Witch outfit was a success. Was one of few people to dress up. Got lots of 1337 1007 (aka candy) from teachers and my FAC. Met with premajor advisor, he basically confirmed everything I already knew. Didn't do much (any) homework today. Oh well.

By pure coincidence(?) I bought my new Intuos2 at the campus computer store as a way to cheer myself up (*_* is speechless with happiness at finally owning a tablet again) on the same day that I discovered the oekaki board that Phi and Kix (and KUROT!) are posting on. (dies) I want to draw!! >_< But I have to finish my wretched, wretched computer program first. And grr, tomorrow's Halloweeeenn!! I'm just gonna be a Gothy witch. ^^;; Must wake up early to do makeup. >_< Makeup takes me foreevveeerrr... And *glomps* Kix! I actually had a Jack-the-beached-whale picture too, from Umi no Hi, but I don't think he would've appreciated it if I posted it. ^^;; It's, uh, special. And it's at home anway. ^^;; Err, yeah. Program. Then maybe oekaki~!! XD Wacom tablets so rule over that tablet I had before... Even if I am $200 lighter. ^^;; okay, yeah, program.

It's been an icky yuck blah bad day. I (a) caught my umbrella in a tree (b) whacked Mary Ann with my scarf (c) knocked over a glass at dinner (d) threw 2 pieces of silverware away by accident (also at dinner) and NO there was no way I was going to dig for them (I pretended it didn't happen. >_>) Oh, and of course: I slept through my entire chemistry lecture (Maya-papaya promised to hit me with a rolled-up newspaper the next time I do that) and got royally f*cked up results on my chemistry lab. But besides that......well, yeah, nothing went really well today. Blah to bad days.

However, I remember those photos I promised to upload a long time ago? The Umi no Hi and AX pics? ...well, yeah, I finally did. ^^;; I'm too lazy to write up descriptions for them all (and what I named the files probably tells you enough in most cases XD) They're here. And yes, I'm too lazy to make an index page for them. ^^;; Well, it works, right? Anyways... If you want to use any of them for anything, go ahead! :D (And if you do nothing else, you all HAVE to check out the "Censored" picture. XD)

No more time, need to do calculus HW, but check Phi or Kix's LJ for my LJ link. And Imouto? You do NOT want to know what a seme and an uke are, and DO NOT try to find out. Thank you! :) Oh, and yes, I worked on LH. Have most of second page done; I just ended up using the original layout after all. All I have to do is find a ruler so I can draw in the box lines. So yay!! I'll definitely be finished sometime this week.

This is going to have to be a really short entry, because as usual, my professors decided Monday is the best day to have midterms. (They also make everything due on Monday. Weekends are no longer weekends. I'd say the closest thing I have to a weekend is Thursday and Friday.) But anyways, quickpost....

Daylight Savings Time r0xx0rs. XD I woke up today at what my alarm clock said was 11:30, and I winced. All that time wasted already. But no, my computer said it was 10:30! :D So yay!! I got an extra hour or two of sleep, and I got one more hour of study time than I thought I would get! :D Woohoo! I'm also happy because I got so much done yesterday. Woke up at 11:30, but still managed to finish a math assignment, go over all 6 chapters that are on my chemistry midterm, finish my chemistry prelab, find all 6 research sources for my single women/childless women research paper, finish the zipper for Ayame's white thing, and draw Yuffie! Productivity is good. I hope I'm half that productive today. >_>

Cosplay: Oh well. Masq is fun... but I guess nothing I'll ever do will ever beat the adrenaline of the Furuba skit. XD And we have so many other plans~!! Can't wait to do Yami group. XD If we can find a Tsuzuki and a Muraki or maybe even in Oriya it would be even better...but I'm sure we'll make more than enough fangirls happy. :D Oh, and I forgot last time, but Operation Lobby! XD Famine or AX? Or both? Whatelse? Oh, and thank you for belt tips, Phi! I'll look for them next time I can convince my roommate we need to go shopping... (soon, I hope. very soon. Err, first, cosplay groups? I think we have Yami, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Hikago...um...what else? Hokuto and Subaru? Is there a Chobits group? I'm planning on doing Fruits Basket again, especially for Fanime and Akitaroh Daichi, but I don't know about everyone else... All I can think of, anyway.

Ooh, hotel rates and stuff for Fanime out. Were we planning on staying at the hotel? Or commuting? And actually, who's going to be in town and who's going to be doing stuff elsewhere? (like Phi doing school during the summer. :P) Eek, I feel like such a control freak. >_< And how would we want to do AX hotel? Like last time ('SWEET!') or some other way? ...i think too far ahead, don't i?

Yuffie's belt looks just like Rikku's, except blue. And then there are the belts that hold her, uh, top up. Belts, belts, belts. And I need to make my stomach more presentable. Maybe I'll take cardio-kickboxing next semester...yes, I'm really that masochistic...) Anyways, if I do manage to get to a Garnet, I'll go around with the Final Fantasy people groups, I guess. :D

Err, yeah. Did end up finishing my calculus homework. Even understood it at the end, and was getting all the problems right first try. o_O Of course, this was at two in the morning. >_< This is what I get for leaving three math assignments to the last minute. Ooh, and I got so distracted doing it, too! I went through all the cosplay.com AX02 photos again (there was a Watari in there that I didn't notice! XD ...but no one does the hair quite right, even the japanese cosplayers that I've seen; I think it's a bit hard to make real hair look like Watari's hair. I love my wig. XD) I need to make a fabric run. I've also found that two shots of espresso in my coffee makes me reaallly alert. Probably is very not healthy for me...but anyways, I think I'll try to save up for a espresso machine. (oooh, yuppie alert!) They don't cost that much, especially if you get them at Walmart. And espresso is good. Very good. *_* I am such an addict...

So! I woke up this morning feeling nauseous, and ended up throwing up after breakfast. That should've told me how my day would go. ....okay, my day wasn't that bad, but it sounded good, all right? Anyways! Engineering test == DOH! to floating point mantissas and finding machine epsilon by hand. And yeah, it may sound like I'm babbling, but those are real things! Really! And Chemistry quiz == I hope I get partial credit. Actually, I didn't do too bad, considering that I studied maybe two hours at the most last night; I mean, studied as in, read the book, did problems, never touched the chapters before that. o_O Hell, this is review for me, okay? And my engineering test was way more important. The engineering test is like, 20% of my grade in the class, and the chemistry quiz is 10 points, and you can drop a few of your lowest scores. ^^;; So yeah, guess where my priorities lie.

So! Tests over. What does Lisa do? Lisa goes to have yummyummy warm Chinese food at the designated campus Chinese food place, which actually has Chinese people running it! The beef and bell pepper dish was very good today. *_* And then, tennis was canceled because the courts were all wet from the rain (have I mentioned that the weather here has sucked lately?) and so Lisa...took a break from studying! Because I studied nonstop during the weekend, for Engineering, and Chemistry, and even Writing; had to read a 240 page book this weekend and respond to it. (Prof liked my response. He told me so. XD I was embarrased because I hadn't proofread it, so the grammar/typos in it were atrocious...) So, break from studying consisted of Lisa finishing the mandarin-ish collar for Ayame's white undercoat, and I'm so proud of myself! (my roommate says it looks professional, and asks if I would sew stuff for her. o_O I'm so flattered it's not even funny. Because I am seriously making this up as I go along. ^^;;) Next up? Zipper! Yay. Another day... Also just babbled with my roommate alot, while I sewed. We get along so well it's not even funny. I won't be surprised if we stay roommates all four years. o_O Seriously. We're interested in the same things, we have similar and compatible personalities, we have the same types of friends... We have not had a conflict of any sort for the entire time we've known each other, and we talk about everything with each other; friends, schoolwork, ambitions, hobbies, siblings, stalkers....^^;; Yeah, she had one too. Oh, and she not only tolerates my cosplay hobby, she thinks it's cool! o_O And we have plans to give each other makeovers. O_O The list keeps on growing... And the best part is, we have lives outside of each other, so we're not clingy, and we can sense when the other needs alone/quiet. It's...perfect. Frighteningly perfect. Especially with all the roommate horror stories I hear all the time. Wow.

Squueee!!! I'm all better now, after the yuna trauma incident! *_* Because...Akitaroh Daichi is going to be at Fanime 2003!! See?? ...you know? Fruits Basket director? And Kodocha? And ohmigod, I can't believe this, but Ima, Soko ni iru Boko (Now and then, here and there) too? (The difference in tone between these shows is absolutely amazing. o_O Cute and sweet, crack-happy, and suicidally depressing? This man has range...) I have to do a good job on my Ayame costume now! So I can go to his panel and everything? And oh, I need his autograph, definitely!! And yay!!!

Um, need to study for engineering test tomorrow. And, chemistry quiz. (probably won't end up studying for it.) And, yeah. Sutff. Oh, and so happy all of you guys had so much fun at Kenji's this weekend! *_* Makes me so nostalgic. Whee, Kingdom Hearts!! Everyone's going to finish it before me. Dammit. But! I can still work on cosplay!! :D Erk, apparently the person with the wedding yuna at AX02? is doing a KH Yuffie too. >_< Er, so I have to work hard so I don't look too bad. Eep! And, and, I'm glad Phi is feeling better, and don't worry about getting settled in; I've been here, like, what, two months now, and I'm still not totally settled in; but I'm used to it. Even if you don't totally feel like you're into things yet, it's okay; occasionally you still feel out of place, but there's still familiar things that make you happy, and new people, and yeah. Fun stuff. Except for classes. But doing laundry is good! All my clothes are all warm and fluffy and smell like Bounce afterwards! :D ....and yeah. Engineering test. Okay, can do this...

i'll go be traumatized in my corner, now... and if that thing is actually real and isn't a joke square is playing on all of us, i doubt i'll play it, just because playing that will totally ruin the beautiful atmosphere of ffx for me. i have no desire to see yuna in a skimpy outfit, wielding guns. seems like some fanboy's fantasy to me. who says square doesn't pander to fanboys? (if this is real, and i hope it isn't.) i'll go finish kingdom hearts now.
