I heard FF1.5 is released. *_* I wondered if I'll get an update notice soon. I'm curious as to what is new in this FF. Since I'm not one of those who was trying out 1.5 or Deer Park, or some other versions Mozilla put out earlier for (beta?) testing, I can't wait to try out this new FF. :)
With this new FF version, FF's page changed too, I was trying to find this extension and when I clicked on the button thingy on my browser that gets me to FF's official page, the new layout there was very surprising. Much cleaner and less clutter-ish. It took a little getting used to, but the extension page is still one link away, just had to find out where it is. But everything is very neat and clean. I like I like. :)
And now the purpose of this post. XD The extension I was looking for, Forecastfox, is so cool! I get to know the weather just by hovering over the icons, and they even provide a satellite pic of the location! Awesome! Another extension I'd rec to friends! :) Hehe.

Yo! 2 - 04:01 a.m.
Forgot to add something in my previous post. So here it is.
6) MP3 player: I know I know, since I don't work and all, and have a huge mountain of student loans, and since my bro already has one, I shouldn't be wanting this.. :x But, I think, if I have $$, I'd want to have one for myself. My choices are either creative, sony, samsung, or the shuffle, at 516mb if I can afford it. I've added a couple of songs to my recurring list, and I think to hold them all, 256mb is enough, but i'd like to give some breathing room, so i think 516 is a good size. One criterion I'm sort of adamant about is the battery life, coz I'm lazy and don't like to see battery dying on me every few days and to have to carry extra batteries. ^^;;

That's all I wanted to add to the previous post. XD And now something new: Skip Beat c78! I just read it, and I *heart* it. I *heart* it. I *heart* it. *_* There's one good thing about not being up to date with the latest chapters, coz when you can find them, you can read them all in one go, and the impact/shock is just so much better. OMG, and I thought the tension was good before, but c78 was just soo <3 *_* Waahhh, I don't know what the author is going to do anymore, but I don't care, I can't wait for what's going to happen later on! It's going to so much fun seeing those 2(R,K)+1(S). *o* I can't wait!
And some furuba news, coz I wanted to know what's going on there lately too, and and.. I was right! about.. some plot mystery. I wasn't totally right, as I couldn't guess the why and how, but I was right of the persons involved. There is also this other parallel plot happening, and urm.. :O I think the end is pretty near, I'll give it a few more books... The author is throwing out clues pretty often in the last few chapters I think, and the pace doesn't seem to lag anymore. With each chapter, something new is revealed... I can only hope that the author keeps this up till the very end. I don't know if it will be an explosive end, somehow, I don't think so, but I have a feeling the little bombs building towards the end will give a nicely wrapped ending. (sort of like karekano) Let's hope my intuition is right this time too!

Yo! - 01:19 p.m.
So yes, long time no blog again.. :) Life's been same old same old, and I've been doing nothing but homework and assignments lately, so aside from my weekly chinese tv's I've done nothing interesting that would be worthwhile to blog about.
With that said, here's some random things I was sort of wanting to blog about, but went "meh~" when I actually got in front of the comp. :p
1) P&G Warehouse: I went there last weekend, wanting to find this Mr. Clean eraser thingy that's really good at cleaning off marks on hard surfaces, but they don't have that in the warehouse. What they have thou, was a lot of Tide stuffs, Downy's, Swifier's, Crest whitening stuffs, and some Mr. Clean fluids, some Olay's, Pantene's, and various other cosmetics. :P Since I couldn't find my Mr. Clean eraser, I was kind of disappointed, coz it's a really good product, I'll rec it to anyone who wants to clean marks off walls, grease off stoves, and stuffs, just generally places that got dirtied by dirty hands. :) Anyway, I couldn't find that, so I went browsing thru their other stuffs, and in the end, got some pringles, some battery-powered toothbrushes, some urm.. other things I need. Oh, they also have diapers too, but obviously I don't need those. XD To bad thou, I was just told the warehouse is closed now. I guess P&G only opened it for a short while to load off some merchandises. Maybe they'll open it again in the future, and have more products! :)
2) First snow, and first real winter snow: Last Friday was the first snow of this winter, I'll have to say this winter came much later than usual. I like that day thou, kind of grey, and cold but not too cold. Today is actually the first real winter snow day, meaning, it is the day we actually have to shovel, otherwise the car won't get out of the driveway. The air is much fresher I think, because of the cold breeze, which I also like. I don't really have a point about having snow. ^^;; I think I'm just glad that they're finally coming. :D
3) New blog layout: With December coming in the horizon, it's that time of the year again: time to think of a new layout. I gave it some thoughts over the summer, when I wanted to try out/learn some css things, so, maybe this'll be the time I actually do something about them. The thing is thou, I don't have a clear idea on what I want for next year. I haven't been surfing much manga/anime stuffs lately, so I don't have any images in mind to put as graphics. And I also don't think I'll like to have a plain layout for the entire next year, so I really have to think hard for this new layout.
I already know that I'll most like spend much longer than before to make up this future layout, since I want to use css and will need to change my base code, but hopefully it won't take too long... ^_^;; Also, I'll be updating the list of people I read, since I've only been going to RL friends' pages lately, and neglected pretty much all the other links.. So I have to do some clean up and rearranging. :D
4) Astro boy bag: I just saw this today, and I think S will have a new AstroBoy product to obsess/feel jealous over. XD It's a big grey (fobby-ish) messenger bag, with astroboy (flying? and) holding his fist up, and the astroboy picture is the flippy normal vs. robot look, the kind that when you look from different angles, you see the different versions. It also has a Japanese name on the upper right corner, but I didn't want to figure out the Katakana, so I don't know if it actually stands for astroboy. :P
When I saw the girl with the bag thou, I was so tempted to stop her and ask where she got her bag, haha, but I didn't want her to feel weird out from a stranger, so I just walk on. hehe XD I would think, if S has the bag and actually uses it, S's fobbyness points will definitely increase. LOL~ XD
5) Books: These chinese books I ordered over the internet came this morning!! *_* I was so shocked. XD Since I'm used to waiting around 2-3 weeks for stuffs from overseas, I completely forgot that the parcel is supposed to arrive via DHL (air most likely XD)... (The 2-3 weeks wait ones were always SAL or slow snail mail.) I was thinking that the parcel would make a good Christmas present to myself coz I didn't think it would arrive until much later. So, when I got it this morning, I was like, "wow, I can't believe it got here so fast!" By fast, I mean, I got the email that it was shipped on Nov22, and today is only Nov24. XD So yay! I can finally read them.. but, I have to refrain from reading one of them until the chinese tv show I'm watching is done. Coz I know there's something in there that is sort of a secret and I don't want to get spoiled before I see it on the show. XD *am happy*

And thus ends my post, a post that's posted on a whim, and is about multiple random things that no one will likely to be interested about. XD Actually, it's not really true that it's on a whim, since this is the only worry-free time I got over the past few weeks, and I actually have accumulated enough random things to make a blog about. Oh, and I also had a REAL sleep yesterday. ^_^ After this, I'll be back to the last batch of work I have to do before the semester is over. And then I'll be in exams and I won't be truly truly free until mid Dec. :x

The manga that I was talking about on the subway: Emma, scanlated by the group iichan. There's a torrent page where earlier releases can be dl-ed. I know I've mentioned this manga here before, but it was probably on just one post during the summer. ^^; I've kinda forgotten about this manga for a while, due to school and life and stuff, so I'm surprised that up to vol 7 have been released! :D I must find time later to get the chapters I'm missing and read! *_*
PS: this is not BL, haha. I've been sort of shoujo-focused for recent months. XD But heh, it's not like I have much time to read manga nowadays anyway. ^^;

I have never done anything so badly before. This is really 史無前例 (for me). I'm dead serious. The midterm that I've been dreading since last week went EXACTLY as I expected -- I did not know A thing. Out of the 5 pages of questions, I managed to only recognize and attempt 2 of the pages, the rest are left blank. I'm pretty sure this will be much worse than my failed dynamics midterm, where I got 1X/40. The thing is, I ran out of time with the readings, so I didn't read, understand, and work out the calculation portions of the sections we need to know. I basically just skimmed them (very briefly), hoping that calculation type questions won't be on. But, it went just as I feared, when I saw that the majority of the questions are calculation questions dealing with probabilities, I was like.. "NOOOOOooooo......". I think at one point, I was even shaking during the test. This feeling of knowing nothing during a test is so foreign, coz I usually just don't do well in tests, but I don't not know anything that's to be on a test. This is definitely a first. Right now, I think the severity of the situation hasn't sunk in yet, hence I can still talk about it. But, I don't know what I'm going to do about this. I only know I have to really know the materials thoroughly for the exam, or I'm not going to pass this course...
