))Thursday, April 17, 2003, 10:40 p.m.(( woohoo! new layout! XD i like it, its silly! but i hate getting the urge to do this right after i had posted something. -_-; so here it is:

glee! today was fun!! carrie came down, and we all went out to lunch at the chinese buffet near target, and then shopping ^.^ i got some shoes for prom, and they're nicer than the other ones i got. maybe i can actually find a purse to go with them!! *gasp!* i have my dress fitting appointment tomorrow!! i hope i dont forget... ok, whoever reads this, send me and email NOW and remind me that i have an appointment at 4:00 tomorrow. maybe i should write in on a few places on my body.. like my foot. i've realized now that i dont pay attention to things written on my hand anymore, because i did it too much before >< (that's called habituation! we learned it in bio! ^.^) so yeah. maybe i'll try my stomach or my foot. that way, when i go to put shoes on, i'll be like, "what? what's this on my foot?!" or when i get dressed in the morning, i'll look in the mirror and be like, "hey! i have something on my stomach!" I KNOW!!! i'll write it backwards and stuff so when i look at it in the mirror it'll say "4:00 APPOINTMENT"!!! heehee! i'm such a freak! >< but anyway... i had too much fun at target. >< i need to go to the bank again. >< i think i only have left. >< i got another pillow (like my blue one, but dark red... like blood!), a straightener (YES! i know my hair is straight already but it likes to curl a bit in the morning sometimes, and ponytail creases suck if you wear your hair up all day and want it down in the evening!), some face mask stuff (it's fun! we all tried it today [i even made my dad use it! XD] and its really cool! it makes your skin all soft.. mm..), a spiderman towel set (yes, yes, i know. danielle got the batman one.), and some smints! those are the best, they're like concentrated peaches! heeheehee! everyone who i've given them to is addicted >:} they're just that yummy.

so i really hope my bro decides to go down to hershey park on saturday, because when i mentioned that i was going, he was all like, "hmm, that would be fun!" and then my dad just happened to go on his "inexperienced"-drivers rant, so i'm thinking that the only way i'll be permitted to go is if i say jason's driving also. heh. but he's cool enough that even if he doesnt go, he'll find a way to help ME to go without my dad getting all pissed off. which is good, because i dont care what my dad says... i'm going to hershey on saturday. i'd just rather not get annihilated by his wrath when i return. heh ^_^;

karate was fun tonight, we got to do lots of stuff, and danielle and i each got another stripe! all i have to do now is my kata, but i've got nai hachi nidan down pat. all i have to do is remember all those stupid details like "keep your elbow at a 90 degree angle and have your arm a hand's width from your side" and all that kind of stuff. but i'm sure i'll do fine. miss vicky is already planning on me being promoted next month. which shouldnt be hard. i have a few weeks until the next ceremony, so i should be able to do it perfectly by then. all i have to practice is doing it all with my legs asleep... >< man, i dont know if i'm going to be able to last that long. i thought it was bad doing nidan with one leg asleep! this time i'm going to have to be sitting a lot longer... ugh... no kneeling for me. i seriously think i have something wrong with the nerves in my legs >< i can barely sit with my legs crossed for more than 10 minutes, my feet start falling asleep indian style after only 5, and i cant even think about kneeling for more than a few minutes without starting to feel the pain. -_-; but i guess there's nothing i can do but put up with it. maybe if i practice sitting indian style more often, i'll be able to at least get used to it. heh. maybe it has something to do with my inflexibility.. hmm.. or not. ^_^; i think this is getting to be too long now, so... i dunno. i'll harris my brother now, even though he's away. bye!
