We went on a field trip to weld yesterday at Baboquivari High School! It was super super fun! I didn't really like wire welding, but arc welding was fun. A little tough, but it was fun! And I have to admit I was pretty good at welding! I loved using the torch. It was so much fun cutting the metal! I loved it! And it was super fun cause I made a new friend xD His name's Auggie! I had seen him before, but I didn't get to meet him until yesterday. He's super fun, and we laughed a lot! He laughed at me a lot, actually, when I was able to cut through the metal and made it fall all the way! Sometimes I did it too slow and the ends of the metal welded back together, or I went too fast and it didn't cut all the way through. So Auggie helped me out a lot! It was fun, and I'm glad I met him; he's a super cool guy!

Cisco helped me out a lot for everything else! He was so much fun to be with! He helped me a lot for the arc welding; I couldn't get it until he helped me out. He was super sweet! Cisco, you're so awesome! I love you ^_^ He laughed at me a lot on the bus. I looked for a huge yellow truck that I lost, and I couldn't find it. It's scary when you see something there one second and the next it's gone! Honestly, how do you lose a huge yellow truck? Yeah xD

Erm. I'm obsessed with Fruits Basket right now! I lvoe that show! It's too cute! I'm not sure I wanna read the manga, but I love the show! Which is probably why Amaya chose to play Yuki in the roleplay....

Ohkay. So we started a roleplay as our guild activity. Actually, no. Mika did xD Lol. Anyway, I have a feeling this roleplay/fanfic is gonna be tons of fun, so I'll post it up for the heck of it! Yay!! Black is Yuuki, pink is Yahoo, purple is Mika (her English is getting super good, right, Aya?), and I'm the default font xD Lol. It's a Valentine's roleplay/fanfic more or less, so we mixed up the series ^-^ Also, these posts haven't been altered. Well, once Yahoo posts, I might edit her grammar so it's easier to read, but I won't change the words or anything like that.

We do not own any original anime characters, only our own made-ups! Do not steal our made-ups or our written work! Original anime characters (Yuki Soma, Hiei, etc.) are copyright (c) to their respective owners.

Anyway, let's try the character intros first:

Information: Misa is very loud and always has something new planned. She can be very loud!

Information: Nickname is Prince Yuki. He is very polite and quiet. His curse has not been lifted yet.

Name: Zakuro (or Zaki for short)
Age: 15
Information: Quiet. Tranquil. Peaceful. Loves taking pictures and videos; usually carries her camcorder/camera with her. Has tons of scrapbooks with memories at home. An expert with computers.

Name: Hiei
Age: Unknown (appears 16 or 17)
Information: Generally cold, but would go to great lengths to protect those who have earned his loyalty (except for possibly Tai).

Information: Older Brother to Mai, reads quite a lot, tranquil, doesn�ft say much unless he needs to.

Age: 14
Information: Always smiling, pure of heart, very active (sports), has extremely good luck, never gives up on things.

Name: Ryo
Age: 14
Information: Really quiet guy. He's always listening to his music which is usually metal or rock. He's not totally punk, but he kinda dresses in black a lot. His role model is Hiei. Has a crush on Mai for some strange reason.

That's all our characters so far! Here's how the story's going right now:


Zaki walked along the sidewalk with her camera in her hand, taking pictures of the snow-covered streets and trees, of the urban surroundings hidden by winter's frozen tears. She smiled softly and rushed to the park, holding her white coat closer to herself to avoid feeling the rush of cold air.

"I thought I'd find you here!" she exclaimed, looking up into a snow-covered sakura tree. "Aren't you cold, Hiei?"

"Hn. Aren't you cold? What are you doing here?" the apparition asked, looking down at the human girl.

"I was taking pictures, but I really came to bring you this," she smiled, holding Hiei's black cloak in her hands. "I thought you'd need it if you planned on being out here in the snow." Zaki grinned as Hiei landed beside her and snatched the cloak from her hands.

"Are you stupid? You probably need this more than I do!" Hiei snapped at her with a grimace. He sighed heavily and put it on, shivering slightly as he felt the snow inside his coat melt against the warmth of his clothes and reach his skin.

Zaki smiled and took Hiei's picture with the snowy tree behind him. Her white coat was a supplicant to the ashen scenery, to the whiteness that surrounded them. The only things that contrasted with the snow, the only things visible were her long, dark hair, and Hiei's entire self.

"Is that the only reason you came?" Hiei asked in a softer tone than he had spoken before.

Misa walked inside the house where she lived with her friends. Only Yuki Soma was there. She looked for the others but when she could'nt find them she asked Yuki, "Do you know where Hiei and Tai are?"

Yuki was preparing breakfast. He told her, "I believe Hiei went to the park Miss Misa. Why do you ask?"

Misa told him, "Is he going to tell Zaki that he's her brother?"

Yuki told her, "No. I don't understand why you don't want Zaki to know."

"I don't want things to change! Where is Tai?" Misa asked polietly.

"I'm not sure where Tai is. He is probably with Mai but I'm not sure. He'll show up soon."

"I hope so." Misa said quietly with a blush.

Wow. This morning, I woke up early. Just a half hour, but still, I woke up earlier. As soon as my dad left, I ran to turn the light on outside and see what it looked like. Oh my goodness. It had snowed all last night. I screamed and my mom kinda ran in and told me to be quiet so I wouldn't wake Yuuki up xD Lol.

I kinda hoped there wouldn't be school today, but there was. I didn't mind too much, though. It was probably better that there was school. On the way there, the mountains and hills and trees looked amazing. You know how those winter and Christmas postcards look with all the hills and valleys full of trees are completely covered in snow? Multiply that by like 1000 and you'll get what I saw. Since I live in a place that's basically nothing but valleys and hills, that was all I saw. I'm serious, I have never seen anything so gorgeous in my life. It was breathtakinly beautiful. All around, all you could see what white, white, white, everywhere was white. I can't even describe the beauty! It's super pretty here, and we never get snow. I guess that seeing snow was a super big deal for me.

So at school it snowed, we had snowball fights. Yeah xD It snowed a lot during lunch. A LOT!! I just sat outside in the snow, watching it, enjoying it. It was amazing.

Anyway, it's kinda late. So I'm gonna go. More later. Ja!

Oh my goodness. It's beautiful. It's been snowing for like three hours and I just can't believe how gorgeous it is! I can't keep my eyes off it. I love it.

It's really amazing to watch it. It kinda relaxes me. And that's definitely something I needed.

Right now, I'm texting with Cisco! Yay! He's on the way home from Tucson right now. It's snowing there, too! How awesome is that! I'm super glad that Cisco and I started talking. He's a super cool guy! And I know he's really sweet, too. I don't really get to see him a lot, so we mostly text, but it's okay. It's still communication, right xD

Anyway, I'm gonna go watch the snow. It's really...beautiful. It's amazing. I get the feeling of peace. Tranquility. Innocence. Putiry. It's just something amazing. I love the snow. It makes me...happy.

Hmm. I should be doing homework right now before we go out. But I won't xD It's just that the book we're reading for English is so horrible, and I honestly have absolutely no idea what's going on. We have to fill out a comprehension worksheet, and since I don't comprehend anything, I can't fill it out! We're having a test tomorrow that consists of vocabulary and, again, comprehension. I'll do fine on the vocabulary part, at least I hope so. Not the rest of it. Honestly, I wish the teacher would go over this with us! And I'm not the only one who doesn't understand the book; no one in the class does. Oh, and I have to make up a math test tomorrow, too. I bombed it, so I decided I'd go in for tutoring. I'm glad I did, becuase Mr. Peters asked me if I wanted to make up the test. I feel a lot better about the material now. Thank you, Jake <3 I wonder how annoyed he got xD

Let's see. Yeah, I'll probably spend most of the day trying to understand 29 pages of the book just to be able to finish my homework. Oops, I forgot I have a reading due for my world history class, too. Grr. I did a lot of my history homework yesterday, but it's not due until Wednesday. I'm glad I did it yesterday, though, otheriwse I would have had to spend most of tomorrow and Tuesday finishing up, and I can't because I have to stay after school both days. It's okay, though! It's fun! Not the homework. Heck no. The staying after school ^-^

I'm just trying to kill time here. Heheh.... I know that as soon as I start my homework, we'll have to leave, so there isn't really a point. I'll open my backpack and turn on my laptop, but that's as far as I'll get (I'm on the family computer right now). We're gonna leave in like 10 minutes, and I can't get through reading even one page, not if I try and COMPREHEND >_<

Ohkay. The substitute teacher we had on Friday. He was the worst substitute I've ever had. I had him twice last week. Grr. I've never hated anyone as much as I hate that sub. Really. He's such a jerk, he shouldn't even be a sub. He's a control freak, and he's really stupid about it, too. Then again, so are we. He only subbed for my honors classes, and all of us are too afraid of Mr. Peters to disrespect the sub, and we were too chicken to say anything in our English class. It's not that we're afraid of the teacher; she's cool. We were just afraid we'd get in trouble with Mr. Peters and the stupid sub xD Anyway, like I said, he's a control freak. We can't say two words or we'll get in trouble for it. I remember Estevan asked why his "F" on the word "Friday" was backwards. It's the way he is; he's always joking around. The sub told him to shut up and put his head down and they'd get along fine. Mrs. Bernal clearly left directions on the board that said we were to work in groups in order to see if we could better understand the novel and to get a head start on our homework. Every time we asked, he responded, "I'll decide when you get into your groups". So we waited until there were eight minutes left of class. Stupid jerk finally told us, "I'm enjoying the silence." Diego told him there were only eight minutes left, and he said, "Fine, get into your groups." Really, was there a point in that? Eight minutes isn't enough to discuss the worksheet. I was telling my partner how much I hated that sub and how much he was a jerk and whatever. She told me that he was looking right at me, and I guess I was talking kinda loud. But there is somethingk nown as freedom of expression, freedom of speech! I wasn't talking to him, I wasn't assaulting him! I didn't even know he was listening or that he could hear me! What could he do, send me to the office? For what?! I wasn't directing my comments at him, I didn't inted for him to hear them! Why would he send me to the office, for me saying he was a jerk and that I hated him? I wasn't using profanity, I wasn't doing anything wrong. I wouldn't have cared if he had sent me to the office. In fact, I would have happily taken a referral! I know I would have been able to fight my way out of that situation! Our student handbook clearly states that we have the right to claim freedom of speech! Really! I bet he reported me to Mrs. Bernal, but I don't care. I wasn't doing anything wrong, he was the one eavesdropping and listening in to somethign that really wasn't any of his business. He shouldn't care what students think about him, right? Other teachers don't! They live with it day in and day out! Thay know that there's a lot of students that don't like them, but they don't do anything about it! They can't change the students' opinions of them! I will laugh if he reported me to Mrs. Bernal. Honestly, he'd be an idiot, a complete moron to do something like that.

Okay! So I'm super excited to see what happens sixth period tomorrow. If he didn't report me, he's smart. If he did, he's an idiot, and I'll make sure that teachers request that they don't get him. It's not at all that I'm afraid of getting in trouble. I mean, what can they do? I'm just eager to say the way his mind works.

And I'm still super happy xD I'm gonna to turn on my laptop. Maybe we'll leave soon ^-^ Lol. Ja ne!

Yeah. New layout! I don't have time to make my own anymore. I'm swamped with homework this weekend, and that's no fun. I guess it's not entirely bad that I didn't go to mini-camp. I still wish I coulda gone, but it's alright.

Let's see. I really think this layout is super cute. Since this is really my first blog of the year, that means I haven't been updating xD Lol. And that means I'll probably keep this up for February, too, unless I decide to use the Case Closed Valentine's layout. I dunno. I guess it depends on whether or not I have the time to edit it and put it up again. But anyway, I like this layout. It matches my PJs! Yay! Lol.

Hmm. Not a lot to say. When the year started, I was super insanely sick and that was really no fun. And then school started when I was getting better, but school was no fun. It's just kinda like...all the girls in the FFA were being weird, or maybe I'm the one who was being weird. I dunno.

But right now I'm super happy! Yay!! I haven't been this happy for a while!

Desai gave me an application for a summer college course at ASU. I'd love to attend, but I don't think I can. The first dates overlap the day's I'll be in Japan and my SLC trip. That means that only one course is available to me. Assuming I got accepted and assuming I got placed into the course that doesn't conflict with our plans, it would take a lot to convince my mom to let me go. She's kinda...I dunno. Overprotective? Yeah, that's the word ^^ I love her, but I kinda wish she'd let me do things on my own. We're super close, and she's really cool all the time. My friends and I can talk to her like she's one of us, and that's something super special. But...when it comes to letting me go to camp for five to eight weeks, she freaks out. So we'll see how things go. I have to let the subject die with her, probably until mid-February. Even if she says no, I'll still submit the application and take the placement test. If I get placed in a course that's okay time-wise, then I have a lot of convincing to do. If not, or if I don't even get accepted well, I guess problem solved! It's not exactly a good thing, but I'd rather avoid fights with my mom if I can help it. I don't wanna disappoint Desai (or myself, for that matter), but if I can't...I can't.

Hmm. I'm hungry. I feel like a salad! So I'm gonna go eat xD More later! Ja matta ne!
