Have you read this by Rage Point yet? It may seems long but it's not really. I can't find the words to describe how nicely written it is.

Rage is also writing a larger set of parodies on the HP world entitled: "On Moonlight's Leash" which absolutely freaks me out in the horror and the details. It's a alternate universe where when Sirius tells Severus about Remus; instead of nothing much happening, Severus is bitten, James is killed (by Remus) and Sirius is sent to Azkaban were he promptly goes insane in the knowledge that he killed his best friend. Peter becomes a scribe for the Ministry of Magic, and Remus wanders the streets of London never graduating from Hogwarts because he was expelled after that incident. It's very scary, not blood and guts horror, just....really traumatic.

It's very long though.
