I have been comissioned?
Seany thinks that I should write an article for the above site...Samurai News. But there are two things:
- What would I write about pertaining to Marshall or Japan or anything?
- This site was done by the same person who did the Pikachu obsession page and I ridiculed him so terribly so would he post an article by me?
Well I will have to think of something. After all, Marshall is one of my best friends (and cousin) so it would be nice to do something for him. Incidentally, check out Seany's First Article for it and you'll get a good insight into the life of Marshall...

Okay... I am bored out of my mind right now so let's see what I can do here. First, I will make this entry look like everyone else's on these things:
Current Mood: Wierd
Current Music: Get on the Ball by No Doubt
Current Food: Pops
Current TV show: Crossing Over with John Edward
There... Now I fell like everyone else.
I just placed another order with AnyCraze for a booster pack, a card I have been looking for, and some land cards. I love their system because you pay it when you can and then they send it. I whould be able to pay off one of the orders this week (10 bucks for a World Champion Deck) and the other one I will let sit for a while. The other cards can wait, but I want the World Champion Deck now-- It's from the guy who actually won the championship in August.
Enough about that stuff that I am sure you all really do not want to hear about. But I am getting into this Magic thing again. Nathan and I are going to go to Starbucks and play on Wednesday hopefully. It should be fun because I will be teaching him to play for the first time.

Second Entry of th day!!
Well I have added a new link which is also above. AnyCraze is a pretty decent website if you are into the many trading card games out there today. You can purchase pretty much anything for pretty much any one of them. Personally, I have gone for the items available for Magic: The Gathering... yes I am into Magic. I have found it to be a good place for those who play and those who collect. Here is the Magic section.

I hate being sick!
I have a sinus headache to end all sinus headaches today. Ugh... Well at least it's "spring break" (I use that loosely because this is hardly Spring) so I won't be missing classes.
But if I am sick and don't have classes, why am I up at this time of day? Tess had to go to work for 8 this morning, and of course I wouldn't sleep through it. So now I am up...tired...sick...and have to work tonight.

After looking over my past entries and stuff and coming across my old idea of a "Jake's Corner" site with a various story, observation, anecdote, or whatever, I am thinking about either converting this to that idea or starting up another.
Hmmm... that would make 3 different pitas going at once... maybe I can handle it. I'll have to see. If I can find some of my old writings or things of that nature, maybe I can get one up and running.
There is another ULC minister and member of the ULCCF with an internet ministry out there. I got an email from him through the group. Here is his site: The Bread of Life Church.
Tess's mom should be in now and I am done with my stats work that I was doing while writing this, so it is time to get home. There will be no entries for the next couple days. I am sure you all will miss me!

I know... I know... all these tests get pretty annoying, but here is one that I had to take to prove something to someone...to myself? I don't know. Anyway... the link above is for the Insanity Test... here goes...
I am 85.5% insane!!! Wahoo!!! I knew it all along!!!
It says that my insanity experience level is: "I didn't know the funny farm had internet access!" Hey that's pretty obvious isn't it?

Yahoo! Groups
Ugh... I am supposed to be at school right now, but I am sick as a fricken dog. Tess said it would probably be better to miss today and get better rather than go today, get worse, and miss a lot of school later. She's right, but I hate missing classes... I feel so guilty.
New links have been added here. Wal Mart primarily because I work there, and Topps because they're a great company (baseball cards and stuff.)
I have been checking out Yahoo! Groups a lot lately. There's some good ones there. I have joined the ULC Christian Fellowship group (ULCCF)...go figure... and a pink floyd group (CyberPink). The ULCCF one has been interesting so far. I am sure that the CyberPink one should be great. I'll put some various updates from them in my pitas. CyberPink ones will be here, ULCCF ones will be in my sermons page.

Oh how I wish I could learn more about web design. I plan on getting into the business at some point, but there is so much I don't know!! I am going to have to break down and get books and stuff on all this (css, javascript, cgi). I guess it's the cost of doing business huh?

Synthpop Mods
I told you I had more MOD links!! (See Archives for Jan-Feb 2002)
This is the best one I have found beside the MOD Archive. These are synth versions of actual pop music. Granted, once again, it's all synth stuff, but they are fun. I recommend the versions of R. Miles' Children and the various versions of Axel F.

I could have slept in!!!!! My one class for today was cancelled. And here I am... up at 8... out of the house at 9... at school... and no class!!
Ah well... this gives me time to fix the homework that was due today. After helping a classmate of mine, I realized that I did the whole thing wrong. I am just gonna scrap it and redo the whole thing.
Y'all probably noticed that my sermons page wasn't updated this week. I need to put some more thought into it before I start posting sermons. I think for now it will be random postings on religion and stuff of the sort. I will mention the sites again:

I think the name I put for the link should sum it up?
This is a friend of Seany's (that should add to it... oh this keeps getting better and better...) and this is his Pikachu Addiction page. Yes Pikachu is cute, but please...
Here's the beauty part. I will quote this directly from the page:
500 billion 11 year olds and soccer moms can't be wrong. Well maybe they can. But the whole Empire of Japan is NEVER wrong, well except back in '45 when they bombed us. But hey they learned their lesson.
Do you see what is wrong with this? Not just the fact that this is another Japanese-obsessed broadalbin resident, but look closely. Did we fall asleep in history class?? I do believe you are a couple years off on the bombing. You have set back American History by four years. Leave it to a stickler for details such as me to find this, but come on...

Dream Theater
I am sure I am going to get a lot of flack for this one... Yes I like Dream Theater. I don't know much of their stuff (by name anyway), but yesterday I was routing through my casettes (yes you heard me...cassettes) and came across one marked Dream Theater. That's all it had on it. I popped it in my new walkman, and was blown away. These guys are the greatest! I can't even begin to classify their music.
I don't even know where I heard them in the first place. I remember watching a concert of theirs at my friend Mike's house a few years ago and then getting a CD of theirs (Change of Seasons). Maybe that was it. I think this tape I found was given to me at SUNY Delhi. No album title...no song listing...but great music.
BTW... Site Update: Index Page has been archived. Every 25 entries or so I will do that. Read through them if you missed anything.
