I'm in a state of shock by the news I got a couple of minutes ago. César Cernadas, an extraordinary vitraux artist in my city, died today at his own bathroom by asphyxia. I went to school with him. He was gorgeous, human, talented, self-taught and tenacious. He was growing in his professional career, he's just a couple of years older than me, and he was getting an acceptance of the city and the local art galleries exposing his works.

... and he has such an absurd death.

I don't want to think right now the answer to the first question that comes to my head: why. Because I know I won't get a reply that will satisfy the hole in my chest. I'm just out of words.

So I bought Shangai Baby, by Wen-Hui Zhang. The book of that biiiiig controversy. Erh, it's just a novel, in today's China about a girl and her sexed-up, druggie life. The rythmn is pretty good, but so far, it's nothing so different from what I've read before. I don't know if I should recommend it or not, actually. Perhaps I'm a bit more interested in the ancient views of orient than today's, for they are closed to everybody's views.

Snow White is not happy with this Yesterday and this morning, I've been most of my internet time replying to people and even friends who are just fine with censoring topics like cybersex. The annoying thing is that some people think that "sex" in its educational way is a "strong" topic for kids. FAKE. If you don't help others before they make a really gross mistake, you are just helping them to get screwed easily and abused in all the sense of the word. Plus, the magical word: uninformed. I wonder why some people of my generation are so scared to talk about the them without blushing, thinking it's "weird". Something really funny happened when at the mention of cybering, if you are not being honest, you could be gay, bi, straight, transexual, girl, boy; someone said "That didn't needed to be added". Homophobic, anyone?

Menthol is another to suffer a huge kick in the arse. I'm going to upload some new sprites and make it a general sprites and graphic's site.

WAM needs hard work. I started placing in folders the captions of my web works but... *sigh* there's a lot I have to type about it. That will definately rest on the bottom of my "to do" list.

I'm sick with fucking allergies of changing season and I can't move from home. I'm alone all day and I get online just to check if Andrew's online to talk ot him a little. He gets online late AND he is irritable. He cuts and goes offline and I sit back staring at the computer blinking. My aunt calls me to ask me to pretend to be alright for my mom because she saw her a bit tensed, but she ignores the fact that I can hardly talk, that my throat aches, that I have temperature and that I'm doped down my veins with all the shit to get myself fine. My grandmother called me 7 times today to ask me if I drunk some tea with lemon and honey. I have to drink liquids all day long. I want to kill a mortal. NOW.

Ok, so I finished reading Harry Potter 5. My impression? Good. Not as good as the others, but good. Hella lot of things happened, and I won't spoil anything, don't worry.

In general, some parts seem a bit off. As if Rowling was drinking some coffee while writing, took a break, and when she returned to continue writing, she lost the train of thought. In other words, some parts seem incomplete, and others, too messy. The last 40 pages or so go SO fast that it seems that her editor was behind her poking her with a stick to finish the goddamn book. As I said before, James Potter is a dick, no matter how lovely they want to show him later, and the attitudes of Harry in certain places were too retarded. Many times I wanted to hit Sirius with a stick and of course... whack Lupin several times to get him alive from his mental nimbo. My poor Snape... *sigh* You can't stop loving him more and more with eath book.

There are a lot of things still sinking on me after finishing book 5. But average, it left me quite shocked.

My teeth were clenching so hard yesterday that I'm scared to munch on anything today because I have the sensation that they'll shutter into a million pieces in any second. Whenever I put my jaws together into my mouth, I feel that scratchy feeling that scared the shit outta me for a simple reason: I'm highly, definately stressed.

The reason? Basic. My laptop's power cable is screwed. It's not a normal cable. It has a battery on it, and that thing costs over 0 which my aunt said would help me purchasing. Still, I don't even KNOW if they can bring that imported crap to my shitty city or if I'll have to resign myself to not be able to touch my own fucking computer again.

Guess what? I won't do that. Because even if I have to cut a couple of heads, I'll the fucking filthy cable and get it working. I don't know how exactly, but I will.

In an order of matters, I finally get the Harry Potter 5 on my hands and I started reading it. I've gotten my anger on those who spoiled it to me and I'm reading it. Yeah. I ate quarter of it between last night and today, and so far it's interesting. Harry if a ball of irritable angst, Sirius is a dickhead, daisukina boku wa Suneipo-sama comes and goes without any stellar appearance, Dumbledore acts as if he was from fanfiction, and this annoying new character named "Tonks" reminds me of the stupid morons of my highschool class who tripped over a thing and get appraised for it, even if they were complete jerks.

I have a new favorite: Mad-Eye Moody. Aaahhh shucks. That man rocks. He's deformed, wicked, insane, paranoid and ridiculously sarcastic. Who wouldn't like to marry him?

Jin Roh Today, 8 pm starts Jin Roh in Locomotion. This is what I read on a comment on the net about the plot: Set in Japan following World War II, Jin-Roh's version of history is slightly different than what our books record. Instead of U.S. occupation following the war, it seems Germany was the victor. It's been a decade or so since the war, and while the German occupation is over, there are plenty of signs that it took place. German-brand vehicles, including the ubiquitous Volkswagen Beetle are everywhere, and the police forces are well equipped with German-made weapons. During this period, Japan's social and political climate is rocky, with organized revolutionaries known as the "Sect" carrying out violent protests against the current political practices. To combat the rising civil unrest, a special police unit, the "Capital Police", is formed to suppress the terrorist activities by any means necessary.

Sounds very interesting, and I plan to follow the plot in detail, since I'm not good for WWII history. I'm sure Kelet plushie would love to see this. He's a WWII freak <3.

What's with these stupid forum status whores? What the hell is going through their heads? Because they have the "Mod" status give them any kind of attitude as if they were presidents of the world? WTF?
Not only at first this new mod asked me a bunch of things because she had no idea about how to trace her line on her duties; now, her 'mod duties' got up her head and can't understand a single matter referring to her area. Any 'menace' they have on their moderated area is like a staff up their asses with no frigging reason. I ask again, WHAT THE FUCK?

Oh! On top that the word 'friendship' means nothing to this woman. Aaah yeah. Can people be this tight-up and dense? Yes, they can.

Yeee-haw. This week I only get to work 2 days. Tuesday and Wednesday. Because Thursday and Friday is easter break XDXDXD. Today (technically, yesterday) monday it was the memorial for the Malvinas war, so we didn't get to work, nor school. EEehhh.

Today I got a nice and long conversation with CT senpai, which is a great guy. He's so sweet and he's having it rough at his place. He needed someone to talk to, and PMed me at A-IY to contact me on AIM. I hope my words meant something to him, because it's not fair what he's going through. I have hope that everything will settle down for him soon.

So I bought .HACK manga. The official title is ".Hack//Tasogare no Udewa Densetsu" (The leyend of the Bracelet of Darkness). This story is set 4 years after the anime, and you can notice a couple of differences. The manga is drawn by Rei Izumi, with conceptual art by Sadamoto (Evangelion). As much as they are cute some chibi forms and etc, this sugary-candy-ish style makes my teeth hurt. The characters are supposely 14 years old and look like.. 5 (here's a scan of my manga, so you can get an idea of what I'm talking about). The ever-genkyness makes me snicker every 2 pages and such matter made me read this first half of the volume 1 in... 4 days. Not kidding.

Clueless Shugo getting his ass kicked by a bomb We are introduced to a boy named Shugo who won an avatar contest to enter into the famous online game "The World". His sister, Rena (a despicable cheeky character I want to poke with a BIG stick) joins him, and both get [.hackers] avatars (read "dot hackers"). Apparently they are ultra-supah-special avatars in the game, and were the ones created for 2 users named "Kite" and "Black Rose", legendary warriors of the World. Whatever, these two infants (because as much as one would like to imagine these kids are 14, you just CAN'T see that) start wandering around and meeting people, fighting demons, getting weapons, blah, blah, blah. All in the game. Is there something new? No. Will I get volume 2? Maybe.
The character of Shugo in the anime is Tsukasa, and man, that boy is asleep and DUMB. In the manga, he's dumb, and a little hypertensioned by his twin sister's behaviour (Mimiru in the anime, Rena in the manga). Hhmphhh. Annoying characters. The only think Rena is good for, Mireille the geek, squealing when she finds a strange item is to explain the terms, conditions and moves of the game to her clueless brother (who reminds me of myself when I started playing 'Legend of Mana' some days ago <_<;;;;) The one I can tolerate in this genkiness is Mireille, the weird, crazy "Weird item collector". Her name is "Mistral" in the series of 4 games that came with the 4 OVAs of the .hack series. She's a wizard and joins Shugo's and Rena's group in their adventures.
