Yeah, the James Bond one. Actually I thought the other more recent Bond films were better than Die Another Day :/... They could have done a lot more with it, imo. Had a cool opening scene (not the title scene, with that horrible Madonna song XP) But yeah, was a very.. James Bond-ish film. Not to say I didn't enjoy it, but I could have survived not seeing it as well.

Music was also a bit loud, and, um... not to my liking (well, some of it was good... also managed to get two songs played from the CD I brought in [The Avalanches XD...] which were far superior imo to that rappish tech-beat crap >:/....) But yeah, anyway... I am now frikkin tired and need some sleep -_-;... (actually there isn't much to tell about the formal anyway. Except for being late it all sort of fades into an indistinct blur of normality...)

Hmph... :/... I have observed your absence from school, once again. Would not have minded you bludging so much, except you said you would come today. Am slightly dissapointed...

Anyway, school was pretty much as unproductive as staying at home anyway (except you get to be with your friends.. *cough*). Except I was extremely pissed off during the day because I'm tired, and I wish people would shut up so I can read in peace >:/. Oh yes, we have to wear Winter uniform on thursday assemby (another cause for my irritation, as my winter uniform doesn't fit ><...).

Jess's surprise party was rather fun. Had lots of useless conversations about nothing. Although had a rather interesting conversation with Jess about the evils of procrastination. It was rather amusing when Alison asked the other half of the group, who were deep in a serious conversation about bullying and dickheads at school, what the difference between a turtle and a tortoise was. Also had yet another conversation about Harry Potter, although this time we pondered on more that just who we thought could play Sirius (we all agree that Ewan Mc'Gregor, or however the hell you spell his name, would make the perfect Remus, however a suitable actor for Azkaban-boi has eluded us. Pierce Brosnan is too old, and although while I argued Sirius would probably look old and haggard anyway, I had to concede the point that he doesn't really have the right figure for it :/ (Although he does have that nice Sirius charm, having James Bond play Sirius would just seem weird -_-;...). Was rather amused and somewhat taken aback that they knew about Slash (Hmm, taken aback doesn't seem the right word...). How did we get onto slash, you ask, however how briefly it was? It's all because of that damn Shrivelfig scene, I tell you.... (I was going on about the "out of context quotes"...). Kind of flitted between that and Lord of the Rings, but can't remember what we talked about after.

Talked with Steph about WoT (she's on the 2nd book now~). Her favourite characters are Lan and Nynaeve.... I must admit I find that an... um, interesting choice of characters. Maybe it's just I have a tendancy to more want to leech onto characters with a manga-esque quality to them. Or something... -_-; (Am I too much of a sqee-ing fangirl?) I wonder... although I do like more chara's than just those of the slightly bishy male pursuasion, I just can't help but find Mat's chapters and scenes the most interesting and humerous XD. Actually I quite like everyone's chapters, except for the odd few boring ones. Really depends of the level of interest in the plot, rather than the characters who are in it, although one could be forgiven for anticipating one plot more than another :3... Although then again, there aren't that many chara's in the 1st book aside from the main ones, and not all of them are showing their true colours throughout either...

Geez, but I went to all the major bookstores, including that huge A+R one near the cinema, and none of them had the original hardcovers :/... nor had they had them in for some time, but perchange I popped into the UK owned chain WHSmith, and they had all of them~ Only got Azkaban for the moment tho, but I'll probably get the 4th later (Arrggg, 35 bucks for Goblet of Fire x_X...). Oh well... Azkaban shall take pride of place on my computer desk bookshelf ;P. Also got Jess's prezzie. It's a music box XD... I had no idea what else to get her :/. It's kinda cool actually (I'm telling you, the thing may be small, but damn does it have a nice sound if you put on a flat surface). It plays Beethoven's, "For Elise". There was also a Pink Panther tune one, but I thought the classical tune was nicer~ :)

Nope, D.N.Angel doesn't work still :/. Oh! And that reminds me XD... In D.N.Angel 7 Special Edition, I didn't notice it but it has these little 4 panel manga's at the end... well, you know how once we were ranting about how in D.N.Angel, if Daisuke changes into Dark, his clothes would be too small? Hehe, well, there was one mini-manga which talked about that (I got BB to to help me do a translation for it)

Dark:: (looking bored) What I'm saying is... When you change into me, your clothes.... Around here (arrow to wrists). And this area (ankles) And also here (waist line) Anyway, all around it's kind of tight *it's your size...* 'sigh'

Just back from HP2 XD. Was better than first indeed~ And Harry's acting~ It's so much better ;D. Gee, but Malfoy looks way older that he did in the 1st film ("Gee, he's sure grown a lot o.O.."). Bah, but they missed out the whole bit with Lucius (sp?) in Knockturn alley. Aaah, the missing subtleties -_-... Percy was hardly in it as well... (one scene?) In fact, a lot of people seemed to hardly be in it. I thought Lockhart was good tho XD... he really played the conceited smugness very well. Tommy, I thought, was a tad dissapointing :/... Although one cannot expect them to portay him as the bishy we all think off, they stuffed up his scene, I think. In the original there was so much more mystery, so much more subtle build-up until you found out who he really was. With this, his proud, overbearing pompousness, kind of spoiled it from the start >:/. They just kind of lept into his evilness without letting the mystery settle in. And they skipped on that evil laugh of his! XO Where's Tommy without his chilling laugh~ The Basalisk, I agree, was a bit ugly... I always imagined it as a rather sinuous creature. Not that lumpy headed thing... The sword, now that I look at it, was pretty good. I always thought it looked a bit frail, but when you see it in the film it's actually kinda cool.

Brooms do look a bit like plastic, too -_-. Actually, I thought Moaning Myrtle was done really well :). The acting was good and whatnot... And the sets were spiffy~ The Chamber of Secrets looked cool, and the bathroom~ I want a bathroom like that. On a whole, while they skipped on the subtlety, and that's to be expected, it was good :). Liked it better than the 1st, that's for sure anyway. Had off-topic discussion about the 3rd movie while waiting for the credits to finish. I think, if they have Sirius with a beard, it's just going to throw off my whole perception of him :/. Anne said she imagined him with this big, bushy beard, and i was like "Noooo XO... beards ruin the bishiness~". Steph thinks he's just rough-shaven... I could live with that portrayal. Like Wolfwood or something (maybe that's why he reminds me of Sirius, because he's kinds scruffy looking.. If they portrayed him as a longer haired Aragorn, I could live with that. I don't expect they'll portray him as clean-shaven anyway) They all agree that Sirius's actor should have an underlying charm tho. It's what makes Sirius Sirius, after all :). Oh, and Anne also thought Azkaban-boi was "weedy".

You know what I think makes Sirius really bishy? His hair... XD. You know, I think the longer someone's hair is, the bishier they are. It's why, even when people are described with short hair, if I find someone bishy I never imagine them with short hair. Maybe that's why I imagined Lockhart to have longer hair. He's suppose to be a prancing pretty-boi, so therefore he should look bishy and have at least medium length hair. Maybe that's why Fuuma, although cool, doesn't seem as bishy as Kamui because his hair is shorter. Yes, this is Kimi's Bishy Theorum XO. Long hair = Bishiness XD... Go on people, try it~!

Wow... my cat just butted his head into the wall o.O.... Picked up D.N.Angel vol 7~ Got free collection card inside this little envelope (thought that was rather cute.) You know, Hiwatari makes a rather convincing Dark when he's wearing that costume (Part of the school play, Snow and Ice. They changed it to have Dark in it~ Hiwatari is Dark, and Daisuke is Freedert.) It's all rather cute actually XD... especially, since Daisuke has dissapeared, It's really Dark appearing like Dai-chan.. some proceless scenes there~ :3... anyway, updated Capricious. Will mayhap rant later about D.N.Angel... once I'v figured out what's going on -_-;. Aiyaaa~ Dark really does remind me of Sirius.
