^_^ Yes, how lovely…

Did anyone know that Utada Hikaru has an English website? It seems pretty new and pretty cool too. Utada.Com. Moohahaha. Plug!!! I heard her new album’s coming out soon… And what’s up with the new hairdo?

I’ve been looking into Faminecon this year. Actually thinking of going this year… I remember way back a couple years ago Jessica and Xuan and I thought we might go… but never did. (was it last year or the year before?) Nehwhoo, they have Blood and Kristine Sa there last year! This year, Fred Gallagher, the creator of Megatokyo is going to be there! =D I read one of those graphic novels from the library and thought it was pretty cool. Nami Tamaki is also one of the guests. Can’t wait to see if they’ll announce any more people. ^_^ I mean, it’s not that far away being right next to Great America; maybe I’ll think of going this year if there’s more neat guests coming.

And also, Silver Ash is coming to Anaheim during the Memorial Day Weekend and are going to perform live at Pacific Media Expo!!! (for more info, go here) That is so cool! And a second album with all new work only for the appearance!?! =OOOOO Way too far to go, but oh well. I envy the people who will be able to see them live. Dirr. >:B

And so concludes this long and rant-full (is that a word?) essay entry. ^_^

Ah... I feel like I've just come to the end of a very long and tiring journey. White Wings Designs is finally done with a full re-vamp. New layout, designs, and I even went through and updated the links. I feel I like I have just done something great. Like build the Great Wall of China. (okay, exaggeration) But I've finally given it a new layout. And one that I can be proud of too. All tables! TABLES!!! The word sends spasms into my arms and fingers, thinking of all the typing I did doing that freak tables layout from scratch. If you've ever started a tables layout from a blank Notepad file, you'll know the feeling. The uncertainty of what lies ahead, what might go wrong in a tables layout. (unless you're a total tables guru, unlike me XD ) But I feel so accomplished now... Gee, I'm going to make lots of graphics to add to that site. Gotta make all the work I did on the layout worth it. ^__^ I do feel really guilty about one thing though... Instead of practicing the violin, I was updating my site. My mom must be so pissed off at me, and I was totally supposed to have been practicing >.< Now I can't anymore though, since my dad's resting. *shrinks away in guilt*

Wednesday, February 25, 2004 06:12 p.m.
It was raining like NUTS today. I woke up at like... 8:45 (block days rule ^_^) and my mom said she would take me to school after taking my brother. Turns out, there was a huge traffic jam, so I ended up walking to school. Both my pants and shoes were soaked through. Wet socks all day. XP PE was extremely pointless. In the dank, dripping portable, we talked about... "Point of View." And then the lecture branched off in all different directions, covering tobacco, 60 Minutes, corporations, Avian (bird) Flu, viruses, bacteria... Yup. Trust Freeman to keep a straight topic for an hour and a half. Now I have to write a review response for my article. In Bio, we got assigned a project. (I knew they would start coming in) Our group wanted mammals or reptiles, but we had to chose between insects, worms/mollusks, and fungi because we were one of the last groups chosen. XD Worms and Mollusks it is. Fear the GROSSNESS of worms and mollusks. Seriously. XP Then in Orchestra, we got a new piece by Bach. I voted for the Bach piece because it was something I was actually able to si-read a little decently. Simple Symphony won though. Why are there always so many different time signatures though? XD Cut time = not enough time for hand to respond to what the mind sees = random finger movements and drastic rushing/slowing down. XP Then after school, the sun came out and it stopped raining. Everyone was at badminton though. XD I would have tried out too if we didn't need to get that form thing signed by the doctor. The last time I went to the doctor, they said I was too skinny and made me have all these blood tests and shots. =P I prefer to stay away from them now because one visit usually turns into several unneeded visits before they are convinced that I don't have any disorders.

I don't know why I feel like updating today. Perhaps I'm weird. Perhaps I'm trying to set a record for seeing how long I can go before forgetting to update again. Perhaps I'm bored. Yes... I think that's it. Nevertheless, I wish Pitas had that auto-archive thing so the page won't look so long every time I post another entry. This calls for another page archive... perhaps when I change the layout again. Or I could just invent more stuff to add to the side bar to keep you company as you scroll along.

Today was the first day of school after break, and everything is back to normal. Just need to wait for all the projects and tests to start rushing in again. We're doing Health in PE o.O... This week is hygiene. Four weeks of Health... four articles to find and review. Ugh. Other than that, everything's cool. It seems like a lot of people got haircuts over vacation. Summer is fast approaching! (and the next break is in eight weeks XD ) I hope I get to make a new layout for this site soon. My dad is still so busy and hasn't had time to bring home the computer. Ah well... I realize I had so many plans with my websites but it was all on that computer. It always happens. Just when I have a bunch of plans, say - for the summer, the whole summer just flies away before my eyes. Then all I have accomplished is a new record in dishwashing and more violin practice than I do all year. And I don't know what's wrong with my practicing the violin. It seems that I never get better anyway, and my teacher just gets as equally pissed off when I play an hour a day as he would if I had played just 30 minutes all week. (DIIRRR!!!) >.< #$%* I want to get better but the practice is not working! Not to mention my si-reading is terrible. See eighth notes and my head spins. I don't get it though, because if it were flute, I can usually si-read pretty well, notes and rhythm and all. It's just violin... my hand/mind coordination is terrible there. >.<

Hmm... that was a long and rambling entry. It gives insight to how my mind rambles everywhere, touching and sticking on random topics. XD

For the last hour, I've been wasting my time reading other people's xangas.... most of the time trying to figure out who's it was. XD However, I think this blog needs more activity... as do all my other sites. I shall try to update more! >.< This thing also needs a new layout and perhaps a new name... The Shaman King is getting slightly annoying. It reminds me too much of yaoi fanfiction... I'm thinking of something Malice Mizer for the new layout. Feel free to leave thoughts and suggestion, though! I'm feeling pretty cool and open right now; so I might listen! I've been writing today and am happy with my progress... ^_^ My dad's also coming home tonight, but I don't know if he'll bring the photoshop computer with him. Anyhow, it's great that he gets to come home.

Friday, February 20, 2004 06:11 p.m.
So I guess I never really updated anything... T.T My dad went on an unexpected business trip this week, and he took the laptop with photoshop and all my files on it with him. Ah well... it seems whenever I actually have time to update something happens so that I can't. There's two more days to vacation; maybe I can do something then if my dad comes home.

Yesterday, Neeraja and Tiffany went to Vallco for a walk around... Vallco absolutely sucks though - practically 2/3 of the mall is closed down because stores went out of business. There wasn't even a electronics store anymore, so I couldn't get the FFX-2 guide. >.< However, I got the Flogging Molly album Swagger. Neeru got a Gundam Wing poster and Tiff got a X manga. ^_^ Also got strawberry pearl milk teas. Yum. Then we hung out at Tiffany's house for a while. Lessee... there was talk about gods, dancing and volleyball.

Today, I went to the library! My hold finally came in, and now I have a book that teaches you to play the guitar. Only problem - I have no guitar. I'm hoping that I'll have adequate money by this summer to get one. Preferably electric. (but then I would need to consider an amp as well...) Hope everyone had a good holiday. ^_^

Friday, February 13, 2004 06:40 p.m.
Winter break is finally here! I've been so busy this week, I don't know exactly how to describe it... Lets see... there was PE aerobics testing all week, after school orchestra practice, 2 concerts and much other stuff. To top it off, today I had Bio, Geometry and French exams/tests. It always happens right before break... Anyway, I now have time to decide what to do with the next week. I'll definitely update White Wings Designs with a new layout and new stuff. I also need to go to the library for books. And I need to sew. And lots of random stuff. I think I might spend some good time writing too. My dad's old laptop is semi-working these days, so I might get some stuff done. FFX-2 need to be played too. ^_^ It's SO much shorter than FFX! I'm about 39% or so into the game and I've mostly played it an hour a week for maybe two months.

I have a sudden urge to learn Chinese again these days. It seems I'm speaking more of it and the works. So weird, but I think I might continue studying on my own this summer. I can study both Chinese and Japanese at the same time since they are so similar. ^_^ The simplified version is a bit tricky though, since I learned everything traditional. It's pretty easy to guess though, so it should still be okay. I think this caffeine deprivation isn't doing me much good, as I talk nonsense... till next time. Have a good winter vacation and I shall update more! Have a good time in LA Neeru! Southern CA pride! ^__^

This week is stress free week, last time I checked. No wonder I have two quizzes tomorrow on new material and a PE assignment. Looking at my grades, all looks good EXCEPT PE. UGH. Yes, I've had too much caffeine today. I bought one of those bottles of Japanese coffee/milk drink from 7-11 on the way home and talked for a straight hour. Now I feel dead. The wonders of caffeine... I need a computer... I cannot type this without my brother making sadistic comments while looking at me. Make him go away? Try pulling a turtle out of its shell. Tribute to My Computer 1992-2003

Hmm. Today's entry shall be on my computer, may it rest in peace forevermore in computer heaven. Eleven years ago, it was the best of it's race. Now it's a crappy 1.4 gig uber slow 1000 pound piece of junk sitting on my desk. Right before vacation it DIED, and my dad suggested trying to reboot it. So... after vacation my dad found some startup disks. Turns out, the computer couldn't get into it's C drive. Now, what's a computer without a C drive? It's broken. So it's now officially confirmed as of Friday that my computer is DEAD. Even though all it could do was type, I miss it because now I don't even have the entire right to type that is mine without my computer. Errgh. And typing is a more or less big part of my life... Thank goodness I backed up every one of my files... EXCEPT FOR POSSIBLY THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE. It was my story!!! I worked on that thing for more than a year! I didn't back it up because I didn't have the notion that my computer would die, but NOW IT'S GONE. All my work just gone. GONE. So back to square one with my story too. T.T So as a temporary solution to my problems I used my dad's old laptop to type. However, it wasn't really a solution as the battery's broken so it shuts down every three minutes or so. Then it stopped turning on at all and I was back to square one... Now I'm splitting the time on this computer with my brother because my dad's using the other. (well, actually he isn't - he's sleeping) 15 minutes at a time... can't possibly get anything down in that time. Yes. And that ends my less than enthusiastic tribute to my computer, still sitting in my room like the unreliable piece of crap it was and still is.

Onto a lighter subject, I shall talk about my day. I slept till about 9 but decided to wake up at 10. XD Then at 11 I headed off to violin class. The teacher STILL has me playing Wohlfarht. Aptly named, the entire book sounds like Wohlfarht. It's book two and I don't think I'll ever finish all the Wohlfarht, there's just way too much. All I do is play it once and stop because the song was so freakin long and all it was is repeating the same thing over and over again... Had Chinese food for lunch... fried rice. We're having spaggetti for dinner though! =P yum. And now I would be doing something that I enjoy, like perhaps playing FFX-2 or something, but my dad's asleep in the living room. I think I know how to spend my time though. I shall comment on other people's blogs and watch all the music videos I've downloaded. Gee, I started this entry at 2:50 and now it's 3:50... this 15 minute switching off thing with my brother is rather slow. Oops, my 15 minutes are up. Gotta go.
