for those of you who haven't heard about the kitty, here it is:
my sister rescued a kitten from under the dumpster at a Mexican restaurant. her friend was going to take it home, which made me mad, but then we got to keep her.
Monica wanted to name her something in Spanish because of the whole Mexican restaurant thing. we named her Cora, short for Corazon, which means "heart" in Spanish. she's really cute so call me if you want to come by and see her!

okay, so to sum up my day...
getting up at 8:30 to go to Lauren's barn: distressingly surprising but also exciting
meeting hot shirtless guy there: way cool
pretending to be interested in photographs of a car accident so i can sit next to said hot shirtless guy: not very cool but worth it
giving piggy back rides to Lauren's little brothers at K-Mart: fun times
seeing hot guys with 11-year-old on my back: not so cool
telling Lauren's little brother that i would set him up with a girl i'm babysitting tonight who is also 11 and seeing him act all "its cool, i dont care, whatever": funny as hell

ok, so apparently here's what's wrong with me:
I have trouble "going outside my comfort zone" whatever that means
I am not comfortable meeting new people if I don't allready know someone, which can turn into a paradox
I am too self-absorbed, and
I don't like myself enough (do those two contradict? possibly.)
so anyway, those are the reasons why my mom wants to get me counseling. HELP!!!

*sigh* another feis over with. i did 9 different competitions at this one. i got 3rd place out of 19 in my traditional set and 5th place out of 32 in my trophy slip. so i have another trophy now! woohoo! this was my tenth competition and i've been competing for 3 years. the next one is july 24th and 25th in Seattle and i'm excited!
oh and for those of you who care, my bunk beds are gone and i have a really crappy flimsy bedframe now! David, Aoife, and Kian got the bunk beds, but i dont know how they're going to use them since Kian isn't exactly ready for a bed yet.
but anyway my room looks totally different now so once i get it clean you can stop by and see it. call first though! allright see y'all later.

the school year is almost over! all i have to worry about now are finals. which still sucks.
well, signing yearbooks is going to make me really sad, because its the exact same thing as saying goodbye. all those people that i'm cool with, but never really got to know, yeah i probably won't see most of them over the summer so it's sad.
BUT, i'm giving out my phone number to just about everyone in the school so you will probably get it so CALL ME THIS SUMMER!

isnt my page pretty????? yea that's what i thought, punk. i just cut my own hair and once i dry and straighten it it's gonna look damn good. and Cypress Hill INSANE is on the radio! and i'm in my pajamas!
and i'm going to Portland tomorrow! with Molly and other cool people! its gonna be so much fun. help me remember my part by repeating the word......... let me see...... thinking............ still thinking...... okay RED over and over from 2pm to about 4pm tomorrow. everyone has to do it though or else it won't work.

well anyway, i haven't updated this since my grandmother died. yea, she did. last time she was fine and now she's... well, i guess she's better. but Sunday the whole family went to "split up her stuff" and i found out that she had like a $13,000 insurance policy, and i got my share of it, plus a bathrobe and some cool pins and stuff. my cousin and i rolled dice for "the bathrobe" and i won. (thanks Megan, you can wear it when you come over or when i go over there)
well i'm out like the fat kid in the dodgeball game, the deaf kid in musical chairs, the naked chick in Marco Polo, whatever. talk to me on AIM!
