it's been a long day.. and i dun exactly feel like working animore, so.. here i am. yay.. managed to finish all my physics ws, my history, and read the SS chapter. haha. but the whole day i've been really tempted to come online.. cos after stumbling across the few ffx songs, i'm totally hooked. sighz. HAPPY sighz. haha. so it went from d/ling songs.. to TRYING to d/l the movie, to finding pics and wallpaper.. and now, to fanfics! and it's not like i even know the story, but from just the 15min ending show i saw.. wow. *someone pls knock me on the head* haha. hopefully it won't go on till sch reopens.
syf might be in july. MIGHT. TOTALLY not confirmed.. so whoever reading this now, dun say it's really in july.. that's a really long time.. well, even so, we have little time, cos may got exams, after sars also can't have cca.. and july there's fluid fusion. but if it IS in july, then we won't have formation, we'll prob juz play our syf piece.

gah. stupid stupid www.epebble.net. dumb server. it's always down! as if it never existed... can't find our hmwk.. which is growing like xiao. ahh. there's more hmwk every day.. even the online lessons! i can remember...vectors... nearly fell asleep in front of the comp learning that one. now even tuition also give us hmwk.. at least 50 exam questions lor.. haiz.

well.. end of a long day. so slack.. i haven't done any work except a bit of chinese, which i shall try to continue later. been going to the gym for half to 1hr periods since 2 days ago.. aching liao.. nvm.. it's a record!! for me anws.. 3.1km each day.. plus a bit of sit-ups if i can handle, but apparently...haha. aching muscles. oh well. and my mum and her friend at the side trading tips on how to exercise and tone down whatever part of the body... they're already so slim lor. well anw, shan't bother bout them.. ok.. chinese!

got a headache now.. from staring at the screen too long trying to figure out how to work the sibelius cd. so frustrated with it now... u mean to tell me if i can't get a keyboard i have to click and click to type in the notes one by one??! haiz.
school's been extended till 14th april.. abt 1 more week. gd or bad? our june hols are i think.. over. they're prob gonna make us do whatever thing for fluid fusion.. 70th anniversary..
haha.. i think abt 2 afternoons ago, my p2 sis called up my dad at work. guess what? 'hi, i'm calling from courts..." and the 2nd phonecall: "hello, I'm calling from dell computer..." haha. still in her little kid voice.. she probably forgot to change it. hahaz. forgot whether it was on april fools' day or not, but it's funny anw.

comp broke down for two days.. realised i can do a lot more work when i'm not in front of the comp! haha.. what does that say..? well anw, the whole comp's reformatted, so all the previous files and d/led things r all gone. gotta start all over again. well, at least it's kinda faster. quite.
had a really really weird dream the other day.. maybe i was inspired after reading abt wh's one.. but this is quite ridiculous. haha. i dreamt i was watching the musical of sleeping beauty, and somehow i became the prince, while still being me.. so when it came to my turn to speak, I always didn't know what to say and just made up my lines, while the rest of the cast carried on, but i know they wanted to glare at me. haha. then after the interval, i went to the toilet, met my dad, and went to sit down with the rest of the audience and watched the rest of the show. weird. a prince was there. later in my dream, i was at home, preparing to go for chinese tuition. left house at 4.30.. then was taking my time, taking umbrella, changing clothes again, losing all my books, papers flying around. i usually don't even have papers. and there, i had this broken plastic file even. anw, after walking for 5 min, i realised tuition was supposed to start at 4. so.. run! haha. then i woke up.

ok. this is the first real day that I actually woke up earlier and did my homework in the morning! Usually I just slack in the morning and do bits and pieces thruout the whole day.. haha. so what's left is ..

ok. looks like there's lots more to be done.. ahh, yesterday all the sec4s got dumped with this HUGE load of a maths differentiation hw from the net.. and when I say huge I MEAN huge. You'll need at least 3-4 hrs to finish it, even if u do concentrate a lot.
today's hotohori's b-day! was told by gillian. haha. she's so lame.. so happy singing a b-day song for him. fushigi yuugi rocks.
leslie cheung committed suicide.. jumped off the hotel he was in, and it isn't confirmed why he did it yet.. my mum's quite sad.. oh well. his songs were nice.
oh ya, emmiline said maybe syf will be in may? cos her friend from chinese high said theirs was ard there.. that's far. and i hope not. becos of this stupid sars virus, all our calendars are all messed up.. and it's O level yr some more. haiz. well, better return to SS notes now anw.. 6 more pages and I'm done..

today's the 1st of april.... April Fools Day!!
actually, i forgot all abt it until 10plus in the morning when my FIRST joke was played on me. hahas. that sch was reopening tmr, was in the news and all.. and I did go and check the news! haha. but in a few seconds.. the handphone beeped, and in came the msg saying 'elaine, u're so dumb.. ' or smthg like that. and guess who sent that? wh. of course. & the 2nd joke was tt my msn nick was blinking. haha. we played that on ivy later.. and she fell for it too!
well, anw, the best joke today goes to.. channel news asia! haha. that one was GOOD. can find it here!

juz came home from malaysia abt an hour ago.. went there to visit relatives, since it's a break and all...was mostly boring on the first day, so i took that time to do my work, since there's nothing else to do and i dun want all my aunties, uncles and me to look at each other without knowing what to say.. haha.
anw, 2nd day was better la.. can talk more.. esp with all my little cousins!! they're really small. i think the youngest is less than a yr old.. but of course can't talk yet.. so the youngest and loudest one is abt.. 1 and a half yrs? ard there. man.. they love to scream. 'row, row, row your boat gently down the stream (cresc).. MERRILY MERRILY MERRILY MERRILY, LIFE IS BUT A DREAM!!! and they end each verse with a 'BYE BYE ___________(whoever)!!!!' and they start all over again. while sitting on the swing of course.
took some time off to practise badminton and basketball shooting.. realised i'm gettin really bad. unless i practise.
oh YA. watched the chinese show.. 'dry wood hot fire' or smthg like that.. so funny!! hahaha... miriam smthg and louis khoo.. i'm looking out for their shows from now on.. cantonese movies are the best. yea.

just watched american idol... this week's theme was country rock.. i can't really appreciate that, and not all the singers did too, so it wasn't really good. but they sang this really really nice song at the results show. 'proud to be an american'. the audience all stood up.. can see some wearing soldier uniforms.. all stand so straight, some were even tearing. so patriotic.. wonder when singapore can be like that? and the song was really really great. I added a midi of this song, but it doesn't really do it justice. haha. the real version is much much better.
not only that, they did a real recording in the recording studio (was shown on the screen), and sang 'what the world needs now is love'. excellent song. especially at this time, when what the world really needs is love. just beautiful.
sars is getting worse. i mean, if they stop school for sec sch, jc and below, then it shud be quite bad. haha. the poly people are complaining.. why they don't have holiday?! haha. now they're saying must have balanced diet and exercise regularly to build up resistance.. i think that's a good idea.

now it's not confirmed that syf will be postponed. got wrong msg previously. haiz. i seriously hope it WILL be, or we'll really die. cos i think many of them didn't get the msg that we can go to sch b/w 9 and 12 today.. so quite a few left their things in sch.. i know joyce is really disappointed, cos she woke up late and got the msg too late.. so she can't bring her clarinet home. HOPEFULLY most of them have their instrus, or mouth piece at least. ms sia says to do buzzing.
oh. guess how many class msges there were yesterday? it started ard 7.30. ended ard 11.40. i'm guessing there were abt six. SIX. we had to keep sending and sending, and everyone was confused. really disorganised. like.. P says can go, VP says only parents can go, one teacher says not allowed to go, another teacher says go at your own risk. haha. but finally, the day is over. we went.

oh no. now the entire student body, or almost all, is confused. about whether we can go back from 9 to 12 tmr to get all our things, or we're not allowed to go out AT ALL. cos previously when we asked the teachers, they said STRICTLY NO. and now the general office has said we can? contradiction. confusion. schmiswhateversion.

oh. my. gosh. omigosh. there's no sch until 6 april!! ahh.. and the worse thing is, i wanna go to sch! i mean.. what's there to do when u're stuck at home with all ur books in sch, for 2 weeks! or part thereof. but still..! and.. haiz. what are we all going to do at home? i left all my sciences, humanities, AND chinese txtbook in sch!! so.. now what??
ahh. ok. calm down. don't panic. *exhale*. well. we can't go back to sch to take our books. nor our instruments. ok. bet a lot of pple will go out anw.
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. syf syf syf. i really really hope that in this two weeks, our standard doesn't drop. cos we won't be practicing for ten whole days!! so much!!! oh no. syf must be postponed. has to be. and we have to really really really buck up now. no time to lose.. this stupid ten days from sch is really affecting everyone's calendar. not that it isn't impt; it probably is. but my dad says it's only becos they wanna reassure parents who have been complaining.. whereas my mom says it's cos one child has died. i dunno. really dunno.
hope that we don't lose our tone within this break. and hope *really really hope* that SYF is postponed. cos they might juz decide to postpone those who's syf is b/w now and 6 april. if we juz go straight to syf within like.. ONE MEASLEY DAY to practise, we'll collapse and die straightaway. ok everybody.. pls pray for a miracle.
