*Sigh* TGIF! I am so glad that it's finally the weekend (and a 3-day weekend, to boot ^^). I've been really out of it this week...Between being stressed over a deadline for notes over my term paper, VB woes, and a lack of sleep, I've not been myself lately =P

Also, it has come to my attention that I am either: a) bi-polar or b) suffering from split-personality disorder. I'm not kidding; it's really weird.

Lately, every few days or so, I've been experiencing 180 degree changes of personality. One day, I'd be happy, affectionate, etc...and the next, I'd be irritatible, distant, etc. The thing is, it seems to center a lot on Jason...on my 'hot' days, I'm affectionate; I like to hold his hand, and say I love him, etc. But on my 'cold' days, almost everything he does irritates me; whether he wants to hug me, or just be all gushy verbally...it really bugs me. I just want to slap him across the face, or stand up and scream "Don't touch me!" ........... *Sweatdrops* That can't be normal...

Granted, these little mood swings are infuriating to begin with, but of course they had to start around now; Valentine's Day, and all it's mushyness...Jason wants to go out; that's the last thing I want to do right now. Until I recover (from stress, and mood swing), there's no way that I'm going anywhere or doing anything. *Pouts* !No quiero hacer nada!

My priorities this weekend are: rest, sleep, and rest some more. Oh, and...'vi"El Mariachi" para mi clase de Espanol 2.' ('Watch it for my Spanish 2 class ^^;;)

Oh, Kami is the flu awful! On Saturday afternoon, I came down with it...Not terribly surprising, because it's been ravaging the local schools lately (some so badly that they canceled class!) It's a nasty little intestinal flu; that means lots of throwing up =P Even after the more violent symptoms subsided, it left me so weak that I could hardly get out of bed...not fun. At all. So, I've been sick all week.

Besides the flu symptoms, my Spanish 2 homework is now plaguing me. Apparently, Señora Slider tracked Jason down and gave him some work for me =P He brought it by earlier. Right now, it’s sitting on my desk, where I am doing my best to ignore it. *Sigh* Well, at least my other teachers didn’t send their assignments as well, so it could be worse.

Yet again, long time no entry =P I gotta stop doing that...

We had a short week of school this week, because of Martin Luther King Day...And, like most of the country, we are freezing! It is so cold...temperatures have been in the single digits for quite a while, and there's snow on the ground. At this point, I'm extremely grateful for my little space heater that sits beside my desk, 'cause my radiator almost never works...especially when it's this cold. For as long as we've lived here, it's never really worked properly; it'll heat when temperatures are fairly warm, but it dies whenever it gets cold =P I'm guessing it's because my room is at the back of the house, 'cause the air conditioning rarely makes it in here, either. So, I get to alternate; a big, box fan in the summer and a nice warm space heater in the winter.

I feel a bit like a soap opera lately...If you read my last post, you know how depressed I was over the matter of my boyfriend and my mother. Well, I finally gathered my courage enough to talk with her about it...I feel so much better now! We made peace...She agreed to allow me to see him, and not to interfere. In fact, we're going on a date tomorrow! *Dances happily* This will be our first real date...Before he'd come over to visit me, but my parents were always in and out of the room...the only time we actually went anywhere was when we went to the Homecoming dance last year...But, for some bizarre reason, my parents tagged along. *Sweatdrops* In our school, the parents are allowed to come and sit in the bleachers of the gym, to watch if they want to. So that wasn't much fun...So tomorrow should be a blast!

You know that I'm happy, because I've actually been considering baking a batch of cookies, so I can take some to Jason tomorrow. Anyone who knows me, knows that I do not cook...anything. I can use the microwave, and make instant ramen, but that's about it. For me to actually think about baking something...it's just kinda weird. *Grins* But, I am in a good mood!
