Hmmm... I better blog before I disappear again ^^; Midterms are technically.. over. Thank goodness. However, QUIZZES are far from done. So are the labs and assignments.. etc etc -_-;;; There's also the matter of waiting for the marks from those horrid midterms.. I've stated this before, and I'll state it again.. I'm dumb. T_T Period. While the majority of the people around me is ALWAYS above average, I'm the only one wanting to hide myself whenever marks get returned or just simply when a test is finished.. coz I'm ALWAYS below average... ;_; And then there's homework... which I don't know how to do.. yet am forced to do them just coz if I don't, I'll flunk and never see the light of days again.. :x
Okay.. kinda drifted off towards the wrong direction there.. My original intention was to answer your post. So here goes.. So yep, I wanna watch the movie, mainly coz of those British "heartthrobs", to quote the TO stars' review. ^^; But, those 2 guys ya mentioned are fine too :D Never said they are not appealing or anything.. They're just.. a little different. Before you say anything.. I know they're OLD.. XD But.. I've seen them in some other movies.. And they have their moments... XD I just don't like them the way I do say.. "Mr. D". XD Theirs is more like.. respect for an actor. Snape is also Mr. Collins in S&S, I think you know what S&S means. But I didn't really like his character in S&S movie thou.. He kept mumbling in a low voice and he's urm.. old. :x And Liam Nesson was in Schindler's List, which is another movie I like.. since it has.. this other person in it. XD
But.. I kinda like alan rickman with light hair thou.. I think I told you that Snape was scary and evil looking.. And his makeup was just too.. erm.. witchy.. i guess :x So I don't share your sentiment. I think he looks more natural and human and better with light hair. ^^;; But then, that's just me.
Why the "o_O;;" face?? X_X I knew I shouldn't have told you.. or anyone.. Since.. I know you don't really like P&P as much. Let me just say that I really really like "Mr. D" the character.. And that transfer to the actor. ^^; Not crush like thou.. no blushing, just quiet awe kinda thing. ^^;; And.. he's not THAT old.. compared to say alan rickman or liam neeson XDDD I'm sure he's just around 40. XD
And.. NO! >_< sorry, you can't come with me :x I already read the review that trashed it (thou it was written by a guy and it was a fun read ^^;). I don't wanna have another person trashing it if it really sucks. XD I want to do my own trashing... if I actually do go and watch it. XD And my own enjoying if I like it. XD So, yesh.. you are evil :33 for suggesting that you want to go see and trash XD Coz what if I like it and you don't? I don't wanna get laughed at. >_<
Suggestions for new songs eh.. Hmm.. Sarah McLachlan's new CD "Afterglow" should be good. I heard one of her new songs on the radio and it made me want to go buy the new album. But I missed the sale in future shop (only 10$!!!) so now I'm waitng to see if there's gonna be another sale. Also, that Canadian idol guy, his new (or only) one is pretty good. I heard it on radio before but never thought it was him singing it until I saw the music video on tv today. ^^;; As for others.. I seriously haven't been listening to too much music or mp3s (coz of school and all, too busy).. nor have I downloaded any for quite some time.. So just like anime, I'm pretty out of date. ^^;; If you want, I can send you the Nakashima Mika ones that I mentioned below. ie: the gundam seed one. :D
And yes! there is another thing I wanted to write about. Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu ep 12!!! omg! That ep is a TOTAL fanservice ep! SO funny! Full of fanservice that appeals to BOTH gender. XDDD I was laughing so hard. The male oriented fanservice was funny, just coz they also show how the male characters reacted to those situations. Hilarious. XD And the female oriented ones.. ie: shounen-ai ish ones... HAHAHA.. I never thought I'll laugh so hard while watching an anime. And the seiyuus... XD Hearing the voice actors I like voicing those ridiculous lines are just.. too much. XDDD
So anyway, I'll end here with that note. Gotta get back to my HW! ^^;; Ja~~

AHHHHHHHHH~~~~~~ XP Thank you sooo much for telling me about the MOVIE!! I know I know, it's chick flick.. BUT!!! I don't care!! I want to see it. I want I want! XD Can't you guess I just watched the trailer? :3 It looks so good! Hahaha, spoken from me, a sucker for romantic comedy XD I'll have to see if I can watch it during the holiday :D Too bad it opens in just a few days, Nov7. By the time exam's done in mid December, there may not be a lot of theaters left that still shows it. ^^;;
Hehe. Everytime I see "Mr. Darcy"... :3 I go doki doki :D So I wanna go watch! Even thou I think he has one of the smaller story lines in the movie. Hugh Grant's one looks kinda cute. And the other ones don't look too bad either.. XD So I think I'll enjoy it :D Now I just have to find time to go see it. Hehehe. Yay! There's actually a movie that I'll be looking forward to this season. ^_^

Bleh.. I guess there's no hope of pitas ever getting all those lost entries back. :/ One of the reasons I didn't blog much was because I was waiting (or rather hoping) that pitas will revive those lost entries.. But then, I guess all's lost after such a long time. Bummer.
But anyway, I've been plagued with midterms and school work. Literally swarmed with piles of them over the past few weeks. They never end... T_T Just go on and on and on. One after another... That leaves no time to do anything else. I'm actually supposed to be studying right now. I have big midterm tomorrow. But I don't feel like studying... coz I'm not on my comfy warm beddie right now. Hard to study with my feet bare and cold and hang off the chair. :x Plus I'm so tired from lack of sleep.. z_z
Added some links, more ppl for me to stalk. :3 mainly just ppl on lj, coz I'm too lazy to remember. ^^;; I actually updated them before already, but pitas outage took them out :x And right now, I don't even know if I should archive(sp?). I'm afraid if pitas went bonkers again, my previous entries of the past month will be all lost. :X Don't want that to happen. So I think I'll wait a bit..
This song (points up) I'm listening to. Good Song it is. Jpop too. But it's not bubblegum pop, which i dislike much. It's more adult contempory? I don't know... Thou I didn't state it up there, it is the ending 3 to Gundam Seed. Didn't know GS has such a nice song.. ^^;; Goes to show how outdated I am with anime. :3 But I sampled some other GS songs after this one, and none of them were my cup of tea.. so I guess I'm not missing out much on GS music. ^^;;
Anyway, that's it for me. I'm gonna go take a showa, to see if I can be a bit more alert to study. If not, I'll be passing out on the bed to get some energy going for tomorrow.. Night~
♪ Shimokawa Mikuni - Arekara ♪
So.... Anime I watched recently... フルメタル・パニック？ふもっふ or in English Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu. It's just.. so.. cute.. and endearing. :3 Well, maybe not "cute" per se.. But the anime and story was told in a way that I can't help but go "awww..." ^_^ I'm so glad.. Since I didn't want to be disappointed, having seen the first series and liked it. This sequel took what I liked so much in the first series and sort of intensify it. The original one, Full Metal Panic!, was more shounen mecha. But the relationships of the characters and the funny situations they got themselves into were enough to get me hooked. Now in the new one, there's much much less mecha (so far) and a lot more of that funniness. :D It's just so good! For once, I actually don't mind the fanservice. ^_^ Coz I just end up overlooking that when I pay attention to the story. I have to admit thou, I first got interested in the anime (FMP!) coz one of the seiyuus I like does the voice of the main character. And that helps soo much in enjoying the characters.. hahaha :D And then.. it just so happens that I also like the singer of the anime's OP and ED. ^_^ The same group of ppl return for FMP?Fumoffu, so I'm just happy that I get to hear them again. :D
Another one, is Saiyuki Reload. I think I said that I wasn't interested in Saiyuki over the phone right? Well... eh heh heh.. I may have to take that back. XD. Coz.. I watched the raw of it's new series. The animation, as one said already, was done really well. Very very unlike the crappy-ness that was DNAngel. >_< I still can't stand the distorted faces in it.. What a poor job they did.. *crys* But back to the point, Saiyuki Reload is probably one of the nicest anime (in terms of animation) I've seen for sometime. Bad art was one of reasons I disappear from anime, but.. this.. I may just end up semi-actively following it because of the animation. XD. And of course, the bishiness of the four guys helps too! :3 I know I've told you that I really really like the art of Saiyuki (manga more than anime, but still ^^). And I still do. The guys, in the anime.. what a way of making an impression on me.. they're funny, yet still exert "coolness". Ahh.. I guess that means I like.. XD And there's this little extra bit after the closing credits.. when Sanzou(sp?) was on a plane, and the stewdress(sp?) was politely telling him that he can't smoke on the plane. XD Sanzou's face upon hearing that was just so funny.. Hahaha. I'll be looking forward to the next ep.. :3
What else what else.. ah! I know DNAngel ended already.. I've got the last ep raw sitting on my comp, but I have yet to find time to watch it.. Will do once I have time, since I have waaay too much stuffs to do at the moment. School is number 1 priority yo! And! yesh! I found out there's new DNAngel wps in official site. :3 Daisuke is now my WP on both school and home comp! ^_^ Dark is nice too, I may use it for the school one. So.. I have both of them to look at. And you're welcome on the compy stuffs.. Thou I don't even know(or rather, remember) what I help you on.. It's probably more like me being a mother and forcing you to do stuffs... :333 Heh.. But anyway, glad to know your compy is working the way you want. :)
And with that.. I'm going to bed.. since I'm still sick, and I have to study tons of stuffs tomorrow. Here to you all I say.. お休み〜

>____< I got bird poop in my hair today... -__- I was walking to Eaton Centre on Queen Street. As I was near Eaton Centre, near Nathan Phillips Square or something, I heard a *splat* sound on my hair.. and I was like, "Oh no..." and then I saw that some stuff was indeed in my hair, so I go "eww.. eww.. ewww.." and I hurrily walk to Eaton Centre, rush to the washroom and wash it out.. That's so.. eww.. :x and disgusting.. who knows what kind of food that bird ate.. or if there's any diseases in it or something. I suspect it's one of those white birds that fly around downtown. I don't know what they're called, but they're not the dark-er-fur pigeons one sees in parks and such.. I'm talking about the white ones that fly around water fronts, etc... After this entry, I'm going right to shower! >_<
I was gonna gush a bit about a new anime, but as you've known, I need to wash right now.. So, I'll type that in my next entry.. probably after shower and dinner later.. :DDD See ya then! Ja~

Someone spammed my tagboard... -_- Do these ppl have no life or something? I don't even speak whatever language that post was written in.... -_- I don't know when that happened.. Haven't checked the blog out for a few days and this... Do I now have to monitor and check everyday so this doesn't become a spam board? I may be exagerating the incident, since it's just one post. But the tagboard is set up so I can communicate with friends in short lines without having to blog everything.. It's not for everyone or anyone who wants to post irrelevant information that doesn't related to my blog, or whatever I'm interested in. And that means.. manga, anime, school, japanese stuffs, and some general yapping about life. Anything other than that.. please keep that to your own site or blog.
I'm getting very very fed up... If you want to promoto a site.. No thanks.. Since not a lot of people visit this place anyway. Please do so in your own place, not someone else's home.
If this keeps up, I guess I'll just take away the tagboard altogether. I don't want my blogging experience to go sour. I respect people's space, and I expect people to respect mine too. Is that too much to ask?

About what you asked me about the screen resolutions.. I suddenly remember something. while the screen resolution didn't change, the standard size of icons and text and stuffs did become smaller. don't know if that's what you meant. But all this is in classics view, not the ugly glob graphics view that XP has by default..

Textbooks textbooks.. :-: Why are they so expensive? Now, in exchange to get cheapER texts, I have to wait at least a week or more. Which means, I'll be losing 1 week of valuable study time. And when the books come, I'll be back to my not-so-enjoyable routine of playing catch-up. Boohoohoo.. *sniffs*
