Enter if you dare: Look at Your Life Through Heaven's Eyes
Strange as it may seem, I'm actually starting to feel like the old Dreamer again. Been through some rough times and found out some things about myself that I really don't like, but now I can change them.
I want to thank my friends for all they've done for me to help pull me through. I've got some rock-solid moral support around here, and it's never been proven quite so clearly. I want to thank God for giving me those friends and my wonderful family.
The semester's nearly over, and that doesn't bode well for me, but I'm looking forward to it in an odd way. Once it's done, it's done. The time to start over completely will have come. It's going to be a good year, despite the rocky start. I can feel it. :) Thanks again, everyone.

I just want to say thank you, Kristin. You'll never imagine the help you've been to me this semester. I hope I can start being the same to you again.

...For a moment, as I die, all is quiet...like the hour before the dawn. Then a light burst into the darkness, and the nightmares fled, and the shadows were destroyed.
Whether the lips speak a word or not, a heart in pain still cries out, against all reason. And against all reason, those cries are heard, and answered. The ears are not deaf, nor weary, nor turned away. They are simply waiting.
Like a child that's broken a valuable lamp, I can only lie there in shame and fear. Like a parent whos only concern is that the child may have cut himself, He comforts me. I am shocked, and more deeply ashamed for my doubt and my hesitation.
Sick with grief, humbled by love, I can only weep and be thankful. Glory to God in the Highest...and on earth, peace...

...And nightmares dance around the room and among the shadows, whispering and chanting. "YES! We have won! He is done! Destroyed at last, we have won!"
And I cower on the floor, the object of their dark festival. I would cry out...but my cries have gone up to the same ears so many times...they must echo hollow in ears made deaf by my incessent pleas for salvation from a fate I repeatedly throw myself back to. Dance with demons and die. I am dead.
Who now will hear the cries of he who brought his doom to himself? As the shadows gather 'round hungrily, and my heart is consumed, to whom do I cry for help and mercy? I am forgetting the name...please...let me cry the name...please...

*sigh* Will this week never end? -_- When you hit rock-bottom the only place to go is back up...but man, it takes a lot of effort just to get back to your feet, let alone start climbing.
Thank you for the chat last night, Kristin. And thank you for the letter.
