No pagename. Thursday, August 7, 2003, 12:23 p.m.
"We inhabit a dark universe, one in which we use the few moments of light we are given, as points of refrence.
The blazing beauty of a tree or the magnificent calm of the sky, our treasures are obscured and overshadowed, enveloped, swallowed by the meaningless dirge, the cry of oppression, the hopeless of confused faces.
I often find mysel swept downstream by the the song's awful power humming along to it's prevailing topline: Pain."
wow. Powerful words by Daniel Bedingfield.

Papers Wednesday, August 6, 2003, 10:05 a.m.
There's this funny thing in the newspaper about 2003's funniest shirts. I like the on that goes "The secret of life: Breathe in. Breathe out. Repeat" Hahaha...funneey...
What kind of band geek are you?
You've got the mannerisms. You know the lingo. You even carry a reed in your pocket. You think band is the coolest thing since bowling team, but the only problem is you don't play an instrument. Ah well, equipment manager isn't so bad. RAWK!
Well, I guess I am. I stil have my flute and I practice, sometimes. If I'm really bored and there's nothing else to do.
And my sister is folding a piece of paper and cutting it. WHAT HAS THIS WORLD BEEN REDUCED TO?!?!?!?!?!?!

Hypersonic Monday, August 4, 2003, 10:58 a.m.
I have absolutely nothing to say except....
I am (or, was, because it finished) watching something about Ceasars Palace. It's cool. If you have your wedding there, Ceasar and Cleopatra can attend. And now a commercial is playing advertising World's Best, and I want to see the one counting down the top 10 roller coasters, because last time I saw it, HypersonicXLC was rated fourth. But I want to let you know that that was about three years ago, when I was in my dad's apartment, right before we moved into our house. It looked cool, and I vowed to never go on it. But tht was when I was still scared of coasters. Now, it seems like something I hafta do. My life depends on it. Yup, my life and happiness depends on me riding a roller coaster that goes from 0-80 in 1.8 seconds, and then goes straight up an straight down. And it's the only air-compressed launched coaster in America, or something like that. And my survival depends on it. I'll stop babbling about nonsense now...
~jimnist07, who is now going to go to the Kings Dominion website to see the video of Hypersonic. I'll be back in about 20 minutes, when I will finally realize that the short video is not the same as riding it.

"Borrowing" Sunday, August 3, 2003, 03:46 p.m.
You have no clue how unbearably hot it is outside, until you go to sell Sally Foster junk to neighbours to help raise money for you and your gymnastics team to compete. Bah. At the end of August, about two days till school starts (nooooo!) I hafta sell discout cards. For more information please contact me. SUPPORT ME AND MY GYMNASTICS!!!
Ok, coming back to life, and dropping my television-ad persona, I went to Home Depot and and stole (haha, yes) about 200 singular Behr paint samples, and got two ladies mad at me because they said that's why there is not really any paint samples left. But that was just for their thing and the sample part I was taking from had all of them full of samples, so they shouldn't get mad at me!! Should they?
This summer, I've seen three (yes, three) of my past teachers from middle school. Mr. Fairbrother (no suprise there). I saw Mrs. Lipsey at Home Depot, she was my seventh grade history teacher. And I saw Mrs. Rice at the gas station, and her and my mom talked about english next year. Scaaaaary.
I need to return to my happy place...
~jimnist07, who is still hot after being in here for 20 minutes.
la de da.... Saturday, August 2, 2003, 01:54 p.m.

Purple Cow Friday, August 1, 2003, 09:54 a.m.
Happy August.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MEG!!!!!!!!
And Ashton is watching Barney again. And they're singing that stupid song at the end about I love you, and you love me. Personally, I like my version best, but thats a whole 'nother story of which I don't want to get into. Its too complicated to explain. Yeah. Teletubbies is on next. HELP!!!!
I'm not in too good of a mood today, so I'm just gonna stay mostly quiet.
Purple Cow
I've never seen a Purple Cow,
I never hope to see one;
But I can tell you, anyhow,
I'd rather see than be one.

Pretty Song Thursday, July 31, 2003, 03:10 p.m.
I am sitting here, sucking on a Mountain Dew / Pineapple orange Slurpee, listening to this really good song called "If You're Not the One" by Daniel Bedingfield, or something like that. And I've just noticed how much it relates to me, but that's another story of which I don't wanna get into.
When we went to Burger King a couple days ago, my sister got a kids meal, and they King-sized it. So she had a HUMONGUOS Sprite and really big fries.
~jimnist07, who could be happier, but might be okay later. Maybe
Happy birthday Thursday, July 31, 2003, 11:22 a.m.

bananas? Tuesday, July 29, 2003, 10:41 a.m.
Our cable/internet was out because the cox people were re-doing their fiber optic system, and now there is this big hole in the stree... There hasn't been this much commotion since they were werking on Lee Chapel.
And since our cable wasn't working, we had to watch Barney instead of the Wiggles because Ashton was over. The last time I watched Barney was when I was five. Not only that but, the whole episode was devoted to marching band, and all I hafta say is leave it to the professionals.
Strangeness... I had this dream where I was Harry Potter, and I was in the back of a red Mustang convertible talking to Voldemort about trees. Don't ask. I am strange.
In the second to last week of August, I'm going to Kings Dominion and I'm riding HyperSonicXLC in the front row!!! And me & Steph might go on tht funny Skyfly thing...WHEE!!
"You wouldn't be jealous, would you?" "Nope, not at all, but that would be kinda weird."
Favourite Harry Potter quotes:
"'And what the ruddy hell are dementors?'" ~Uncle Vernon
"'Ron," said Hermione in a dignified voice, dipping the point of her quill into her ink pot, "you are the most insensitive wart I ever had the misfortune to meet.'"
"Dragons comprimised entirely of green-and-gold sparks were soaring up and down the corridors, emitting loud firey blasts and bangs as they went. Shocking-pink Catherine wheels five feer in diameter were whizzing lethally through the air like so many flying saucers. Rockets with long tails of brilliant silver stars were ricocheting off the walls. Sparklers were writing swearwords in midair of their own accord. Firecrackers were exploding like mines everywhere Harry looked, and insead of burning themselves out, fading from sight, or fizzling to a halt, these pyrotechnical miracles seemed to be gaining in energy and momentum the longer he looked." What I wouldn't give to have fireworks like that...
~jimnist07, who is extremely happy for absolutely no good reason whatsoever. BYEBYE!! whee! toodles! ttfn!
STRAWBERRIES!!!!
Swimming Sunday, July 27, 2003, 05:15 p.m.
Whee. I just got back from swimming. I spend most of my time at the bottom of 12 feet, trying to walk, coping with the water pressure, which after a while, does hurt you ears...And my eyes hurt too, but that's because chlorine bothers my eyes a little. And after living in Arizona for six years, you'd think I'd be used to it, but I had a salt water pool, it's as salty as your tears, not ocean-salty, like you were probably thinking, so cholrine does bother me a little. I like salt water pools best. They don't hurt your eyes when you open them, and the water's clearer. Yes, and my sister, Katie thinks chlorine will really damage her eyes if she opens them, and she says it burns her eyes, but it doesn't hurt mine...strange child.
At gym, we have this new conditioning regime. Yes, it's hard, but I can see the differnce already...So now I'm short, muscular, and tan. Gah. Anyways.....
~jimnist07, whose eyes sting a little
Wanna swim... Saturday, July 26, 2003, 02:14 p.m.
Yes, Steph is here, and we reeeealy want to go swimming.
And we're watching The Borrowers and the little boy is played by Tom Felton, which made Stephanie wanna watch...

Katie and Emily Thursday, July 24, 2003, 10:44 a.m.
I am going to tell you about my sisters. Happy reading...
Katie is four years younger than me...meaning she's 10. She'll be 10 1/2 in two days. She is going into 5th grade at Cherry Run ES. And her favourite colours are bright green and bright purple. She is a level 6 gymnast at Capital. She is 4' 8" tall. And I'm 5' exactly. She plays the clarinet, and she hasn't practiced in ages. She claims to have no imagination, and is the VA history freak, thus, our trip this summer. Her best friend is Lindsay, and she lives on this street that sounds really pretty, or at least has good imagery, Valleyfield Dr. Valleys and Fields... SHe claims to be not scared of roller coasters, but upon asking her if she'll ride HyperSonic XLC, in the front row with me, she says no. And she likes to cook.
Emily is 9. She is going into 4th grade at Cherry Run. She is a level 5in gym. She is 4' 6" tall. And she, in her class, suprisingly, is not short. She wants to play percussion or french horn, but right now she plays the recorder. She has a imagination. She loves math. That's all folks.
