Well, Friday has come and gone, and I actually enjoyed the Good Friday service. I wasn’t fond of the way the general intercessions were formatted, but as a whole, the service was good.

At 6:30 PM this evening, I’ll be heading off to Holy Saturday Mass. This is always a treat for me, because Holy Saturday mass is my favorite event out of the whole church year. After that, all I will have to do is to wait for tomorrow, and then my Easter Season will be complete...

Yesterday marked the beginning of the three Holiest Days in the Roman Catholic Church. I went to Holy Thursday mass last night, where there, we had a small foot-washing ceremony. After Mass was over, everyone took part in a formal procession, lead by three people who carried bowls of incense, which lead to a small alcove, where we were then invited to pray and keep watch. It was a solemn occasion, but I’m glad I went.

Today is Good Friday. I was thinking about writing a Good Friday Ronin Warriors fan fiction, but that idea died faster than carnival goldfish. I hope I can keep a straight face in church today, because Good Friday services have always upset me. I guess I sound pathetic when I say that, but Good Friday services have always bothered me, even when I was in Middle School.

I have to get ready to meet one of my professors who will be taking me to church. I’ll try to write later on Easter Sunday. Bye Blog...

Tuesday of Holy Week, that means that Easter Sunday will be here soon. After reading my History Textbook, I fell into an art-type mood, and spent two hours on Adobe ImageReady creating my first animated avatar.

Today is Monday of Holy Week. While that doesn't mean anything to a lot of people, that means I will be awaiting Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday, and Easter Sunday. That means that this weekend will be taken up with eatting chocolate, which I gave up for Lent, going to church, and hanging out with my friends.

In other news, I've been on a real creative drive, so I decided to create some avatars. Feel free to take a look at what I've made...









I also wanted to let everyone know that these pictures, bases, and such are not my own. The bases were taken from another site, but the blur, spotlight, dry brush effect, and fresco effect were all done by me. I'll try to write more sometime later this week...

With my homework finished, and my laundry in the one of the dryers, I decided to update some long neglected sites that currently hold my fan fiction. I posted Suffer on one of the sites I hadn't been to in awhile, and I get an instant review. Turns out, it's a piece of chain mail, and I fucking hate chain mail and chain letters. I'm so fucking pissed right now, that it's not even funny...

Sorry for not writing while I was away on Spring Break, but I had other stuff to do. I’m glad that I can now type in this Blog again, because today’s religion class has made me lose faith in the species I know as humanity.

Everyone, including myself, did poorly on the religion paper we were assigned before Spring Break. In fact, the worst part was the fact that most students in that class didn’t know how to use the Chicago Style Format for document their sources. I may have fucked my paper up with the wrong source, but at least I knew to document my sources in the Chicago Style. Then we spent all of class today learning the Chicago Style Format, because some people obviously did not take the time to look up the format themselves. My faith in the human species has just fallen into an all-time low...-_-;

Other than that mishap, today has been a good day. I got up at 7:00 AM, had breakfast, fooled around, had lunch, went to class, and now I’m waiting for dinner and my NCSL Meeting. When that’s done, I can do my homework, retype my paper, and then go to bed. I hope tonight will not be as hot as it was last night; I thought I was going to die in my hot room, even WITH my fan turned on the highest setting...>_<

I hate winter; I wish spring would hurry up and grace the state of North Carolina. I’m sick and tired of all the cold rain, the cold wind, the gray skies, and the world devoid of all forms of plant life. What I really want to see is the blooming flowers, the green grass, the scent of the springtime rain, and the clear sky will soon be heralding warmer weather. Why is that so hard to ask...

In other news, I talk to Flora, the woman who is in charge of the place I wanted to work at, today, and she told me that they had all the people they needed. She's going to give my application to the Catering Services of Aramark, but I doubt that I will be hired at all. It’s looking like after my 12:30 P.M. Class I’ll need to go to the bookstore and get an application to work there as well...

I have almost $100.00 saved on my Visa Buxx Card. Hopefully, that will be enough money for food at Otakon, if Raf and I end up going. He’s busy with his Senior Seminar, so I haven’t had time to talk to him just yet about Otakon. When he’s less busy I’ll get a hold of him, but as of right now, he’s got more important things to do.

P.S.-Torrent, can I have a preview of the new Blog layout we were talking about? I’ll need to preview the layout so I can sort out the stuff I need to keep, and the stuff I need to get rid of...
