The Pink Layout
(aka Lisa's server is down and she's pissed)
Writing papers writing papers writing papers! Bio paper done, but I really need to proofread it before I turn it in. ^^; Psychology paper halfway done. (Basically pages and pages of me ranting about eating disorders...and trying to explain it with personality theories. I rant more than I explain. =P) But I have not studied for my biological anthropology test yet. It's on Thursday. Eep. O_O
But if I survive this week, spring break~~!! XD Sachiko, Melissa, you free to do anything? =D I don't think anyone else has spring break next week. ;_; Oh well.
I prefer to think I'm more of a Ryuuichi. Though Ryuuichi's ukeness is questionable. XD But with these results...hmm. I'm a hyperactive uke and a levelheaded seme? o_O
And I've managed to hurt my foot again. I don't even know how I managed it this time. >_<

*giggles* I love all the rest of the results for this quiz...
...wait, Klitch authored the quiz? Didn't she write that gorgeous Daiken fic? ...she did!! XD Hmm...maybe if she wrote a Hikago quiz, she writes Hikago fics... *giggles maniacally*
Worked with sea urchin sperm today. Watched cleavage. (Meiotic cleavage, pervert!) Realized I better get cracking on all the papers I have to finish this week. (Final draft of bio paper on snakes, paper for psychology on anorexia.) Watched Spiral 19. (Still in love with Ayumu.) Stir fry night! (I say that every Monday.) Was sympathetic ear for several people. (Aren't I wonderful?) And! Chicago was excellent. Everyone should watch Chicago. Especially if you like stage musicals. Very wow. (Tap-dancing Richard Gere!! XD) Even if I did completely loathe the main character...
Boukensha Bu setup looks great, Kenji! Stonus Marajuanis. I like that. XD And the Finger of Death! Teeheeheee! Who's Devon played by again?
(And I'll Finger of Death youtwo if melon-pan.net isn't up soon! =P)
Now, time to work and consume caffeine.

It was a slow day at the hospital today. I have no complaints, believe me. I folded a family of paper cranes! =D Several generations of them!
Yesterday, watched up to 23 of Dragon Drive. Whee, I didn't think they'd develop Sumishiba so well! I went from hating him going into the episode and wanting to go out with him at the end! XD Teehee. Guys with longish spiky hair and emo-esque eyeware make me happy. Himuro, meanwhile, is such a stalker (as Reiji points out). He has surpassed Touya Akira in stalkerness. Waaay surpassed. (*fight me!!*) Rokkaku and Daisuke are hilarious together. (*Huuggu!!*) Reiji, as always, is adorable. Now they just need to make me like Toki, and we're all done! (That shouldn't be too hard. His whole "it's all a game and I'm the main character BWAHAHA!" thing is reminiscent of someone else I know well. *koffkenkoff*) Dragon Drive isn't perfect, but it can be a lot of fun. XD
Going to see Chicago with my roommate and guyfriend tonight!! Yay, finally getting off campus! We can eat real food, too! *_* Yay! I'm hungry!

Phi: err... Princess Tutu basically has that same feel throughout. Like, surreal whacked-out fairly tale. But with good characters! Most of the time you don't even remember it's a mahou shoujo series. o_O But if Kix is forcing you to watch it, good! (I'm so happy you like it, Kix!! You're right, it's so totally the farthest thing from a war series that I could imagine. o_O) The series has to be watched all the way through to be completely appreciated...well, at least the first 13 episodes. I could see how you would be happy stopping there. Kinda like the end of the first arc of Hikago... As for Hunter x Hunter... You kinda have to get used to the fact that its setting is kinda like an alternate version of our world, mixing modern and anachronistic together liberally. Like, Leorio in a suit, tie, and sunglasses wandering around a town that looks like it belongs in a fantasy anime, and later boarding a clipper ship. (And the map of that world looks like the mangaka cut up the continents of Earth and threw them down randomly onto a sheet of paper. All mixed up like puzzle pieces. It's cool, but weird...) ...or is that what you're talking about? I guess there's other weird-out-able things in HxH... I felt the mangaka treated death really casually (in the manga-the anime is better about it) and it disturbed me a bit... And the cooking test was really, really random (but funny!)... What was it that weirded you out about it? But anyways, the interaction among the core group of characters always made sure I stayed addicted to the show. I finished all 62 episodes out in a week. XD Where are you in the series?
And POOH! to the anime club people who didn't like Princess Tutu! Pooh! I'm sure they were loud and obnoxious in deriding it. >_> Well, I don't expect anything less from a bunch of otaku watching a shoujo anime about ballet; the ballet and the mahou shoujo is all they see, not the novel treatment of fairy tales or the enjoyable character interaction or the uniqueness of the setup and atmosphere... That's why I don't go to anime club meetings any more. You always have a jackass who thinks the world would be better if they knew what his opinion was of so-and-so show was, and proceeds to give it in the most obnoxious way possible, which really ruins any show that I try to watch seriously. >_< Unless it's meant to be a really funny show that you're meant to make fun of... But anyways! Pooh to otaku in large groups!
My eye stopped twitching (for now)! Hurray! Now I'm hungry.
I want to play Final Mix. It's not gonna happen. ;_;
Imouto~o! Here is that very interesting Digimon Tamers website I told you about. XD

The lower eyelid of my right eye has been spasming (okay, maybe the word's a little strong...twitching?) regularly since last night. As in, if you look at my right eye, you can actually SEE the muscle spasming. o_O Or, more accurately, o_<. I find this disturbing. It's also very distracting, especially when you're trying to study for a Chinese test that's in (checks) a little less than two hours. Luckily, I've already studied some for it. But what if this twitching doesn't go away? ;_;
And Tutu 16 is so cutely FakiaAhiru~! <3 They're so much cuter a couple than Mute and Ahiru/Tutu... *sighs* Dadeedaa... I guess I'll catch up on Dragon Drive, after taking my Chinese test and a nice looong nap this afternoon. Naps are good. Maybe it'll make my twitches go away. o_< Reiji~!! Paku Romi ish cool. Now, if WPP puts out any Digimon 02 subs any time soon I'll be a happy little camper...
Phi! I'm eating ramen now, too. (except not RAW ramen... O_O) But there's just as much MSG anyways! So yay for being a college student! ^0^; And no wonder I like Wolf's Rain so much! Sunrise and Bones? Cowboy Bebop char designer and Yoko Kanno? Waiwai~~! Need more!
Imouto, I hope your day went better today. ;_; Sometimes you just have those sorts of days... They start off bad and just keep on getting worse. Usually they're better when you wake up the next morning, though. =D
Domain is being registered. Hopefully it'll be back up this weekend. Then I'll have a fun time fixing all my links. Joy! >_<
twitch twitch. STOP!

My layout will be pink until I get my domain back up and can link images again. =P
I'm looking forward to seeing more of Bound, Meimi!! *cheers* And I hope second semester of your senior year is as going as well for you as it did for me! (Read: didn't do much work, but had a shitload of fun!)
Wolf's Rain was so wonderful, youguys. Thank you~~! (Now you guys have to watch Princess Tutu!! XD Or Hunter x Hunter. Please watch Hunter x Hunter.) Dude, the art is so beautiful. Haven't said that about a series in a while... And yesyes, Toboe is so kyute~! I want to feed him sausages, too. ;_; And Kiba is so WOW! His hair in the opening is just so pretty it makes me want to cry, and he's just so...wolf-like. Tsume, too. How can a series possibly develop a character so well in only four episodes, dammit? >_< ...that's a good thing, don't get me wrong... And Hige, for some reason, reminds me of a chubby, genki Spike Siegel. No, I don't know either. Do CB and Wolf's Rain have the same animating company?
The post-apocalyptic feel is definitely a plus. I have a soft spot for those types of series, even though they usually depress me, with the atmosphere if nothing else... Or they could be just genuinely depressing like Now and Then, Here and There. ^^;
Ha! Got an A on my English exam! Though I'm starting to feel at a distinct disadvantage in my English class, as so much of what we're reading has Biblical references that you need to pick up on, and as I'm very agnostic and the only times I've come into contact with a Bible are when I've been stuck in a hotel room with nothing to do... Yeah, I have a moderate degree of difficulty with any allusions deeper than Noah's Ark. However, I am not complaining too much, because with my impaired knowledge I still did better on that exam than most of my ragingly Christian class. XD
Must...exercise... Lisa is getting flabby. I think it's all the Valentines Day chocolate. >_< And spring break is in a little more than a week for me!! XD WooHOO!! I'm going to (a) read through all the english Shounen Jump that's been piling up at home (b) watch lots of anime with my imouto (how does Princess Tutu and Hunter x Hunter sound?) (c) finally finish Kingdom Hearts, dammit! though my 'skills' are probably very rusty right now >_> (d) PEARL MILK TEA!! (e) GOOD CHINESE FOOD!! (f) ...umm, none yet. But I'm sure I'll think of something!
Dammit, I ordered my takeout an hour ago! I want food! ;_;
