Today
Yeah. Summers are weird. Seriously. Like, sometimes, during school, you can't find time to blog, but during summer, there isn't much to blog about if you don't do anything, right? Well, ohkay, knowing me, I'll find SOMETHING to say. Seriously. Just. Random stuff. Today was pretty fun, though!
Firstly...we went to Nogales this morning. And we didn't think we'd be there for too long, but yeah, we were. Yuuki was being annoying, and he was trying to get me to listen to songs on his iPod, but I didn't want to xD A lady was staring at us...but we weren't being loud or annoying. She was just staring.
Then! Finally, after leaving Nogales at like 10:00, my mom dropped me off at school. I really thought our whole Conduct of Meetings team would be there to practice for the competition, but I'm kinda glad they weren't. It was only me and Luisa. Ashley and JJ were there, and of course, Mrs. Hester. But Ashley left. And JJ was able to critique Luisa and me, so we'd know exactly what to do to improve our public speaking. We also fed the fishies...and watered the garden. Actually, I left right when we were doing that, but I did manage to get drenched because JJ opened the valve too much and Luisa accidentally let go of the hose....
By the time I got home, it was about 1:00. Nothing interesting for a while, just did a little homework, ate ice cream, played DDR (xD Yuuki tried Heavy mode and it was HILARIOUS), and then...Yuuki put the KHII secret ending clip on his iPod to show Omar (our cousin. Remember that! Lol).
So right now, I'm blogging. Because Yuuki's with my dad and Pharaoh. And the only reason I don't go is because something bad ALWAYS happens when I go. Like...Yuuki'll throw rocks at me and we'll end up fighting. Or we'll climb up rocks and I'll beat him, and we'll end up fighting. Or there was that one time I fell when we were climbing rocks and he laughed at me, so we ended up fighting. Pretty much, we'll end up fighting. Lol.
Right now, I think I'm gonna go work on the webbie or something. So more later! Ja matta ne!

School's Out!
Wow. School's over. I can't believe how quickly this year passed....
I won't be bored this summer, though, that's for sure. If I ever think that I have nothing to do...I've got my homework T_T Yup Yup. There's The World that Trade Created, which I have to write a summary for. Two paragraphs per story (and every story is about 2-3 pages long), so that's about...60 pages (30 front and back). Plus an email that relates two of those stories to current events. Then there's Farenheit 451, which sounds like a super good book. The assignment isn't too bad...just a three-page essay. And we have to read another novel of our choice (that's on the pre-approved AP reading list...), and write a five-page summary realating to symbolism, themes, whatever. So it's not too bad. I guess what really bugs me is the AP World History homework, but it's not that bad. I mean, for only 178 pages to read, that's pretty easy. but it IS a lot of information to retain...
Ohkay. OFF the topic of homework! Woo! It's summer. Saying "See ya later" hurt a lot more than I thought it would. Only for some people, though. Like Nikki, I knew nothing would happen between us, and I knew we'd be in touch. Of course, I'll be lonely without her, but it wasn't a big deal, since we're so close. Mr. Rodriquez was a little tough. He won't be my teacher next year, and he's like a dad to me (sounds kinds weird, but it's awesome). It wasn't too bad, though, since I'll be seeing him this summer anyway, and we're definitely gonna keep in touch. Then...the Millers. That hurt. A lot. It was tough to give them a hug, thinking it'd be the last one.... It was tough to watch them leave. But...we didn't say good-bye. And I guess that really helped. They told me "We'll see ya later", not "Bye". Ben's coming back next year, anyway, since he's turning 18. So I know I'll definitely see him. Hopefully I'll see Mark, too. Mark...yeah, he was a little negative about the whole thing xD Lol.
In three months, I'll see most of everyone. I'm really excited about starting my sophmore year. I loved being a freshman, though. So far, it's been the best year. I really think the people had a lot to do with it. The experiences, too...it was so much fun. But sophmore year will be great, too. I'm gonna get to work with the most awesome officer team for FFA. And we're gonna kick everyone's butt at homecoming and pep rallies! Woohoo!
Gonna go read now. Heheh. More later! Ja!

Finals
Wow. I'm studying for finals...and it's tough. Honestly, I'm not too worried about Monday at all...ohkay, just a tiny bit, but still. I've got my ABS I final and my Business Tech I final on Monday. The thing that worries me for ABS is knowing the tissue type in each organ, especially since I have trouble understanding...say like...stratified cuboudal epithelial tissue...yeah. I know what all of them are, I just don't know what goes where. I'm not worred about Business Tech. Even if I totally bombed it...actually, even if I decided not to TAKE it...I'd still end up with a B.
Tuesday...ugh. That's the tough day. I've got Geography and English. So yeah, it's scary. I'm studying for my Geography final right now, since I've forgotten a lot of the map stuff. My English final...of course I'm gonna worry about, since it's a pretty tough class.
Wednesday. Last day of school. Easy finals. It's Geometry and PE. PE is so super easy. Like seriously. And it's gonna be mostly true/false questions anyway. And Geometry, well, we took a practice final, and Nessa and I got everything right! It was pretty easy.
Good thing is that I have early release at 10:30 every day. It's a little sad to be leaving my freshman year, though. I do have to admit that...
Oh. One more thing. Not school related. I've chosen my June layout. But it isn't my beautiful Duo one -_- I chose a different one. And it could be just because I'm going to Disneyland -hint hint- Lol. My July layout, I still don't know. Could by the KaixTala layout or my Duo layout. Not sure. Anyway, more later! Ja ne!

I Flooded Altador.
Grr. Altador is seriously starting to make me mad. Yup yup, the Neopets plot. Geeze. Ohkay, seriously, if you aren't on Neopets, then this won't make sense. So skip this paragraph...but if you're on Neo, feel free to keep reading! Lol. Anyway, I'm on the Protector constellation and I can't get past the Water Plant! Geeze. I've flooded Altador THREE TIMES. Lol. Well, then again, I did say to Yuuki once that I wouldn't CARE if I flooded Altador, since I was so mad. And then at least something would have happened. Anyway, I'm stuck. And just out of curiosity, is the water supposed to be in the pipes or in the tanks? Yeah...so I'm frustrated. I've been messing with the levers and pumps for...well, since the constellation was FOUND on the plot board. So that's a long time. Or it seems like it....
Ohkay! Off the subject of Neo now...well, then again, the main idea of this entry IS Neo, but what the heck. There's only a few days of school left. I think seven.
OH. I found out this weekend...I need my wisdom teeth pulled >_< I'm scared. Heheh. Lol. JJ was out of school for like three days when he had his pulled, but then again, he could have just used the surgery as an exuse to MISS school. Nah. It's JJ. So yeah.
Stupid. Water. Seriously, I wouldn't care if Altador got flooded again. At least the water's MOVING. UGH!
Anyway, more later, I guess! Ja matta ne!

Ap World History...Mostly
Ugh. Too. Much. Homework >_<
Well, okay, this weekend wasn't TOO bad. I had to finish reading Romeo and Juliet, but it was only a few pages. Then I had to finish a worksheet on characters from the play. And I had to outline the first paragraph of my analysis. But what I really hated. What took me more time than anything...was the Powerpoint presentation for my business tech class. It's so POINTLESS =P Lol. I guess I think it's a waste of time because I know how to use Powerpoint. Yeah.
Err...I'm definitely gonna have a summer assignment. For AP World History next year. It won't be too bad, since I won't have a lot to do the first week or so of summer. And then my field trip and I can take a break. And then I'll have some time again until we leave for Cali! Hopefully I'll be done by then, since we're leaving in late June. According to Mr. Rodriquez, it's probably gonna be a reading assignment. It'll kill me, but I really don't wanna let Mr. Rod down. He didn't exactly give me a choice when he put me in AP. And if it IS just reading, then I won't have a problem with it. I was planning on reading some of the books I haven't had a chance to read yet, since Harry Potter isn't done yet...but they can wait! It's just reading. So it won't be too bad. Besides, it could be interesting. And I know I'm gonna see Mr. Rodriquez this summer, since he's gonna chaperone the field trip...knowing him, he'll ask how the assignment's going. So yeah, no problem! Woo!
Anyway. It won't take time away from me. Every summer, I get up early in the mornings, just to go outside, hang out with Pharaoh, and read. It's quiet. Except for birds and the occasional wind, of course. I like it that way...
I just made myself happy! Lol. And I just realized Jay hasn't called me back yet. I hope he doesn't call when I'm asleep. I'll be cranky. Lol. Well, it's late. Oyasumi!

Randomness! Fwee!
Wow. Only...errhm...11 more days of school. So that means only 10 more days with each teacher...yeah. It's not that much. I mean, it's almost already Wednesday...and then it'll be 10 more days. This is seriously unbelievable. I looked back and realized how many amazing things have happened this year....
Did I mention the FFA memories? Yeah, I think I did in an entry from last month. But seriously. It's so hard to believe that freshman year is almost over. I'm gonna miss everything. My freshman year was awesome...the classes were pretty fun (at least most of them). The teachers were absolutely AMAZING, and I honestly don't think I could have chosen better teachers.
On the bright side! Mr. Rodriquez is still gonna be our class advisor! Woohoo!! That's gonna ROCK! And since I'm pretty active with everything the class does, I'll still get to see a lot of him! AND! If I stay in the honors English program, I get to see Mrs. Bristow for my junior year! Woot!
Yeah...everything's gonna be different next year. But I'm really looking forward to it, ya know?
Summer's gonna be super fun, though. I'm gonna be at California longer than I've stayed for ANY vacation EVER. And we're going to Disneyland. It's super cool, I already know the exact date we're going, too! I was online, looking up the Disney schedules to make sure they had EVERY show I wanted see xD Come on, it's for my 15th birthday, and whenever we go to Disneyland, no one EVER believes me when I say "Waiting for the fireworkds for two hours is worth it!" And I meant it, too. We got there like ten minutes before the fireworks started last year, and then Omar, Yuuki, my Tia, and my Mom all agreed that the fireworks would have been worth the wait. And then when I say "Let's go through here, it's a shorter way around, so we can eat sooner," they don't think I know what I'm talking about. I've been to Disneyland enough times to know EXACTLY what I'm talking about! This year we're doing things MY way...and I'm so gonna kill them -evil grin- Heheh. I go crazy at theme parks ^_^
Yeah. Well...I'm gonna go...call someone! More later, then! Ja ne!

New Layout!
Omg. School's almost over. It's kinda hard to believe, ya know? Well...let's see. I have a test to study for tomorrow...but I think I'll do okay. And then...let's see. I've still gotta finish my math homework, but I can do that during advisory. This week we're pretty much gonna spend working on our analysis essays for Romeo and Juliet. Oh, and I have a geography paper due. On the bright side, it's almost the end of the year, and pretty soon this'll all be over! Yey!
Oh. New Layout! How's it look? I'll have time to make my own layouts this summer. I hope...heheh. I made a Duo one especially for June, especially for my birthday, and I love the way it turned out. I think I'll put the KaixTala layout back up for July. The colors are so BEAUTIFUL, and I LOVE the way that layout turned out. Plus, it fits the monsoon season. So yeah. But anyway. This layout is pretty cute, I think. And it fits with Romeo and Juliet, since I'm so into that right now. I have to admit, the orange is a little hard to read...but maybe it's just my laptop, who knows? I'll try it out on my computer. So yeah.
Ohkay! We're going to Disneyland in June! The exact date...as of right now...is June 28, which is one day after my birthday. We were gonna go the 26th, but they won't be showing Fantasmic! that day...so no. And since it's my 15th birthday, it's a big deal to everyone. Including me! I'm expecting calls! Lol.
Anyway, more later! Ja ne!
