i've been really happy lately! i have no idea why, maybe it's because of the long summer we've been having (even though it means we have to walk home in the heat). or, um, maybe it's because school has been going pretty well for me with not as much homework as i expected so far. yea that must be it, because i can make fun of my friends... while i have nothing to do because they all have homework. well, maybe it's something else. tell me if you have a solution!

can you say SOUTH WHOOPED THE TITANS' ASS 28-3??? yea that's what i thought. and it's true too!! their first win of the oh-so-short season, but HOW much did they win by? whats that you say? 24? NO IT WAS 25!! i know i shouldn't be so happy about this, but as i might go out for cheerleading next year i should practice my ready? ok! cheering! i wanna go up and do the splits in the air like that one girl, because i can't do the flippy thingies like they do across the front or anything. well, provided i dont gain any weight or height before sophmore year... MAYBE i'll make the freshman team. heh heh heh. oh and these girls i knew last year keep doing their little immature middle-schoolish thing of yelling after me every time i pass them... i try to ignore them and i THINK i can hold out against it... i mean it's really not all that hard... but i can't help wondering WHEN they will actually GROW UP!! i mean, damn!!

summer is over. :( i know it's a little too late to be saying that, but it kind of hit me when i got a 5-paragraph essay assigned due wednesday. anyway, i am super sore from a 2 1/2 hour workshop yesterday, and to top it off i have to go to an hour class today, and i just barely got out of a 1 1/2 hour class on wednesday, because god knows i wouldn't be able to move by friday if i went. in latest news: cool sub today in health class!

HI EVERYBODY!!! yesterday/today were good days. i went to a birthday party and we went to a very fun place. even though a bee got stuck in the car and i tried to swat it with my makeup bag but that didn't work and that just made it angrier and... yea i won't go into the rest. the only bad part about that was that i couldn't go see Allysa and go to the McNary/South football game! (McNary kicked South's ass by the way) and stupid Allysa went to someone's else's house tonight. :`( but maybe Lauren can spend the night! or Laura! or someone else that i don't see that often. well, anyway, i got to go so bye!

today was a bad day. hot Ben from health class was gone, i have lotta homework this weekend, and a few other things. but it IS thursday night, and this weekend IS Kirsten's b-day p-ty. and plus, Anything For Love is on. so woo-hoo! gotta go watch it.

i'm kinda feeling happy today... and i really do wonder why. maybe cause i'm learning super hard stuff in dance right now, or i'm watching Sabrina the Teenage Witch, or i'm thinking about this HOTT guy in my health class... or maybe it's because my sister is sad!!!!!! no. me hatey.

hey all! i am having a pretty good time at South, but i'm hoping it will get better. i'm meeting new people which is very good, and i only had realy homework in 1 class today. anyways, thats the update on school, can we talk about something else now? great. how about... well yea ther is not too much else going on in my life unless you count homework and MY SISTER GOING AWAY TO COLLEGE WAHHHHHHHH!!!!! WHY DID YOU HAVE TO REMIND ME, KARA??? I HATE YOU!!!

to light up the night

hey, i forgot to post the winner of the poetry contest at the end of august. Galen won and here's his poem:
Here I lie in my dusty tomb,
Forever in peace, returned to the womb.
I shake and quiver in my deathly rest;
All around me, flowers bloom.

hey, i know i haven't written in here in a while, but my late summer has been going spaztiffericiously. i just kind of typed that with out thinking... and it sounded crazy queer but i'm gonn leave it there. anyway. i went camping, went to a few parties (which were both the bomb. they were each half the bomb cause you know there cant be more than one bomb) and did some other stuff to boot. like took care of rats which are cute. but i have to go take peanut butter sticks to Hannah, which she is going to trade me for some muffins. and i have to get back before Allysa wakes up. so i'll write more later!
