We're actually learning things in Japanese for once, which is a real shocker, but going to class is still pretty pointless since I could practice/read the book on my own. Oh well.... I spent the entire evening last night trying to romanize Dope HEADz's Evening Rose. The romanization for it doesn't seem to exist online so I was trying to do it, but the whole thing is so muddy that I can't hear about half the song and I suspect that some of the words that I DO think I hear are probably wrong, since most of what I had made no sense whatsoever. So then I went online looking for kana lyrics, but apparently no one had those either! I found bits and pieces...someone had one verse right before "oh memory evening rose" and then someone else had almost then entire first stanza. As it is, I'm still missing a good chunk of the second stanza and all of the third (even though the third is easier to hear than the first and second, I'd just like to double-check) So if anyone feels the urge to go look up kana lyrics for this song, please send them my way. XD Err...had wing standup today. It was long as usual. I plan to spend my night doing absolutely nothing. Oh wait...SnK. Damn. Oh well free time was fun while it lasted...

I then asked him why he'd do that (he's so freaking talented). He was about to answer and then my alarm went off. Damn alarm.

They're a Cantonese rock band from Hong Kong...probably the only Cantonese rock band ever, but hey, they're cool. Their song Hai Kuo Tian Kong (The Wide Sea and Sky) was released in both Cantonese and Japanese, and the lyrics to the two songs are different (as in, the Japanese version is not a translation of the Cantonese version. They wrote entirely new lyrics for it) *looks smug* I just finished romanizing and translating both versions into English. I love being trilingual. XD Please don't take this without my permission...I spent a while on this, especially the Cantonese romanization. Though I don't know WHY anyone would want to take this... I've done my good deed for the day...AND I even finished all my homework before I did it! *goes to get ice cream and to work on SnK soundtrack*
boku wa 1612 hours ni asaku neta I've been thinking. Yeah I know that's bad for me. No, QS, I don't need to go the hospital. I pretty much have been wavering back and forth on this wing commander thing. One week I'll want to and then the next week I won't want to. I think the best thing is to wait until the list goes up and then see if I actually want to sign up. It'll be there for a while. I hope. I don't think I should think about it any more till the time comes.

$315 [rent] So $475 for the next 2 months means $950. I'm going to be in Houston or overseas during the summer so it'll be just rent, cell phone, and other bills, so that's 3 months of around $385 a month. I will spend $2105 for living expenses. I will also probably have to put down a deposit of around $200 or so for the new apartment. So that adds up to $2305. I hope I'm not underestimating. I get paid around $300 in April and $150 in May (stingy military), plus I'm going to making an extra $350 or so during the summer for CTA and PDT. That's $800. That means I have to pay $1305 out of my own pocket. I need to still have at least $1155 by the start of summer so I can pay all my rent and bills in advance. Blah. Cadets need to get paid more. The good news is that it looks like I'll have money to get my guitar after all if I stick to my plan of self-penance. XD XD I'll maybe even have money left over! *prays*
