This beer commercial is funny. Haha. XD (link) I wonder if it did work... hehe :P I have a feeling it would. Don't know if anyone sees any similarities there, but it reminds me of these 2 other ads I've seen before. The song, is one, I remember hearing it in another beer commercial, where a choir is singing the same song around this guy, looking at his beer. The other one is the people picture thing. I remember seeing a cocacola commercial like that, albeit at a much smaller scale compared to this one. And at the time, I was already thinking the idea is pretty cool. :)
And from the same site, I finally got to see the Nicole Kidman Chanel commercial. The "plot" was kinda.. meh, but it was shot pretty good-ly. XD
What else what else, there are other interesting and funny ads there too, should take a look at the winners 05 link. I like the silver of Telecommunications. :D That was just genius! ^_^ Oh! And gold of medias/entertainment is pretty funny too! haha.

*waves* - 08:10 p.m.
Been listening and reading a lot of Chinese stuffs lately. Like right now, am listening to HK radio and typing this at the same time. Heh. I don't know how this is affecting my English... ^^;;; I don't think it would affect much, as long as the subject being written and listened to are very different. But, I do find it difficult when using English to express thoughts in Chinese. I have a thing with mixing English and Chinese in the same sentence, especially in convos, it makes the person look like he/she is not fluent.. hence, I tend not to do it unless I have to. But in the case above, I can't help but find it easier to mix. It's not that I can't word my thoughts in English or Chinese, but it just turns out to be much easier (and faster, at the moment) to word in one way, and mix in vocabs from the other language. What's my point in this? Going along with many of my previous entries, I have no point. XD Hehe. This is just something I found out about myself recently.
Umm..hmm.. what eles what else... Oh I have a few more things to add to my wishlist. Not necessarily an xmas wishlist, but just something that I want for myself. Here they are~ A belt, MEC small backpack (20$~ish), MP3 player (<150$), Shiseido day/night moisturizer, one tiny(1kilo) gold bar (>40K$), USB hub, Bluetooth adaptor... And that's it~ :P
That gold bar thing, I think, will take me a long time to achieve. Especially seeing that the price for gold is going higher and higher these days. I was watching a businese show recently and those financial analysts are saying that it could go even higher in the future.. :x So I'd have to be really rich to be able to afford one. ^^;;
hmm...what else.. yes. I think, the new year layout will be a bit late this time. I'm slowly working on it, but I don't think I can meet the deadline for Jan 1, since I have my school stuffs to do and I can't totally focus on the layout until my school thing is done. *sigh* >_< *whine*I don't wanna do school work in the holidays! :x*endwhine*
Xmas: whee~ Christmas falls on a Sunday this year! :) As usual, xmas will be a quiet holiday. Hohoho! I don't know if I'll be going boxing day shopping this year.. reason one: have no $$, and two: I don't have anything I want to buy this year. There seems to be nothing tempting on the flyers. The wishlist above doesn't count because I don't foresee getting those things until I actually work and have $$ to spend. ^^;
Oh ho ho.. but I did finally go to the mall a few days ago, in the weekend. :P And I discovered one thing, I suspect, a lot of my future dollars towards clothings may very well go to the gap corporation. :T That's b/c I found (and yes, bought) something in old navy that fits me and me likes again. :O The thing is, I didn't plan on spending anything (coz no $$), so my main purpose of going to the mall was to window shop and relieve the boredom that surfaced after exam. >.> But, I ended up buyiny anyway... The $ amount is not a lot, compared to most people's shopping standards (and especially to most's xmas shopping spending), but to me, it was a tad more than my stingy self would've liked. ^^;;; The 2 times that I actually picked out something, and liked, and bought(myself, using cc), were in gap(summer), and old navy(this). :x Hence my comment of giving my $$ to that corporation. Heh. It's not a bad thing I guess... but.. I think I'd prefer to get something elsewhere too. >.>

I found out on friday while talking to karin that Yahoo bought delicious. *_* I know, there should be some dots in the word, but, it is so well known (at least I think it is) that when you google it, that's the first thing that comes up, so I don't bother dotting it. XD But anyway, while I personally don't use it, coz I don't have a habit of sharing my bookmarks with the world, I was and am really impressed with the idea behind it, and the fact that this little idea actually made $$. :O It seems to be a pretty good source for info, especially for tech-ish stuffs (like before when i wanted to find info for css), thou maybe not so much for urm.. leisure-y types stuffs. It still feels very much like only the tech-savy crowd enjoys this service, but who knows, maybe it'll become really mainstream one of these days.. I've seen its extension featured on FF even since I saw mozilla FF with their new page layout. :P Heh.

Ahaha, judging by my results, I'm very ***** and *****. Not what I thought I was. XD I don't think it's very accurate, b/c I was mostly making un-informed decisions. - program I said I was using to record my voice: Audacity. Official page is on sourceforge, so it's freeware. *_* So far I've only done recording sounds. But you can probably do more with it, in terms of audio editing and stuffs. :)

I've changed my mind. :D They're really warm, and comfortable. It feels just like wearing slippers out on the street. And when it's cold outside, nothing beats having your feet warm.

Blah, I probably just handed in the crappiest progress report of the year. The page numbers are messed up, I did not proof read, and the content is total crap, and my English is also crap. But I don't have the brain energy and time to fix them all. (I had only 1hr or so of sleep trying to rush this thing all within one night, needless to say, I can't really think straight under severe lack of sleep. And I hate writing English when there is a guide hanging over my head saying you can't use these kind of words, you have to do this, you have to do that, blah blah blah. ;_;) So by 2.57pm, I just submitted the pdf, and rushed to drop the paper copy to the box around 3.05pm or so. I hope the adminstrator didn't pick up our section's yet.... :x I don't know, the box feels pretty empty when i dropped it in.. :( But anyway, this is probably the crappiest report our administrator (and supervisor!) will see. T__T I hope they're not going read it and say "oh this person didn't do much really, so sorry, low marks for everything!" like that. But I don't know, I didn't provide much details and when I did, they are pretty simple, because in truth, I really didn't spend a whole lot of time on it. Boo... I hope I get at least a 60% overall for this progress report >.>
So anyway, I can only hope I'll do a better report next time... With that finally out of the away, the semester is officially over. And exam period will start next monday. ;_; Then after exams, I have another internal deadline due on the 30th. ;__; I need rest! Procrastination has never been good to me.. but that's the only way I get rest these days... :x
