Happy b-day in arrears, Nicole Dee! :D And thanks to all those who wished me a happy one as well.
Do you mean getting the anime Yami no Matsuei, Nicole? If so, I can only recommend you try your local Sam Goody's or Suncoast stores. (Do you live in the U.S?). If you want to download them online, then get yourself the Bit Torrent Program and then move over to Anime Mircx to see if any subgroups have YnM in store. You should be able to find some episodes if you type it in their 'search' box. Hope that helps! ^_^
Enjoy your mini-vacation, Martine! :D

Ah hell! Looks like Gilgamesh is going to end at 26 episodes...as is R.O.D. TV! Man! I'm going to miss all my nifty shows.

Whee! I found such a cool fanart site with my new favorite het couple - Shin-chan and Yankumi from Gokusen
If you still haven't watched that show, I HIGHLY recommend it!
Talk about teacher-student tension! Or maybe that's just me trying to will it in there. Grrrr!
Feast your eyes on the beauty that is ShinKumi!
A pretty boy and his teacher
And these are just some of my favs...gah! There was so many to choose from! ><;;
Chibi Shin-chan and Yankumi *_*
Heheh! This had me laughing for a while :D
*drool*
And now if I can only find a story or a manga about those two! I would be one very happy camper. ^^

Faye's looking right back at ya @ 09:32 p.m.
So, another day has come and gone and as usual, I am tired as hell. We got more supplies doing, so the entire day was spent offloading and arranging stuff. My muscles ache, but it will pass. After all, what's carrying gigantic boxes all day gonna do? Make you stronger, that's what *lol*
On a good front, I got to catch up on tons of anime that I've been missing lately.
PS: This contains spoilers, so if you don't wanna know, close your eyes and ears and whatever else you wish to close. *lol*
Gilgamesh: I swear if you haven't seen this show yet, this has got to be one of the THE most interesting sleeper hits out there. I know many complain that the animation is a bit 'off' as in they look a bit 'realistic' sort of. But the storyline is so amazingly complex and yet leaves you on the edge of your seat wanting to know what happens next. So, it turns out that Madoka is actually Enkidu's clone. And NOW, Kiyoko - Madoka's 'sister' is pregnant from an encounter with one of her father's henchmen from Gilagmesh, the very people they are trying to fight againt. ><;; The baby has been deemed a 'beast' and already has the ability to use 'Dynamis' which is beginning to cause complications for her...in fact for everyone. *sighs* Episode 20 was left with such a cliffhanger. Gah! Is Kiyoko dead?? Just what kind of a relationship does she have with Madoka? I swear it's incest! They sleep NAKED together at their age! Am I the only one who thinks there is something wrong with that picture?! Either way, I made another careful observation *lol* The members of Gilgamesh, especially the guys are all bishies in their own right. *shivers* They might be the bad guys, but they are HOT bad guys that's for sure. Can't wait for the next episode!
Peacemaker 20: Wow! That's about all I can say right now. You can kiss off all those happy episodes, because we are now in the main event, folks. Blood, gore, violence, revenge, torture, death...you name it, we've got it. And this episode pretty much summed it all up. I really can't wait for Hijikata and Yoshida to meet up. It's soo totally going to be a bloodbath when that happens. And then there was Yoshida going after poor Tetsu. The kid was so much in shock that he could barely move when he was finally cornered. Man, I was so scared for him. But Suzu...beautiful, beautiful Suzu comes by to save the day...sort of. Must...watch...more...*claws computer screen*
These again were sorta swipped from Adrii's Site.
Some screencaps of my favorite characters or moments from the episode.
Suzu
Souji
Souji again ^^
Susumu - yeah, he is a guy *lol*
Tetsu - cute!!
If you want to see more of the screencaps, you can find them here:
Peacemaker -19
Okay, I am done for the day, I need to seriously go and write up a story. I've been procastinating for too long. ^^

Actually, this has been out for a while, but I've been too damn lazy to post anything up. ><;;

Here's a link to her site to get more info:

Go and buy it people! If you are a true GW fan, you are definitely going to love it! *runs off to buy her own copy* :D

Faye's looking right back at ya @ 10:02 p.m.
So, I discovered that my car tire has a huge gash on it, which in turn has been sucking away my gas and causing me to curse more colorfully than I ever have before.
*insert angry and frustrated cry here*
I was on my way to work when this happened. With thirty minutes to spare, I have to run all the way to a nearby Kauffman tire place and when I ask for a price on how much it's going to take to fix up the tire, the guy does some punching in his PC and then tells me it's going to cost about 3.45!!! Just for one lousy tire!!!
*insert even angerier and louder cry here*
So, I tell them to just put on the damn spare tire and I'll hobble on over to work that way. Which was what I did. Surprisingly, I wasn't late. -_-;; But I was...still pissed because it means that I will have to go to Sam's Club tomorrow and spend my entire morning there, trying to rotate and get new tires for my car.
*dies in dismay* I am yet to have a morning to myself. A morning to just sleep or rest or do nothing at all. There is always one errand or another I have to take care of and it's pretty damn aggravating.
Big hugs to Misty, Medli-chan, Martine and my wittle brother...in law...sort of...Blackster and to my little sister, Zan. *sighs* I need to lie down...

Aaaaaaaaaaaaah! I am so pissed this morning! My large desktop PC has been acting so funny since yesterday morning. I thought it would have righted itself by now, but no, I can't use the internet on that *sniffles and glomps her laptop* This has been my lifesaver...hmmm....
I came to the odd conclusion last night. THE LAPTOP HAS SUCKED AWAY THE LIFE FROM THE PC! Yep! That has to be it, because suddenly, good ol' lappie can download things much faster and from streamload too! I actually tested it out this morning and sure enough, there it was downloading away like no tomorrow. And sitting silently beside it, burning with envy is Aunt Sue, my trusty ol' PC. *Lol*
It's funny, but not funny because now! I can't download any more shows from BT. *cries* I can't leave the laptop running all night and it can only stay on for so long. I will have to rely on SL until things can get righted out.
Glad you enjoyed your gift, sis! *grins widely, glomping her* What are big sisters for anyway, ne? :D

Faye's looking right back at ya @ 04:38 p.m.
I can remember the very first time I sat down on a PC to churn out my first fanfiction. It almost feels like it was yesterday, my stomach rolling with nervous butterflies as I wondered just how my story would be taken. Would people like it? Will I be 'flamed'? How would I stack up against all those other established writers? I swear, I was so terrified I could barely think straight.
But I grit my teeth and I sat down to write it in...believe it or not...my hotmail account. *nods* The very first group I joined was called 'Saiyan Slash'. It was a Dragonball Z yahoo mailing list that dealt with...well...DBZ. I had spent months lurking in the shadows, replying to my favorite writers under a different name, while learning in the background.
Well, dumb ol' me *laughs* began writing a story about the DBZ world in an AU setting. I couldn't do canon just yet, so AU it was. There were typos. I couldn't access the spell checker on hotmail, and I posted to the group directly from there!
I spent hours biting my nails once the story was sent out. I had the sickening feeling that no one was EVER going to reply. I could barely concentrate in class and since I didn't really have a PC at home back then, my only source of writing or seeing my responses was by running to the school library to check it out. Needless to say, once classes were over, I ran as fast as I could to check it up and to my immense pleasure, shock and surprise, I got a reply! The very first and I will never forget, was from someone called 'Chibi Vegeta'. He was quite supportive and insisted I don't give up and continue. That pleased me to no end. The second I got was from a girl named 'Espaa' who was so kind enough to 'beta' the story for me. But silly me thought that she was just someone who liked fixing up errors (and that wouldn't be too far from the truth). I didn't fix up anything. I posted my second chapter and she sent it again with corrections and STILL I did nothing. Until finally she emailed me personally and told me what was going on. Well, duh! I finally figured out what she meant and the rest as they say is history. She became my beta and good friend and I am not sure I would have gotten by without her input.
Hehe, back then there were two people with 'Khi' at the end of their names. One of them was Mara, who was very supportive as well and was also a damn good DBZ writer. The other was 'Zandra' *lol* who's very first review of my story was a one-liner or so but was quite appreciated at the time. According to her, she saw me as the 'Ice Queen' and I am still not sure of what she means. I didn't go out of my way to make myself inaccessible to people. Okay, so I didn't hang out that much on YIM and when I did, I usually kept silent in chat rooms and only spoke when absolutely necessary.
But I get genuninely surprised when people say that I am 'intimidating'. Hmmm...why would they think that? I gave up long thinking through such things and as time when on, I got even more surprised at reviews with people 'worshipping' or 'stalking' or 'sporking' or yes 'threatening' me with my stories. Someone had the idea of building a shrine to me and did show me a layout and all of that (I didn't have a clue of how to build a website back then) and I thought it was the most wonderful thing someone had ever done for me EVER.
To make things even better, people began to draw fanart for my stories. Double cool! My very first fanart gift came from 'Mistress Firerose', who drew a picture of Goku's sisters from the AU (My first one at that) I had written. The second one I got was from 'B-chan' one of the more revered DBZ artists, who drew a picture for my second AU story which concerned the gangs being in the mob. ^_^ I was thrilled to death, I tell you.
Since then, my art collection has grown much to my delight and I always welcome more with relish and appreciation. It's really nice to know that your work is liked well enough to inspire someone like that.
Hmm...I have been writing for about three years or so now. I have gotten over a thousand reviews if not more, but one still stands out in my mind and still gives me nightmares at what possiblities could happen if the reviewer DID carry out his threat.
I had written an AU X-over fic for Tenchi Muyo/DBZ called 'Royal Hearts'. Now this story was intended for mature audiences and I had written it at a time when FF.net was still doing the whole 'getting rid of NC-17' stories from their site. Royal Hearts was anything but NC-17 and the only lemon scene I had written so far wasn't even that graphic. Anyways, someone wrote me a 'review' saying she was going to report to the authorities about my story and she would make sure it got removed off the net. Riiiight. Well, I had no intentions of listening to her but apparently someone else beat me to the punch with a rather omninous reply.
According to him, he was a former navy seal or a marine and he was going to actually going to kill the girl who had threatened me, if she continued or made any attempts to report my story.
..................
Yeah, when I saw that I was like...NO WAY! I had it deleted
promptly - both of them and I wanted nothing to do with it. The story is still up there but I haven't heard anything from either party since then.
I worry about stalkers. I have had people send me cards saying how much they love me and all the like and if I don't know you and you keep sending them to me over and over again...it begins to bug me. I have a right to feel that way, don't I?
Maybe I am becoming too jaded with reviews these days. I am not really sure. I see authors these days that write 'If you don't review, I am not writing anymore!' and I wonder to myself if they write purely for reviews or for the love of the craft itself.
Being able to write is a talent in itself, one that I love and will not take for granted. It's not as easy as it looks to sit down and churn out something that people will enjoy without YOU the author enjoying what you are putting down. I enjoy writing and everything I post out there is something that I long to share with others. I might not get ten million reviews as I used to, but the passion does not die inside of me.
And to those who do read this drivel *lol* and who have taken the time to read my stories and to give me encouragement or to let me know just how much they mean to you...that indeed is the greatest gift that a writer could ever get.

Eh? I am not dead yet, Medli-chan *lol* I am here and still being a lazy ass about writing in my journals lately. Argh! My Naruto muse isn't cooperating with me lately. :( Maybe you could give me some inspiration. ^^
Glad you could find the time to come online, Martine. Just don't get into trouble for playing hooky, okay? ^_^
And looky who dropped by! *pounces on her little sister* ZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!!!! Thanks for the lovely card, girlie!
I was planning on writing something useful for the page, but I've completely forgotten O_o;; When I remember it, I will be sure to jot it down. *lol*

So, I got my new cell phone today - a Motorola T722i (with camera)- with my 0 dollar back rebate...which basically means it's a freebie...when you do that math of which I have no strength to compute at this time.
Gah! I am tired! Been on my damn feet all day smiling and grinning at people like a maniac. It's so hard to act all cordial and the like when you actually feel like telling them to 'Hurry up already and just give me the damn money! There are ten million people behind you!' Okay, so maybe that was harsh, but hey, I usually lose it after the sixth hour behind a cash register.
The only thing keeping me sane is that I am being paid for this stuff, otherwise...nah, I don't wanna know.
Hmmm...what else? Oh yeah...*eyes all the gizmos and gadgets in front of her. I don't even know how to get half of these things fixed in. I'll have to ask my brother-in-law to help me out now. *whispers* And I so don't want that to happen.
Okay, once I am done installing this baby, I am going to take tons and tons of pictures of me naked and send them to the FCC so that they can have a private investigation done on me or something.
DAMN HYPOCRITES!!!
My whole take on the Janet Jackson controversy...they should give it a damn rest already. That's what.
Alright, I am off to pay homage to my bed. Nighty night!

And you wonder why I WUV Peacemaker Kurogane. :D Oh my goodness! Episode 17 is the best...and counting.
Stolen, swipped and dissected from Adrii-chan's site!

When I heard this one I swear a million and one evil things went through my mind at what EXACTLY those two were doing in there all evening. O_o;;

This is Evil Okita. A clone (well not really, but hell! you have to watch the show to understand what's going on.) Either way, the guy talks in the most 'telling' of ways sometimes. *gaydar going off right about now*

As Adrii pointed out, this was a very 'Awwww' moment for me too. *lol* I found myself screaming 'Go hug him like you REALLY want to! Damn it!' Don't worry, their moment will come soon. :D

Oh, now this scene had me doing a double take and then some. And then evil boy goes about saying 'I am not your boy lover' or something along those lines afterwards. *grins* What can I say? I love stuff like this!

Just when I thought there would be no hope for new shows to get interested in this season, along comes Gokusen :D
It follows the tale of a young female teacher who is in charge of a class of thugs. Sound familiar? Yup! It's almost like GTO, but not quite. See, the main character, Kumiko, is a daughter of a Yakuza (mafia) and will head the family when she's older, but for now, she teaches - I guess just for fun.
She kicks butt and is tough to deal with especially when she forgets that she's supposed to be keeeping her identity a secret and goes into a rant about 'being a Family' and 'not being worthy of being chosen as a member' and all of that good stuff.
It's funny and pretty damn snappy. The animation is not exactly the best in the world, but I will forgive it only because they actually have a bish in the show!
*squeals at Sawada Shin-chan*

He's the smartest, coolest and most popular guy in school. He has a hint that the teacher might not be all that she seems. And as much as I want those two to develop some kind of romantic interest, I really don't see it happening. :(
The show was a manga and then a J-drama before it came to the screens as an anime show. Apparently, it's been on for a while. ><;; Anyways, I am glad I decided to give it a shot. I really like it's lightheartedness and this should be a keeper.
'
For more info on the show, you can check out this site:
Home Page
Or this one: Fan Site
According to the fansite, the seiyuu for Shin is the same person that did Kamui's voice in X. W00t! That's plenty good enough for me! *lol*

Mwahahahahaha! Didn't think I could pull off a 4x1 story, did ya, Zan-Louise chan! :p *tackle glomps* I am glad you liked it, sweetie. I was really beginning to think I had gone off the deep end with the somewhat fluffy ending *whimpers* But hey it turned out alright in the end, ne? :D
For those wondering what the heck we are talking about, it's a story I promised...well, Zan sorta semi-challenged me to write it and I figured I would give it a shot. You can find it here.
To answer your question about my homepage...well, the person hosting me discovered that the server had gone kaput on her. So basically kiyasama.blue-black.net is no more. But have no fear! My old site at geocities is still running. I hardly update that anyways ><;; All the new fics can be found on The Story Shop.
ZAN! We need to talk about ebil Streamload ><;; I can't upload any of my movies on there. I have sent like three already and it never uploads. And we were supposed to chitchat on YIM today, but I haven't seen you around for a while. I am worried, girlie. So let me know what's going on, okay? :(

Yay! About time I had some real color around here and what better way to do that, than to use my favoritest female anime character ever...Faye Valentine from Cowboy Bebop!
Credit to Edea for such a cool idea. Me loves! :D
