No, I've not died.
Come pretty close though. History is painful. Not the class itself, nor the lectures, nor the teacher...it's just a horrible complication on top of the SAT IIs, Spanish, and Calc. And piano. And...okay, even I've had enough of that spoilt-brat stuff.
Note to self: must get job. Must get job soon. Freakish impulse buys threatening finances. Well, not really...but anyhow. Am stingy, money-hog type person therefore must find job soon.
The SAT II: Writing Test is on the 25th. I now have learned what an elliptical phrase is. Go me. Also am now quite competent with using the imperfect subjunctive mood in if -clauses. Whoo. Hear the fans roar...
Re: Go and Sex. Call me shallow, but I just thought it was amusing. However, many of the ideas aren't original, and some qualifiers should indeed have been used regarding the ideas of "proper sex". But considering some of the other fics in the fandom...(no offense intended to anyone!)

God, I really dislike school right now. No particular reason.
Father has returned from India with assorted paraphenalia and photos. They say that there are beggar gangs who pick up young children or infants and mutilate these poor kids in order to appear more convincing to sympathetic rich people. And then all the mendicants ask of the supposedly sympathetic rich people are one or two rupees (about a couple of American cents). I don't know whether to cry, to be infuritated, or to just shake my head. The world can be a horrid place.

Math = disgusting.
Okay, so technically that's 3 words...whatever. Suffice to say that yes, I am suffering. So far history and Spanish are all right, meaning that they are only somewhat tedious, painting is horribly boring so far (but we start projects tomorrow, yay~), and of course, calculus still burns away my brain with the fire of a thousand suns. I mean, who really gives a damn about finding arc lengths? What kind of person sits about and twiddles with his calculator and pencil to magically arrive at these horrid equations? Bah.
To cheer self up, will go read The Last Full Measure (see how deeply traumatized by school I am? reading war books to relax...>_>;;) and sleep. Yay for sleep.

Fuwahahahaha... I especially like the omake at the end. Fwee...Touya Akikio is really one of those under-valued characters, and I'd be more than glad to read more fics speculating on her personality.
Wonder if there is any good LOTR stuff lying around, but certainly am not going to look for it @ ff.net. 0_0 No offense meant, but I'm not going to look through 13000 pieces of cra--I mean, fics--for one decent bit of reading material. Ugh. Woke up this morning with a nosebleed (no pervy jokes, please! >_>). Finished first session of Hikaru no Shampoo, will post v. v. soon.
Am utterly convinced that "Reign Heart" is pinnacle of AkiHika innuendo, but can find no lyric translations. Even with my crappy (all right, nonexistent) Japanese skills, such phrases as "kimi dake ga boku wa sukueru nara" and "kimi wo dakishimetai" and "honto ni ai shite ita" are rather...transparent. XD Now to wonder who is supposed to be singing this song.
Re:cosplay, am still in limbo of indecision over whether should do Akira's Kaio uniform or suit-and-tie. *ponders*

Fwhahaha~feel the beauty of HikaGo! Regarding the Go as sex thing, I think Akira and Hikaru are too young for half of the...things I've seen them doing in certain doujinshi. Even though they're about 2 years older than they were at the beginning of the manga, I cannot envision anything beyond "cuddling".
