Short Spanish time. Sorry! ^^;
Me siento como si me hubiesen molido a palos. X_X Esta semana es de terror! No sé como carajo voy a aguantarme hasta fin de año con la biblioteca de la escuela. *hace esfuerzo sobrehumano* Debo... seguir... debo... cobrar a fin de mes... ;_;
Kanoe me tiene podrida. Damn it!
Y qué casualidad, estoy escuchando a Sabina diciendo...
siempre tuvo la frente muy alta,
la lengua muy larga
y la falda muy corta.
Booyah! *chuckle*

I promised Rae last night that I was going to take a short nap to wake up fresh and enjoy the rest of the night with her and I fell asleep =_= *huggles* I'm sorry, amour. Mom woke up at 3 to turn the PC off because she was insomniac. DANG! Why couldn't I be like that? X_X

Twin layouts you can find everywhere. But so prettyful detailed and taken care of, like the Italian Duo, I think I haven't seen. I believe it was both of you who designed them, and I have to say girls, that you have a very defined style. I've been checking previous layouts and they contain the basic lines always. Practice and refinement will make these ladies a great visual team. Keep that good work up! ^_^

Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz. Learnt to read at age 3 convincing her mother and sisters to teach her. She kicked everybody's asses with her sharp über-clever tongue and is the only nun that makes me say: "Damn, she SO ROCKS"
Why, you ask?
Males perverse, schooled to condemn
Women by your witless laws,
Though forsooth you are prime cause
Of that which you blame in them:
If with unexampled care
You solicit their disdain,
Will your fair words ease their pain,
When you ruthless set the snare?
Their resistance you impugn,
Then maintain with gravity
That it was mere levity
Made you dare to importune.
What more elevating sight
Than of man with logic crass,
Who with hot breath fogs the glass,
Then laments it is not bright!
Scorn and favor, favor, scorn,
What you will, result the same,
Treat you ill, and earn your blame,
Love you well, be left forlorn.
Scant regard will she possess
Who with caution wends her way,—
Is held thankless for her “nay,”
And as wanton for her “yes.”
What must be the rare caprice
Of the quarry you engage:
If she flees, she wakes your rage,
If she yields, her charms surcease.
Who shall bear the heavier blame,
When remorse the twain enthralls,
She, who for the asking, falls,
He who, asking, brings to shame?
Whose the guilt, where to begin,
Though both yield to passion's sway,
She who weakly sins for pay,
He who, strong, yet pays for Sin?
Then why stare ye, if we prove
That the guilt lies at your gate?
Either love those you create,
Or create those you can love.
To solicitation truce,—
Then, sire, with some show of right
You may mock the hapless plight
Or the creatures of your use!
Was I alive back in 1667, I'd kidnap her from the convent and molest her to death. AMEN! XD

A weekend to not remember, really, save for the cherishing feeling she graced me with: support and understanding. Let's say simply that my family gives itself more 'rights' than they should actually take which interferes with my life, making them be a bunch of moronic selfish and prehistorical buddies that really, shouldn't make a show of attitude and angst for a simple favor I asked. *gasp* Yes, I did ask them a favor once. Before this turns into "just another rant on my family, blog related", I'll change topic. Really, it's absolutely boring.
I was playing with some watery spirits and images and here's the result. Rae-love is having her inspirational winds (Let's blame him for that) and that makes me really, really happy. Not only she's a talented costumer, but owns a mind with a volcano of ideas and original creations. She's discovering the world of the doll costume making and the doll face painting. And her progresses put a smile on my face every single day *hugs* It's such a great feeling to find yourself making something you love, by your very own hands *le sighe*
On my hard-as-rock face branch (coz I don't think this is 'art' ^^;;;;;;; That word is too big for me), I'm on the new quest to make a reproduction to Rae. I tried before, and actually sent it to her, a reproduction of Amy Brown's faerie that you can see at your right. Not to screw on the copyright, but I wanted to make something really special for her and since this is the faerie she has tattooed, I thought it would be neat to have her in a pretty big canvass. It turned fine for being the first painting after ages of letting the brushes off. But now, I have this challenge for myself: a mermaid's ying yang titled "Sleeping mermaids III" by David Delamare.
Basic colors, though not appreciated on this small thumbnail, are green, yellows and gold. So in theory it should be even easier than the Brat Faerie, but I don't want to scream Eureka before having it finished ^^;;;;;; I'm going to start by this week on this one. Painting is a very relaxing hobby, and I plan to do it for a while, whenever I feel like doing it. But I guess, the only way I'm doing it now is because I love offering meaningful gifts for my dearest ones <3

Yesterday it's been hell of a long day, as you can imagine. I got to the radio show, finally! *dies* I was so nervous that one of the journalists was looking at me scared that I was going to faint at any moment. The chat was simply about the libraries in the city, the book fair and the news and the Rafael de Aguiar library where I'm working at afternoon, as I've been doing for 2 years now. Some minuter I relaxed and the interview got really neat. Mom said that I sounded very secure at radio, and if there was any nervousness, it didn't show up. I was really excited after it! XD!!

Left at 5:35 pm, and went to my grandma's house till 6:00 pm. Left to home to get a quick shower before going to the Radio for a broadcast at 7:30 pm about the libraries and the Book fair. Finished to get my shower, turn the PC online, read his mail...

YES, I'm going to rant, Melange
Because this is surpassing the kajuna levels of ridiculousness, I feel like giving my bloody 2 cents on the whole matter about here. Because one of the dragons is going to die soon due to personal matters of the player alone, that we all respect, the plot is going to be left with 6 DoH and 7 DoE, even *before* the /REAL/ plot begins. Why do I say this? Because if you've read correctly on the basics of the story, the DoH are being cheated on the real intention of the 'mission' as the Monarchy actually calls it. So, Melange pointed me out about the fact that it's been 2 months since we begun playing and that a loss of a dragon right now wouldn't affect the game. WRONG. It does affect because all the moves on the DoH will be in disadvantage of number, and we were ready to face the loses of the players progressively, but once the game *really* started. And if you want me to put it into clearer words, into the 'Legally CLAMP-ish plot wise' explanation, we are making things upside down there, because we are taking characters out of screen before the real conflict that is, to protect the kekkai, really begins.
My suggestion? Add another player and replace the character. And no, this is not "We don't care that you are leaving" for the one who left the game. This is just thinking about the rest of the players, and not just in one of them. Replacing one character at this stage of the game, when the DoH do NOT know the truth beneath would be the typical reaction from the government in replacing a fallen agent in service. The prophecy does include the replacing of a member, so it wouldn't be SO out of character, if you want to say it in a way. And if it is, then I'm sorry to tell you this, but it's an X CLAMP based RPG, not a carbon copy of it.
That was all. It ticked me off because I don't think you are seeing the other intention of this action, important as the plot itself, that is to keep a good number of players to interact with, because there are some in different time zones and with a rather disorganized schooling life (Face it. I, as many out there, have been playing for years now and RPGing did not interfeere with school at all, and I never got ugly grades. It's just a matter of organizing your time to have fun, work and study if you want, and being wise enough to not let yourself fall into procastination to curse on an RPG later. That's all that takes you to do it. For the player who has to leave the game right now, I'm not flaming you, because you are very new into this and without experience, so it's understandable.) that take more to catch on posts and reply. *shrug* I think some people are missing the point of all this. Night.

Happy librarian's day today! (at least in Argentina) ^_~
I do really hope to kick this unproductiveness sensation off me that is caused by the flu, because there are a lot of things I could do here, since I couldn't go to work this week and been at home. But I guess I'm mentally kickng myself to remain *calm* for now because next week, the madness begins again. I'm going to get my sketches and brushes again in an hour or so. I do need a shower right now..
Last night I talked with lovely Heather, her sister. She's really sweet and I know I must have sounded like a moron most of the 10 minutes or so that we talked, but I'm awfully shy when I meet relatives to people that is so close and important to me. I want people to feel comfortable and just simple with me, and though I do not help to feel that at first impression (perhaps), I generally get the situation going ^^;; I can only say I blushed like mad all the time, and especially when Rae came back and said, "Well, and how was sis bonding time?" XPPP that nearly killed me of blushing in 5 shades of scarlet.

My flu is slowly evaporating but my nose is still a waterfall which I HATE with passion because my nosetrills hurt by now. I've been skipping work all this week and I seriously feel weird. I mean, it's illness so I couldn't go to work in pile of flu, but still, the second week of my new job and I get sick to the bone. Ooh well.
I took Kanoe to the tech guy today and guess what? The moron made a mistake and instead of getting a 128k memory, he got a 64k one. I so wanted to strangle him with one of the keyboard wires he got to sell over there.
I've been moody all day. Guess it's the flu, but still I feel weird, like almost sad. And I have no slightest idea of why. I don't think I'll go to work tomorrow either.

Yep, new layout. By a strange reason, Sora's song has been ringing in my head without a reason, actually, and this scene caught my mind. It's a sensation of release. And I don't doubt it has something to be with my new job and the oportunities I can see easier to fulfil, almost distant, yet closer now. ^^
Thankies for the comments. And welkies for the gif ^^;;;; I liked both. I don't know as to think which one to choose: the movie or the series. The series had loads more of information than the movie and caught my interest. The movie, had a superb animation and some really neat scenes, that one would have wished to see at the series. *bouncing all around* BOOKSHOP TIIIME! XD
Beware, book lovers, for I had my first trip to the bookshop for the school library, with the cents of the children. I had a slight idea of what to buy and the best is: I got discount and a free hard cover book as gift XDDD It's about Colon's first trip to America, which is going to be really neat as a prize for a contest I plan to make for older kids, the upcoming month of October (Colon's anniversary, Oct 12th). And what...? You thought I was going to sing praises and cheer for Colon's "discover" of America? Pffffftttt. Dream on. He stole the lands to the aborigines, and kids will learn that. There's a big ridiculous 'pride' school always taught us about this self proclaimed 'discovery' I has not absolutely convinced about. Then with older grades, suspicions were confirmed.
Anyways! and before this turns into a big rant, I also purchased something for me! XD "El mundo magico de las Hadas" (Faerie's magic world) which at first I fell into the 'AH! Froud's book!' squeal, until I looked at the details and to my big surprise, it's an Argentinian writer, Roberto Rosaspini Reynolds, and to my bigger surprised, he passed away this year's April. As I've read on his life, he's been a Celts lover all his life and tried as much as he could to unite worlds through legends, mythology and stories from our country to Latin America and UK. This is recognizable on this book, because in between descriptions of faeries like Caointeach, mermaids and Lmignaks, you can also find the Orko Mamán from Santiago del Estero province, here in Argentina; or the Mboi-Tatá, the serpent of fire from the Guaraní aborigines at the north-east or Argentina. I am more than glad to have it on my hands now, because it's a great way to know more about the ancient cultures of my place ^^; all are really good histories, and I could make connections to the other legends I knew long time ago, which makes me really glad.
