this one's one of my favorites: Melodrama
glee! today was fun!! carrie came down, and we all went out to lunch at the chinese buffet near target, and then shopping ^.^ i got some shoes for prom, and they're nicer than the other ones i got. maybe i can actually find a purse to go with them!! *gasp!* i have my dress fitting appointment tomorrow!! i hope i dont forget... ok, whoever reads this, send me and email NOW and remind me that i have an appointment at 4:00 tomorrow. maybe i should write in on a few places on my body.. like my foot. i've realized now that i dont pay attention to things written on my hand anymore, because i did it too much before >< (that's called habituation! we learned it in bio! ^.^) so yeah. maybe i'll try my stomach or my foot. that way, when i go to put shoes on, i'll be like, "what? what's this on my foot?!" or when i get dressed in the morning, i'll look in the mirror and be like, "hey! i have something on my stomach!" I KNOW!!! i'll write it backwards and stuff so when i look at it in the mirror it'll say "4:00 APPOINTMENT"!!! heehee! i'm such a freak! >< but anyway... i had too much fun at target. >< i need to go to the bank again. >< i think i only have left. >< i got another pillow (like my blue one, but dark red... like blood!), a straightener (YES! i know my hair is straight already but it likes to curl a bit in the morning sometimes, and ponytail creases suck if you wear your hair up all day and want it down in the evening!), some face mask stuff (it's fun! we all tried it today [i even made my dad use it! XD] and its really cool! it makes your skin all soft.. mm..), a spiderman towel set (yes, yes, i know. danielle got the batman one.), and some smints! those are the best, they're like concentrated peaches! heeheehee! everyone who i've given them to is addicted >:} they're just that yummy.
so i really hope my bro decides to go down to hershey park on saturday, because when i mentioned that i was going, he was all like, "hmm, that would be fun!" and then my dad just happened to go on his "inexperienced"-drivers rant, so i'm thinking that the only way i'll be permitted to go is if i say jason's driving also. heh. but he's cool enough that even if he doesnt go, he'll find a way to help ME to go without my dad getting all pissed off. which is good, because i dont care what my dad says... i'm going to hershey on saturday. i'd just rather not get annihilated by his wrath when i return. heh ^_^;
karate was fun tonight, we got to do lots of stuff, and danielle and i each got another stripe! all i have to do now is my kata, but i've got nai hachi nidan down pat. all i have to do is remember all those stupid details like "keep your elbow at a 90 degree angle and have your arm a hand's width from your side" and all that kind of stuff. but i'm sure i'll do fine. miss vicky is already planning on me being promoted next month. which shouldnt be hard. i have a few weeks until the next ceremony, so i should be able to do it perfectly by then. all i have to practice is doing it all with my legs asleep... >< man, i dont know if i'm going to be able to last that long. i thought it was bad doing nidan with one leg asleep! this time i'm going to have to be sitting a lot longer... ugh... no kneeling for me. i seriously think i have something wrong with the nerves in my legs >< i can barely sit with my legs crossed for more than 10 minutes, my feet start falling asleep indian style after only 5, and i cant even think about kneeling for more than a few minutes without starting to feel the pain. -_-; but i guess there's nothing i can do but put up with it. maybe if i practice sitting indian style more often, i'll be able to at least get used to it. heh. maybe it has something to do with my inflexibility.. hmm.. or not. ^_^; i think this is getting to be too long now, so... i dunno. i'll harris my brother now, even though he's away. bye!
wow! only one post today! but it's.. gonna be a fairly long one. (compared to the rest.)
first off, i got to drive to harrisburg today! it was... pretty boring. i did well with shifting though, and i didnt stall at all! XD go me! but i was sooo sleepy. steadily-moving objects in general make me tired, and it didnt help that it was quiet except for the soothing hum of pavement... mmm... and i also didnt get much sleep last night. >< oh well. so i got to hang around this hotel for 2 1/2 hours doing NOTHING! then i tried to call danielle, and she didnt pick up! ;_; i was so bored! i really did not want to start writing out my actual bio paper, and i was already done reading the 6 articles i had printed out the night before... so i went outside for a bit, bought some raisinets from a horribly over-priced vending machine, (seriously, $.80 for raisinets?! that's more than the school's machine, and i thought they were always overpriced!) and stared outside at this really pretty tree and thought how much i would like to climb it... too bad i was wearing khakis and needed to be somewhere later, otherwise i would have. -_-; so, long story short, i was bored out of my MIND! i'm never doing that again >< but ya know what i realized? i have an infatuation with stairs. i realized that whenever i go into a house, the first thing i notice is the stairs. i dont know why! its weird! but the stairs there were so cool! XD i wanted to take a picture, but there were too many people in the lobby. -_-;
my dad drove us out to dickinson after lunch, and it's so pretty! *_* i'm glad i got to go in the spring! our tourguide was silly, too! he was all bouncy and hyper, i was scared... ¬_¬ but all the buildings are nice, too, and they have these cool crosswalks where cars HAVE to stop for you. jason (the guide) just walked out into the street, and we were all like, "O.O WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" and then he explained. heh ^_^;; but yeah. the history building is really nice, too. the room we were in looked all old and it had these really big, pretty stained glass windows. *_* i was in love with them. and the stairs going up have these really nice railings that are carved out of this beautiful wood. it really added to the atmosphere. ^_^
so i was definitely very tired after walking around campus for 2 hours. -_-; so i slept on the way home. good thing, too, because as soon as i got home, reuben called, and he was like, "wanna do stuff tonight with me and danielle and zach??" and i was just like, "umm.. ok.." but then my dad got all anal about teenage drivers, and so we schemed a bit and i got kinda mad, but it worked out. it was pretty amusing ^_^ we played tennis for a bit... which wasnt all that successful, considering that danielle and i can't really hit the ball.... heh. ^_^; but afterwards reuben took us to rita's and we played musical italian ice! it was yummy! heehee ^_^ and then we were driving home, and i was like, "um.. there's a spider on the sunroof, and i think its coming inside..." and zach started spazzing out, and dainelle and i started spazzing out, and reuben wouldnt stop the car for SO LONG!!! then we all just got out and let him take care of it ^_^;;; so we went back to reuben's and showed zach the "rejected" video, and then we watched part of the green mile. too bad we didnt get to finish it before they had to take us back >< but it's a good movie. so... yeah. i guess that's it. bye! -_^
almost time to go to bed! actually, i should probably sleep as soon as i print these articles out >< my printer's out of black ink, so i have to do it in blue... then i had to replace the color cartridge (cuz we actually have an EXTRA!) and re-do the whole thing because it was really hard to read. -_-; so yeah. harrisburg tomorrow!! i get to wake up at 6! it's almost like school... only i get to drive, and i'll be getting back a LOT later. yeah. WTF?! THIS CARTRIDGE ISNT PRINTING RIGHT, EITHER!! ::explodes:: i swear, if you dont hear from me by tomorrow at 10 PM, it means that i fell asleep at the wheel and crashed my mom's car and died. -_-; now i have to do a stupid nozzle check and make sure the cartridge even works. which..... apparently it should. if it doesnt work this time, i'm gonna cry. i'm not wasting 9 MORE pages of paper for these stupid biodiversity articles that i had to copy and paste and reformat so they would actually work.. >< it looks like they're working this time... good. end of rant.
so. today was so fun!!! danielle and i went on this picnic by the creek (in case you didnt check out the page yet, it's here.). ^_^ ~glee! i love picnics! we were thinking about doing an easter-themed picnic on monday at this one park that's really fun ^_^ and i had a good time taking pictures! ^.^ heehee! my feet actually got kinda numb from the water... oh well ^_^; tonight we went to karate and it was really hot in there >< i was dying. mm... what else? we ate all the sugar cookies she brought over >< wow, they were good. (yes, zach, she still has some left at her house. hopefully.) but yeah! harrisburg tomorrow, work/play on thursday, work/dress fitting on friday, hershey on saturday, easter on sunday, picnic/finishing homework on monday! wow! busy break... heh. ^_^; well i'm off to bed now. wish me luck with stick shift! -_^

ohaiyo!! ^_^ i'm in a good mood today... feeling very motivated. i did all of my math homework this morning (3 sections, 2 writing assignments), and my room is relatively organized... but i still need to find a way to get my posters to stick!!! >< but that's ok! i'll probably end up making tons of whole in my walls... i just dont want to puncture the pretty pictures! ;_; hmm.. maybe i should just try to find some better tape... but in other news: dickinson called this morning, and we're all set for an appointment wednesday at 2 ^_^ i get to drive out to harrisburg with my dad for a meeting he has to go to, hang around a hotel for 1 1/2 hours, and then drive out to dickinson and back home. ^.^ yay! more hours! too bad i have to do it in my mom's car... stick shift scares me >< but i'm getting better at it, and the passat is a smoother ride than the land cruiser... ^_^; so i guess it's better that way. maybe when my dad and i go driving today, i can pick up some STICKY tape! ::seethes:: well, i'd better be attempting to formulate a thesis for my modern drama research paper now. -_-; bye!

hello!! ^_^ last night i slept over at danielle's (and forgot excel saga volume 2 there ><) and this morning i went to church with her. i got to wear my white skirt for the first time since i got it!!! ^.^ it was fun! after church we all went out to subway for lunch, and danielle and i attempted to shun reuben and zach for not waiting for us. grrr.. but it was really funny, because zach and reuben kept talking in rhyme!! they did it for.. um.. however long it took danielle and me to eat half of our sandwiches... but the point is, dont do that for an extended period of time!! it gets really bad.... ^_^;; but yeah. time to go driving! ja nee!

so. hooked up these speakers, and they're not very good. but at least they both WORK! o_O what can i expect for though? and my mom said that we were getting a new computer soon, so i'm happy ^.^ i might take these speakers off later and just hook them up to my portable cd player in my room. because my big one doesnt like to read cds!!! grrrrrr...... i hate that. but yeah. i woke up this morning just before one of the posters fell on what would have been my head. heh. ^_^; i just laid in bed staring at all of them this morning, thinking, "wow, hyde is so pretty! *_*" yeah, i'm serious. i spent almost half hour doing that. its really pretty sad. ¬_¬ but yeah. these speakers are actually quite painful... ow.. i think i should stop listening to music and start bugging my dad about that new computer... >:} heeheehee... i... should probably also try to get my cd burner to work today. heh ^_^;
ohaiyo! (yes, it is morning.) we just dropped jill back home. tonight was so fun! well, today in general was fun. ^_^ i went shopping with danielle and spent almost all of my money, and when i came back, jill and i went to friendly's to visit bryan. it was fun! he gave me six cherries on my sundae ^.^ he's the best!! i love having connections. >:} after that (which was about 9:15) we came back to my house and watched harry potter 2 (::cowers from possible danielle attacks::) and it was pretty good!! (::hides from danielle's anger and carrie's gleefulness::) so yeah. looks like i'm going to be staying home tomorrow night with my oma, because my parents are going out. it really sucks, because its like... i dunno. i dont think its really fair that my mom just springs this burden on me, but i know that i should do it, because its so hard on my mom because she has to do this kinda stuff all the time. so i can sacrifice some evenings to help her out. i mean, its the least i can do. its just really depressing hearing my oma talk. sometimes i just wanna smack her upside the head and knock some sense into her!!! >< its kinda annoying. but yeah. meh. i dunno. i'm going with andrew to pick out his tux tomorrow around 3. that should be fun ^_^ i get to meet his mom! heehee! i'm excited! well, i'm gonna go sleep now, because i'm tired. ::yawns:: =_= time for bed. oyasumi!

^_^ today was fun! i didnt fail my bio test too much, and i got all my critical thinking questions done in study hall (arigatou, ellie-chan!) then danielle and i went shopping, then to karate (which was so fun!!! there was a promotion ceremony tonight, so we got to watch the demo team! they're so good! XD heeheehee ^_^) and jeff was there too, and then we all ran over to friendly's and then came back to my house and watched eat-man... ¬_¬ its actually more not-stupid than i thought it was. then after danielle left, jeff and i watched a few episodes of excel saga with the pop-up commentary. it was so funny!! i love excel saga ^_^ well... i'm gonna go do stuff now, bye!
