A couple in their nineties are both having problems remembering things.
They decide to go to the doctor for a checkup. The doctor told them that they're physically okay, but they might want to start writing things down to help them remember.
Later that night while watching TV, the old man gets up from his chair.
His wife asks, "Where are you going?"
"To the kitchen," he replies.
"Will you get me a bowl of ice cream?"
"Sure."
"Don't you think you should write it down so you can remember it?" she asks.
"No, I can remember it."
"Well, I'd like some strawberries on top, too. You'd better write it down because you know you'll forget it."
He says, "I can remember that! You want a bowl of ice-cream with strawberries."
"I'd also like whipped cream. I'm certain you'll forget that, so you'd better write it down!" she retorts.
Irritated, he says, "I don't need to write it down, I can remember it! Leave me alone! Ice cream with strawberries and whipped cream - I got it, for goodness sake!" Then he grumbles into the kitchen.
After about 20 minutes, the old man returns from the kitchen and hands his wife a plate of bacon and eggs. She stares at the plate for a moment and says, "Where's my toast?"

its exactly one mth alr. -sighs.its finally the end of august! passed super slow la. anw, ny celebration of teacher's day was super boring la. had to do the kiddish dance. ugh. thn, went back to sn with eelinggs. met yins at sn, thn happily waved to mrs koh and mrs khong! so happy to see them! :D missed sn soooo much la. thn 4C was also there. well, most of them were la. ate orange bowl! yumyum :)
went to town aft tt. at amk stn, saw xiwen christie kannan laoda. haha. they went back to anderson. felt like peeing like mad la. thn stupid yins kept making me laugh. thn finally, reached town. rushed to the toilet! haha. so relieved ;) walked ard town lkg for bags and stuff. saw many many pple. sn pple, ny pple. saw kaiyuan baide. saw michelle chia too! haha. she so tanned la. was super tired aft all the walking la. walked fr end to end. aiyo. felt like chopping off my feet. ended up resting quite alot, thn ate dinner at cine foodcourt. cos i was broke. ohya! cut my hair too! heh. walked ard smmore, and spotted many many stuff that we wna buy! gotta start saving. aft i buy my phone, that is. and yins is my frank now. hee. miss wife! but gna see her tmr! :D

was a loner today :( cos wife had sore eyes. -shakes head. must be she watch too much porn alr. hahas. managed to get thru the day, tho was slpg during maths again. heh. was kinda mad. cos aft i woke up, started to stone. lked out of the window, thn saw this plastic bag out fr nowhere. just started laughing. told eunice, thn we both laughed like idiots. haha. wasnt listening to any of the lessons today. dunno la. guess cant really focus that well nowadays? ohya. gyl also sick. weak bro. alw sick one. heh. tmr's teacher's day! :D end sch at 920am, thn aft tt got sm food party thingy. but apparantly, my class nobody wanted to pay. so i guess our pizza thing can forget it alr. sad. was so lkg forward to eating pizza la! grr. tmr gg back to st nicks :) missed her! and yins gg back with me too. miss that girl la. haha. supp to come hm to mug. but obv, i've been loitering on the net for 2 hrs. reading blogs and playing games. hehe. really dun wna mug la. its so tiring and i dun understand anyth at all. wished had gotten into poly. at least more hands on stuff, more interesting thn notes and lectures. yucks.
hariz scott were "interrogating" me ytd la. so corny. dint know that hariz knew so much stuff. haha. and cant believe he still have "notes" in his phone la! so kpo. tsk! haha. and he kept threatening to spray water on me. and smhow, the ayam thing was quite funny tho. quotes hariz: yesterday's tommorrow = today!

today's supp to be our sixth mth anni. half a yr. if we're still tgt, thats that. but, sadly to say, we're not. hope you still rem this day, tho. it'll alw be a special day for me. was thinking back a lot on this day. anw, like wat gyl asked, can i really put it down? i dunno. but time heals, so i guess one day i wld have gotten over it. but i wont know whn's that one day. haha. heard quite sm rumours abt you. but im choosing not to believe it. but even if its true, i'll be happy knowing that you're happy too. if you're reading this, be happy and dun feel so stress ok? :)

cant believe im doing PW now la. the horrid written report. eeks. so stressed! haha. anw, supp to have three tests this wk, but unfortunately, i have three tests on ONE day. which is today. so glad that its finally over la. tho im gg to fail all three (phy, gp and chem spa). great.
supp to go and pierce ear tmr, but wife donating blood :| so i guess gotta wait till nxt wk or sth. thn being the new me, i've decided to come hm for tuition with my cousin! haha. first time so excited having tuition. madness. hmmm. shall cont to crack my brains for te written report alr.

heh. in the com lab agn! all alone this time tho. real alone. there's like only me and this other person in the lab la :| well, doing gp essay and pw. grrr. so horrid. cant seem to find anything can. yucks.
anw, just now during math, me and gyl were talking abt scenarios. lol. seriously, ALL kinds of scenarios that can happen to either one of us. but hopefully, it wont happen to him. to gyl: if you're reading this, seriously, you've been watching too much drama serials. wat the drop things and the raining one. ohmy. hahas. so, crapped and laghed thru math as usual. was prac sleeping thru the rest of the lessons. kept copying things which i dunno wat im copying for. and pls, NOT secretary ok, GYL. bleah.
cousin came over my hse ytd to tuition. act prac everybody came. heh. he tuition-ed me, thn finally! i've decoded the alien msg of phy! :D -beams. so prouda myself. but actually, its only one topic out of the heaps that we've learnt. BUT, its a great achievement for me ok. hee. me and wife were counting the amt of money we have to save up for shopping spree aft promos. hahas. realised its super alot. plus, im reaching my handphone goal! heh. left only 50 bucks to save :D two wks of starvation, with 3 bucks a day. which is extremely super duper miserable, considering the large amt of food im eating now, all thanks to wife. and i've put on ONE kg alr. eeks. and not to mention, i've not been exercising since napfa?!?! which was like in april or sth.

haha. changed my layout! nicenice :) anw, ytd was quite an exciting day! heh. aft sch wat, so was walking to the canteen. and guess wat? saw FOUR policemen with Mr Hanis. was like kinda curious alr. heh. thn wife and i were guessing they come for wat. aft a while, the story was out! according to errol, who told us like as if he was the offender. here's the story:
between the guys and girls toilet, there's this service duct thing. thn one fine day, TOM came across the service duct. upon closer looking, he realised it wasnt locked! so, into the skinny duct he went in. as the lights flooded the room, he saw this wide gaping hole in the wall. being curious, he stepped closer to the hole and looked in. thinking that mebbe there's sth precious inside. BUT BUT BUT...how wrong was he! it was in fact, the GIRLS' TOILET! -gasps. he
was shocked. not long aft, a girl walked in and she started to change. TOM was really excited, so he whipped out his camera phone, and "snap"!
so there. that's the story of how PEEPING TOM PEEPED. anw, the policemen handcuffed him and they were trying to find evidence cos he apparantly, denied that he was tom. they checked his phone, but found that all the photos were deleted. but ltr, smhow, they found evidence and he was taken away.
alright! aft the exciting story abt ytd, its on to today's story! heh. today, sth really really sweet happened in our very own canteen!
a J2 guy, assembled all his guy frens (well, most of them, actually), to stand ard this girl (either girlfriend or some girl he likes). one of them was strumming the guitar, and the rest of them started singing, including the guy, of cos. thn he gave her a stalk of flower!
yup. the whole thing was quite cute and sweet la. thn everyone in the canteen
went like 'AWWW'. hahas. quite exciting la huh, these two days. haha. and...we had class photo-taking today! eunice brought her cam, thn went ard taking with the class pple. tried super duper hard to had one taken with terry la. but he did sm dumb action. grr. gyl also refuses to take cos, according to him, he's "camera shy". like oh purlease. haha. starting to sound bimbo. anw, it wasnt really a whole class take tgt thingy la. its more like grp photo taking. so, was in the same grp as eunice xinghong irvin gyl cow. thn realised, all of us are scared of tickles! esp irvin and xinghong. lol. were poking each other la. funfun :) heh. starting to mingle with my class pple alr la. but dun think can really click with them. and btw, if hariz happens to read this, IM NOT AN OUTCAST OK. bleah.
oh shucks. supp to go do my phy tutorial, cos my cousin's coming to tutor me tmr! yikes :| dun understand anyth la. think he's gna start wondering how come he got sucha stupid cousin.

haha! had much fun on my bday and on nat day! went out with wife meh chickenbreast eric terry on the 8th. went to kbox! was totally hilarious but fun! :D
on the 9th, went out with wai xin xiu von. had much fun too! ate sakae :D were being bitchy and bimbotic like the old times! heh. loveyou guys much! -hugs.
went, quotes unquotes terry: touring, with eric and terry ytd. wife cldnt make it cos she gotta go her cousin's hse. we went to braddell first, cos eric wanted to buy pingpong bat. were inside for quite some time, thn finally we were on our way agn! to our nxt destination, pac plaza! were talking abt being spendthrift and stuff, and terry kept saying eric alw spend so much money on himself rather thn food. haha. aft saying that, eric started to wonder if he shld buy the slippers or not. i was complaining that if he decided not to buy, thn me and terry will just abandon him halfway. cos made us travel all ard thn ended up not buying anyth?!?!?!? anw, headed down to citylink. eric was deciding between TWO pairs of slippers for like 35436534864 hours la. grr. went to suntec food court to have dinner. i laughed till tummyache la. all thanks to terry. so we left at ard 1845, thn sat at the bus stop waiting for 70. i waited till 1915, the bus still wasnt here. thn i msg my sis, and realised, that 70 only passes by suntec aft 1900 ._. since i had so much time to spare, i decided to wait till 1930. if its still not here by thn, i'll have to walk to the other side to take. so luckily, at 1924, the bus came! :D saved my poor tired legs fr walking. heh. yupyup. so thats the end of our TOUR. LOL.
rotting at hm today. well, rotting=studying i guess. haha. not sure whether meeting dear not. she still haven reply me yet. haha. silly dear.

heh. relatives all came my hse to celebrate my and my cousin's bday today! lala. act, its SAT la. but its aft 12, so counted as sun. anw, went to visit hariz in CDC today. with meh wife. hee. he was admitted ytd la, due to dengue. poor guy. went to tts to find him, according to the ward that COW gave. which was a FAKE. asked the security guard, thn he told us it was in cdc. stupid cow. bot many things for him la. grapes, apples, bananas and a sunflower! heh. treat him so nice lor. must be nicer to us nxt time. hee.
aft visiting him, went to bishan to meet the stupid cow. he was 49 MINUTES late can. -growls. almost bite off his head. but oh wells, he treated me haagen dazz! :D actually it more i forced him to treat me la. but, who cares! i got the icecream! :D so, watched meh eat her lunch, thn went to yoshi to study. i went hm aft eating chicken wings. heh. growing fat! :|
came hm, thn played mj. heh. slept for a while thn wake up and dinner! yumyum. aft tt, played mj all the way till now lor. lost alot la. sad. looking forward to mon! heh. got sm bday money from my aunts. so i wont have to starve for 3 wks alr. HEHE
