Wednesday, February 25, 2004 01:59 a.m.
I love Gilmore Girls. Another great episode. Lane and mum. Lane and band. Luke and Lorelai. Emily and Richard. Lorelai and Emily. wow...powerful powerful episode tonight. Except Dean. After a weak start full of exposition this season, it looks a great season.

24 though goes deeper and deeper into some unknown world. I watch because I've invested too much time to not care anymore. And next episode is March 30. A good 4 weeks break. Maybe I can rid the addiction in 4 weeks? Aahh..who am i fooling? Come Mar 30 and I will tune into it then.

I hope Latoya makes it into the finals in AI. Actually, I know she will. She is that good.

Bad stupid day today for me. Sighhhh. Lemme try telling you. First, I have a midterm today and also an essay to hand in. Ok, so I should have done this during the break but I didn't, so it's partly my fault. I rush to finish the essay yesterday when I coulda study some more. Then I when to sleep. 8.30 class. Have to wake up early. Woke up and decided to lie in my bed before really 'wake up'. wait a few minutes. Look a clock. it's just 4.56am. Apparently I thought I heard the alarm rang. Stupid stupid stupid. Ok, woke up and rush to class at 8.30. Isn't that a pain? Well, apparently the prof is sick so no 8.30 class and no need to hand in essay. I spentso much time on it and ughhh. Then my Geography midterm. Some questions i don't really know cause I don't really understand that concept. After that I have evening class; another Geog class. And this prof teach that concept that came out on the other Geog midterm I had earlier in the day and I understand this prof. So if she had taught it one class earlier or the midterm is one class later, I woulda done better. sasak.

Those ABC monkeys are stupid.
Focus on 'struggling network' and 'relatively strong ratings'.

Thursday, February 19, 2004 01:20 a.m.
Lisa was robbed, I tell you. She was the best lasy night and she didn't even make it to the finals of AI. How sad. Esp. when we dont need Matt.

And I was right. Angie's the mole and Dennis won Celeb Mole Yucatan. Now that this is over, can we continue on with more civilian mole soon? Please, abc??

Ciao

WOW WOW WOWWWW. I love tonight's Gilmore Girls. That was really good. This is what the show is about; relationships, and how one person treat another person during a crisis. Love it love it love it.

Disclamer: this paragrah has 24 spoiler and because of a certain person (*cough Tash *cough*), i will type it in white and if you want to read that short sentence, highlight it:NINA DIES. YEAH!!!!!!!! DING DONG THE WITCH IS DEAD !!!!

Ai sucks today. Don't even have the will to type my reviews. There are so bad

NOthing much now. Reading week holiday, havent done any reading yet. Except if you count Grisham's The LAst Juror :P

Tuesday, February 17, 2004 12:20 a.m.
Nothing much to say here. It's reading week, ie one week holiday, and so stay at home and do nothing is the key. I got the new Grisham book 'The Last Juror' and I'll be trying to finish it in 2 days before starting to study for stuff after the break. Been helping Sheng download Charmed episodes. Chramed, ya'll, CHARMED. I can't belive a day will come will Charmed is actually in my harddrive. This is so driving me crazy.

Also been trying to download some Coco videos. remember the days when i was obsessed with Coco Lee? hee :P

Haoot 21st birthday to Hong Sang tomorrow

Thursday, February 12, 2004 10:46 p.m.
SQEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! Kimberley Locke's debut album 'ONE LOVE' will be released May 4. SQUEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! Yes yes yes I am excited. Especially when she will cover Bonnie Raitt's 'I Can't Make You Love Me' in the album; the song she sang in AI that make me love her. SQUEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

I Heard a snippet of a song called 'Misty Moon' that Mariah recorded end of 03/ early 04 for a Japanese commercial. It's just a small sound clip (about 5 seconds) but new Mariah music. :D:D:D

In one huge drawn out episode of Friends, Phoebe got married, with Mike. 5 more episodes and next week seem like Rachel/Ross will start getting together.

Fire Omarosa on the Apprentice, pleaseeeee

So sad that Barbie and Ken broke up...sobs sobs :P:P:P

Wednesday, February 11, 2004 10:05 p.m.
A whole jumble of posts today, so bear with me. Firstly, SHUT UP JESS. That feels so much better. Loooove Gilmore yesterday. Well, except for Jess. Love Luke and Lorelai. They should get together like now. Dump Digger and Nicole for goodness sake. Dean comes back next week. One gone, another one come back. Yippee Yeah!

Now onto 24. Sherry is evil. All she does is taunting and shouting and someone dies. Whoooo. And thet glare Jack gave Nina at the end of the episode. Woot!!

AI. My opinions on the 8 yesterday:
Diana DeGarmo(I Got the Music in Me)- WOW. What a great way to start the show. She's just 16? That was absolutely unbelievable performance. The pink has got to go, though.

Marque Lynche (Wind Beneath My Wings)- I like the he change the pitch of the song to fit his vocal range. But that was just weak, with a weird arrangement.

Ashley Thomas (Crazy)- I hate people who spoil Crazy (which happen to be one of my favorite song). That was beyond horrible. Off key in a lot of places. And why is she smiling through her performance? The song's supposed to be sad.

Katie Webber (Under an Orange Colored Sky)- Good to hear a jazz song in this. A breath of fresh air. And she was good.

Erskine Walcott (Open Arms)- I'm not a Clay fan (I actually cant stand him) but he did a much better job with this last year.

Jennifer Hudson (Imagine)- I like the lower tone but no one should cover this song. No one

Matthew Metzger (Walking In Memphis)- He has a weak voice that did this song no justice.

Fantasia Barrino (Something To Talk About)- I never got the Macy Gray comparison until today but dang that was great. Bonnie Raitt would be proud. She has the charisma, she work the audience well and her voice is just so good.

My Rankings: Fantasia, Diana, Katie, Erskine, Jennifer, Matthew, Marque, . . . . . Ashley

Glad that Fantasia and Diana made it into the finals. How did Matthew get into the top 3? I am sure girls were dialing his number just for his cuteness alone. blech

Celeb Mole Yucatan. What an anticlimatic episode. I feel so cheated that they are no 3 questions game which is a tradition for the last 3 seasons. Funny that they subtitled Dennis, cause he is just so hard to understand. Well, my pick. Angie-mole, Dennis- winner and Mark-last executed. We'll see next week won't we? AND I LOVE THE SHOUT OUT TO ANDERSON COOPER. HE IS THE BEST REALITY TV HOST EVER :P

Now, my life, which is boring. Had a midterm yesterday, think I did ok. Wind was strong yesterday. brrrrrrr. Got my final schedule and it is crazy. I have 3 exams in 2 days. UGHHHHHH 2 on apr 13 and 1 on apr 14. what to do?

and btw, congrats to Winna for her engagement on Monday. :D:D:D

Sunday, February 8, 2004 11:42 p.m.
YEAH....At least I got 1 out of 4 correct for my predictions, although I am ecstatic that Coldplay won Record of the year. The Grammys was pretty great, although more so in the last hour. Yt started with a bang. Prince doing Purple Rain. WHOOOO!!!! Then stupid Beyonce comes and scream her way. Beyonce, darling, you don't scream and shout when you sing with a legend. You try to let him have the spotlight. Where's your manners? There's also 3 freaking time Justin Timberlake shows up. Like EWWWW. Why give a grammy to that over-inflated ego. SHUT UP JUSTIN!! The last hour, though, after those kids like Christina, Justin (blech!) and Beyonce (more blech) has done performing, the real show begins. The funk tribute was just fan-freakin'-tastic. Sarah McLachlan and Alison Krauss. Wow...two of the best female vocalist together. And Outkast was great great great. So is the sad Warren Zevon tribute. The Luther tribute? Meh. Celine? more blech. I was happy for a while that her mic didnt work, i mean, i love and enjoy Celine audio-less. So why does that guy go hand her another mic. And Madonna actually didn't do anything to take the spotlight that Janet stole from her last week? I mean, what's wrong with her? Isn't Britney available? And 50 cent? STupid stupid stupid. Great that Amy Lee called him fifty instead of fiddy. I mean who calls 50 fiddy. Only stupid and overrated crap like him. And no you didnt win anything. Don't go up the podium for goodness sake.

The Janet scandal is getting stupid by the minute, isnt it? Ok, she shouldn't do that at primetime. But now, people's gonna sue her for that? Gimme a break. That's just crass and tasteless. Why doesn't she sue the Superbowl because of all the violence it promotes? or all the tons of Beer commercial that was aired then?

Finishing off today. HAve fun, whatever, and I'll get back tomorrow

Sunday, February 8, 2004 05:30 p.m.
Grammy is happening in 2 hours and I am changing my prediction for record of the year from crazy in love to 'Hey Ya'. And if Beyonce wins, I'm gonna be very frustrated. But here. I've changed my predixRECORD OF THE YEAR

Wednesday, February 4, 2004 12:08 a.m.
I love Gilmore Girls tonight!!!! Lots of quirky problem but yet they move the story along very well and the shows the intricate relationship problems. Plus, the way theu bring out Lorelai's money problem is just fantastic. Now, if only Jess would leave. Oh, and...SHUT UP JESS SHUT UP JESS SHUT UP JESS SHUT UP JESS SHUT UP JESS SHUT UP JESS SHUT UP JESS

Good. Now CBS is going to broadcast the Grammys this Sunday with slight delay (which i guess is more than the usual 7 seconds delay) because of the Justin/Janet stunt on Superbowl. NICEEEEEEE

Monday, February 2, 2004 11:24 p.m.
Did anyone watched Superbowl yesterday? Yeah...the patriots win :D:D:D, but more specifically, the halftime show, which generates more publicity than the game itself. Yup, Janet's breast. She said it's done on purpose. Justin claimed it's wardrobe malfunction. MTV, CBS all denied they know anything about it. And FCC (finally, they did something right) is going into investigating it. Isn't this cool? And I though Janet is the only sane one in the family. Apparently not

Tomorrow Jesse returns to Gilmore Girls. Sigh. I hate him

Sunday, February 1, 2004 11:12 p.m.
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS WINS SUPERBOWL XXXVIII :P

more updates tomorrow :P

Friday, January 30, 2004 12:15 a.m.
I love the Spice Girls.

You didn't see that coming, did you? :P I was just listening to some of their songs and it's really catchy and fun. At least so much better than some of those pop music right now. Sure, the lyrics are pretty bad, but so is 'So Yesterday'. And they do sound better than Britney. And the infectious 'Stop' or the sweet loving 'Goodbye' is so much better than some of those 'N Sync, BSB and Westlife. 'Stop Right Now, thank you very much'.

Are men really bad or doing business or is it just those people in 'The Apprentice' (The 'Survivor' of the business world)? They lose 4 competitions in a row. how sad.

Gone now. Bye. Have a great day. whatever. Jennifer Lopez sucks and is a &%#*@ who can't do anything. ;)

Wednesday, January 28, 2004 10:05 p.m.
Shock and clueless. That's how I feel now. If you remember, I put down Keshia as my mole suspect last week. Guess what? She's gone this week. Gone. Executed. Darnnnnn. Am I back to square one or what. 4 more players next week. 3 more episodes until I found out who the mole is. Right now, my mind is in a shambles and can't come up with a suspect

Speaking of TV, In Gilmore Girls yesterday, Lan finally grew a backbone and leave her home, her mother. Yeahhhh!!!! It was a very well-done scene between Lane and MamaKim and it's just great to finally have a story moving in last show (remember my post last week when I was lamenting?) And Jess returns next week. sigh!!! Lauren Graham is still hot though

More Tv news (complain, actually), a girl audition today and said she's singing 'Swing Love Sweet Chariot' by Beyonce. Beyonce!!! Stupid girl. Don't sing a song if you don't know who originally sang it. Blech

A 30 second commercial during the Superbowl cost .2 million.

Still cold cold cold cold cold. 7 records broken in saskatchewan yesterday including the lowest temperature in saskatoon. I am dying.

Wednesday, January 28, 2004 02:16 a.m.
Did I tell you it's cold yesterday? Well, lemme tell you it's colder today. -30C+ plus a windchill of sometimes -50C is crazy crazy crazy crazy freezing freezing freezing freezing cold cold cold cold cold cold cold cold cold cold cold cold cold cold colddddddd.COLD COLD COLD COLD COLDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Monday, January 26, 2004 10:42 p.m.
It's cold cold cold cold freezing cold today...crazy, i tell you..crazy...Tempretaures drop to -30C..gila..I am turning into a popsicle soon. hehe

Ok, that last paragraph was pretty random, sounds a lot like me. Cos this whole post is gonna be very random. I mean, I have nothing to say here.Lots of assignments all be handed in tomorrow. So busy, crap, whatever

BTW, someone found this site by searching Brad Paisley on yahoo. Find that funny. If that's you, hi, welcome to my whack world.

Ciao

Sunday, January 25, 2004 08:58 p.m.
Why does people care about the stupid freakin' overhyped Golden Globe Awards? seriously!!! It's given by an association with only 92 members, and their credentials aint even great. So, whatever, HOLLYWOOD FOREIGN PRESS. And shut up, NBC. Stinking freaking crap awards. BTW, the 92 members of that crap association pick 24 as best drama. Coming after the trainwreck that is season 2 and a comical and weird season 3. Stupid stupid people. And seating those Tv people so far from the podium so the overrated film industry can be nearer. That shows what double standard people treat Tv. Seriously, which is harder? Giving a consistent preformance for months and even years, or scenery chewing for 1 1/2 hour. Blech

In other news, shout out to Sheng for the help. I'm sure this wont be the last time but again, thanks. I'm going off ranting and fuming now.

Sunday, January 25, 2004 01:01 a.m.
You can now mail me your comments/concerns and crap. That form aint that great cause of stupid ads but whatever. I'm frustrated and I need sleep, so bye.

And do email me if you wanna donate though

Saturday, January 24, 2004 10:56 p.m.
To everyone. I just found out that my PC might not be compatible for The Sims 2. Now for those people who don't know, Ilove the Sims, find it one of the best PC game ever (like I actually play other PC game). Now that the Sims 2 which looks so much cooler is coming out soon, I need a nice PC that can actually played the thing. Mine is from the dinosaur age (actually i just need to upgrade my video card and up my CPU speed). So anyone please help? A little donation will do. Love you guys...KCS

Saturday, January 24, 2004 12:35 a.m. I am planning from now on not to post on Friday, but my Friday post will consist of my fave songs of the week. But I'll just like to comment one thing about the breakup of Bennifer. Now, I don't really want to post about them because that's giving them attention, something they want but it's just so funny that the media are going 'oh, i know they will break up ' or 'i know they won't get married' now that they have announced their separation when about half a year ago, everyone's gushing about how in love they are. Are the media outlet and gossip column now so gullible? OR are they just doing all these 'news' because that's what the audience want to hear. Cause that's just so sad and more proof that those tabloid-y National Enquirer, Entertainment Tonight are just crap. And the same goes to people who is popular because of hypes and media stunts (Jennifer, Britney and all those untalented creatures). When will we go back to times when the only thing we count on is talent?

Saturday, January 24, 2004 12:10 a.m.
1- Sara Evans "Perfect"

2- Brad Paisley "Little Moments"

3- Kimberley Locke "8th World Wonder"

4- Sugababes "Too Lost In You"
