Okay, I'll admit that no matter I don't like the concept of evil!Subaru, I will admit that evil!Subaru is also probably the hottest goddamn thing on earth. I mean... The Hottest. Didn't I say originally that he was going to end up being much more sexy once he went evil?
Well, I'm moderately more pleased with X, though the plotline is still pissing me off. Ah well.
Have seen Episode II. Basically, the love scenes made me giggle uncontrollably. Baby Boba was cute, if a little thug. The fight scenes were cool as fuckall. The dialogue was terrible. Dooku is a stupid name, and during his scene with Obi-Wan we kept picturing Saruman's scene with Gandalf. I mean, it was the exact same scene, except without the break-dancing. It was a terrible movie, but it was fun and I enjoyed it.

I've actually had a very busy afternoon. Like an actual at moments running around like a chicken with my head cut off busy afternoon. I thought it would never happen. I'm actually pleased about the business. Monday is going to be busy too. There are five appointments (that's a lot for here) and a meeting. Whee!
I don't want to see Scooby Doo, but I want to see the Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets preview, and that's the only movie it's playing with. Fortunately, my friends work at a movie theater, so we can just get free tickets to Scooby, watch the HP trailer, and leave.

There's a 50,000 acre forest fire not too far from us. Monsoon season is still a couple weeks away. ((Yes, there's actually a monsoon season. As far as I can tell, it pours for all of February and July, then never rains again the rest of the year. We haven't had one rainy day since we got out here.)) Isn't that fun?
I tried to answer my email, but hotmail was being a real prick and I couldn't tell if any of what I sent was getting through. By the way, in case anyone didn't notice in the info column, I changed my email address there. Please, please, all of you who email me, start using the fatalistic address instead. I'm going to close that hotmail account shortly -- it gets so much junk mail that it's just not worth keeping anymore.
I'll try to answer my email again later. For now, I will sit here and be hungry and think of the ice cream in the office freezer. I'm so tired that it's not even funny.

Atropos 13 is up on CLAMPesque, in which Hisoka gets hit in the face with a frog, Tsuzuki gets weird, Seishirou gets a break, Subaru gets to make Seishirou jealous, Kamui gets a trip to the beach, and Fuuma gets to... well, whine and bitch and complain a whole bunch, and Kakyou gets to get his hands on Fuuma. Momentarily. There, I've summed it up. ::pause:: Now you don't have to read it unless you're wondering about Hisoka and the frog.
In other news, I've decided I'm never going to live by myself. Cat and Karasu are both at work; my parents are at a concert. So I'm here all by myself, which was great for the first couple hours, but now I keep thinking I'm hearing things downstairs. I do this whenever I'm home alone, so I've decided I'm just never going to live alone.
Um. And now I will... um. Probably go transcribe some of Atropos. If people are wondering how the conversations are so much better in this fic (and several people have commented on it), I'll tell you our secret: Karasu and I split the characters down the middle and RPed out a whole bunch of scenes. Of course, the fun part is turning these from RP to prose, which is my job.
Guess I'll go do that scene where Kakyou and Fuuma have mad passionate sex, involving lots of liquor and a camera.
