i've set up this new blog! haha. for what u ask? it's cos my cousin soo soo wants me to see her blog there, and gave me the wrong add, and somehow i had to sign up for a journal there.. and ended up writing some crap there. it's TOTALLY crappy there, but the latest entry there is alright. look at the 2nd one.. it's doodlish. can go check it out here: elaineslf.journalspace.com, yup, and here's the latest latest entry from there, i can't be bothered to write again so i've just copied and pasted down below. but i forgot to include smthg there.. haha, so i'll talk abt it first.

after chem, went out with yenzhi to j8! haha. i need a new bag and a new pair of shows.. both of mine are totally worn out. my bag is in tatters la. haha. too bad after walking ard almost all the shops, the one that we found the nicest cost 50bucks! ahh. all the nice bags are ex. and shoes.. haha, i'll worry abt them after my block test, rite now, dun care la. it's just shoes. my dad got a shock when he looked down and saw them just now.. 'how come you still dare to wear that kind of shoes to sch??' lolz. hmms, then bought a bit of sushi, came home, slacked. like i'm slacking now.. burnt a cd! the song 'big yellow taxi' is so nice!!!!! from two weeks notice. have i written abt this before? forgot. =))

oh! kai kiat left his and peh's testtubes in the band room, 10 for each of them.
by the time he took them out yesterday, there were only 6 left!
12 had already been broken some time ago.
as he left them on the table and sat down to lament on their poor fates, 2 of the remaining testtubes rolled off the table and smashed onto the floor.

had math block test today. was better than the physics.
physics was total crap. once the examiner said 'pens down!' i wanted to laugh. and i think i did. the paper's just crazy.
now i know why ivan and richard didn't study at all before the test, and the rest of the class did their last minute cramming.
ivan's an idiot la. 'with quek teaching us, sure pass'
and just sat at the canteen drinking tea, laughing.
could have at least given us an idea of how totally crappy we're gonna do the paper in!
maybe the fact that he got a tenth of the marks last block test was a hint.
terence was traumatised.
yenzhi and jingmin say hmm, i think i'm gonna get an F. or actually, they said 'ahh! definitely fail one lah!'
btw, F is the lower band of the failing mark. O is the upper band.
oh well, at least it's over!

yay. chem left.
maths was alright, was in the hall, rows and rows of tables and chairs.

george and kim are over at amanda (my cousin's) house, so it's me at home alone today! haha. aunt luth i think, the part time maid, came over this morning.. the first time the house has gotten a REAL dusting up for two weeks.. she found lots of rotten veggs lol, and threw them away.. made lunch too =)) then.. did my chem bonding in the morning, halfway thru it, wuhui smsed and asked if i'd done my physics tutorials.. and blah blah, then she came over! woohoo. haha. studied together from abt 1230 to 530.. not bad, i actually finished bonding and reading chem energetics, now i've got the tys left to do. yay.

then, just watched the show curly sue! ( so proud, didn't turn the tv on once wuhui left=)), it's abt these two pple, curly sue (alisan porter), and this guy bill (james belushi) looking after her.. they're homeless & jobless, and after lots of things, they come to stay with this beautiful lawyer, and all in all it's totally nice and sweet and heartwarming. curly sue's extremely cute.

yesterday, after amanda and uncle thomas came by at 2pm to pick george and kim up to go to their house, i played the piano for the first time in ALMOST two weeks.. haha. for abt 1half hours straight.. very nice, the 'hai you ming tian (a child's hope) 2' main theme, and the intro from leslie cheung's 'zui'. one of the best intros i've ever heard.

after that, went to st nicks!!! they were having band camp, thurs to fri.. reached there at 5pm, qt a lot from our squad was there, as well as siyun, jia xin and shitian.. we all played lots of old songs in the band room.. had loads of fun and teasing and laughter; our squad is great man. 6pm, went to the canteen for dinner, which was a rather disappointing event.. they'd ordered pizza, and for us too.. but the bunch of us waited there, and after a really long time, they still didn't ask us seniors to join them for section dinner!! esp saxes and flutes.. the rest did get asked, after a long while.. horns were the first, but that was cos jiaying initiated it. amanda was really disappointed. but anws in the midst of waiting for them to ask.. joyce whipped up a choc banana cake, and we celebrated amanda's belated bday! haha. happy girl. nominations was qt long, almost 1half hrs.. they had it in the mpr, and in addition to the usual drills, commands and QnA session, they had playing assessment too.. think the main point was to scare them rather than seriously assess their skills cos that can be usually done on a daily band prac basis i think.

mr cher's now the teacher in charge, together with a new mep teacher and ms jacob.. the new mep teacher looks very interesting, from china, and is a ballerina! err. haha. anws, after seeing them having drills assessment, we decided that we missed drills a lot too, and went down to the dark track to march! qianyi took us.. she's qt funny lar.. after her was jiaxin.. it was really qt fun, at first shout, there was already an echo.. hahaha. that was during their prep for night games.. once night games started we decided to join in.. me joyce qianyi sherm and mingfang went to the station at the flag pole on the other side of the track, and decided to create a new station! haha. a fake one.. when the groups came, we asked them to stand in a straight line in front of us, made the sec1s learn out names in 10s from the seniors, as well as our sections, then made them either sing or dance.. a few danced and sang to will hung's she bangs, another did 'oops i did it again', and another sang the children's day song.. and at the end of everything, we told them.. 'we're very sorry, but we're actually a fake station, ur station masters are ard here and you gotta go find them.' courtesy of shermaine. =))

we left at ard 1130pm, had a great time but were very tired.. now uncle mobin's got a tv!! haha. when we went to the canteen, their nephew or sons or smthg were sitting there watching.. we walked all the way to the main gate but it was locked, so went back, and one of the drink's stall guys opened the carpark 26 gate for us.. lucky we were in a rather big grp, otherwise it'd have been rather creepy.. haha. and at the end, qianyi asked 'do you think that guy is cute?' lol didn't noe qianyi was like that, and i didn't think he was! haha. so unexpected of her. well hmm maybe it's because he's not chinese.. think there are lots more gd looking pple ard, haha one's the student conductor for balestier recruits during the concert! lolz. though he is a little short. and. hm. the guy who helped me with the photostating machine on that concert day too.. haha.. finally hwa chong actually has some gd looking guys. ohh, i rmb the time me and beek went rich's house and looked at the yrbook and found the one guy who was very cute, with a nice sunny smile. we couldn't find anyone better after we saw his pic. haha, this is all so mundane stuff why am i writing it?? kaez, shall go back to my work now, econs on monday!

haha so cute! yea. wow, er, end of 3rd wk of hols liao.. time pasts quickly.. spent almost the entire week at home, except yesterday! yep. but first, hmm, like mon and tues wuhui & mich came over..wuhui stayed over on mon night too, yea, and we both TRIED to mug, haha, qt gd on monday but by tues already feel like slacking a LIL bit. then.. wed, auntie sue uncle gerry and jasmine came over from m'sia, cos alvin's getting married, then they're here for the marriage registration and all that.. yup, haha, then stayed at our house till sat morning. oh, which is yesterday! haha.

hmm, sat morning, went out for breakfast at serangoon central.. onli now i realise that there's lots of food there, a whole row of stalls. and boey stays near there too! yup, just the opp street. met up with their in-laws there.. then afternoon, went back to sch for band! yup, so fun. cos the sec sch kids from bartley balestier hill and chong boon had their concert, which is organised by hc la. they're cool.. i was in charge of balestier, but hardly stayed with them la haha, was mostly behind the stage, cueing them in and everything along with kk, meisiang was backstage too overseeing the whole thing, and yushan and petrina were the emcees.. yup.

i onli put this up cos this girl is so chio! haha. anws, i'm like the handygirl, run here run there. haha. juz tell me anything to do on the spot and i'm there! haha. like.. went to photostat emcee script in GO, send it up to the pa room guy, who then started to vet it himself! cos he say got principals to see, muz have gd impression and all tt.. :| then i stood there for abt half an hour while he went thru everything. haha, even kenny up there couldn't stand it after a while and went down to the stage after a while.. was qt funny la. kenny looks nice when he smiles! haha. shud smile/laugh more often.. actually everyone looks nicer when they smile lar, haha.

the whole concert ended early at 910, and we all left sch by 10pm which is real early for a concert night! then 8 of us: me ms kk adrian joel janice ginny & yintat, went over for supper at adam road.. most of them were super high that time la, dunno why.. meisiang esp at first, and kk and adrian.. meisiang was like.. i dunno, they all were in the 'drunk' kind of high lolz. singing and swaying and chasing each other on the road.. oh ya! the sec sch kids gave meisiang and kk soft toys! ms's was a big flower, and kk was a soccer ball.. very cute, and they didn't expect it, and kk was wearing his slippers and berms! haha. wore that up the stage in front of everyone lolz.. anws, on the entire way to adam road he kept twiddling the flower (the stalk was LONG) like a drum major's maze.. haha, he can actually rmb the steps to do it..

when we got there, there was one and a half tables for us.. yintat and ginny at one, (forced), and the six of us at the other table.. even when the other pple left, still stuck there and left the two of them to themselves lol.. for fun's sake la, according to ms. played a few games too.. one was someone would say three colours, following some clapping beat, so u had to say fast n in time.. and since it was done in chinese, and my chinese is SLOW, ya, i was really slow then.. and they sometimes had to revert to eng, not really needed, but haha, qt stupid la. hmms. the nxt was the no. game where one person pics a no. and says the range, everyone tries to not-guess the no, and the one who gets the no. loses! and the forfeit was eating the leftover sambal chilli on the plate! haha. out of 6 of us, onli janice and ms didn't eat it.. all the rest of us had a significant amt on the spoons, and too bad drinking water after that act made it slightly worse.. haha, shall learn not to drink water after eating spicy stuff. adrian was the worst, he really cannot take spicy stuff, and i think his portion was the largest since he was the last one! hahaha. kk was the no. setter for tt round, when adrian said the no, he literally jumped up from the table and cheered man! haha. think we made a lot of noise.. but was fun.. left the place at ard 1150.. and took a cab, which took onli 10min! haha. so fast.
