Kings Dominion Friday, August 22, 2003, 05:34 p.m.
I went to Kings Dominion again, and I didn't hafta wear the Purple Band Shirt of Doom!!!! YAY!! The first ride me and Steph went on was HypersonicXLC. XLC stands for Xtreme Launch Coaster. Aren't we all glad that they abreviated that. Hypersonic Xtreme Launch Coaster. That's too long. I figured that out yesterday...Ok, anyways...The line was only about 50 minutes long. So we were off it with our picture/key chain thing about an hour later, which is good. It was hot. Didja know that when they first opened Hypersonic, the line was FOUR AND A HALF HOURS LONG??? I am glad it opened in 2001 and not this year. It's cool, you go from a dead stop to full speed (80 mph) in less than 2 seconds (1.8 seconds). Funfun.
Flight of Fear is fun. I couldn't tell if I was upside down or right side up. Fun. That's because it's inside. In the dark. I don't like the dark. Scaaaaaaaary.
Shockwave is a diffrent experience. Standing up. Like running reeeally fast. But, I don't know if I wasn't used to stand up ones, or if it was just because, but I blacked-out after the funny spinny thing, after the loop, right when we were going up a hill. I'm fine though. Don't worry about me. My blood just got too heavy for my heart to pump.
On the way home, you know how to get off the highway, you hafta go on a circley thing? Well, when it did that, me and Steph still felt like we were on Shockwave. Cool.
Paul Hamm made history, being the first US guy to win first All-Around. The guys got second place. Yup. It was hot at Kings Dominion. Really hot.
I'm leaving until Friday so we can go to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg. So I'll be back then. And then I sell discount cards the day after. Bah. Toodles for now!! And if I'm lucky. IFI'll get acess to a computer.

World Championships...help!!! Wednesday, August 20, 2003, 09:39 a.m.
OK...I'm distraught. Our World team is FALLING APART!!!!!!! Courtney Kupets has a tendon injury, Annia Hatch has a knee injury, and Ashley Postell is SICK!! Oh, yes, and both our alternates are used, so we're three short, which isn't good, being that we are (or maybe were) in first place. And we don't want to lose that because this is like the pre-olympic thing that we can't really miss. But there is a good part. Ashley is getting better, so she might be able to compete.
Our men are doing good....I think. Last time I checked, Paul Hamm was in second place and Blaine Wilson was in eighth. The team was in first. So that's good.

Blackouts, camping, and Kings Dominion Monday, August 18, 2003, 11:18 a.m.
Woo-hoo. The power went out for about SIX WHOLE HOURS on Saturday night. It was fun. My family played Rummykub. I didn't really want to, so Lindsay (Katie's friend) and I sat around and did nothing. Well, I did listen to my portable CD player. Lindsay's family was unlucky though. Their power didn't go out. Fwahahahahaha... We were in the middle of watching the Lizzie McGuire movie, which was good, in a sense, and the power went out because it was thundering. Man, it was thundering! We lit like, seven diffrent candles. FIve of them had five diffrent scents...Tulip, Christmas Wreath, Hearts and Flowers, Harvest, and Sunflower. It stank something awful. And I was suprised that we didn't get gassed out in the middle of the night...All the scents of the seasons combined together don't smell too good, and they give me a headache.
I go camping today. I haven't gone camping since I was nine. Oh, well...
KINGS DOMINION IN THREE DAYS!!!!!!!!! Whee!
I think people are still ignoring me... :'(

Today is Saturday Saturday, August 16, 2003, 01:32 p.m.
I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like peoples are annoying me. It might be just me like I said, but I seriously doubt it.
My hands were bleeding. Now they're just sore. Except that my wrists hurt to rest them on the wrist supporter-ish thing. That is the result of doing front giants on metal bar for fifteen minutes. And since I can't put them on the supporter thing, my shoulders hurt from holding up my arms for too long. I shouldn't have done metal bar, but I wanted to so my hands weren't bleeding in two places. That seemed logical at that time, but I see it's not now. Bah...
I have been up since 7:00 for gym, which just got out. And I'm tired. You try to practice at 8 in the morning, then finish at 1. It's hard to tumble at 8:15. That's all I hafta say about that.
Oh, yeah. Ashley can't compete for World's because she's running a 103° fever. That stinks.
~jimnist07, who is tired, hungry, thirsty, confused, and ignored.

The itsy bitsy scorpion crawled up upon my shirt.
I smashed him with my hand, then threw him in the dirt,
When he stopped a squirming, I put him in my stew,
'Cause itsy bitsy scorpions taste good to me and you!
