I know that this is the last thing anyone should ever say to someone in a situation like this, but I'm saying it. I know how you feel. We've talked about this and that's exactly what's happening to me. You think I don't feel alone? You think I don't feel like I'm drowning in my own misery and my own guilt over things of which I have never been guilty? You think that I don't wake up every day knowing that I hate myself and my life? You're not the only one. We all wear masks. And you're going to have to deal with that for the rest of your life.
But you know that. I don't have to tell you that. You're smart. I think meeting you like I did gives me a better judge of your personality alone than most people. I've never seen you. I don't know how you are in person. You are a textbox on my computer screen, yet you are so much more than that. Why am I your friend? I'm not saying this because I know you hate doctors, or because I'm a shallow person who believes that you can't get through anything on your own. But moods like this are too frequent to be ignored. Lion can't help you through this. He's right. GO SEE A DOCTOR.
But then again, you know all this. Lion has told you a million times to go see a doctor, yet you ignore him, the person who is closest to you. I wonder if you're doing this to drive people away from you, because I know I do. I do it all the time. People are fickle, aren't they? They say you'll always be friends, then they lie and then they leave.
Right now I'll tell you the truth. I'm angry at what you're doing to yourself, neesan. I'm hurt. I'm worried about you and I'm scared. I see in you a reflection of me and sometimes I think about letting go like so many other people have done to you and me in the past.

I was just proofreading a copy of the romanji'd lyrics I had for the Gundam 08 MS Team song Eien no Tobira and I sudddenly realized I could understand all of it minus like 5 words here and there. Without looking anything up.

This happened yesterday with the Lazy Knack song Natsu no Yoru no Yume also, except I was listening to it when I realized that I could understand the entire chorus that I was singing along with. I've never seen a translation.
I think I'm going insane.

Yes, I am listening to English music. I love this soundtrack. ^_^ I got the urge to listen to some English stuff today so I dug out all my uh...100 English mp3's and put them on winamp. ^_^ I'm sure I'll get sick of them soon. XD
Anyway, I was reading some Gackt interviews and came across this one passage where he was describing the customs office in the Hong Kong airport. As soon as I read it I knew I had to post it on here. The customs office at Hong Kong is unlike any other XD. I couldn't agree more with him:
"First of all, when I got off at the airport, I had to clear an obstacle. I had to show my passport at the Customs area. The atmosphere in there was really scary. For example. in France, they hardly take a look at our passports. They go, "Oh yes, you can go, you can go." They're really quick. But in Hong Kong, they're totally different.
"First of all, they opened my passport and looked through all the pages, and stared at my face for awhile. Obviously, they won't let the dangerous people go. Due to that, the line in front of the Customs office was really really long, and it wouldn't move. And the person in front of me took a long long time, and I was waiting with irritation. Then the person was all of a sudden taken to the other place (laughs). But I couldn't laugh at that point because that could have been me. I felt like, Should I change lines/Customs officers?
"My attitude at that place was smiling, which has not appeared for a long time (laughs a lot). Whenever I enter customs, I tap the desk with my ticket, meaning that I'm irritated, do it fast. But this time, I was different. Since it would've been bad if I did the usual things, I always kept smiling in any case although I'm not good at making smiles. But I tried hard at smiling. But the officer would never respond to it. He looked very cranky and kept touching his eyeglasses and doing the processing without saying anything. And at last, when he said "Okay", I felt like he was radiating some light behind him like God (laughs). And after that, we could finally go out of the airport."
XD XD XD I guess if you've never been to Hong Kong you won't get this...but just something to be aware of if you ever do get to go. The customs line is a bitch.

New layout with Macross! I've gotten off my Gackt kick and now am on another Macross one, probably due to the fact that I've been working obsessively on my Macross 7 webpage all today and yesterday. *dies* Anyway, I love that picture of Mylene. The coloring is awesome, especially in the parts I cut out ^^;; There's a panel of sunglasses that she's leaning over, and the reflections are just great. Too bad it didn't go with the blog layout XD
I also changed my image song...everyone from mr.org needs to go look at it. I know everyone's been in weird moods and had various disappointments lately, so I picked it just for you. *glomps all spleens and notaspleen*
I had the weirdest dream last night. I dreamt I was back in Hong Kong, except the week I was there, I had been enrolled in a Hong Kong school and had to take my statistics final. Now, I haven't taken statistics since my senior year of high school, so I have no idea why that happened. But anyway, I arrived at the school and the statistics teacher turns out to be my Latin teacher.
She gives me the final and of course it's impossible since I haven't taken statistics. So I don't finish, but the time runs out and I have to leave. Somehow, though, I guess time limits don't count in my dream Hong Kong world because she said she'd give me time later in the day, so I could come back and finish it. I promised her I'd be back at 3 PM. So I leave.
I arrive home back in my grandparents' village to find out about half my family's been killed in a fire. Now, all those people who were killed were little cousins that I don't have ^^;; but were somehow in my dream. Then my aunt comes out from a side room announcing that she killed herself by sticking glass in her eyes or her glasses exploded or something. I don't quite remember o.O but it was freaky. Thing was, she was standing right there telling me, but it was perfectly normal that she was dead. Then we ate lunch.
They were planning a funeral but I had to take my final. So my mom and my other aunt walked me down to the bus stop, because the village had suddenly become downtown Hong Kong with mountains. ^^;; And they gave me change to board the bus and money to go shopping. So I get on the bus and go clothes shopping. Then I remember I have to take my final but it's getting dark. So I run towards this huge shopping mall in the distance to try to find the harbor so I can board the ferry to go take my final. I run through the mall and end up on this huge beach where everyone is sunbathing. There were a couple people I know on the beach...I don't remember who, but I remember I hid from them so they wouldn't know I wasn't at my final.
So I decide that I'm going the wrong way and go back into the mall. I find this girl and ask her (in Chinese of course) where the school is, and she takes me to the correct ferry. The dock is decorated like a Polynesian island. As we get there, the ferry is just leaving, and it's totally dark by this time so of course I've missed my final. So I decide to go back to the village. I remember seeing a couple people from my church back in Houston on the dock. I wander around the island for a bit and then I woke up.
^^;;;; That was one of the strangest dreams I've ever had, and the fact that I remember it proves it. I think I woke up a couple of times during the course of the dream, but when I went back to sleep it started up again where it left off. Freaky.
Anyway...I'm off to take a shower and go to bed. Hopefully I won't have anymore freaky dreams. XD XD.
