Well...been up in college for a week or so. Went thru some really boring training. Details are TBA in my web blogs or xanga as soon as I can concerning what happened to me during the month of August.

Living in a quad now....so I met up with my quadmates as well as roommates........ Several words... Three Sr's. and a Soph.

Got my computer yesterday. Unfortunaly because of the black out, two weeks ago. The internet was hit very badly, because the campus lost electricity and when the energy came back on....it so happens that the entire network and campus was inflicted with two virus...so the Res techs are going all about the campus hooking up 3000+ people up on the network. Hehe...reminds me of Matrix or something. Oh well....

School starts tomorrow and I still need to go get books. I've checked the prices and it's 0+ flying out the window.... >_<

Now I'm in the library typing this...there's no chairs and my feet hurt so toodles...!

Who had an adventure during the blackout?  I was at home, so unless you consider missing Pokémon an adventure, I didn't have one^^;  My friend was working at a clothing store and this woman still wanted to try on one more article of clothing, so someone had to hold the flashlight up over the dressing room for her!

miz, u can't go on xanga. nobody could. it's been officially down for the past few days. i been trying to go on it for days. the xanga team said they are being under attacked by the "distributed denial of service" known as the ddos. and will hopefully be back up with the next 2 days. hope so...

freddy vs jason is coming out this fri. think i'm gonna go see it too. but no so sure. me wanna get scared! BOOOOO!!! ^o^ me gonna watch uptown girl also... i think... i saw SWAT last fri. it's good! cadet you should go see it along w/ freddy vs jason on fri. just a suggestion.

Hey everyone! I'm back in NYC! I just need a few more hours of sleep before I'm fully functional. Lol. Hey, the Anime Fest later this month sounds great. Why don't we hang out on that day, (plus some other days prior).

So what have you gals been doing? I'm going to a Virginia getaway for 3 days 2 nights bus tour! If anyone is interested its for travel and hotel fees. The trip is planned for Bush Gardens, Kindom Dominion, and various nature orientated sites. The tickets for the 2 theme parks are not included and they cost about adults and children for both. By far, the departure date is Friday 8/22 and returning Sunday night! Let me know if any of you gals are going (email, aim, phone). You're all welcome to wrap up your summers here!

Re: Xenosaga vs FF. Hmmm...well I do have a PS2...but I'm not sure I'll go for the Xenosaga....that would be because of my breif history with Xenogears. I got lost in the game...and it seems too difficult to play. However...it seems as if I've gotten places with FF games. (Not the early games tho....rather...FF8-FF9-FF10). I also happen to like the graphics in the FF games more then Xenosaga...so that's my take on it.... >_~

I just found out that the live action Sailor Moon is actually a series that's going to show on tv. But I'm not sure if the story is going to be just like the anime series.

I don't think there was ever a Sailor Moon live action movie; just stage shows.  Besides, just cuz there was one before doesn't mean there can't be another one!  The actresses are much prettier than the stage performers, too.

I'm starting to like R.O.D a lot. It's a funny series. It's interesting that they exaggerate Yomiko's hobby and the books. I've read the first few chapters of the manga. I hope Yomiko get to use Shonen Jump to save Nenene in the tv series ^___^

R.O.D--THE TV

The fictitious best-selling author Nenene Sumiregawa now appears in the anime, too!

Nenene Sumiregawa--a fictitious best-selling author--made an appearance in the comic version of R.O.D that ran serially in Ultra Jump, and she'll be back soon in the new TV series R.O.D--The TV.  Yomiko Readman, the heroine of the OVA R.O.D--Read or Die, is a big fan of Sumiregawa's books.  Yomiko protects Nenene in the first episode of the comic, but Nenene didn't show up in the OVA version.

Hong Kong is the setting for  the new TV series, and Nenene Sumiregawa will make an appearance.  The storyline of the new series has not yet been announced.
